    Samsung Galaxy M31s motherboard malfunction

    My Samsung Glaxy M31s was purchased on 20 Dec 2020 and it was working fine unless the phone update one month back. The phone used to switch off and on, on its own but soon stopped doing that. On 2 October 2022, it hung up and did not move beyond the start screen. When I took it to the service center, I was told it was a motherboard issue and that first I should pay 9500 INR, and later when I questioned again that I should pay 8800 INR. It...

      I cancelled order number [protected] on samsung.com on 26-Sep-22 and cancellation request was accepted on 26-Sep-22 itself by Samsung as the item was not dispatched till my cancellation request. Since then it is 10 days passed but the Refund of Rs. 15999 has not been process yet by Samsung despite several follow ups (Ticket #[protected]. They only shared false assurances but no real action. I am yet to receive the Refund.

          I have Purchased Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G mobile in Amazon website on 23rd September, on 3rd October suddenly mobile shattered Blank Screen. I went to the Samsung Service Center in chaithanyapuri (mobile 21), the Service Executive checked the phone and told me simply that I have to replace the front screen because it is having thin dent, so mobile not covered with warranty and replacement. There was not a physical damaged to phone. It was a displayed issue Samsung really need to review this phone. I have been frustrated with the service provided by Samsung. i spend 30k for mobile and within 10 days mobile has gone blank screen and the service center and customer care executives didn't care to solve the problem and mean while they are asking 10k to replace the screen. total 40K for purchasing Samsung, if i spent 50k i got new Apple phone within the budget. but i'm love to use Samsung.
          All I'm asking is that being a Samsung lover and a geniune customer for years, investing Lakhs of amount for devices and home appliances is this the kind of service I expect from Samsung? I will humbly request you to kindly check into the concern and get a replacement of the device.

            I've had my Samsung Galaxy M31s for 24 months. My phone has recently begun to freeze and then restart. This occurs so frequently that I can no longer use my phone properly. I checked some Samsung community forums and found the same problem posted by many other people there, and Samsung has yet to issue a statement on how they intend to resolve this issue. Because so many of their users are experiencing the same problem, they should investigate the matter.
            It's already been 10 days and Samsung only asked me my email or phone number, which I provided almost instantly.
            And even after 8 days since then, I haven't hear anything from Samsung.
            This is outrageous. Are you all taking us for granted?
            I won't ever be buying another Samsung phone again and advice others the same.

              I didn't receive my refund from last 30 days.

              I mailed them 2 time call them 4 times from last 2 week.

              But still not get any solution.

                I called Samsung helpline before purchasing and was informed about the Galaxy A73 Buds Live Bundle offer (sharing the document). And he also directed me to the T & C page and told me that even if I purchase from Flipkart I will be eligible for the offer. I have tried redeeming the offer from Samsung Shop app and it was mentioned Device not eligible for redemption. I have also tried contacting Samsung regarding the same and was informed at first that I am not eligible because I purchased from Flipkart. When I send them the T&C document they said that I have to contact the point of purchase for the issue. No where in the T&C it was mentioned that I have to contact point of purchase if I cannot redeem the offer. Even in the Shop app it said to contact[protected] for redemption support.

                Samsung closed my case on National Consumer Helpline stating that I reported this issue after offer period is over which is a complete lie. I complained on 11th September and following up with them since then.

                  I had raised concerns over the quality of display panel samsung is providing on premium 4k smart tv which is getting faulty in just 2 yrs for use.
                  I had requested to review the case and provide a satisfactory solution.

                  After email exchanges and discussion over call, Samsung executive denied for any resolution whatsoever and advised to repair the TV by paying the full amount for the panel. I requested to at least send the details over email to which they agreed on call, but never sent even after repeated follow-ups.
                  Requesting to kindly review this matter and at least provide some discount on repair which would be helpful for a customer, rather than penalizing us for low quality products.

                      My Samsung galaxy a71 phone is out of warranty, Samsung provided a software update and I install it, after that my phone display is damaged( there is a white line in display). I went to Samsung service center muvatupuzha, kerala, india, they also confirmed it was the problem with update. but during out of warranty there is no provision to change it of free of cost. my phone has no physical damage.

                            Hi Team,

                            This is unbelievable. The fifth time we’ve had your technician coming over, opening the TV for a dozen of times and going back. Is my house you Samsung R&D station and my TV signed up for just that. What are you guys upto?! There are total 3 parts in a TV, which i could see when your technician opened the TV, out of which 2 are been replaced. The panel and the motherboard are been replaced, and TV is still lying dead. Every time they change a part the other part leads to a short circuit. And then they ask us for money, they ask us for a permission for replacing that part. You can find all the details related to service logs and the product in the mail trail. The panel is still in warranty.

                            I’m a professional and I’ll have to take this to a logical end now. A Product worth over a lakh rupees is been dismantled for a dozen of times, almost every part is been replaced and is lying dead for about a month now. Now this is a concern. Your product has a quality issue and your technicians have made it worst by opening my TV a 1000 times. I want a new TV now. And your service centre folks and call centre folks have answers for every damn concern that I make but don't have a concrete solutions to any. You can check service logs and call logs made by me. Samsung is the worst choice I’ve made so far! Please find attachments for service details and product details. The panel is still in warranty and service centre threatens need to give me a new TV because apparently they’re unable to repair the same.

                                17 month old Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra smartphone stopped working suddenly giving constant screen freezes and restarts. Service centre Tried factory reset and issue is still the same. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and needs to be rectified by Samsung. I visited the service center but they said it's a normal problem and that it will be fine and had to get the motherboard replaced. I was regularly visiting service centres and again and again I used to get the same answer. It's just a glitch. It will be fine soon and now when the phone is out of warranty service centre said repair will cost around Rs 30000 . This is a manufacturing defect which we can't bear. You should take action on this. And Samsung galaxy Note 20 Ultra is considered among the premier smartphones and this is what we get the result that we cant use the phone for 2 yrs also.

                                This problem is a manufacturing defect and you have to give free service for this problem. Most of the people are not complaining about this problem because they don't know how to write a complaint and they are paying the expenditure of the motherboard. they have no option.

                                Please give us a quick resolution.
                                My phone has been in service centre since 10 of september i even raised the complaint and was taking follow-up yesterday the answer was we can't do anything as its out of warranty . but when my phone was there in warranty they didn't take any action though they knew it's a motherboard problem . I even told them to check the camera recording for how many times I have been there for the same problem but as usual customers have to bear the problem they didn't even say once that it's our fault also . If they can't trust the customer they shouldn't give false promises that they will give the best positive result.

                                I am going to post this video everywhere if I don't get the resolution. In this you should go on youtube to see how your company is losing its reputation in the market. You have to pay for this issue either directly or indirectly( Karma)

                                This is to bring to your notice that its been 1 month since my phone is there in your service center i.e ( 10 September ) and i have been regularly following up with your 24 x 7 helpline number and not getting the calling from your head office always get the answer they will call tomorrow . Is this the way you deal with your customer ? Samsung is a huge brand this kind of work is seriously not acceptable . Kindly call me by tomorrow .

This is really ridiculous as such a big brand does these types of silly things and without any intimation they have closed my case . Is this a way to deal with the customers ? Please look into this matter as my case is pending for the last one month !

                                    I have ordered refrigerator from Samsung Shop on online portal which got delivered on 26th September in damage condition and immediately i raised complaint vide complaint number [protected] dt 26 sep and based on the same technician has visited the premises to check condition of refrigerator on 27 sep. however there is further response from samsumg after the technician visit and several times i tried to discuss with customer care with my mobile number [protected] but there is no conclusive response so far.

                                    I am awaiting for refund of my money so that i can purchase refrigerator offline.

                                    Enclosed herewith Service Report dt 27 sep 2022 of Service Engineer appointed by Samsung. Still there is no response from samsung.

                                    I am fully frustrated with the support provided by samsung and its mental harassment by samsung team.

                                    Now i want compensation for mental harassment.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      With lots of excitement about a new TV buy, my Samsung frame TV arrived On 17 Aug 2022 after a delay of 2 days from the promised delivery date. The delivery partner simply cancelled the delivery multiple times stating Customer Refused delivery without even making a call on the date shown as Out for Delivery.

                                      Upon arrival I signed the package, after inspection, I found the box had damage which I reported in 5 min to the delivery guy, Through phone and mail. Also, I called Samsung to report this incident and both times after having a good conversation with Agent my call got disconnected even though I didn't get any call back from Samsung.
                                      After the installation guy Visited my place We found the TV panel is also damaged which I communicated to Samsung via chat and via call. Now a ticket ID is generated ticket ID is #73345842
                                      After continuous follow-up, I got a call On (25th September Sunday at 2 pm ) from Samsung that my problem has been addressed and Pickup will get initiated in the next 3 days.
                                      After it reaches the Samsung warehouse my refund will be processed. When I felt everything is working fine at last I got the next call from Samsung's senior escalation department around 3 pm on the same day.

                                      I got a completely different response from that her, Her name was Swetha and she told me to press the return button to start the process of return which I am not seeing on the screen,
                                      She was also unaware of the previous call made to me and she told me the last call gave me the wrong info.

                                      As a customer, I am left confused.
                                      1) I purchased the TV from samsung.com and I see an evident lack of coordination between multiple departments where my hard-earned money is blocked indefinitely.
                                      2) As per Swetha I need to press a return button on my order and As I said I am not able to see the return button, I can also see my TV is marked as installation complete when My installation was cancelled because of a damaged product.

                                      After a few more days on 28 Sep, Only the mobile which got free with TV was picked up from my location, what will happen to the tv when will it get picked up. Please speed up the process and confusion.

                                      Request if you can help your Samsung team to work as a team and not provide a confusing statement to customers. Also, I would like to know what I am supposed to do next to get my Money back from Samsung
                                      I wring this mail to expedite the process as I had a terrible lousy incident purchasing from Samsung. Also on a high Importance note, I have a 5-month-old premature baby at home and we can’t keep the carton box inside the home as it smells terrible. I hope you understand it's really concerning to the health of newborns you will help deeper on quickening the process.
