Kindly confirm that who has delivered the order since message was received from swiggy for cancellation of order but later on, it has been delivered at door step. Moreover, ordered was made for swiggy but received from zomato.

      Last minth i had ordered via swiggy and received order with missing items. With great difficulty i convinced their customer care about it and with great efforts requested for refund ehich they gave in form of voucher of Rs.44 which said valid till 22 sep withiut time. Since 8:50 i was trying for voucher to be submitted however it said voucher not applicable. When i complained about it, they refused to help in any form even after passing to their escalation team they maintained that voucher has expired at 9 09.. which was not mentioned in the voucher code however their escalation person Ruksar Riyaz would not be redy to provide any help. She said i can reach out to any forumn but they will not be able to help.

        The physical restaurants doesn't have GST or packing charges. While ordering on Swiggy, the add INR 40-60. When asked, they say thats how we run. Also restaurant has one price for a particular dish/item & swiggy sells it for extra price throughout the day.

          I got stale food delivered and contacted swiggy regarding the same on their chat support but had no reply. Then I emailed swiggy -Request number 8437036 but there is no reply. I emailed them again but still no response.

          It has been 4 days, I have still not got a resolution.

            I order from swiggy and paid through Google pay but however the order was not placed by swiggy and amount was deducted from my Google pay account [protected]@okaxis. Very poor service. Now money still stands deducted and I am left hungry.

              Ordered ice creams at cold stone from inorbit mall, Rakesh Reddy the delivery boy calls us and says it would be extra amount as the address mentioned wa Abhra instead of Bhooja and we cross checked and it was clearly mentioned bhooja. Then he says we need to add map... which no one asked till now and for that he says oh my god .. how come u don’t know this... so we said most people don’t know how to order .. he started showing attitude... then Shyam from customer care called and he said that Rakesh reddy is not ready to get the order and said it seems that we will abuse him... seriously is this what your Swiggy delivery boy and custom care talk to clients? I really want to know what kind of action is taken on these people. I will post this on all media. Finally end of the story that delivery boy demanded to only come till gate not to my flat. I really wasted an hour arguing on this matter, I hate kids waiting for that ice cream. U guys should really take care of it. Hoping some better result.

                I have placed an order in Swiggy for Rs5547 sweets and savory to be delivered to my moms address for an upcoming function.

                I did not realise swiggy has cancelled the order without any instructions from me saying they were unable to reach me in my number.
                I gave complete delivery address including landmark i seriously do not understand the need to call me as im the one who have ordered and paid in advance.

                Now they are refusing to redeliver the product or the money citing their policy which is applicable oy if i cancel the order.

                    I Placed an order on Swiggy. Nearly after 45 mts I get a msg from Swiggy stating that due to technical difficulties the order is delayed and will take further 20 mts. After 20 mts the delivery person get the order. Upon checking I find the order does not belong to me and the delivery person has somebody else's order. The delivery guy take the order back without informing me on the next course of action. I call and spoke to Swiggy Customer care and informed them of the delay and error. The Customer Care Exe very calmly said it was an error and that he can cancel the order and that I should order it again. IS THIS THE LEVER OF SERVICE I SHOULD EXPECT FROM A REPUTED FOOD DELIVERY ORGANISATION. They don't have any compassion towards the plight of their customers. The order was for my children who had to stay hungry for 2 hours due to Swiggy.
                    Very pathetic service and customer rapport from Swiggy

                    I would like Swiggy to apologize and refund the amount asap.

                      I made an order on swiggy with order id [protected] on 14th oct.
                      It was a 1kg black forest cake, the delivery guy came to my house, took the money and gave me the order. He told me that sincs there is some technical issue so please dont pick up the calls which i will be getting from swiggy. After he went i came to know that the order has been cancelled and the delivery person is saying that he has not delivered the order. I have been charged unnecessarily even i have paid fully for the order. They are not refunding the cancellation fees. Its an amount of 563 and making useless excuses. They are doing fraud and the delivery person was also very rude

                        I ordered from swiggy today for 2 x naan combo and chicken noodles. They charged me for full amount and delivered only 1x naan combo and chicken noodles. One combo was missing and when i talked with customer care, they simply said they cannot do any refund. Inside the package from cm biriyani restaurant, chennai, i see the receipt is for only 1 combo. So somewhere i lost the money and swiggy wont return that to me. Instead they are offering 45 rs food coupon for future orders. This is really unacceptable, i have all the receipt proof from restaurant and my order online, still they wont try for refund.

                          Ordered biryani from shah ghouse restaurant, tolichowki. Found half-cut used blade in biryani. Kindly take stringent action against such an un-professional food giant.

                            On the evening of 2nd October, 2020 around 5.51PM I booked through swiggy genie app (order no[protected]to deliver food items to my sister's place who resides at Ballygunge.My sister's address is -

                            15/1 Ekdalia Place, Ballygunge, Flat No.11.2nd floor kolkata 700019(check your system that I have mentioned this address only while booking and I have paid Rs 75 as delivery charge)

                            Many times earlier also I have forwarded other items through this app in this address, but this time this person didn't deliver nor returned my product .

                            Me and my sister called him repeatedly as the food was for my sister and her son who is very sick.My sister even shared her whatsapp location but he didn't deliver it.

                            I am sharing you the whatsapp chat details where he has mentioned that he didn't deliver.When I asked him that what did he did with the parcel he didn't answer to my question and kept numb.

                            This is totally an unprofessional attitude from your company .I tried to call your customer care number but in vain.

                            Please take immediate action against this fellow Subrata Debnath and sack him from his job.

                            I will make this incident viral and post the incident in fb, instagram and to your website and will also spread everywhere so that people stop trusting your bloody swiggy genie app.

                            Pls revert back at the earliest and let me know how you will compensate my loss.

                                I placed order for certain items and when they got delivered I found the following items missing

                                1. Groundnut oil - ordered 2L delivered 1L
                                2. Asafoetdia - ordered 50g delivered 25g

                                They cost Rs. 260+65, when I raised a complaint both via the help chat and support email, the response was a simple apology with no refund.

                                I feel cheated, any help in getting the refund is appreciated.

                                  Insufficient Order and Swiggy refused to refund

                                  I ordered food on Swiggy from KFC for 3 persons(3 burgers, 6 boneless strips, 6 hot & crispy chicken). The order I received was of 1 med Pop Chicken and 2hot and crispy. So, it was not sufficient for even 1 person.

                                  I asked Swiggy to take this back and either reorder or refund the whole amount. After 2 hrs of chatting, they didn't even provide the customer care number and refused to refund or even reorder the amt.

                                    This is to inform you that I placed an order of paneer, roti and naan whereas I got paneer with rice.
                                    I called them (sanjay and nupur) and they disconnected the call without providing a resolution and told me to send a mail.
                                    I tried to contact them thru chat but again no response for a long time. And they mailed me back that it's not there mistake and nothing can be done
                                    I want to know if I paid the bill amount and delivery charged and only requested to send the correct food/replace the food, than why there is a need to send mail.

                                    Will a person wait for 8 hours to get the reply?????

                                    I want to inform you that it's harrasement from swiggy and I totally need a compensation from them.

I had to reorder via Zomato as when i Tried Swiggy it shared cannot deliver again .5. Why the Hell I will pay 1056 for an order which was never delivered 6. I received a mail stating RS 700 will be refunded and I agreed and now i receive a mail stating 50% that is 532/- will be refunded do you guys this someones hard earned money is a joke or What ??7.
