Headphones

My headphones Wh 1000-xm3 started making troubles earlier for its immediate turning off while using .Then I take my headphone to my closest service center they take my headphone and check it after a day I called them they say my product doesn't have any issue.
However, after taking back to my home same problem arises. I take that to service center 2-3 times they always give me the same answer that after charging they are working perfectly...

Subscription issue

I subscribed for sony liv app on 4th sep 2021 by debited cards of different banks which they said failed.The next day my account from both the banks had a withdrawal of rs.999/- to sony liv.Now the issue is sony liv needs to pay one subscription back to my one of my bank accounts. My app is active but charged twice.

I am highly disappointed with Sony officials. I have given my sony lens SEL1018/CAE Serial number 2068838 on 19 Jun 2021at your Lajpat Nagar service centre. It's been more than three months. Your service centre unable to repair my lens and asked me to replace with any other lens.

Subscription paid but service not activated

I Ms. Srushti Vartak had paid Rs. 224.25 twice as Subscription for activating service of Sony Liv once via Paytm and once via Google Pay.
The amount is already deducted from my bank account and also received a debit confirmation of amount. Still the subscription/service is not activated. I request the refund of the amount or activation of service.

bdv-e4100 - faulty printed motherboard

My bdv-e4100 (Home theatre) was suddenly having issues, went to sony service center vigneshwar service in bangalore, kept the system for 2 months and then i got it picked up as they says part is not available, it was just a 2-3 years old system very worst service, no calls, no intimations, no eta, pathetic handling of the issue. Sony TV Screen Showing Vertical Lines

I have purchased 43inches Sony tv model no. 43W772E in the year 2017 dt. 13/10/2017 from Reliance Retail Limited in Indore. sony tv 43w800d motherboard

I brought sony tv 43w800d in year feb 2017. The motherboard for same stopped working in aug 2019. Just after 1.5 year of normal usage. I checked with service center, they told company stopped producing this model and it's components. I am really disappointed by sony which has huge brand value and producing faulty products. And they stop manufacturing so they don't have to support even 2 year old products. As a user how can i trust the brand....

exchange of damaged tv with new one
