I placed two orders on swiggy on 28th December having order id #[protected] and on 27th December order id
#[protected]. Both the orders were accepted and both the times the delivery person accepted the order and they made me wait for more than an hour just to cancel it. I had to sleep hungry for 2 consecutive nights. I don't know how they plan to expand with such pathetic services. Also they gave a coupon on 27th December which i applied on 28th order which got wasted. Such poor services.

    I have ordered a pizza and when i recieved the order the pizza was totally messed up and not in condition to eat and swiggy is saying that we can just generate a coupon code for you and cannot refund money and replace the order which is seriously unethical.

      Hi team,

      Swiggy has done fraud, delivery delayed they didn't provide necessary help and the delivery boy ate the entire food and didn't pick up the call

        On 18th Dec 2020, I had ordered the following items from Burger King:
        - BOSS MUTTON WHOPPER (x1)
        - CRISPY CHICKEN CHEESE BURGER (x1)
        - CHEESY FRIES (x1)
        - PEPSI BLACK (x1)

        After consuming the above items, I suffered very serious food poisoning, and I was in complete agony for over 6 hours.I was absolutely disgusted, and proceeded to file a complaint with the platform.

        Swiggy has two ways in which you can resolve an issue - either by engaging with their automated system("chatbot") or by calling them.

        Calling almost always never works, since the automated system will not connect to an agent for issues related to previous/purchased/inactive orders, and also because their offices are working in limited capacity due to the pandemic, which is understandable.

        The "chatbot" is, therefore, the only option.I engaged with said chatbot, and filed the issue.The chatbot, unfortunately, was not helpful at all in resolving this.I asked for a complete refund, since I have to cover medical checkup bills because of food poisoning.It, on the other hand, PROCEEDED TO ORDER THE SAME ITEMS, FROM THE SAME RESTAURANT, at no charge of course, and a 77 rs coupon was given.I persistently ASKED THEM TO GIVE A REFUND, BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE UNABLE TO REVERSE/CANCEL THE ORDER, AND WOULD NOT GRANT ME A REFUND.

        The order was sent to the house and I picked it up, and ALL THE ITEMS WEREN'T THERE IN THE NEW ORDER, ONLY BOTH THE BURGERS WERE GIVEN.This shows the level of importance Swiggy attaches to a "valued" customer.

        I am very angered at how the issue has played out, albeit against my favor.If this is the kind of obnoxious "resolution" that Swiggy provides its consumers, then expect us customers to move to another platform.

          Swiggy falsely claiming refund without refunding . Refund amount is 3045/-, even after escalation to swiggy store support desk no solution was provided nor any response
          Order was placed on 5th December and got cancelled from store itself, swiggy account falsely claiming that refund is credited but yet there was no refund till date . Bank statement attached also

              Bill was placed inside the pizza.
              Why the bill was placed inside the pizza ??

              Where is covid protocol?

              After receiving the order immediately I called to La Pinoz as well as chat with swiggy.

              I through out the unhygienic pizza outside my home.
              Secondly, bill was dirty.

              After chat swiggy customer care has agreed for their mistake but they refund me only Rs.152/ against my payment of amount ie. Rs.303/

                I hav no words to explain my fury.I've been chasing between swiggy and the bank for 3 refunds.
                1.Rs.549 paid on[protected]
                2.Rs.371 paid on[protected]
                3.Rs.74 paid on[protected]

                Every swiggy agent tells me the refund is initiated but the bank denies.What else should I do with you guys now??

                Please help me with a resolution.

                  Order #[protected] refund amount Rs.205 is transferred to swiggy money wallet from swiggy side, which is not activated at all. If I try to use the amount from the wallet, its forcing me to do KYC to use the transferred amount. Why do we need to submit our details to 3rd party vendors that too like food delivering agents for activating it.

                  If we request the customer support team to transfer the amount from swiggy money wallet to my source bank account, their response is, as per RBI guidelines this way of transaction is restricted. I agreed, but my question, did RBI mentioned/influenced anywhere to transfer the amount to the wallets which is inactive (without proper KYC completion).

                  Escalated the issue to the swiggy higher management & initiated refund process now. But strongly wanted to raise concern on their activities for creating more pressure on me unnecessarily & wasting nearly 1+ hours to initiate the refund process.

                  First of all, who gave authority to transfer the amount to an inactive wallet? If RBI directs you, where are those influencing points?

                  Will take this to higher level even more, if no action is taken from this forum. Ready to spend my time for this issue. I don't like to encourage such things.

                  Really, they have to pay for it.

                        रात को 10 बजकर 23 मिनट में आर्डर लिया और डिलीवर नहीं किया फिर 12 बजकर 16 मिनट पर लगभग दो घंटे बाद आर्डर cancel कर दिया जिसके कारण मुझे भूखा सोना पड़ा।

                          Hi, My name is Ayush I have ordered a pizza From Pizza Hut.
                          The delivery partner of my order called me and said he came to my location I told him ok and went down to take my order but there was no one ... Then I Saw in my app That the order Delivered mssg poped up and I Immidiately called up the Swiggy delivery Partner he Told he already delivered the order which he actually didnt and I told him Choose your words carefully as I am going to record your call then he immidiately hungs up the call ... Then I contacted in the swiggy helpline call through the app and the representative told me To Drop a mail to swiggy I idid that its been 2 days now still got no response

                              I placed order on 14.12.2020 time 12.38pm. Order number #[protected].
                              The order was accepted and Estimated expected time shows 30min. I have waited up to 1.16pm ( 38mins) and I initiated the issue by 1.16pm and the automatic reply I got that the order taking too long. I tried to call him by 1.17pm he didn't pick my call. And I again initiated the report by 1.26 it shows that the order picked up by delivery partner. And I called him he didn't respond to my call. Then I started to report to the Executive of the platform. They initially told me that they can't contact delivery partner. After 10min chat they cancelled the order without inform me. The executive of Swiggy named Lakson chatted with me and he said that the delivery partner arrived my place by 1.18pm and he waited for 20mins. I told them that I have called delivery partner 5 times and he doesn't pick my call. And finally they cancelled my order by 1.37pm. Then he transfer the chat to Escalation team. The executive chat with me is Rahul Kawtage. He told me that the delivery partner waited for 11mins. It shows clearly that they made me fool. I don't know what happened. But I have waited for more than a hour. And I chat with them more that 1 hour. By 2.30 they told me that apologies for the inconvenience.

                              I request this forum I like to know what happened on this order and I have waited more than 1 hour for food.

                                I placed a grocery order on Swiggy-
                                Order#[protected]
                                Order Date: 13th Dec, 2020

                                I never got the delivery. And they cancelled the order saying that they tried to reach me over phone and I was unreachable.
                                I questioned why couldn't the delivery person just ring the bell or knock at the door. We have order 100s of times in the last few months. Even yesterday there were a few orders delivered from various places (Amazon, Medplus, BigBasket etc.) and every time the delivery person just comes and knocks on the door or rings the bell (even if rarely I am unreachable by phone).
                                This is the basic delivery etiquette and business practice.
                                But Swiggy representatives didn't listen to reason at all. They just said they tried to reach me over phone. There can be many reasons of not picking the call. My phone wasn't responding at that time and/or I could be in another call. They didn't accept the mistake of their delivery executive for not knocking the door or not even trying to ring the bell.
                                I requested they redeliver the same order. They refused that saying they had cancelled the order. They even refused to refund the amount stating it's a non-refundable order.
                                Even trying to escalate the issue to the supervisor, and my experience conversing with him was equally disappointing. He didn't accept the fault either and just tried to put the blame on me.
                                Now delivery services have been there for 100s of years, it's a basic practice for the delivery person to ring the bell or knock at the door. This Swiggy's delivery person didn't even attempt to do any such thing but went away with my order.
                                I lost the amount paid, as well as so much time interacting with them, not to mention my peace of mind.
                                Kindly refund the amount in full, or deliver my order immediately.

                                I contacted them via chat within the Swiggy app. First level support didn't resolve my issue. I escalated (by requesting the first rep), and the escalation representative didn't resolve my issue. Both of them were not ready to accept the lapse from their delivery person. I requested another escalation to the next level. I got a call in under 2 hours. This person spoke well and was able to understand the issue. He helped issue the refund to my source account. It was a tense few hours, but thankfully the matter was resolve, although caused unnecessary waste of time and disturbed peace of mind and lost an offer too in the process.

                                  Sir, this is a serious breaking of Law for ignoring the complaint of a humble consumer . Today I try to call up and ask for attending me regarding my plea but to my surprise they ignore me and refuse to attend me via call.
                                  Dated[protected] I do order Mutton biryani from Bikkgane Biryani restaurant, Chattarpur via SWIGGY and they deliver me Chicken biryani and I do send photos for the verification but they bluntly told me that Picture cannot be authenticate and they refuse to attend me. I am not so stupid to even unable to differentiate Mutton and chicken but the step motherly treatment to me is unacceptable. So I write this to Swiggy support team with this complaint below :
                                  Do this look like Mutton to you? You ignored me saying that the photo cannot be authenticate .This is deliver from Bikkgane Biryani, Chattarpur South Delhi. This is my complaint number #8944976 and order number is #[protected] dated 11/12/2020, delivered at 6:46 pm by Mr Azad
                                  I order mutton and they deliver me chicken and Thats chicken thigh in the picture. You ignore me saying that the picture cannot be authenticate . You should have the courtesy to face the truth and instead apologise to me but to my surprise you ignore me when I try to call you and talk to agent regarding the same .

                                  This is not the end, I will raise the case till it reach the consumer court .
                                  I have ask for refund but they refuse ( Swiggy ) and I don’t have the restaurant number . Swiggy is responsible and they should compensate me . I could have forgiven them but there attitude is not tolerable . So now they should compensate me with Apology letter to my registered email and call me in person for apology.

                                  Finally they have accepted their mistake and apologise by refunding the money which they have taken for delivering wrong items. This is not about money but the courtesy to serve in which the customer order. Delivering wrong food can be taken up to the highest level of gross negligence but I accepted their apology and no further due.

                                      I have ordered food from bawarchi restaurant on 6.12.20 at 7.00pm approx and delivery boy named Manmohan shani was very and was using abusive language including mother .. and sister ... which was heard on phone which was on while talking to me so appropriate action to be taken
