I had ordered products on meesho and they had delivered it wrong. Since the entire order was wrong for each and every item I was supposed to receive, I had sent "wrong product sent". The guy from shadowfax told me he had to collect 3 items. Since I had only one item I couldn't possibly return 3 products. He put me on to his manager who didn't have the patience to listen to what I had to say and just started yelling that he was a third party and he could only do according to the instruction. I am absolutely ok with him not trying to help me, but his response to a customer is uncalled for.
