I ordered from jumboking through swiggy, the package was torn due to rainwater as no plastic was rpovided no proper packaging was done. I'm shocked to realise that the burgers are soaked in rain water. Also the pepsi is half spilled. I mean what the hell. I called the customer care and spoke to s. K jiyarul, he assured that a replacement will be sent and hungup, i called again and got no answer. I again called and spoke to kuldeep this time and he told they can't do anything and also cannot do a replacement. I told him that the previous guy told me he will send a replacement but he says nothing can be done and to just email them and someone will get back in 6 to 8 hrs. I mean why isn't there proper coordination. I'm very upset, i'm working from home it's 3 am and this is what i have to face. Very disappointed.
I also have the call recordings if needed as a proof.
