I have paid INR999 to SonyLIV for one year premium subscription on 27th Nov'2021. Post which i got access and I have used my premium account comfortably till mid December.

Around 20 to 25th December, i noticed i got log out from my account and when i tried log in again as a premium member, the app responded as i am not a premium customer and hence i need to recharge or pay for full year subscription.

After the same issue, i tried reaching multiple times to SonyLIV through contact us facility available in app along with payment reference, account details etc. however received no response and still struggling to access my premium account. Please help either a access or full refund as it caused lot of inconvenience.

      Now 2nd working day is going on, still no body visit to check my SONY TV issue.

        Hi,
        I was not informed that my LazyPay account will be automatically deducted for Rs 999 on[protected] for renewal of 1 year subscription of Sony Liv.

        The amount got deducted on its own.
        I was about to use my coupon for renewal of my subscription.

        When I wrote a mail to SonyLiv customer support [protected]@sonyliv.com, they said I was informed earlier which never happened. Then they wrote another email where they said I should have cancelled the subscription myself earlier.

        Lies after Lies.

        I have repetedly told them in email that I wasn't informed earlier and money was automatically deducted without my consent.
        Now, in the last mail they are wishing that I could have written the mail earlier for cancellation, but they never bothered to tell me that they were going to deduct Rs 999 automatically.

        It wasn't communicated even in the 1st mail during registration last year that the subscripition amount will be automatically deducted .

        Please cancel the subscription and refund my amount of Rs.999.

          I had purchased BRAVIA LED 43 Inch ( KLV-43W772E Sr. No.[protected] on dated 04th December 2017.

          We had spend more than RS. 15, 000.00 to 20, 000.00 at the time of purchasing in comprising of another companies brand like Samsung & LG etc. It's a big money for middle class person. Only reason for purchasing Sony is due to his performance and branding name . We are thinking at the time of purchasing SONY TV, we are not facing any problem at least 10 years minimum.

          Today, I am watching TV near about 11.00 a.m, suddenly my TV not showing any picture. I have started my TV again near about 3 to 4 times, but picture is not coming, after that I had called customer care number and register my problem.

          After some time, I have received one call from Karnal ( Haryana ) customer care, she asked me about the problem. She told me after listening the problem, your panel need to be changed and his cost is near about RS. 15, 000.00.

          With in 4 years, now I need to spend RS. 15, 000.00 again, it's not a small amount for us.

          PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM AND TRY TO SHORTOUT WITHOUT ANY COST.

              We have purchased a Sony 48" Tv during Nov 2015. The same went not working during Nov last week and we had filed a complaint with Sony customer care. The response was very poor and after multiple follow ups they are suggesting us to proceed purchasing another Sony TV of Higher cost which cannot be afforded from a customer in this pandemic situation.

                Hello Team,

                I had requested for home repair service for my Sony blu-ray, the technician had come yesterday (17 december 2021) but the technician saw the product and told me to take it to the service centre directly. He told me to give him 200 rs (visiting charge), and I gave the money to him even though he didnt even diagnose the problem. I would like to request for a refund of the 200 rupees as the technician just pressed the power button on the blu-ray and obviously it wouldn’t turn on because it dosen't work and thats why I had requested home repair service for it. There is no meaning to give him the visiting charges as he didnt even diagnose the problem. This is totally unfair. Please refund me the money (200 rs) because there is no meaning to give the visiting charges as he did nothing that would repair the machine. Please do not send another technician to my home, just directly refund me the visiting charges (Rs.200). I have also attached the jobsheet.

                They did not provide me the refund but I received a call from their customer service that those are the visiting charges and it can't be refunded hence closing this ticket. Bad customer service experience.

                  My requirement is to get my Sony TV reinstalled.
                  I called several numbers that are provided by Sony under authorised service number and installation number. But none of them are able to guide me. Instead they speak very rudely in whatever language they know.

                  I am a big fan of Sony and all my appliances are Sony. In fact I have always suggested all my friends and family members to always go for Sony appliances wherever possible. But Today I am shattered to look at their service.

                  Why such bad service? Is everything ok with Sony company???

                        We purchased Sony LED TV Model No. KD 55X7002G, Ser No. 8024847, in September 2020. As we did not have a proper TV stand/cabinet, we got it wall mounted then. But recently we purchased a TV cabinet and wanted to have it on that with the two legs but to our disappointment and horror, found that many parts were not provided in the box, which was opened then. Called the local Sony representative who installed the TV but he too was of no help. How can the parts that should be provided with the TV not be sent. Our son booked this for us through Amazon.usa. Can you please help in arranging these parts for us to make use of the two legs for the TV to be installed on/in the TV cabinet that we purchased recently only for this. Such a branded and reputed company like Sony has not provided these - very surprising. We should have done it earlier but did not think o[censored]sing the TV this way and made do with the wall mounting facility. Please arrange for these parts and assist us. Thank you.

                        We are yet to receive a response as we are waiting for the parts/accessories to install the tv with the stand. We are not able to get these in the market so waiting for Sony to respond with a solution for the same.

                          It's not getting charged, from one month I've been roaming over a lot of service centers but no one is helping over my headphones, while buying they said Sony is a reputed international company bla bla bla but in here when I've got a problem no one is in here.                                   I had purchased Sony Bravia48” LED model KDL-48W700C TV in December 2015 .Two days back suddenly it went blank with no visible picture .We contacted Sony service centre and complained with ID 68372419.The visiting technician says the display has gone and the service centre says they have stopped manufacturing the parts .It is sad to know that a reputed company like Sony is unable to provide parts after only 6 years of purchasing.If this is the reputation, we consumers will not have any faith and trust in Sony .It also questions the credibility of Sony .I request you to please look into the matter and also arrange a good technician to repair our TV ASAP .

                                        This is to inform you that barely a year or so after a Sony Bravia KD-65A8G, bearing the serial number 8005029, was installed in place of the earlier one, it is found that there are signs of disintegration of the film of the external display panel which may escalate if not attended to.
                                        Mr. Asghar from Sony, has also examined it at my residence himself and we await action since.

                                        This is the second time where my Sony Tv is sought to be replaced on account of admitted manufacturing defect in the panel. It is astonishing rather astounding to note that soon after the warranty period is over the defect emanates . My Tv's warranty just lapsed for not less than a day or two i presume when the complaint was lodged after observing the defect. Hence the question of approving your so called request does not arise. The manufacturing defect within almost a year or so of such high end TV's that too from an esteemed company like Sony is the least one can expect.

                                        We have the avenues open to redress our grievances if the defect is not resolved at your end.
