My order#18550959 for RedMi note 5 Pro has been booked on Date: 07/06/2018 and payment done thru BHIM for a total amount of 15, 999/-. My order was confirmed and was supposed to get the mobile in 3 to 4 days. But the next day itself when we try to contact the customer nobody seems to pick up and no response in online chat and mails also. The website started showing scrolling of returning the money in 15 days, but till now didn't receive any...

I had placed an order on 6th of june 2018 with the order id #18550347 on shopyaro website, where i ordered for a redmi note 5 pro by paying inr 15, 999 through phonepe. I have not received the product by the committed date on website, neither have i received a refund. Email id and phone numbers on the website are not working either. Could you help in getting the refund please....

Sir, i purchased redmi 5a from www.Shopyaro.Com vide order no 18548389 on 02 jun 2018. Company not delivered mobile and also not giving refund. When i call to customer care of company not attend any call and also not response any mail because mail address not found of company. So company not give any response of call and not refund money. Placed the order for redmi note 5 pro on 4th jun. They confirmed my payment on 6th jun. Later, queried them when they will dispatch, via call to their customer care, they told don't worry will dispatch the order soon. But when i saw their website saying issue with the seller, got surprised. Till now i haven't got the refund yet. I have paid rs.14, 999.

I had ordered a "Redmi note pro 5" on 03/06/2018 from this website.. My order number is. 18549002. I had paid Rs 13999 through Karnataka bank. We ordered redmi note 5 pro for 13999rs but the next day website showed the notification that they are having some issues within the seller and all orders will be refunded within 15 working days without any prior notification .there is also no method remaining to contact the customer care services. nothing is working, not even the email they gave.the refund or the product never reached our door.
