Order No:[protected] placed on 22 July 2023 in which I ordered 2 items but below mentioned item was missing:
Peri Peri chicken strips - 6 Pc

I immediately complained on app support wherein customer executive apologised and offered a coupon of Rs.72 only.

Since ordered item was of Rs299+taxes offering of Rs.72 was inappropriate and I raised my objection and flagged the response as not satisfactory.

I am writing daily mails on [protected]@swiggy.in but they are not replying

They are giving vague reason of account not validated. How come you deliver and accept payment if account was not validated. They even called on my registered mobile no but still they only have one line in email that "No Compensation Will be provided as account not validated"

I have ordered 2 sets of masala poori and 2 sets of idly from A2B Adayar Ananda Bhavan, Pudsuchrry on 8-8-23 at 8.00 pm.But I have received 1 set of masala poori and 2 sets of idly only.

I am Shankhaneel Dutta from Bangalore. Recently I registered as a Swiggy delivery partner (driver) in the mobile app. My documents are all uploaded and verified but still I am not able to proceed with my application. I have also paid Rs 199 for onboarding in the Swiggy delivery partner app. I think there is an issue with account activation. I have reached Swiggy customer care but no one from the staff is ready to solve my issue. I request...

Swiggy has not sent me invoice for my orders rather it has given only order summary and for some orders even if have received invoices the total amount is much different from the amount I actually paid....

1. They just had one item available in stock which is okay, 2. They let me place the entire order of ₹440 and after the payment was done and order was placed, they said that all the delivery partners were busy and they can’t deliver my order at the moment. Shouldn’t they not let you place the order in the first place like blinkit and zepto, if you can’t deliver it due to no delivery partners available. 3. It took more than an hour of continuous calling and customer support chatting that I received my order and when the delivery partner handed me the order, the packet was opened already, and asked me to check if anything’s missing. Gladly, nothing was missing, but overall this entire experience was next to pathetic as I had ordered for someone else and they had to wait for an hour to get the order and even the delivery partner reached the wrong location and later coordinated for the right one which took another 15-20 minutes. Gosh, how is it even called instamart?

Swiggy account has been suspended without any reason and they are saying"After having reviewed your account, we are sorry to inform you that your account has been suspended. Therefore, we will be unable to reactivate the same"

I have done payment for delevery partner and pay the money but now i am unable to verify my driving licence tried many times correctly but unable to verify. Pls contact or resolve my problem.

I have made a order from swiggy on 23 Jul 2023, at 9:53 PM from Pizza Hut restaurant. As pizza hut is a known brand i had a confidence that the food quality will be appropriate and they will maintain it as well.

But my experience was shocking as I received uncooked BLAND food, which is totally opposite of what I have experienced during dine-in in the restaurant....

Hi, We ordered 2 waffles from the Belgian Waffles co in Ongole (Order Number:[protected] but was delivered only 1 waffle

Coffee was made by Stale/spoiled Milk

My order was placed on 25th July 2023 at 9:48 pm which was never delivered. When i asked the support team they kept transferring to senior executives who couldn’t reach the delivery boy. Then i was told by swiggy to get in touch with the delivery partner even though they couldn’t reach him. Then for two hours they were unable to resolve my issue, provide my order and refused to give refund. Instead i was advised to cancel my order with a 100% cancellation fee. Swiggy has the most incompetent staff, pathetic service, horrible delivery boys who only screw valued customers of their money and in return provide them with undelivered goods, unnecessary harassment and inefficient team from top to bottom to address any issue. Blinkit is way better with prompt service and support. This is by far my worst experience with Swiggy-Instamart

I have placed order at 7.42pm and order is not yet delivered. My kid is hungry..why do u take orders i[censored]r not on time????

I ordered pickup-drop from swiggy genie, the parcel collected correctly, however, even after selecting correct drop address on app, app picked wrong location on map though in written address was also there, swiggy person went to wrong address and i had already paid money on portal, but due to wrong location drop, i had to again pay to swiggy person from wrong address to correct address so refund my money.

Hi Sir/ madam,

I was ordered Chicken Handi Special Biryani. I was received only Biryani rice and no chicken pieces. I was given complaint to Swiggy in their portal. They simply closed the complaint with the remarks as order was delivered.

Please do the needful for the negligence and take serious action on Swiggy.

I have ordered 1 plate chapathi and 1 uttapam for my parents but got only uttappam and chappati curry, chappathi is missing. I have raised a complaint immediately after 6 hours i got the reply as we are sorry for the inconvince and giving the refund of 30/-. I don't know whether they are favor a customer by giving a penny in the order. i have drafted another mail stating I don't want 30/- give me full refund they simply replied we will share this feedback to the all involved team.
