Your Swiggy order #[protected] has been cancelled 14. You will be charged Rs 397.0 as cancellation fee. I got a message like this as I didn’t receive the order as I’m unaware of my phone call the delivery guy didn’t try to deliver to place as I was waiting for the order to arrive. And how can charge the whole amount for cancellation fees shame on u people looting people money and infact im hungry waited for too long and didn’t receive the food I’ll never order in Swiggy as I regularly order in Swiggy. Going forward I’ll never ever order in Swiggy I’ll post this in social media as well

    I ordered a fried rice and mint lime but the delivery partner only delivered fried rice and I complained in swiggy and swiggy gave me refund but half an hour later the delivery partner came and delivered that mint lime . So I want to cancel the refund of 23 rupees

      I am extremely disappointed and frustrated to discover that my Swiggy account has been deactivated without any prior notice or explanation. To make matters worse, there has been an unauthorized transaction made by an unknown individual using my account.

      This is a serious breach of security, and I demand immediate action. I insist on the following steps being taken without delay:

      Immediate Reactivation of My Account – There is no valid reason provided for the deactivation, and I expect full access restored immediately.

      Full Disclosure of the Unauthorized Transaction – I want detailed information about the unauthorized transaction, including the date, time, location, and any associated account or device information.

      Investigation into the Breach – I expect a thorough investigation into how my account was compromised and a clear explanation provided to me.

      Failure to address this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

        I am filing this complaint to report continuous unsolicited and harassing calls from Swiggy, despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with their support team.

        Two years ago, as a student, I registered for the Swiggy Delivery Partner program to understand their logistics system. However, I did not proceed further with the program and have never worked as a delivery partner.

        For the past 3–4 months, I have been receiving 6–8 calls daily from Swiggy offering promotional messages like “special extra delivery charges.” These calls have been coming from different numbers, making it impossible to block them effectively. The frequency of these calls is highly disruptive, especially during my classes.

        Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

        I contacted Swiggy’s customer care at +[protected], but they claimed my number was not registered in their system.
        I also sent messages via Swiggy’s official WhatsApp support, but received no response.
        Despite these efforts, the calls persist, causing me stress and anxiety, as I often mistake them for emergency calls from family or friends.

        Relief Requested:

        Immediate removal of my contact number from all Swiggy databases and call lists.
        Assurance that I will not receive any further calls or messages from Swiggy.
        Investigation into this issue to prevent similar harassment for other users.
        I request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Swiggy for violating my privacy rights and causing mental distress through excessive and unsolicited communication.

          I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order placed through the Swiggy app. I had ordered items from Mamledar Misal Hotel, and the total amount spent was ₹464.

          Unfortunately, the delivery partner assigned to my order canceled it without informing me. To my surprise, Swiggy charged the entire order amount as cancellation charges, which I find both unfair and unacceptable.

          I did not receive any calls or communication regarding this cancellation. This is the second time I have experienced such an issue with Swiggy, which raises concerns about whether this could be a deliberate strategy to defraud customers.
          I have not received food.
          I have attached the call history and order details for your reference. Kindly look into this matter and assist me in getting a refund for the amount charged.

            Today, I ordered from Swiggy Instamart, ordering ITC Seekh and Carnivorous seekh kababs. However, I received ITC prawns instead of the Carnivorous seekh. When I contacted customer care, I was told I would receive a resolution in the next six hours. Six hours? For a quick delivery app, if I have to wait that long, I wouldn't have even placed the order. I had a party tonight, so I ended up ordering the same item from another delivery app. Swiggy Instamart's customer support refused to provide any immediate resolution or replacement. Instead, they are making me wait for six hours to receive an email from their team. The customer support representative called me to explain that he couldn't do anything at that moment, and I would need to wait for a resolution within 6 hours from another team.

              Hi Swiggy Customer Support,

              I’m really frustrated and disappointed with the ongoing issue I’ve been trying to resolve. Here’s what’s been happening:
              -On 01-Dec-2024, I received a Rs. 786 coupon for Order #[protected].
              -The coupon was auto-applied to Order #[protected] for only Rs. 188, leaving me with a balance of Rs. 598, which I’m unable to use or get refunded.

              I’ve been reaching out to customer support via email for the past two weeks, but all I get are the same responses, with no resolution. Despite spending hours explaining the situation to different reps, I’m still being told that the Rs. 598 is non-refundable—something I just can’t accept.

              As a loyal Swiggy One subscriber, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I really hope someone from the leadership team can step in to resolve this with a full refund and an apology within 24 hours.
              If this isn’t sorted soon, I’ll have no choice but to escalate further.

                I ordered multiple products through Swiggy Instamart in Chennai, and most of them were expired except for one. When I noticed the expiry, I contacted Swiggy's customer support twice: once with Satyam and later with Tanu.

                Satyam: Initially, he claimed the evidence (photos and videos clearly showing expiry dates) was unclear and requested additional proof. Despite providing clear evidence, he later contradicted himself by saying the products were not expired. His unprofessional and rude behavior caused significant frustration, wasting my time and energy.

                Tanu: On chatting with her later, the issue remained unresolved. Her responses were dismissive, and I was left without a proper solution.

                The handling of this matter by both representatives was unacceptable. The refusal to acknowledge clear evidence, combined with their contradictory statements and rude behavior, caused me mental distress and humiliation.

                I demand compensation for the expired products, the time wasted, and the emotional distress caused. I request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against Swiggy for delivering expired items and for their poor handling of customer grievances.

However, their representatives were unhelpful and repeatedly disconnected the call without providing a solution. Over the course of one hour, I interacted with 7-8 different representatives, but none took responsibility or assisted me.

                        I requested a refund for the undelivered order, but instead, Swiggy charged me the full cancellation amount of ₹239. This was entirely unjustified as the failure to deliver the order was due to their delivery partner’s mistake, not mine.

                        Non-delivery of the product despite correct address and timely guidance.

                          I am writing to file a complaint against Swiggy regarding an unresolved issue with my Swiggy Lite membership. I purchased the membership on October 4th, 2024, and was promised certain coupon unlocks with subsequent orders. Despite placing numerous orders since then (detailed below), I have not received the promised coupons.
                          I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with Swiggy for the past 31 days. I have contacted their customer support team multiple times via email and social media. Initially, they asked me to wait, but now they are ignoring my messages entirely.
                          Here's a timeline of my efforts to resolve this with Swiggy:
                          • October 4th, 2024: Purchased Swiggy Lite Membership.
                          • October 5th - November 28th, 2024: Placed multiple orders (see list below), but did not receive the promised coupons.
                          • Sat, Oct 26, 5:01 PM: Contacted Swiggy customer support via social media x.com and they raied a complaint and they highlighted the entire issue to the relevant team
                          Tue, Nov 26, 1:35 PM - I reached out to Swiggy once more since it has been a month and they have not resolved my issue. Whenever I contact them to get an update, there is no response. on multiple occasions. Received initial responses asking me to wait, but subsequent messages have beenI reached out to them via Twitter and email, and I also filed a complaint through Swiggy's grievance redressal system.

                                I have two horrendous experience with swiggy. Being a regular customer this has upset me regarding the service to great extent.

                                Case 1: On 29th October, 2024 I placed a order of two chicken items: 1) Wu Sapong along with addition of dry fish chutney+tomato king chilli chutney+pudina/coriander chutney.
                                2) Smoked chicken fry.
                                The second item, which is smoked chicken fry has been misplaced with pork by the restaurant. But pork is forbidden in my home and the wrong order is of grave concern. Swiggy customer executives said they cannot initiate refund as it is COD they can only issue me coupon. After much perusal they agreed and took my bank NEFT details in Google form. But I never received the refund.
                                Also, additives along with wu Sapong ( chicken) were missing for which I accepted the coupon. ( Order no #[protected])

                                2. On November 17th, I added few items to cart. And I was placing the order but I decided not to order and didn't pay and clicked the back button. It was automatically placed as COD order. I entered help and clicked cancel my order within 3 minutes and in the drop down menu selected due to reasons not enlisted here. The customer representative took couple of minutes for chat so 3 minutes elapsed and now they were saying cancellation charges will be applied as restaurant confirmed the order. The delay was at their end so why should I pay the cancellation charges? ORDER #[protected]

                                Swiggy is looting Indian people. I even wrote mail to [protected]@swiggy.in but no reply.

                                  1. The delivery agent contacted me upon reaching the delivery
                                  location but we could not connect due to a technical issue. When I immediately called him back, he dodged my calls and eventually marked my order as canceled.
                                  2. Upon contacting Swiggy's customer support, I requested assistance in retrieving my order, stating that I would be willing to pick up the order myself from the delivery agent. I was informed by the partner that the order had been returned to the restaurant, which was later the order myself from the delivery agent. I was informed by the partner that the order had been returned to the restaurant, which was later confirmed to be false when I personally visited the restaurant. The restaurant informed me that no such policy exists, and they had not received the returned order. I informed swiggy and asked them to inquire in this matter, they however did not try in the least.
                                  3. Despite multiple efforts to resolve this matter amicably, including
                                  offering to pick up the order myself, I received no concrete support from Swiggy. The delivery agent even went as far as to mockingly encourage me to complain to Swiggy, clearly showing a lack of accountability and respect. Making it clearer that the fraud seems more and more pre mediated.
                                  4. Throughout this ordeal, Swiggy's response was limited to
                                  apologies without any effective resolution. The situation caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I had paid for a service that was not delivered, and my genuine attempts to recover my order were dismissed by both the delivery agent and Swiggy's support.
                                  Relief Sought:

                                  Full Refund: I request a full refund of Rs. 235 for the undelivered
                                  Compensation: I seek compensation for the mental harassment

                                      I had placed an order on Swiggy with order id [protected]. The dilevery partner somehow couldn't find my address, which has never happened before. And I got a call which was automatically ignored because of it being a spam. I tried calling back when I checked the logs and the number was busy and didn't respond. I contacted swiggy support and the restraunt said that we have recived the order back, and won't issue you a refund because that is on Swiggy. The Swiggy agent said I tried to issue a refund but it failed due to network error and I'll receive an email from them to initiate refund, which I didn't receive. When I emailed them they just said they can do nothing about this.
                                      My apartment is on the main road, their is no way delivery partner wouldn't have found it if he tried. And their phone number was spam so that's not my fault to. I request you to please look into this matter as this was a completely unfair experience. The amount was Rs. 654.

                                        Hi there I had ordered butterscotch ice cream and salt from you app today morning on 21/10/2024 however ice cream came melted and I told your delivery staff I will not receive the order and need refund, then later in afternoon I was checking my refund but on app it says order was delivered and I have been charged  Rs 248 so I contacted your call centre via chat and they said they wont refund my money.  you guys have  charged for the stuff I never received and now saying I wont be refunded which is case of fraud and cheating with your customer.
