    Hi..1st i urge everyone to buy I PHONE instead of samsung flagship phones..you will ind reason for that by reading all of my post..i am very disappointed with the samsung.i have been a samsung customer for 8 years.my 1st samsung device was samsung corby.and till now i am using every galaxy s series phone of samsung.now a days i was using samsung galaxy s7 edge..i got broken my back glass panel..on 27th jan i gave it to samsung service center for repair to GAURAV COMMUNICATION, SANGRUR, PUNJAB..but what i got to know about samsung service centers, that shocked me to hell..i had a complete trust n samsung, but it has got shattered now..today i wanted to pick my s7 edge from service center but the contact number they had given to me was switched off.then i oontated samsung toll free number..i was deeply hurt by listening that the problems on job sheet in samsung's system was totall different from mine problem.they told me that in their job sheet matter was camera problem, sound problem and sensors problem..and there is no description of back glass panel..what the hell is this?? It means sevice center is repairing my phone with duplicate glass and if i got in future any problem like water resistant or what, they will deny the warranty on the issue that i got changed back glass panel from outside, their system shows they haven't changed back glass..what a brilliant idea of samsung people and with the spare parts that were claimed on my handset will be used in some other handse that my be from outside india, that will not have wareanty in idea..and even the service center person changed mobile number on my job sheet..only my name and IMEI number of phone is used by them..its really a disappointing thing, i had blind faith on samsung..i have recording of what samsung customer care people told me on call about my handset problems and i have job sheet on which there is back glass damage..now you people can easily think that service center and samsung people doing to its loyal customers and what we can expect more from them..i got to know from some other people that samsung is doing these type of things to many people..i paid 57000 for s7 edge..i bought t in early days of samsung, and i was planning for buying s8..i change every year handset.but now i would prefer I-PHONE..APPLE IS very genuine company i have heard..i had earlier heard about samsung, but never paid heed beacuse i had always thought that people are just making rumours..but now i have eperienced myself..I have friends whom ApPLE had provided new handsets when they had any problem.i thought samsung would also do that but i my belief is in air now..they are just looting people on goving false commitments and promises..i have every proof relating to my complaint.anyone can contact me at [protected]..so folks, i urge to go for I PHONE that is worth paying around 60000 rupees and i will also circulate the audio clip with samsung customer care and my original job sheet on every medium of social media like whatsapp or whatever it is, how samsung is making fool of people and extracting money from people..its like a crime..BY profession am an advocate and i will go in consumer court and under section 420 of IPC in criminal court too if my problem is not solved with in this week

    Its really shameful for you..your executive told me to call back in sometime and a whole day passed but didnt get call again..and i am really regretting why i bought your mobiles..we have 3 s7 edge in our family..every year we buy latest products of samsung and you provide this type of service to your customers..its really depressing..i think i should go on social media about your corrupt practices qnd make people more qnd more aware about that

        My S7 Edge was submitted for service on 25th Jan as the light sensor was not working and no response till day tried calling there customer care bad response, cheap china phones service is better than Samsung service, At first instance when I visited the service Centre they were unable to resolve the queries which I had csr's didn't have any knowledge about the product and they had promised a call back next day which never happened, then I started calling the customer care, but they were totally careless.

          I have given my mobile J7 on 20/01/17 for repairing which was not getting on or rebooted due to touchscreen problem.Customer care people told me that they have ordered for the procurement of its parts which will take one week.I purchased this mobile on 25th may.Till now the problem has not been resolved.

            I have given complaint on 30.01.2017, and i was given request No.[protected], and a service technician was given the job. His Name is T.Chinnu & M.No.[protected], he has never turned up. but when i called him he says he is in Chennai and will return on Thursday. I am not able to understand why should i be waiting for him, cant' other technician be arranged in his place.
            My Phone is in warranty and if delayed like this it will be very late.

              मैं सीमा सुरक्षा बल मैं कार्य रत हूँ जो कि भारत की सीमा पर ड्यूटी करते हैं ।
              मैंने अक्टूबर 2016 में मोबाइल फोन खरीदा था जो नवम्बर महा में ही अपने आप सूविच ऑफ हो गया था फिर मैं सर्विस सेंटर ले गया और उसके बाद वहां से 30 दिसम्बर को वापस ले लिया था जो कि 04 जनवरी को फिर से अपने आप सूविच ऑफ हो गया था और मैं फिर सर्विस सेंटर ले गया और उसके बाद वहां से 11 जनवरी को वापस ले लिया था ।लेकिन यह फिर से 18 जनवरी को अपने आप सूविच ऑफ हो गया था और मैं फिर सर्विस सेंटर ले गया और उसके बाद वहीं पर है । मैं कई बार सर्विस सेंटर गया लेकिन मेरा मोबाइल नहीं मिला वो कहते है की आप का मोबाइल कम्पनी में भेजा गया है जबकि मैंने टौल फिरी नंबर पर कॉल कर के पता किया तो वहां से बताया कि हमारे पास कोई जानकारी नहीं है कि आप ने मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर में दिया है । सर्विस सेंटर ने मुझे जो जोब कार्ड दिया है उसकी कोफी भेजा रहा हूँ । मैं सीमा सुरक्षा बल मैं कार्य रत हूँ जो कि भारत की सीमा पर ड्यूटी करते हैं ।मुझे आशा है कि आप मेरी परेशानी समझ रहे होंगे ।मैं यह जानकारी आप को अपने दोस्त के मोबाइल से भेज रहा हूँ ।

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                First of all let me admire you for a wonderful advertisement showcasing the excellent customer service you provide to your customers. But again I wish any of that was true.
                I had on 13th December 2016 registered a complaint regarding malfunctioning of our TV and sadly I must say that the service engineer is yet to check the appliance let alone redress my complaint. Being in service sector myself, I know how important customer relations is to any institution. In my case even after contacting customer care on atleast 7 occasions and service engineer on atleast 5 occasions they never even had the "TIME" to atleast acknowledge let alone repair the TV.
                The sad part about this is that the whole time my mother had to call and a few times she even begged for a solution. My bedridden grandmother whose only happiness nowadays is to watch her tele serials had been missing it since the last 18 days. This is highly unprofessional from an international brand.
                Being fed up of this we are planning to escalate this complaint to higher levels and also is going to publish this in all social medias so that no other customer is cheated after watching your ads. I also request you to take this television from our house that is nothing more than a crapbox now. Also we will be raising complaint in all Government redressal agencies as well so as to refund all the monitory losses including the rent of our HD set top box. Also I will personally make sure that none of my friends or relatives will ever buy another Samsung product for life.

                Also I am attaching the screenshot of messages I had recieved from the customer care as well as recordings of all our conversations with engineer as well as manager.

I'm requesting for refund and till date no assistance has been provided, It's more than 15days now.                     Dear Sir,

                    I have Purchased Samsung A7 Mobile phone in the month of November 2016 & on 13th of January we faced display issue in Phone. On the same date we have handed over this phone to Samsung Service Centre as the phone was under warranty. At the time of Submission Service Engineer told that phone will be ready in next 3-4 day's but till now I have not received my phone. We are rigorously following with Samsung Service centre but we are just getting only one answer that Parts are not available & whenever they will receive parts they will call us.

                      I have a Note 4 which has been given to Samsung Service Center, F1 infosolutions and ServicesOvt Ltd., 24 MG Road, Halwasia Court Haz Lucknow-22601

                      Phones front Camera was not working under warranty period.

                      Its over 12 days and they have no clue when parts will come and phone will be repaired. Such idiotic service, never expected from SAMSUNG.

                        I bought an Samsung A5 16 on august 2016 and its been since then the screen is displaying black patches. It was not over a month but the phone is still kept . I went to the service center for free replacement as under the warranty but the service station officers are not ready to listen my complaint and is asking for rs 9000 . so I complaint at the Samsung store but its been over 8 months but no reply so I gave to a shopkeeper to fix the display problem with charges of 7000 .I wan buy any Samsung devices further bd sell this soon

                          I just brought a samsung led tv 5300 5 months back.
                          There is a crack on the display thats what the non samsung service executive told and it's a physical damage.
                          But even when i can assure there was no physical damage the service representative on call is not ready to understand it. Has given an estimate of 25k which is the present value of the tv..

                            It's been more then 180 days i.e. 6months I'm waiting for my phone to get back. And I'm getting revert like we are waiting for the final approval for my mobile or we haven't got the amount from syska. Everytime im getting revert like we are working on it. Everytime i call i get the update from them saying they have escalated from last 60 days. Does any escalation take so many days to revert back??
                            When i am spending so much amount on my phone & then again purchasing syska gadget secure considering it will help me its not. This kind of service not accepted from syskagadgetsecure and samsung service centre. And it's not my job to follow up with these things. And even the person from samsung service centre from mumbai told me that i will get my phone back before this month end and still they are saying amount pending, I'm also having recording for the same. I hope i get a revert back soon or else I have deal with some other action regarding this complaint.

                              Sir,
                              I have purchased a Samsung led TV dated, 25.7.2013 model number UA32F5500ARMXL
                              however within 11 month of delivery major issues have cropped up with the product that the TV screen goes off black suddenly. During the first year i got the issue resolved within warranty. i further extended the warranty by paying rs 3600/- for 3 years and thus the product now is under the extended warranty from 25.7.2014 and is covered up to 24.7.2017.
                              However again the same issue have come up and the customer care is not responding to me in a positive manner.
                              Thus with this communication i once again request you to replace the product and or upgrade my product as per the warranty conditions for which i have already paid hefty price.
                              Please note that if this issue is not resolved i shall be compelled to knock the doors of consumer court under the consumer protection act 1986.
                              The faulty product has been giving emotional stress to me and my family.
                              Kindly Look into the matter immediately.

                                I bought this unit from M/s Vasanth & Co. vide bill 0006730 dated 29.2.16

                                The refrigerator has not been performing well during the past few months and yesterday it stopped fully. On calling your service dept, they sent a staff to check the unit.

                                On inspection he stated that
                                a. the gas has leaked from a brand new equipment within a year.
                                b. it has to be refilled
                                c. with warranty it will not be chargeable.

                                On my demand to know how come a new fridge can lose gas within a year he said that moisture from a small drainage about three floors down and about 300 mts away has corroded the copper tubes.

                                Is this a Korean joke? If it can corrode copper tubes we human beings living here for years have not been affected by any corroded parts in our body. My previous Whirlpool fridge did function well for 5 years and other brands before that as well.

                                It is a manufacturing defect and I look forward to you replacing the unit without any further delay as I do not believe on the reasons your service personnel provide and that refilling would solve the problem. Next year I will have to shell out money for refilling and enrich Samsung pocket.

                                I am retired senior citizen and I dont want to set in motion a legal dispute for this.

                                  I had Samsung LED model no. VA40D550 Sr. 290/3ZNB900143M, suddenly TV was Shut Down, for getting repair, i got no. from web site - Samsung customer care Navi Mumbai - Help Line No. 65658976 / [protected], i called them, They send their technician, Took my TV after one month they brought TV charge 19000/- with one year warranty. After three day TV was not started, i called them again, they come and take TV back for repair till to date i am waiting for that and if i am calling they says it can not be repair.

                                  I asked them to gave the money / TV then they will not replied and till date no positive answer from their side.

                                    I bought a side by side Fridge with model no.RS554NRUA9M worth Rs 83000/- on[protected] #sargamindiaelectronicpvtltd#MG Road Gurgaon. The product is in warranty mode, has been repaired thrice for major parts like condenser and all.The item is defective and is not working properly after repair, I want a replacement of the product as i have given a lot of time and patience on this.
                                    There is no response at the service centre, I want the team to resolve this issue at the earliest, or else i will escalate this further.

                                      My fridge is not working at all and I made a complaint on 28.1.2017 vide complaint number [protected] where upon I was informed that the Engineer will visit my house on 29.1.2017 between 10 am to 6 pm. however no Engineer visited my house on 29.1.2017 so a second complaint was lodged vide complaint number [protected] on 29.1.2017 when I was informed that the executives were not available on 29.1.2017 and ttherefore they told me that the Engineer would visit my house on 30.1.2017 however till this time there is no resolution to my complaint and my food articles are being rotten. Kindly take immediate step.

                                        My samsung J5 is within warranty period. 10 days back my phone display was flashing on and off (i.e when phone is in sleep mode it was getting on/off continuously). i gave it to service center in gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. he told software has to be upgraded.then after 2 hrs i got message my complaint has been rectified. when i went there and inspected it was having same problem. then he opened the set in front of me inspected he got nothing and boxed back. then it was ok. i asked what is the problem he told it happens some times.he has not even cleaned with any cleaner or something.now today the display has gone almost black( it started yesterday).again i took to service center and got reply display has gone and will cost 3000 plus for changing.there is no physical damage to phone to which i got reply ur display is peeled off and there is no guarantee the new display will not get peeled off. also customer care is so arrogant and testing the patience. No proper response as if they r working for free. i was told u can go to another center i[censored] want.totally unsatisfied by service center and also the phone.
