I ordered from swiggy today for 2 x naan combo and chicken noodles. They charged me for full amount and delivered only 1x naan combo and chicken noodles. One combo was missing and when i talked with customer care, they simply said they cannot do any refund. Inside the package from cm biriyani restaurant, chennai, i see the receipt is for only 1 combo. So somewhere i lost the money and swiggy wont return that to me. Instead they are offering 45 rs food coupon for future orders. This is really unacceptable, i have all the receipt proof from restaurant and my order online, still they wont try for refund.

    Ordered biryani from shah ghouse restaurant, tolichowki. Found half-cut used blade in biryani. Kindly take stringent action against such an un-professional food giant.

      Dear Team,

      On the evening of 2nd October, 2020 around 5.51PM I booked through swiggy genie app (order no[protected]to deliver food items to my sister's place who resides at Ballygunge.My sister's address is -

      15/1 Ekdalia Place, Ballygunge, Flat No.11.2nd floor kolkata 700019(check your system that I have mentioned this address only while booking and I have paid Rs 75 as delivery charge)

      Many times earlier also I have forwarded other items through this app in this address, but this time this person didn't deliver nor returned my product .

      Me and my sister called him repeatedly as the food was for my sister and her son who is very sick.My sister even shared her whatsapp location but he didn't deliver it.

      I am sharing you the whatsapp chat details where he has mentioned that he didn't deliver.When I asked him that what did he did with the parcel he didn't answer to my question and kept numb.

      This is totally an unprofessional attitude from your company .I tried to call your customer care number but in vain.

      Please take immediate action against this fellow Subrata Debnath and sack him from his job.

      I will make this incident viral and post the incident in fb, instagram and to your website and will also spread everywhere so that people stop trusting your bloody swiggy genie app.

      Pls revert back at the earliest and let me know how you will compensate my loss.

          Order[protected] Oct 2 2020

          I placed order for certain items and when they got delivered I found the following items missing

          1. Groundnut oil - ordered 2L delivered 1L
          2. Asafoetdia - ordered 50g delivered 25g

          They cost Rs. 260+65, when I raised a complaint both via the help chat and support email, the response was a simple apology with no refund.

          I feel cheated, any help in getting the refund is appreciated.

            Insufficient Order and Swiggy refused to refund

            I ordered food on Swiggy from KFC for 3 persons(3 burgers, 6 boneless strips, 6 hot & crispy chicken). The order I received was of 1 med Pop Chicken and 2hot and crispy. So, it was not sufficient for even 1 person.

            I asked Swiggy to take this back and either reorder or refund the whole amount. After 2 hrs of chatting, they didn't even provide the customer care number and refused to refund or even reorder the amt.

              Hi,

              This is to inform you that I placed an order of paneer, roti and naan whereas I got paneer with rice.
              I called them (sanjay and nupur) and they disconnected the call without providing a resolution and told me to send a mail.
              I tried to contact them thru chat but again no response for a long time. And they mailed me back that it's not there mistake and nothing can be done
              I want to know if I paid the bill amount and delivery charged and only requested to send the correct food/replace the food, than why there is a need to send mail.

              Will a person wait for 8 hours to get the reply?????

              I want to inform you that it's harrasement from swiggy and I totally need a compensation from them.

                1. No one contacted me infact only single attempt to contact me was made and as I was unable to answer as was on another call teh staf[censored]ndelivered the packet 2. THen when i called and requested him to deliver he said he is coming in 15 mins and side by side i was already chatting with your Swiggy Bot Better check your system 3.Then i got a cancellation message 4. I had to reorder via Zomato as when i Tried Swiggy it shared cannot deliver again .5. Why the Hell I will pay 1056 for an order which was never delivered 6. I received a mail stating RS 700 will be refunded and I agreed and now i receive a mail stating 50% that is 532/- will be refunded do you guys this someones hard earned money is a joke or What ??7.                     I placed an order on 30Sept 2020 using the Swiggy mobile app. The order amount total was Rs.954, (Order #[protected]) I provided the complete address for the delivery but my order was canceled by the back-end team of Swiggy stating that I didn't answer the calls made by the delivery executive. The entire order amount was charged as a cancellation fee and I was denied the refund entirely. The delivery executive never reached my place to deliver the order for which I was waiting for around half an hour. With the address details provided, it is imperative for the delivery person to reach the location and try to deliver the order but the Swiggy executive failed to deliver the order, and not just that, I was charged a cancellation fee above the inconvenience I had to face because of no food delivery.

                    I had to reorder the same food from another site (zomato) from the same restaurant. They were successfully able to deliver the food without having to get in touch with me over phone or chat. (pic attached)

                    The address provided is sufficient information to get the order delivered and if its not done properly by a company's executive and back-end team, it is for the company to pay the losses, not the customer.

                    I have attached the copy of the invoice for the cancellation amount sent by swiggy . I have also attached the order details of Swiggy order on which I was wrongly charged the cancellation fee and another order that I had to place due to swiggy's unprofessional take on my order cancellation.

                    Requesting you to kindly look into the matter and help me get my refund.
                    I have talked to multiple swiggy customer support executives but I have not received any help from the team

                      Sub: need complete refund for providing wrong items and compensation for making me starve at 4.30am morning.

                      Pfa photo of what was delivered. I had ordered 1 gravy and 1 noodles but i got two gravy items. And the best part is that when i asked for refund, customer care refunded me only for the noodles as noodles was not delivered and charged me for gravy.

                      1. Now, how can anyone eat 2 gravy?? And why am i being charged for gravy when there is nothing to eat with gravy?? Repeated wrong delivery is coming from swiggy often.

                      2. I not only deserve a refund but i also need good compensation for making me sleep starving at 5am in the morning rather than eating food and sleeping.

                      Swiggy has forgot that we use the app to eat food. Me being a regular customer i. E. I have ordered more than 2000 times on the app easily.

                      I demand complete refund + compensation for this nonsense support.

                        I haven't got my refund, after contacting several times to the customer care, they said few sorry & fake assurances, then closed the chapter. Food quality was very bad, undercooked tasteless frozen. Swiggy looted my money.

                          compensation amount not shared food delivery delayed way beyond promised delivery time

                          Hi there!

                          I had order food from swiggy on 11/09/2020 for a price of rs. 195.
                          The order delivery was delayed & was 30 minutes late. I had requested swiggy to refund my money for a delayed delivery but they denied returning my money but instead promised to pay a compensation amount of rs. 75 for the delay but unfortunately the amount hasn't been shared with me yet.

                          I have ordered gajar halawa & kiwi cooler from great indian khichadi from swiggy during the evening of 21-sep-2020, 6:39 pm, order number : [protected]

                          But,

                          They have cancelled the order without given any proper explanation and they have not yet returned the amount too...

                          It was because of them i have lost rs.123 from my card... I was realy upset by the answers they have given me...

                          This is a horrible and irresponsible service from them... Also till now i have not yet got my refund and they are just saying lame excuses for the same... I request you to take appropriate action on them...

                            My name is sahib singh, resident of new sunny enclave, sector 125, mohali.
                            I was trying to place an order on swiggy today from a restaurant called superdonuts in mohali (Airport road).
                            While placing the order for four donuts. The total amount for my order was ₹339.04 plus a delivery charge of ₹15-20 and a discount of ₹33.
                            After this they were charging me ₹152.58 as tax gst. I have attached images for the same. I received the same order from zomato at a very low amount. Just wanted to send my query as these guys are looting the money in name fo gst and discounts.

                                This is reg order issue - the swiggy delivery partner did not deliver the order. While handing it over to me it fell down on the ground and all the food and other boxes fell down in front of my house. He took the boxes and thrown away, please check with the delivery partner on his number: [protected].
                                Its happened because bad packing, everything was pouring raita and gravy was spill over and bottom of the paper brown cover was completely wet. I got shocked and unfortunately i did not take the pictures. Now the delivery partner marked the order as delivered and the swiggy team is denied for compensation. He was clever and took away all the boxes and overs.

                                Then we called the customer are but rude response. I waited some time then no response then i ordered other food (Attached proof)

                                I have attached proofs.
                                1- conversation with the delivery partner regarding the issue
                                2 - delivery partner raised ticket - that proof
                                3 - my other ordered bill
                                4. Swiggy invoice

                                Lots of time waste, money waste, patience wait, my kids were hungry and had to wait long time and no food delivered. Please do the needful.
