items missed from order

Hi,

I ordered food from worst swiggy again and faced issue (2 weeks back ordered food from one restaurant as that restaurant not provided good food, i asked swiggy to ban for few days but swiggy didn't follow)..

I ordered one biriyani and 2 sprite bottles... Swiggy team guy delivered only biriyani and saying restaurant guy didn't give bottles (How come he delivery half order?).

I ordered 2 grocery items from swiggy today. (1.) 5 kgs of potato, and (2.) 4 kgs of onion. I was charged rs 399 inclusive of delivery charges and taxes. Received very poor quality food with insects in broccoli. Stale vegetables in veg clear soup. They are denying me a refund of rs. 172 for this order. Moreover, they are not taking any action on the restaurant and not providing me with the quality check document or certification with fci for this restaurant on grounds of confidentiality. It is gonna affect public health for such ignorance in quality check with swiggy....

miss priced products

I ordered three packets of chips from swiggy however there was a price difference in the product which got delivered the printed price of the product was 150 however i was charged 250 per product i think that’s criminal.

I even tried contacting them on their listed email id which they always give to resolve the complaints. However, i think the team is too busy minting peoples hard earned money and filling their bank accounts.br...

refund against non-delivery

Hi,
I ordered food from fab gourmet in kolkata through swiggy worth rs 4171 on 1st may 2020. The delivery guy called me a number of times on my phone but my daughters online class was on because of which i couldn't take the call. Since i didn't click on the option, "leave at the gate" the boy took the stuff back.

packing charges

Hi I ordered food from Burger King on April 24th 2020 and today April 29th 2020. I am really surprised to see packing charges of Rs.29 applied. The charges were brought & discussed with swiggy in response they said it is been charged by restaurant and they can only take this as feedback. incorrect delivery and hurting feeling of customers

Swiggy partner. I want to edit the category for my restaurant, but cannot sent an email, they send me tutorials to do it, as per tutorial menu editor tab allows modification.
But when i click on menu, the menu editor tab does not show!!
Ur tutorial n online are not in sync..
U r wasting our time over a half baked app.

The silver seal below dabur honey cap was already pierced when the product was received. We cant accept such kind of delivery when there is pandemic danger all around.
