I am a new seller from messo and my name is Rohit chauhan and my shop name is Discount store.
I have sell a printer cost 17200 rupees on messo to a customer with awb no [protected] through xpressbees but customer choose to return my electronic item. So the question arises that none of any other company have return option on electronic item but messo have.
But the main problem arises when he return the order through shadowfax with awb no. R[protected]FLP and I was waiting for my order but one day when I checked my order with awb no then I was shocked to see that the order was already delivered but I didn't got my order.
Sir, it was 1st and very costly order which I haved delivered and I swear sir I didn't recieve the order and when I told my father he become very angry and everyday he is warning me. I went to nearby shadowfax office with that awb no but nothing shown there and messo customer care is not responding for that.
Please sir, help me. Anyone from the office has stolen it and without delivering the order, he marked it as delivered. I have some proof which I am attaching with this email, please have a look.

But please please please I am requesting you to return my order. I am fell down in a very bad situation . It is very hard for me to tell my father that I lost 17200 rupees. My decision was wrong to become a good seller in such a bad world where people steal other precious things. I always keep thinking about this 17200 rupees. Please sir please help me, my problem is not still solved and I am new here. I will never do this again. Please case file or whatever you want but please give back my product or give compensation of my order through shadowfax 😭🙏🙏🙏🙏
