Straight up fraud company. I ordered 3 items. My order number is [protected]. I got a call from the restaurant that one of the items is not available. I told them it is fine, just provide me with 2 items and i'll get refund for the 3rd item. Little did i know that i won't receive the full refund. I mean it doesn't even make sense. Last night i have ordered one mutton biryani and veg biryani from bherouz, faridabad branch... At around 10:28pm n its showed me the delivery with in a time span of 41 mins.. After so got a call from their delivery person for address confirmation and i just asked him to delivery at the first floor after waiting for around 10mins i myself went down and saw my mutton biryani lying down at the road... What surprised me more when i called him...

Swiggy is serving cold food in spite charging full money, and denied to replace the order.

Swigy didn't deliver the food as per the location provided on software. Also shared live location on whatsapp on his personal number named anwar saib hussain sayyed did not delivered the food. Also i got the call from customer service of swigy informed them that the delivery guy have cheated us. Still the swigy called to cancel the order after waiting for 3hrs. My friend using swiggy getting anonymous calls repeatedly in a day from persons claiming from swiggy disturbing privacy. Few delivery executives even text inappropriately. This is really annoying and happend third time. Kindly do change the callling service hiding the number or something like hangouts, riot something attached to chat server.
