I have ordered following items :
Cheese 4 packs, 200gm each
Paneer 2 pack 200gm each

I have received completely different items instead of the items ordered, i have received milk 1 litre and butter and a amul kool can... What is this ultimately irresponsible behavior of swiggy.

I want refund for my order, the complete amount that i have paid. 682 full amount, refund my money asap.

These wrong items received is not my mistake and i wont pay bare a loss of even a single penny for wrong items delivered by you.

Even you have refunded 200 without my consent, i have asked for my full refund refund my full money 682. Refund my rest 482 asap.
Even i have provided wrong product images in email. Refund my money.

    I have ordered pizza from dominos from swiggy during the night of 12-sep-2020, 10:45 pm, order number : [protected]

    But, after the order was cancelled stating a technical reason...

    I again ordered the same on swiggy with order number on f 12-sep-2020, 10:48 pm

    Order number : [protected]

    They have cancelled both the orders without given any proper explanation and they have not yet returned the amount too...

    It was because of them i have lost rs.262 twice from my card... I was realy upset by the answers they have given me...

    This is a horrible and irresponsible service from them... Also till now i have not yet got my refund and they are just saying lame excuses for the same... I request you to take appropriate action on them...

      There was a bug in the app, and the coupon which was shown to be applied made the order total to be 156. I clearly saw it 3-4 times, and tried making payment too but when i tried to make payment it shooted up to 236, so i cancelled the payment and thought it is because of the payment method. So i came back and tried to make the payment again. Again the total was 156, this time i chose ' By Cash' method.
      The order total was 156, but as soon as the order got placed it became 236. And i called to cancel within the minute thinking it was a bug in their app.
      But they simply halted me, and charged me cancellation fee for order.

        Dear team
        We want to. Lodge a complaint for notswiggy not refunding the amount paid for a order delivered unpacked exposed food parcel after nearly 3 hours delay after placing the order [protected].
        The swiggy delivery person said that he can't take it back and i need to inform the customer care which i have done immediately and now they are just delaying that we have escalated the matter and you will get a call and by talking to the customer care they don't want to refund, so since the issue is not solved am filing a online complaint on swiggy food delivery app.

          Hi,
          I ordered from KFC bel road on 4th of september but the restaurant cancelled my order and i had made my payment from googlepay .
          I got a call and also a confirmation message stating that my refund has been initiated and my refund will be done within 7 days .Its a week from then and the issue is not resolved .Do look into the issue and revert back at the earliest else escalating on social media is the only option left from my end as im not able to contact any person from swiggy .

            Hello,
            I can't keep writing emails every time you keep repeating the mistakes.

            I have not received the gulab jamun in the combo. I called your customer support to check if the delivery guy has forgot to give the sweet. Your support guy put me on hold and disconnected my call.

            On 6th of september i got a stale chicken. That guy said he will escalate and given me a wrong email address to complain about this. I've resent this email. I have not got any response till now. They keep disconnecting calls. This has happened many times.

            You can't keep giving old foods and not delivering items for the payed money and tell me you will take feedback.
            I cannot waste my money to give feedback for your dirty food and service you keep repeating.

              On 11 sept 2020,
              I placed order for breakfast from sai brundavan restaurant by 8:47 am. By 9:13 am it shows that order has reached. I didn't receive my order n when I complained.
              There was long chat but no resolution.
              When I demand my refund they said that they cant reach their agent...to validate my complaint.
              I have all recordings to prove that no agent came at my door step n no call received.

                    I would like to draw your kind attention over multiple transaction taken place from my credit card on 12 august 2020.

                    All these transactions are fraud without my knowledge / consent. I am being informed about following 3 fraud transactions by bank which are proceeded without my consent and it is done in a fraud manner by an unknown person of swiggy & swiggy allowed them to proceed with 50840 each transaction multiple times.

                    Despite of my requesyt same day / even non delivery of product still swiggy allowed vendor to deliver this product to unknown user.

                    After lot of research, came to know this user / vendor is been involved in fricticious transactions and have managed to do arround 1.88 cr in last 2 months.

                    3 transactions over my yes bank card no. 5241*6278

                    1. Transaction of inr 50840 (Transaction id no. T69774 at 04:10:59 pm)
                    2. Transaction of inr 50840 (Transaction id no. T65057 at 04:13:22 pm)
                    3. Transaction of inr 50840 (Transaction id no. T77641 at 04:15:13 pm)
                    Total amounting to inr 152520/=

                    Swiggy team is involved in all these transactions as there platforms are used to encash money.

                      Hi, i ordered tandoori chicken yesterday in swiggy i received bad quality food i throw out that food and i complaint to the swiggy care they we are taking feed like that but they not replaced that again i sent mail to them like i will complaint to issue in consumer cell after 2 min they refund 112/-rs i paid for this 229/- and im not asked any refund to them so please take action on him they are neglegence

                        I have an swiggy account since 2 year approx but on past nov 2019 approx my account deactivate by swiggy without any reason. And when I was asked to reactivate this they said please open new one. how it is possible to me to open a new account however i have only one mobile number.

                          I had ordered vegetables on morning i waited up to 2 hours mine got switched off and i charged my phone and one got message that swiggy cancel my order and i didn't get any refund, after that i have contacted customer support they said they have initiated refund, after 10 days i have contacted them to know refund status now they are saying there are no refunds on your order

                              Route to my location on app is not correct even after several complaints.
                              Delivery boy refuses to deliver even after extra payment offered by swiggy via customer care executive.
                              Delivery boy waits at one spot for nearly 45mins before refusing to deliver.
                              Customer care executive reply to customer & delivery boy took too long.
                              Finally the customer care executive cancelled order.

                              Pathetic Co-ordination between the executive n delivery boy.. After a long discussion they didn't deliver food. They did not have any secondary option to deliver the food.

                              If one delivery boy refuses to deliver there should be an alternative boy to take up the order from any spot.

                                      Hi Sir/Madam

                                      Yesterday night i have ordered for a food and the delivery person whom came to deliver was too late and also he didn't came directly to my address he just went to somewhere else to pic his friend and he came to deliver my food. Once i asked him like why ypu are late ??the person who came along with swiggy behaved rudely with me and he tried to hit me... I just called the police and they have asked me to come to station... I asked both the swiggy agent and his friend to come to police station they said ok and while driving bike they turned somewhere else and scolded me in bad words and tried ro run away... We tried to chase him but he escaped... Even yesterday i have raised the complaint with swiggy and they said like within 24 hours ypu will get the reply from us... But till now i didn't get any revert from swiggy... The swiggy people images has been attached for ur reference...

                                        This complain is regarding swiggy order #[protected] and order #[protected].
                                        For order number #[protected]: the delivery executive assigned by swiggy didn't move or pick up from his place for 1 hour. After waiting for 1 hour, i reached out to swiggy support on app and twitter. A support executive was assigned after waiting another 20 minutes and i received my food almost 2 hours after ordering.
                                        For order number #[protected], swiggy deliver executive marked the order as 'delivered' on phone without delivering the order. I had to raise another complain on the app and twitter handler, and wait for half an hour, to get my refund. This was in addition to waiting for dinner for more than an hour and unprofessional and intimidating response from delivery executive.
                                        The repeatative behaviour by swiggy delivery executives in gurgaon where they are doing fraudlant activities which includes and not limited to
                                        1. Not moving towards the restaurant, and not picking customer phone
                                        2. Marking the order as delivered without delivering the food
                                        Is causing waste of time and mental harassment for users, who has ordered dinner and have paid the money in advance.
                                        Even after making several complaints to swiggy, no action has been taken yet.
                                        When an user place an order on swiggy and cancel it after some time, user has to pay a penalty. But the opposite is not happening. Such irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour of deliver executive is leading to waste of time for user, mental imbalance - and there is no penalty which swiggy is paying.
                                        I am raising this complains to get compensated by swiggy for
                                        1 my loss of time
                                        2. Harassment when ordered and paid for dinner but is cancelled after 90 minutes
                                        3. Mental stress
