I placed an order [protected] for a Refrigerator on July 16, 2022. And I thought of going for an advanced model, so I cancelled the same order on July 17, 2022. I got a mail on the same day that my order was successfully cancelled and mentioned that I will get the refund in 7-10 working days.
But even after 19 days, my refund was not initiated from Samsung's side, even after multiple follow-ups with their customer care, Each time I was informed that they will remind the respective team, but till date, I did not get any proper response or refund (Today Aug 6, 2022).
Customer care people are telling me different dates for my order cancellation (One says July 20, the Other person says July 28) but actually, I cancelled the order on July 17, 2022. I don't know what is the confusion from their end, but they are not giving a clear picture of anything. The last reference Number I received from Samsung was [protected]
I want my refund to be initiated, or I will have to file a consumer case against Samsung for making me frustrated by not giving my money back.
