Dear Sir/Madam,
This is very unfortunate that I'm following up for my payment for last 20 days but still I have not received my payment and neither any confirmation to refund the money.
Let me tell you date wise :-
a.on 03.01.2017 - I have purchased one Samsung S7 Edge through your online site Samsung estore and paid the money by my HDFC Credit Card.
b. On 04.01.2017 - I have found some urgent work and it has been decided to outside of the town for next 10 days, so I have called your customer care to confirm that to cancel the order, as I will be not it town and I purchased the Galaxy S7 Edge locally from Kolkata. Your customer care confirmed me to send a mail from official mail to cancel the same and I did same and they have confirmed that it will be taken care and send a mail. So I have purchased S7 Edge locally.
c. Now on 05.01.2017 I got an sms that Samsung Store has send the product by ECOM courier, so once again I send a mail to know about it and given call to your customer care but they have send it is coordination problem - so I have to wait and as it will reach to me - I should not accept the product. So I given mail to ECOM not to deliver the product.
d. Now on 07.01.2017 courier person called me to deliver it not ! I have said to him by phone that I have cancelled the product, so he should return the same to Samsung. In courier status it is showing that it has already returned to warehouse but from 4th of Jan'2016 to till date after completion of 20 days even it is not refunded and neither Samsung is confirming when I will get money, whenever I have called your customer care - they use to say wait for 24-48 house, it will be refunded and I have send 8 reminder mails to Samsung Estore but no use.
Just let me know in today's context to cancel one order and getting money can not take 20 long days. It is not accepted at all.
It is creating a bad image about Samsung to me and my surroundings. I thought I should write to you by the way it can be sorted out.
I'm really facing problem and paying interest on Rs.50, 900/- without any fault from my side.
Please look into the same and help me to get my refund as early as possible.

Recently that is on Sunday 14th Jan . TV display panel got dark and it got burst.
no picture coming .
Service person came and told TV display panel is lost and life is only for 5 years.
So Samsung quality is worse than anything.
