    I gave my product to sony authorised service center, onkar residency, behind zopadi canteen, savedi road, ahmednagar[protected] for changing the ear pads of product "mdr-zx310ap".

    When i gave my headset, both the sides were working. I gave the product in the custody of the service center for 2 weeks paid rs 750/- for changing ear pads and after changing th earpads one side isen't working. So i didn't took the delivery of the product.

    I would like to ask the forum that does the service center fix the products or do they spoil the product.

      I bought a TV in 2018 for more than a lakh and now the TV is not working and have been told multiple times multiple issues and then finally was told panel issue and they don't have replacement panel available for the same. So they offered me another TV for discounted price of 70k in exchange of my TV. But exchange offered TV is available elsewhere at almost the same price. I have tried to reach Sony in so many possible ways but they don't respond. I don't want a new TV that price is not affordable and justified considering my existing TV is just 4 years old, please just fix my TV. Can't escalate and it's in service center. Brought with lot of trust but extremely disappointed

              I paid 1.55 lac & purchased SONY OLED TV from Reliance Electronic Shop, Rajarajeshwari nagar, Bengaluru. Same day i noticed there is a defect in the screen and reported to Reliance & Sony Call Centre. Afterwards sent Technician twice to home but decision is still pending. I have lost my time for all these communications, it is creating mental agony & disturbing my peace. I strongly demand replacement of the unit with defect free or refund my entire money with interest along with compensation.

                I bought an OLED TV 2 years ago, within a year it had defective pixels, due to covid-19 i couldnt get any help, i tried reaching them in everyway, now it has gotten worse, because TV is out of warranty i am being charged even though they said there will be additional warranty on panel.

                  Hello Sony India this is my complaint No. 71943578 my tv panel is broken by mistake after complaining your engineer visited on Monday and informed that we have to replace it by new tv panel by giving 27k,

                  He took the visiting charges and left saying he will rrevert by evening and Confirm if the panel is available to change if the panel is not in production or stock he will send us an offer for a new tv

                  Since the last 4 days we are Following with your service center and engineer but we are not getting proper answers and felt like cheated after looking at poor customer service Kindly inform your service team to resolve the complaint at earliest

                    I am Purchase TV on 02/09/2022, the next of the TV installation every day I am facing an issue with TV.
                    Issue 1.TV will automatically restart (in a day 5-6 times).
                    2. Sometimes i am not getting sound(after switch off and on the TV then only i will get sound).
                    1st time i raise comlpaint, they(Sony service center) said the issue with setup box and they closed ticket but this issue...

                      Dear Sir,

                      We purchased the best TV in the market SONY BRAVIA 55 INCH. we were absolutely delighted it worked very well. Cost was huge around 75, 000 INR.

                      After two years of running there has come dark patches at bottom. service engineer will have to change the display unit for 30, 000 INR. We are devasted we cannot afford as we bought before on loan and we wanted to run our lifetime as we bought SONY. We never thought it will break like this.

                      we ran panasonic for 10 years which was boought at 5000. It ia amount to cheating and if we don`t get justice by this online complain then nopthing is possible.

                        Hi Sony Team,

                        It was a pathetic experience after repairing my Tv display pannel by paying more than 25K however from the 1st day itself display was dull and low sharpness, brightness etc. Same was intimated to service engineer after the repair itself, but they didnt accept.
                        Next raised a complain again by calling sony customer care service engineer visited after repeated followup, he updated the software and told nothing...
