I have ordered food at 9:40 pm from a restaurant and swiggy assigned a delivery executive.. but the delivery executive picked up the order and did not deliver it to me at all moreover it showed in the app order delivered. When I contacted swiggy they promised to take necessary action but when I ordered from another restaurant same delivery executive is assigned and he repeated the same thing

    I'd placed a grocery order from Swiggy in December 2020. The products I received were entirely wrong and I immediately took it up with Swiggy Support via my app. Despite showing bill receipts and proof of the items I received - they were not ready to initiate refund and asked me to send over an email. After sending over the same information over email, I got one response saying they will assist me with anything and since then have stopped responding to me. It is now January 2021 and I still haven't received a refund that is a big amount for me.

          My food order was cancelled informing that I failed to respond to executive call. I never got any calls and suddenly got a notification saying order has been cancelled.

          The customer care said they tried contacting but could not reach me even though the delivery executive can easily reach my house if they ask some one or even look for the place. I did found an email saying that the delivery man reached and waiting but obviously it is not at all a preferred mode of contact for anyone as nobody looks at their email continuously. I did not received any call or an sms saying the executive has reached my place.

          When I asked the customer service executive to resend the order or for refund. they said they can only provide half refund as per their policy for showing good faith. But not delivering the order or returning only half the money is anything but good faith.

          My request:
          i) Why should the customer be the one getting penalised for associate fault? or due to their technical fault - I would like Swiggy to investigate and provide me proof that the delivery person contacted me i.e. rang my phone and how long the ring lased. I don't have an missed call / sms during the entire time.

          Thank you Customer complaints for providing path to consumers to raise their voice against cyber losses we consumers face.

          PS: Money is not a matter to me, I ordered food for 2500 RS today apart from this 326 RS. False claim that I did not respond to executive call is highly unacceptable!

                I have recieved incomplete order. I was placed a order on 1st Jan 21. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com
                I was place 3 pizzas but i have recieved 2 pizza and both pizza quality is worst . Pizza was uncooked. I was raise a complaint by mail but executive said i will provide you better service in next time . I was paid amount of 3 pizzas but recieved 2 pizza.

                    I ordered food on 29dec from swiggy, the payment from Google pay was successful however the order failed and after the agents promising refund for the same I get to know by senior rep that no refund was initiated and I have still not received my money.

                      It's been 3 to 4 incomplete orders from different restaurants in Hyderabad which were dilivered by swiggy. Now the company is not ready to refund the money.there non of the consumer care no. Is working.they have automated chats and email.human assistance is bill.
                      A lot of money is stuck with them but they are not ready to give back.such companies should be banned from businesses.

                          The food order was cancelled by swiggy,
                          The refund was made in the swiggy money,
                          I requested my refund to be made to the original mode of payment.
                          swiggy said refund will take not more than 4-7 days
                          Has not refunded still after 25 days.

                                I ordered food from McDonal's through Swiggy on Dec 31st 2020 at 8:54pm. We did online payment as COD was not available. We called the delivery executive at 9:25PM and he told us that he is picking one more order and it would take 10minutes more for him to deliver. We waited for 10minutes and called him again at 9:48PM but he did not picked the phone and i got a message after few minutes that my order has been delivered. However, i have not received any order till date. I called him more than 10times but he did not pich up the cakl. I also mailed and chatted with swiggy executive. They told me that they will address the issue within 24hrs but i have got no response from swiggy yet. I am highly disappointed as i lost my money. I am not able to claim refund. Below are the attachments of mails and chats that i had with swiggy customer care.I need my payment back.

                                  I had ordered food worth 622/- on Swiggy, but my order was unsuccessful even though my amount got deducted .Later I got a message from swiggy stating that" REFUND REFERENCE NUMBER[protected]" .
                                  when I checked refund status it showed refund is complete yet I did not received any refund .
                                  Please look into this.

                                        Hello Team,
                                        I placed order from Ever bake on 1st Dec, I did tried using coupons and was trying to make the payment online, however the order was not getting placed so I closed the app and placed it from Zomato. I can share the details of the same order being placed from Zomato too. Now sure why the order got placed via swiggy too and COD was selected. This is really annoying and after having a chat with the executive, it was told that 50% cancellation will be waived. I am not able to use swiggy since then and want this to have removed 100% so that I can start using it.

                                        Would appreciate if you can look into tha matter ASAP.
