I have ordered a food from swiggy on 29.07.2020 of rs 1413. But i have received the order with some items are missing. Ispite of companing to requisite authority of the swiggy they are refused to refund my money of the product which are missing.

    Worst food ever received
    I have to throw it to dustbin directly.
    Such a same how a restaurant can send such products. And you have switched off the chat option from aap. I have video as well as photos of that product.

      Order no#[protected]
      I brought some grocery through swiggy, however, since the delivery boy did not reached me or called me, i called up the swiggy for help, where i found my order was cancelled. I did not understand why that was cancelled.
      And they even refused to pay the refund.

      Understanding that due to covid, swiggy is also delivering grocery besides the prepared food items.

      In view of its change of the items that swiiggy is delivering so its rules needs to be changed.
      I ordered some ginger, chilles and potatos, and since it was not delivered and cancelled by swiggy, i request that my money needs to be refunded.

            Pathetic services, items missing. Cake came in bad condition. Worst experience. Customer care services are so pathetic that they are least bothered to loose customers, they just are not ready to resolve issue.

              On 19th of july 2020 around 9 pm i tried to place an order on swiggy food stores which was for about ₹1382. The order however, wasn’t placed but i made the payment so i got a pop up on my screen which said that the deducted amount will be refunded in 4 days! That obviously never happened! I didn’t get any order id, or bill receipt or anything. So, i tried to get help for them on the same day from the chat section and the executive said he cannot see any of my transactions because he is not related to the food stores and that i’ll have mail them and there is no other way to contact them. I insisted so he arranged a call back for me. The person who called told me that he could see i tried to place the order twice around 9 pm and that i paid money for the same so i should wait for 4 days or so. I was told that i was trying to place the order too late. So, i placed the order on 20th july 2020 for ₹1315 which was delivered. Since then, i have been waiting for my refund and the executives who chat with me cannot see my details since they don’t belong to the food stores section and they keep asking for the whole background and provide zero help or assistance. I have dropped mails to swiggy support since only they deal with the food stores. However, they take forever to revert and sometimes they won’t revert at all. They asked for my bank statement which i sent them and it clearly showed that i have paid ₹1382 to swiggy. However, they refuse to have received the amount and won’t refund as well, won’t revert to the mails!

              They have no customer care calling service so there is nothing a customer can do except waiting for their mails. Its been a week and they didn’t refund my money and don’t even plan to do so!

              This is extremely frustrating since there is no one you can speak with! You can only mail them!
              This is the worst kind of service i think there is! I never used to use swiggy but i did this time and they are extremely pathetic! I should never have placed any orders with them!

                Hi team, this regarding frequency of calls from swiggy to modify edit orders and thus delaying orders by 2 hours minimum. They will call frequently and ask for changes in order due to non availability of items. Why this is happening frequently. How things are managed and post confirmation of change, they will call continuously and get the order cancelled after 1-1 and half hour of to and fro. I want it to be escalated and resolved.

                    This is sathish i have made a order from cake wagon the cake that cake was totally damage and i have made a complaint regarding issue and i am not getting proper response from customer care regarding issue and he is very roude on call and he is not the right person that to resolve issue the agent name mr dev i am making a complaint on him also giving wrong information and cheating to customer he is not ready to lesson the consern only i want complete refund and i want a manager call i want to talk if the call is not getting i have a recording and i have a picture o[censored] send a cake and i will make complaint in consumer court regarding this issue and make review in it app very bad service is giving from swiggy they are not giving proper service.

                        I saw that my delivery address was wrongly plotted on map so i tried calling the delivery boy 2-3 times but everytime he didn't answered. When finally he answered the call i asked him where he is n told him to wait at that spot for 10 min n i'll come to pick up the order.in those 10 min he called me for 2 times n rushed me. When i reached the spot n collected the order he started arguing with me that i changed the delivery location n all. I made him realize that i didn't changed the location i just asked him to wait on the same way which he was coming to deliver the order for his own convenience. On the contrary he kept on arguing n created nuisance on the road, shouted on me n used false language. He was a complete disgust. He was very rude and unpolite. Swiggy must check the manners n politeness of their delivery boys before recruiting them. They r ruining the image of swiggy.

                              What nonsense is this please justify??? First the restaurant took 10mins to confirm d order, second both item mutton pepper dry and mutton brain dry fry portions are less than i ordered that too different recipie of brain dry fry and when i just took it on plate it is stinking like rotten flesh... Are you guys gone insane. Boss if d product is not thr restaurant must cancel the order. Rather than providing us with less portion stinky rotten food smelling like rotten flesh. Please visit my home if required, that stinky food is still there in my fridge as proof
                              Swiggy is doing this continuously after this covid situation has arrived this is the 4th incident that their restaurant partners are either giving half food and sometimes rotten stale food.

                              Not resolved, the swiggy representative named Jitendra called and asked me sorry we cannot do anything because we dnt know what they are serving . Neither we can refund neither we can let you speak to d restaurant owner. Rotten quality food is what swiggy is seving to customers these days.

                                On 19th July 2020 we had ordered food from Swiggy, the order was rejected by the Customer Service team falsely implicating that the customer did not receive the call and the delivery guy waited 15 mins and left without delivering the order which was fully paid. Firstly Swiggy team did not follow the process of calling me moreover it is falsely notified that there 4 calls made whereas in reality we did not receive any call. There were no attempts fromSwighy side to handover the prepaid order to us. In this process they have thus cheated me by falsely implicating things and also keeping my family hungry, moreover Swiggy has an audacity to charge me and not returning my money for their staff negligence. How can Swiggy stoop so low, I have already voiced my concerns on Facebook and thus taking things further to consumer forum so that other customers are not cheated by this modus operandi of Swiggy. My personal request to all customers is since Swiggy is cheating people by such fraudulent means, kindly use the pay on delivery option and pay only when the complete order is delivered. Iam hereby demanding full refund for pathetic service and keeping my family hungry on account of Mal practices followed by Swiggy.

                                Hey jayeshsamel, we understand how you feel. However, please note that the cancellation charges are in place to prevent wastage of the food and to compensate the restaurant and the delivery partner for their efforts. Having said that, I can see that the cancellation fee has been reversed by us as a one time exception which should reflect within 5 business days. Please note, the cancellation charges wherever applicable will be levied in any future order.

                                  Your delivery boy is misbehaved with me very rudely. No politeness and respect to customer in his words. He is doing argument with me nearly 3 to 4 minutes with out giving my delivery in front of my home. After the conversation my neighbors are asking why that delivery boy is arguing with you.

                                  I have mentioned my address correctly in deliver address but the location at google map is updated as little bit far to my current address.

                                  Because of this reason your delivery boy is doing argument with me.

                                  Please de activate my account and confirm me from now onwards i will approach to zomato.

                                  For his argument in front of my home i lost my respect and reputation which i am staying at the residence address from past 6 years.

                                      What worst thing. I have given my whole address but they are saying wrong map location. What worst I have been ordering from my home.
