I bought Samsung m31 s phone in October 2020 from then it was restarting and hanging frequently thought it was software problem, but yesterday it was fully freezed unable start or switch off, contacted serviceman they told it's a manufacturing defect IC fault, highly disappointed with this Samsung product they have given a defective product which can last for just one year so it cannot claimed with warranty. Need resolution justice for this...
