      Hi Samsung,

      For the last 14 days my galaxy active 2 watch's display malfunctioning and I have gone to the customer service team in thrissur, India on 27th July 2022. But they are saying "Motherboard is damaged due to liquid and it's not covered in warranty, also claimed 16K INR for repair. However, it's actually in warranty as I purchased this last October. I only used it for regular use and there is no way that it's water damaged.

      This is so disappointing to me. The watch failed within 10 months period and also I didn't even use it in the swimming pool. without a proper analysis service Technician directly asking me for paid service. They simply claimed that the watch is water damaged. This is not acceptable.
      Also, I understand the product is waterproof/resistant which the brand claims to be on website and other channels therefore it should not have been damaged in the first place. Would like to know a solution on warranty claim and explanation about fragility of the product and wearables like watches could be damaged for the mentioned reasons.

      Did not expect something like this could happen. Highly disappointed as it's not worth it to purchase such fragile products from samsung
      (It's a wearable product and a watch, it needs to be robust and waterproof/resistant; so it needs to work for a long period as well.)

      ​I've waited so many days and ​there has been no response from Samsung till now. Very bad customer care service from Samsung. I am going to file a complaint against Samsung in consumer court. Please don't buy smart watches from Samsung. I've lost my hard earned money on this bad quality watch. There are so many similar ​water damage warranty rejected ​cases reported​ when i looked up online. But still they are advertising that the watch is water resistant. It's purely cheating. I will never buy any product from Samsung.

        Due to small rain, Samsung m31s is not responding and screen also turned off after one week of incident. Notable Point, One year is completed from the date of buying.

        I went to samsung service center in beach station (high court back side) chennai. They asking inspection fee and simply told that to replace the mother board its cost nearly 8500 in indian rupee. I bought it for 12000 by exchange with my old phone.

        Totally worst samsung service. They simply replacing the mobile parts, Not doing repair service. I need a repair service with free of cost.

          I wanted to know on 4th August, 2022 Ms. Bhumika (Samsung Shop Support) updated me via Mail that "As we have checked your device IMEI details, there is no offer found for your device".
          Hence, as a proof of the IMEI Number of A73 5G Handset that I purchased, I am attaching all the below mentioned proof's with Terms and Conditions.
          I had activated the Handset during the Offer Period between 16th July, 2022 to 31st July, 2022 (Device Activation Date - 24th July, 2022). Also the offer said fresh enrolment/sign in to the Samsung Shop App (to be downloaded from Google PlayStore) must be completed by 15th August, 2022 failing which the customer will not be eligible for the offer.
          Do exactly let me know what IMEI details cannot be found for my Device and even after using the same Handset since Delivery, and why I am not eligible as per screenshot, as the offer is only for A73 Users.

          Kindly let me know what is the error on Samsung Shop App for me and why I am getting not eligible message for Galaxy Buds Live @499 on Samsung Shop App. The delay in resolving the issue is not from my end, failing which if the Offer has changed (or might change in future), why should I suffer as I did all steps for redemption of Galaxy Buds Live @ 499 after product purchase as per the Offer terms and conditions as mentioned on the Website. I request you please give me Galaxy Buds Live @ 499 offer for which I purchased the A73 5G Mobile at the earliest and don't provide please don't provide me a new Ticket ID Number again for this. If Samsung Shop App has issues, it's not on my part.

            I placed an order [protected] for a Refrigerator on July 16, 2022. And I thought of going for an advanced model, so I cancelled the same order on July 17, 2022. I got a mail on the same day that my order was successfully cancelled and mentioned that I will get the refund in 7-10 working days.
            But even after 19 days, my refund was not initiated from Samsung's side, even after multiple follow-ups with their customer care, Each time I was informed that they will remind the respective team, but till date, I did not get any proper response or refund (Today Aug 6, 2022).
            Customer care people are telling me different dates for my order cancellation (One says July 20, the Other person says July 28) but actually, I cancelled the order on July 17, 2022. I don't know what is the confusion from their end, but they are not giving a clear picture of anything. The last reference Number I received from Samsung was [protected]
            I want my refund to be initiated, or I will have to file a consumer case against Samsung for making me frustrated by not giving my money back.

              I am writing with my dissatisfaction with the quality & after sales service of my S20 plus purchase.
              I bought thee phone in March 2021 and it has developed a screen issue with 2 green lines on my screen rendering it unusable. This is a manufacturing defect which is acknowledged by them n they are providing a 1 time screen replacement for it too. However, they have refused to fix my phone until i pay them 15, 000Rs. This is because they have found other dents in it. It is a 1.5 yr old phone n i acknowledge the wear and tear and i am happy to live with it but i am not willing to pay 15k for the green lines which isnt my fault. Due to the manufacturing defect i am not even getting any value for a resale.
              I wrote to Samsung about it numerous times to their servicehead and CEO team but they kept repeating the company policy to me and provided no compensation or support.
              Hoping you can help mee out in getting justice for this buy so i can continue to use the hone i paid for without any unnecessary financial impact.

                White Screen for S20+

                On 4th of August my galaxy s20 plus mobile phone suddenly has a bright white light on the screen. I have also attached picture of phone. The phone did not sustain any physical damage nor was impacted in any way that could cause such problems in the screen. Having checked online multiple users have raised the very same issue. As consumers after paying such a hefty price tag for a premium product it is disheartening to face such ordeal. Samsung...

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                I have purchased a Smartphone Galaxy A71 in 11.08.21 with SAMSUNG Care Insurance Coverage. Recently about 2months back this Smartphone Screen got cracked as it accidentally fall down from my hand. I approached SAMSUNG Service centre for repair and as advised by them I lodged a service request in SAMSUNG portal and paid Rs1300/- (Approx) ONLINE for necessary repair.
                However SAMSUNG Sevice Centre received the Smartphone for investigation and repair. Subsequently SAMSUNG informed to pay me Rs13000/- (approx) for necessary repair/replacement charges without any report/information about the damages/defects and assigning any reason for this.
                I am not satisfied with such response and requested SAMSUNG to consider the Insurance coverage (within one year of purchase) of SAMSUNG Careplus for this repair/replacement for which I had already paid the premium. SAMSUNG accepts the Insurance Coverage but they are not responding about my further clarifications/request.
                Request you to please take it up with SAMSUNG immediately for necessary repair/replacement as per provision of SAMSUNG Careplus Insurance Coverage and inform me the details.

                  I bought a samsung M21 mobile in august of 2020 in amazon, for 2 years it has been working well and never got hanged before, but suddenly today(5th august 2022) it hanged while i was using it and when i tried to restart, it is just showing "samsung galaxy M21"" on a black screen and isn't getting restarted.
                  pls tell how to fix this as soon as possible

                    My samsung galaxy m31s phone screen freezes and reboots itself. I have tried factory reset but issue is same. all samsung service centre have only one solution of replacing motherboard, which is very expensive. Most users of M31s facing this issue. this is a manufacturing defect .why should customer bear this. kindly solve this.

                      With great mental agony I'm writing this for a proper resolution. I have been using the Samsung Galaxy M21 4GB/64GB mobile phone which I bought in Mar 2021. The phone was nice & i use it very gently for daily works and few social media apps only. Carried out all company recommended upgrades also. In July 2022, just to change the look of the display, I changed the display colour pallet option from Galaxy Theme from standard blue one to saffron one. The next day started all the mess. The phone for the first time hanged and restarted. Then, i thought it to be normal, being first instance, but then onwards you cant do anything on the screen, it goes hang and restarts automatically. I tried to reset the theme back to previous one, deleted cache, factory reset...all sort of things, but no result. Finally took the mobile to Samsung service centre in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. They say the mother board needs replacement as some IC got corrupted and the reason being improper update of software (which is not possible as the mobile itself doesn't allow to break a software update progress) or over charging of battery (this also not possible as the mobile on reaching full charge disconnects itself to save from overcharging. The customer service centre are simply misguiding customers and trying to get money from customers by replacing major items. Even-though my mobile phone is out of warranty by 4months, replacement of mother board in such a short span is highly not acceptable from a such a reliable brand like Samsung Mobiles. As such pls look into the matter and resolve at the earliest, by replacing the complete mobile phone or repairing with branded original component free of cost.

                        My phone is 1.5 yrs old and without any dropping or water damage or any sort of physical damage whatsoever the phone screen started to malfunction and one day it stopped working. i took it to the samsung customer service and they said to buy a new screen worth 7700 ruppees. this is samsungs fault all M51 phones are facing this problem and samsung should fix this for free. not the first time something like this has happened remeber the note 7 battery explosion problem just like that samsung m51 getting problems fix this for free or i will have to file an FIR for malpractice against samsung buying samsung phones is like subscribing for a pyramid scheme

                        u guys should have given every single customer a free display or mptherboard because its your fault that all the phones malfunctioned cause of an update you did this on puropse give us our money backk!!! u cheated all the customers if this doesnt work we will be filing a complaint with the consumer protection department of India!!!

                          Hi,
                          I'am purchase RT28T3932CR Top Mount Freezer with Convertible Freezer 253L on 03.04.2022. Suddenly I found my fridge not working( no cooling ). Then engineer visit and check, said PCB not working properly . Service center cahnged PCB 2 times .PCB not working . Fridge pick up at Service Centre . Then service center reply that they again order a New PCB and wait some days. I am already talk to Local Service Centre, they said that all parts are checked but no fault found. After machine shutdown it can't start . I am suffer last 5th july about that problem, today in 4th Aug . Customer Care always same reply that they would like to inform you that as we can check your concern has been already highlighted to the dedicated team. Please be assured that the team will get in touch with you at the earliest and provide you with the best possible resolution at the earliest according to Samsung guidelines. Today is 4th August'22. I had lost my patience. I want to refund my money. Plz help me and solved that matter immediately .

                          Hi, my problem still not solved. Local service center send my freeze to change Fan . They said problem solved.
                          After that we found problem not solved. Service center mechanic come to my house check ( after on/off machine not start during 35 to 40 minutes ). They gone after 40 minutes, that time machine still not started. One simple question I want to know how much days we will survive that problem. My freeze only 4 months old.

                              We have ordered a Samsung TV - Costing 46000 /- through Samsung APP ON 29TH June 22 . 04th july 22 we have received the damaged TV. We have requested for reversal of product and refund .On 13th july they have picked up the TV and on 19th july we got the confirmation from company that they have received the TV and they have initiated the refund process and with in 7 to 10 working days the amount will reflect in our account. Today is 03rd Aug 22 the refund is still pending .Every time we have to call the call centre for follow up and they have there standardise phrase that they will get back to us but till date we haven't received any call back from them

                                I had raised a complaint for my samsung washing machine on 20th july 2022. Since then I am following up with them but no service was ever provided. I even sent an email to India head and CEO from the samsung portal but still nothing happened. And today i received the sms that request is canceled as appointment is postponed. Even though i never received any call or anyone visited.

                                  Mobile Display is not working . Mobile is under warranty but they denied to repair free of cost, they said mobile was damaged. but in actual condition Neither mobile was damaged internally or externally.

                                    Hi,
                                    I bought Samsung Galaxy Z flip 3 on 1st November 2021 and within 3-4 months o[censored]sing it, i started facing issues:
                                    1) While using the phone, it's screen gets blank and it automatically gets switched off. This happened once and then it started happening daily for 4-5 times a day.
                                    2) I went to Samsung service center they first told me they will upgrade the software and check and if still the issue is not resolved they will change the motherboard. So they kept the phone, upgraded the software and handed over back to me saying it's fine now. But again after i started using it, i faced the same issue.
                                    3) I went second time to the Samsung service center and now they are not ready to replace the phone or change the motherboard. Now they said let us check if the phone still has issues. And next day they called me telling that that the phone is working fine and no issue. I asked them to replace the phone or change the motherboard but they are not ready to do anything. When i went back to collect the phone they told me they have changed the screen and now there won't be any issue.

                                    I am still facing the same issue and phone automatically gets switched off. My phone is in warranty and they are not doing anything, just passing the time, waiting for warranty to get over. This is really disappointing.
                                    I had bought this expensive phone and i am facing this issue which is really not upto it's performance. And then secondly, the service center is not helping at all. I need my phone to get replaced as this issue is not getting resolved. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this phone.

                                      My phone is not working properly. I bought this phoneon march 2022. From last two days it is very difficult for me to attach headphones. And sound of phone is not proper.
