    I had subscribed for Sony liv by paying Rs 999 in June 2023 from my old number which was the registered number. My registered number is not valid anymore due to some issue. I had requested Sonyliv to update my new number so that I can enjoy the subscription amount paid by utilising Sony liv services. They failed to update my new no or provide any resolution whatsoever. They have stopped responding to my mails also. Eventually due to no response I requested them to refund my money. They have failed to do the same or update my new numbers. Due to their callous and unprofessional behaviour I am not able to watch Sonyliv since a month. They are not responding or providing any resolution. Their deficit service is very evident by the way no response is provided by them. Request you to please look into this matter.

      I have lodged a complaint for service inca[protected] and have been provided with the name of the service center as nri electronics ghaziabad. i am the owner of sony tv model no. kd-49x7500f. the service center is not only anti-customer; they are a sort of extortionist as well. after getting the initial inspection done, they informed me that the mother board needs to be changed as child components are malfunctioning. i told them i would get back to them. i later informed them to send the motherboard at my place, as i will not allow them to take the tv, basis their poor online reviews, i was told it will be done. the owner mr. tiwari and the service head mr. shukla asked me an advance for the motherboard which is something awkward to me. the service centre which is not responding on calls, can take away my money and may not respond. i request sony' which too is not responding on social media or on thier webpage to please respond. i will have no option now but to use the public platforms like mouthshut.com and other such platforms, apart from using public complaint platforms floated by government of india, including consumer forums to demand service to my tv which the service centre is not attending. i also need an alternative service provider other than nri electronics.

            Hi i bought a tv on 22 /5/23 sony led tv 65x80k 4k

            in a few weeks i hv a problem in my tv there was a red light spotted in tv screen i was so disappointed to buy this product from sony there is no proper response from service center very bad customer service.
            sony is a no 1 company but their customer care srevice is very worst .
            still no sollution for that problem .
            i want a new product

              Hi Team,

              I am a paid subscriber of sonyliv, for the last few days I have been trying to connect to your support team, to change my email address as I have lost access to my previous email. But despite of numerous attempts, they just keep on sending me the same mail saying please mail through your registered email, I would've done that if I had access, but they just wouldn't understand.

                Content of cartoon show for Oggy and the cockroaches is very bad
                Not suitable for children as Hindi version is very poor request to put some very creative things on the channels
                Even I saw the cartoons which is very destructive things show on the cartoons especially dubbing for Bollywood actors....

                I want to address a persisting issue with a Sony earbuds that I purchased on [ 29.04.2023] for a total cost of INR 5, 953.

                Under the warranty agreement, the aforementioned earbuds experienced a malfunction during the warranty period. In response, I sought resolution by taking the product to the Sony service center, located at (Narayan vihar Star electronic DELHI, Mob: [protected] ) on 17.Sep.2023.

                It was returned to me after servicing, and I was assured that the issues were resolved.

                Unfortunately, despite the servicing, the earbuds became faulty again merely a few days later, exhibiting the same issues as before. This recurring problem not only disrupts my daily life but also raises concerns about the quality of the product and the effectiveness of Sony's repair services.

                  I bought this TV in Nov/Dec 2018 from Vishal Electronics, Borivali, Mumbai.
                  In Sep/Oct 2021 the display went bad. SONY service center fixed the problem by changing the display at a cost of around Rs. 22, 000.
                  Now, its Oct, 2023 and once again I have exact same problem with no display but sound works.
                  I am just shocked with the poor quality control testing from SONY. After this, I have lost my trust in SONY products in India. I use SONY products at my home in USA and have no complaints at all.
                  I hope that SONY takes pride in their products & services, and offer to repair it for free.
                  Spending Rs.44000 (for replacing display 2 times) on a Rs.79, 000 TV in less than 5 years is not acceptable.
                  I strongly recommend the reader of this complaint to opt for another TV or buy a cheaper TV so you can easily replace, if its a display problem.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I have purchased a SONY OLED KD-55A8G on[protected] with extended warranty upto 31/03/2024. The said OLED not working since 18/09/2023 and I lodge complaint vide complaint no.OC[protected]. BUT unfortunately no one is going to resolve the issue. The insurance company is telling that matter is pending at SONY Company and vice versa.
                    It is very painful that such a big brand company is not bothering to resolve the issue.
                    Hence you are requested to resolve my issue as soon as possible or replace the OLED with new one.

                      I have written to SonyLiv multiple times since 31st Aug 2023 on their websites Contact Us section, also I have raised my query's in their WhatsApp chat, however SonyLiv is not responding nor they are refunding the balance amount neither they are resolving this issue,
                      I have a proper paid susbscription of SonyLiv, all of a sudden SonyLiv have stopped Live Channels Service, I am no more able to watch any Live Channels on my TV, my purpose was to watch Live Channels for which I have paid in advance for 1 year's subscription,

                        Dear Sony Customer Support Team,

                        I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a serious issue I am facing with the Sony TV I purchased approximately 11 months ago, costing around 80k. The TV model in question is a 55-inch copy of the bill attached for your reference, and it is currently under warranty.

                        The reason for my discontent stems from the fact that the TV screen has suddenly malfunctioned, and it now displays content in black and white only. This issue occurred without any prior warning or apparent cause, making it even more frustrating. Service Center assured me the panel will be replaced but the 80k Sony TV within a year will get panel replacement and after my warranty expires this 26th September, 2023 i need to pay for each service. what quality of product i had received from Sony????

                        As a loyal Sony customer, I have always trusted in the quality and reliability of your products. However, the current situation has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. A television is a significant investment, and I expect it to function correctly and provide a satisfactory viewing experience throughout its lifespan. Sorry to say but i haven't purchased the TV of MI or One Plus or any other inferior brand compared to Sony. I had made an investment in India's most trusted brand.

                        Giving a situation to you :

                        Suppose after 26th September, 2023 (meaning after the warranty expires) Motherboard problems occur or any problem happens then i need to pay for that. I had a deep fear in mind now that after spending Rs 80k and having panel issue in TV and service center will replace that just because I'm under warranty. but the biggest question is why did this happen?? There is a huge question mark on Sony tv products or i get a defective product at the time of purchase. We middle class people spend our money on the most trusted brands just because of durability or its longevity. I had a box TV Sony purchased in 1997 and its still working fit and fine. Sony had built their reputation at this level, but what happened this time. Considering my experience with Sony i m pretty sure that the TV was not in good condition at the time of delivery at my home. it was not fit and proper else this could not happen.

                        Given the circumstances, I kindly request an immediate resolution to this problem. I urge Sony to honor its commitment to customer satisfaction and promptly replace the TV under warranty. I believe it is essential for Sony to uphold its reputation for excellence and ensure that its customers continue to enjoy high-quality products and services.
                        I hope this email conveys the urgency and seriousness of the matter at hand. I am eagerly looking forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this issue. Please do not hesitate to contact me at [protected] to discuss this matter further.

                          We bought a new TV Aug 15th 2023 and the TV showed the blank screen on Sept 1st 2023. We registered a complain on Sat 2nd 2023 and the complaint ID is INCA[protected], the Sony technician came the same evening and said on Sept 4th the TV will be replaced. We have been following up and the response over the last two days is that there will be response in half hour, some one will respond back etc.
                          We were promised immediate replacement but following up has been a night mare.
                          Kindly help us expedite the replacement process.

                            This is to inform you that my Sony Bravia TV KDL-55W850A Sl. No.4300427
                            is not working due to backlight issues since 25.8.2023. I raised a complaint on 26.8.2023 through customer care at your Delhi office. Call center employees repond my call and arranged one person for inspection & repair purposes from Adayar service center, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He only said the backlight is not working no stock with us, We will repair it and give you back subject to an advance amount of Rs.14000/- I refused to give the advance amount, so I asked him to replace the parts. No responses for 2 days even though several calls were made to the customer care office. One Mr.Karthik called me and gave me an exchange offer for x75L model. But i request to X82L and X90L model rates. He quoted an abnormal price in the exchange offer I got a better price in Croma stores T Nagar, Chennai without an exchange. Finally, i request to replace the backlight parts as per consumer law. Already 7 days over, yesterday inform your customer care persons, i am going to fire your TV at T Nagar are market place infront of all Medias. Now I will give another one day time to resolve the same otherwise i will fire your TV as said.

                                  TV needed to repair without replacing the motherboard

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Please find the attached current JOB Sheet

                                  I have sony TV - Model No - KLV-32R412D
                                  Serial Number - 4167065

                                  Issue :- No Power

                                  So that i have given the TV to Sony Service center in Hyderabad - PRANANK ELECTRONICS (Sony Authorized Service Center ) on 19/08/2023

                                  They verified the TV in 20 mins and gave me the resolution that the Motherboard needed...

                                  Its been 2years and 6months, I purchased a TV worth 61000.00. Yesterday I found a horizontal line in the TV screen and I called for Service and they told send a photo and sent it. After 1 hour they calles me back and said display need to change and including service 16500.00. My concern is not this service charge, why we are buying a branded TV like Sony because we are trusting their name and for long term use. Who knows after service how long it will work without further complaints. So I request to you please do something and don't break our trust. Thanks
