Poor response from Service center ( [protected] Pareek Electronics Alwar Raj. ), deposited my Samsung J7 mobile to them due to LCD faulty needs to be replaced on 31.01.17 . They committed to rectify the problem with in 3 days but till now 7 days has been passed but no response . Poor way of talking from your executives also .     am a regular user of samsung mobile from appox past 10 years but now m very much disappointed by samsung guru music 2 mobile because it creates sounds as beep in nyt in day anywhere anytym. Rather than i hv selected its profile as silent but it creates sound as beep and its very much irritating. i hv updated its softwere but prob is as it is.

      On 02 feb 2017, I went to samsung service center vasundhra ghaziabad to change my samsung galaxy S7 back glass panel and paid 4033/- amount for the same...But when the samsung service center change my ordered S7 back glass model no. SM-G930FZDUINS, Sr. No. RZ8H30QR7YE is totally different colour from my previous original S7 back glass panel.My original back glass panel colour is Gold platinum but replaced new panel colour is not gold platinum..it is only simple gold...I want to complaint about this matter..Why Samsung providing this colour different from original..I need answer..It is totaly fraud from samsung ..my changed panel is not looking original see the attached claim bill and both my original break glass and new changed glass panel image..my TIN no. Is [protected], Claim no. is[protected]..
      Dear samsung company please give me answer for that..If I am paying 4033 amount for the part then I need it should be original and same as it comes with my packed galaxy S7 mobile..

        Dear samsung,

        I Ordered samsung on nxt from samsung official website shop.samsung.com on 15 jan 2017 my order id is[protected] and got it deliverd on 19 jan 2017, when opened the product and checked my phone i noticed that the back button was not working, when i called to samsung estore number [protected] within 24 hrs they told to go to samsung service center and get a DO letter from there, On 20 jan 2017 when i go to samsung service center in kotla (maa communication) they denied to make DO letter they excused that their is a scratch at top of phone they wll not make the letter.Then again i called to estore and told them about the conversation they asked to mail the phone invoice details and images of the phone and box.Then i got a reply from estore to call on the number[protected] and told them about the phone, then i called on the number they gave me the reference number [protected] and told me to go to service center and to communicate the service center employee with the service team and gave them the reference number.Then after the communication between the employee and the service team they told me to make a jobsheet of phone and submitted my phone and told that the issue will be forwarded to the samsung headquarters my jobsheet number is [protected].then i got reply from service center that i had to pay 3500 rs to them to repair my phone, then i got mail from a1.[protected]@partner.samsung.com that i will get 50% discount on repairing cost if i get it repaired in 7 days. If i had bought new phone and got defected product then why should i pay the repairing
        cost to them as my phone is in full warranty.niether i got DO letter nor i got my phone repaired and not got any help from your side.i had suffered a lot for from your poor service.

          I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J5 6 mobile via Flipcart on20.01.2017 and it was shipped to me on 21.01.2017.But just after 13 days I am shocked to see that my mobile is unable to save new contacts, the simple command that any mobile can operate.I am afraid some other major flaws can occur in my mobile set.
          View above I look forward to prompt remedy-change of the set.

            Purchased brand new Mobile Model Samsung J5 Prime on dated: 04.12.16, but after 1 week later screen has problem of blurness, given to service center for repair on 19.12.16 received the handset but after 4 days on: 23.12.16 figure sensor & back key not working properly. Given to service center for repair again. I have visited on 02.02.17 for checking but the problem was not solved till date. They have told me to call after the phone gets repaired. The phone 3 times opened for repairing but problem is not solved. So I want to replace the phone with a new one.

              DEAR SIR, I AM USING NOTE EDGE FROM 15/02/2015, BUT ON 20TH JAN 2017 MY HANDSET WAS CREATING PROBLEM OF AUTO POWER OFF & ON .
              I SHOW IT TO YOUR AUTHORISED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE .
              THEY TOLD ME AFTER CHECKING IT THAT THEIR IS A PROBLEM OF PBA WHICH COST YOU RS13000/- ABOUT . I TOLD THEM TO REPLACE IT AND MAKE MY HANDSET OK.
              ON 31/01/2017 THEY RETURNED MY HANDSET AFTER CHANGING ITS PARTS AND I PAYED THEM RS 13182/- .AND THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE GOT 3 MONTHS OF WARRANTY IF ANY PROBLEM APPEARES .
              ON THE NEXT DAY THAT IS ON 01/02/2017, I AGAIN VISITED SERVICE CENTRE AS MY NETWORK IS MAKING PROBLEM . AS IT IS NOT SUPPORTING THE 4G NETWORK THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS THE PROBLEM OF YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER OF AIRTEL .
              SIR, I HAVE INSERTED THE AIRTEL 4G SIM BUT IT IS NOT WORKING & THE 2ND SIM I HAVE INSERTED OF JIO IT IS ALSO NOT WORKING .
              I TELL YOU ONE THING BEFORE GIVING MY HANDSET I AM NOT FACING ANY PROBLEM OF NETWORK .
              AGAIN ON 03/02/2017 I HAVE AGAIN VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER THEY TOLD ME SIR PLEASE WAIT NOW WE ARE UPGRADING YOUR HANSET SOFTWARE THEN YOUR PROBLEM WILL WE RESOLVED . BUT SIR THEN ALSO MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED . THEN THEY TOLD ME SIR YOU HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR HANDSET WE WILL AGAIN HAVE TO CHANGE THE PBA IT IS CREATING THE PROBLEM . NOW MY HANDSET IS WITH THEM .

              I want 2 know 1 thing if they change that part again and after 1 week or 2 week later if the problem again persists then who will we responsible as you are providing me only 3 months warranty after paying a amount of RS 13182/- . And i don't hv so much of time as I m Legal Advisor, that I again and again visit their to get it Repair.
              Sir it is requested to you to plz look after the matter and refund my handset amount or change my handset .

Now before 7-8 days my cell phone display was not working properly & due to this 2-3 I went your service center Untakhana, Nagpur for requesting to repair my cell phone in warranty condition, but i was surprised when your Serv. Engineer replied that he was not ready to repair my cell phonr display in warranty condition.

                  I have visited Samsung Authorized Service Centre (S.G. Infotech - Borivali- Mumbai) today. My mobile( Galaxy J7-6(New 2016) display was blinking and then getting blank.
                  I expected to have a quick resolution to my query since my handset is hardly 6 months old. After making me wait for more than an hour in the Service centre, customer care executives (Jay Shendge & Meghna Bane) have informed me that spare part is not available and they will keep my handset for 8 days for repair and they can not give any stand by handset as well.
                  This is to me is highly unprofessional and casual approach by your executives as they are not bothered about customers` feelings and their sufferings. Moreover in today`s high tech fast world, how come Samsung can make their customers wait for 8 days without providing a back up/stand by handset, when your 6 month old handset has such technical problem( let me confirm that there were no physical damage to the handset).

                  Customer care executives at S.G. Infotech were highly unprofessional and were neither willing to listen nor were having any solutions to my problem. They have not even mentioned date of delivery in the service request form attached herewith for your reference.

                  I expect an early resolution to my issue since I am feeling disconnected to the world.

                    I am facing problem while watching the tv for the past 10 months.
                    Complained many a times at every escalation level but all of them were closed
                    The problem is known to the engineer as well as higher executives .i do have a recording of that conversation where they discussed the issue too.
                    But they are doing nothing to solve the issue instead mailing me that tv is working fine .(how is that even possible when the engineer has also seen the problem and you are telling that tv is working fine???)
                    Atleast take care of the reputation of your company while doing these malpractices.

                        Sir i devki purchased brand new Samsung J 7 mobile phone on[protected] from Go mobile, D-100 gali no-5, Khasra No. -83 Ground floor, Laxmi Nagar, new delhi. Invoice no[protected] dated 24 jan, 2017.
                        Sir the phone was get Switched off after two days o[censored]se and when i go to service center located at Hira sweet, Shakarpur delhi three times. They not give any response and treat me in very bad manner. They are giving me worthless excuses and they are using abusing language. Then i went to preet vihar service center, they told me that the software is not updated and after update ph will work properly. But even after updation of software ph is not working.

                        It was very bad and horrible experiance for me. In view of the above you are requested to replace my samsung Galxay J7 prime as early as possible.otherwise i will file a case in consumer court.

                          No one is listening to me write from executive desk to CEO desk. I am complaining for heating and hanging problem since last 1 month but problem is not solved yet.
                          Already visited samsung store 10 times. In last 3 month my phone is in service centre for 1 months. But they have not come up with solution.
                          Each time they request me for submit the phone to service centre and the problem never solve.
                          My phone automatically gets restart and network go blank and app get closed automatically with screen goes blank.
                          Also had heating issue.
                          at last my s7 edge gone dead
                          the service center had not claim till 21 days
                          i am not understand why the job [protected] open and till not close
                          service center told me first you close the open call by go the quick service solution patna and quick solution told me this call was not opne by me
                          you call the toll free no. that will close the call

                            I want to bring to your notice that i am big fan of your Samsung company i use all the products pertaining to your company in my home also i too suggest the same always to my friends, colleagues to buy Samsung products only but that all gone in vain now bcoz i purchased Samsung Note 4 on 26th June-15 pls find the attached bill also for the same every time this device is getting to hot, poor signal and hanging some times like that only i have adjusted all this days and using your mobile since your mobile user friendly to anyone trust me i really like the options that have in Samsung compare to other mobiles recently again my mobile had a problem on 27th Jan-17 automatically mobile is getting switched off, hanging and touch was not working at all made this mobile made my day really miserable and faced lot of issues on this so immediately i went to service i had given the mobile same day evening they called me and said needs to change the mother board after purchasing with 14 k after buying your mobile with an worth of Rs.41, 900/-.

                              My name is simerjeet singh i was purchased samsung hand set last year second of december 2016 and i was facing network issue in first month of purchasing .After that i was sending a mail to tecnical department and he said u can change ur network setting and trying to use ur cell phone on safe mode . I can try every thing but problem is still same . Then i call on customer care no nobody provide me solution they were said i cant help u can visit on service center Then i am visit on samsung service center he was check my cell phone and he said issue in mother bord then i was requesting kindly provide me replacement that is ur product issue not my fault they were not provide replacement and doa option . Service center said it can provide only customer care .Then i was send a mail to CEO branch they call me and said it is not posible to we are provide replacement . They said we provide warranty and my concern is same why i can use ur defected handset . They said we were replaced the proper part . Then i was submit my handset in service center and they said u can collcet ur handset in evening but after two hour they said part is not available you can collect by tommorrow but i was sufferd whole month . And still iam facing some issue in hand set and i again send a mail to CEO office they not given any call back and without call they closed my issue .again i was submit my hand set in service center and they replaced my dispaly . Issue in their product . I am facing issue two time in two months I want help they not provide me support . Kindly take action on samsung his service and his product both are poore.

                                This is Mallikarjuna.T.R from bellary, karnataka. I gave my Samsung Note 2 mobile to bellary service center on 10/09/2016 ( Bill no : [protected]) for a repair. It's almost 5 months gone still now I'm not able to get my mobile back in proper manner( query not yet solved) . I visited the branch for more than 15 times, first they said software problem and all, second they said some display problem so wait for 1 week and later they are said some mother board problem and it may cost 8000 Rs. Till now I didn't get any updation about the mobile. It's almost 140 days gone.
                                Please take a look on it and kindly help me.

                                  With Ref to Service Bill No: [protected], the mobile was given to Service Center at Madurai on 21.01.2017. Actual Complaint is " Touch sensor not functioning well". They replied to wait for 20 minutes to get back the mobile. But they could not give the mobile serviced on 21.01.2017. But after that day, they simply replying "Come tomorrow" till 02.02.2017. Till now I have spoken two times to[protected]Samsung) Call center. More than ten times visited the Service center directly. This complaint should ensure Samsung's Responsibility in this issue.

                                      This complaint is in reference to the Samsung refrigerator model no – SBSRS554NRUA1J/2016 purchased on 31-March-2016 vide Invoice no. SPK-2521. Very sorry to inform that in the month of October it has started creating problems. I lodged complaint with dealer and engineer visited to my home, he told me that fan is not working in fridge so that goods spoiled i.e. milk, curd, vegetables etc. he repaired the same and fridge is working. Next time in the month of December we faced the same problem again and we lodged complaint with customer care, engineers provided by the company and repaired again.
                                      In the the month of January same problem occurred again on 16th of January and the engineer visited to home and he rectified but now the problem not rectified. On 18th of January again lodged complaint and asked them to replace this product but they told me that there is no policy of the company for replacement. They can provide only services for the same. Again engineer visit to my home and repair the fan but problem was still there. Since 16th of January till 1st of February engineers visiting and repairing on trial basis, changed the PCB, sensors, and other parts but not able to rectified the same.
                                      On 2nd February again changed the sensors and asked to observation for 48 hours.
                                      In this happenings I have loses a huge amount in the manner of vegetables, fruits, milk, curd, butter etc. and I have to take a leave to attend the engineers.
                                      In the month of March the warranty will expired and I have to pay for visit charges and repairing charges to the company.
                                      Therefore we would like to request to replace the product or refund the entire amount along with Rs.50000/- for the cost of spoilage of goods and harassment, leave compensation.
