Hi

Actually i have been facing lot of issues while making online payments on your portal.

Firstly i haven't received a refund for three orders placed over last few days
(Order #[protected], order #[protected]).

The amt doesnt reflect on my bank statement.

Secondly an amt of rs 169 was debited from my card (The order wasnt even accepted by the restaurant).

Lastly i faced another issue today when i placed an order (Ref order #[protected])

After making the payment a message popped up on your portal that payment wasn't successful.

Hence i placed the order from another restaurant.

However when i checked 'my orders' section i saw the order that was supposed to be cancelled (Since payment was unsuccessful) was in progress as well

So i cancelled it since i didn't want same items from two restaurants.

So i requested a refund of rs 177 and rs 88 (Cancellation fee if charged) since it was some technical glitch that showed the payment as unsuccessful.

I have tried to explain this via chat to the customer support but they haven't understood my point.

I require the refund of rs 177 as well (Since i was charged wrongfully)

Please help with all these transaction issues.

Hoping for a resolution for these issues

    I ordered on 9th april costing rs 313 and what i get is the delivery being out for delivery and after that they cancelled my order which was so shocking and then texted me that we are giving you refund of 156 rs which is half of refund... On complaining this they said try later for this issue as swiggy having some technical issue
    And then i chatted today with them that i want my refund and they still having the same answer

      I had placed an order of 267 rs on swiggy after half an hour i got a notification to modify the order due to lack of items which i had ordered. So i cancelled them all and placed an order of rs97. And they showed that rs 173 will be refunded. The order was placed on april 1st. Till today, i hadnt received the refund. I also contacted the bank, they told they hadnt received any..
      Please help me to get my money back. Even a 10 rs in important to me.

          I had placed an order from swiggy for rs.110 on 03/04/2020 at 09:34 am but as soon as i opened the tapes after receiving my order, i found that two of items which i had ordered were not available in the packet.
          I had ordered poori (With potato curry and coconut chutney) + bournvita but found that coconut chutney and bournvita were missing from the order.
          Since then i have been communicating with swiggy support team through various means like phone call, chatbox, emails etc. To get my refund for the order but they are not even helping me to get my money back let alone providing any compensation for their poor service.
          I am feeling cheated as i have paid money for the food items i never received and swiggy is just causing more distress to me with their useless replies instead of providing assistance.
          Please find attached photo of the order i received and the image which swiggy has uploaded on their app regarding the description of this particular food item.
          Also find attached the invoice of this order.

          I need your support to get refund and appropriate compensation from swiggy for causing so much inconvenience to me on this matter.

            I am repeatedly getting calls from swiggyfrom different different numbers each time saying that ‘you have a new order please check your screen’
            I do not own any restaurant nor am i registered with swiggy from this number without any reason they are calling me again and again.
            Please stop it please do not call and disturb me.
            I hate this persion baat krne ki tamij nhi h late order h no distribute krta h call krke pareshan krta h galiya deta h ladkiyo ko ghoor ghoor k dekhna 24 ghuntey ladkiyo say baat krta her

              This is harsh singh here and i just need to inform you that the things are not going good from our food delivery brand swiggy and i need a strick action in this type of case which they are doing legally and several of customers are getting trapped in this but no one question to them because customers don't have any option here.

              Here is the mail which i sent to swiggy customer service and i got nothing... And the best thing is that they even don't get scared from this case and all words

              (I ordered a 2 burger and they give me only one when i asked your customer representative about this he said i can give you coupon..

              May i know are you guys playing with customers?

              Representative name pratik ranjan and i'm from mumbai i recorded the live chats with your representative and several times i said him that please call your resturant and ask them about this but i didn't get nothing in response accept that coupon and when i told him that i don't want the coupon just arranged a burger for me because if i'm gonna order it again then again you guys are going to charge me delivery charge..
              And the main thing you don't provide services dear just a # of money you guys need and luckily i bought this order to my office and i also believe that cctv is gonna make a mojor role here..

              So in reply i got that i can't do anything the only thing i can do is coupon..
              Which is valid for 30 days

              So i'm just writing this to you and if there is no update regarding this then surely i'll gonna file case against you guys in consumer forum and just because of one burger you gonna pay high fine... Just wait and watch

                I order two meals on the 24th of march, and both of the orders got cancelled due to the coronavirus lockdown, and it said that the amount is refunded to my account and should get reflected in 5-7 days. It has been 8 days and i have not received the refund from either of the orders (A sum total of about 700 inr).

                The bank confirms that there has been no refund, and yes i provided the reference number provided with the refund as well.

                This is highly unacceptable, and now i dont know if swigggy has done this in the past as well, as i have received many "refunds".

                I am going to take legal action if this does not get resolved. Especially in times of a crisis like the lockdown we are facing today, withholding someones funds is a criminal offence and i will sue for this, if i am able to.

                  I bought for 146rs on 22/03/2020 but the shop was closed and they said refund will be solved in 5-7 days. The refund amount is not done till now. Kindly ensure to send it at the earliest

                  After 5-7 days money is not refunded back. The day the shop was closed because of curfew due to covid. The delivery person said that the shop was closed and i messaged the swiggy support team but it is not credited till now.

                    See i had placed an order of 760 bucks and my upi transaction failed from swiggy’s side and money was deducted from my account and this happened on 11th of march and i had issued a query with the app where they agreed to refund in 2-4 days its been 20 days and i haven’t recieved my cashback. Their excuse to this is that some form failed of theirs.
                    All this happened on eleventh of march their was failure from their side and i am being fooled by swiggy because they are not in any ood of returning my money back as it has been 20 days from that now all they do is give me their # excuses about their form failure and i am hardly getting any response from their side even after complaining 5-6 times and its totally pathetic of then to do this with consumers

                      I had ordered few food items worth 583 rs yesterday. The delivery time was showing a eta of 35 mins odd. As i tracked the order, i found that a delivery guy named sumanth ([protected]) was assigned for this order. So after an hour i checked again the agent location was showing that the guy has traveled from the hotel towards my home and almost 10 km ahead which was strange. I convinced myself that there might be some other orders, but he could have delivered me first, as it was on the way.. Still with patience i called the guy, and he didnt respond correctly and disconnected the call, even though i could hear some of his known people around him laughing around. Waited for 10 minutes and called him again.. As it has been almost 2 hour... This time he said that he has met with an accident and got bruises. I got pissed off and said to cancel the order if he is not able to deliver. He said his mobile is also shattered. I seriously got irritated as i have been hungry and as i felt that i have being played over here. He proposed to send his accident pics as evidence through his friends phone (So friends were around)..

                      I simply disconnected and went to the section (Where is my order?) in swiggy app.. This option is being disabled and leads to possible delays summary due to covid19 bla blah... So as the guy is not able to cancel, i cancelled it and clean cut 50% amount was deducted. (291 rs)

                      I just raised a concern over the chat and came across a so so brilliant customer representative named "somen".. I explained him about the entire scenario.. And at last he said that, since you have cancelled i have to pay 50% as due..

                      Its not about money.. Neither they focused on the delivery guy (May be a real accident) nor about me (The so called super customer).. They were trying to save the 291 bucks... I had actually thought of ordering something else after cancelling.. Later after all this i gave up on swiggy.. God knows what swiggy's reputation is up to.. Misusing corona's name for lacking to meet customer satisfaction.. Stop delivering or stop giving lame excuses / rules...

                          Today, i have order my food from golden china. However i found the delivery boy who had come for delivering my food but what i saw that the delivery boy was not carrying swiggy food bag.

                          He carried my food openly on his bike handle.

                          The moment my girlfriend saw then she asked to him. He replied it was kept for washing.

                          I'm just wondering how can he be so careless due to corona virus condition how can he be so casual?.

                          If due to his carelessness virus spread to my girlfriend or to her family members, who will take responsibility for the same? Will swiggy take responsibility for anything happened?.

                          I would like to see proper action and response on it.

                            I am pure vegetarian and they did this to me
                            They guys are #.
                            Customer care executives not even listening my issue. Called to delivery guy he said i don't know i don't know.
                            Called to escalation department supervisor as well. Even she was keep on repeating i am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. That's it.

                              I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

                              The issue that i have experienced was: i placed my order with swiggy order no. #[protected] at 1:27am on 24th march 2020. The order was accepted by the restaurant immediately (U. S. Burger point) and the order delivery time was 32mins. As soon as the swiggy agent to pick up the order was assigned i called him and he didn’t pick the call and afterwards this first call his mobile is switched off.

                              It occurred on: 24/03/2020

                              I want my refund asap and an apology for such a vivacious thing, which has happened first time with me from swiggy’s side. This is not at all acceptable... Alot of my time has been wasted on this.

                              I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                On 28February i ordered food from swiggy
                                app and paid through mobikwik.But the order was not placed due to error in their system.The amount (Rs 104) was deducted from account.When i informed their customer care, they told me to wait 4 days to refund the amount.But after 4 days i didn't get refund, they told me contact mobikwik or bank because swiggy didn't received any money from my account on that day.What should i do now? I had contacted Swiggy many times but their reply was the same.So i humbly request for the authority to enquire about this case and take action against them. Sbi Bank statement and Mobikwik online transaction statement are attached with this.

                                  I ordered pizza from swiggy... However delivery guys was not able to find my address. So he cancelled my order. Now since 6th of march 2020... I am chatting with swiggy customer support... And just listing that you will get the refund with in 2 to 4 working days. But till now didn't get any refund.                                   Very bad experience many times from Swiggy. Their charges are very high still they are not giving good services. Today i got totally different items from what I ordered. That is also more than 1hr fighting with them
                                  You will not provide Swiggy cello taps zomato vendor thay people provide tapes and stand why because so many ridder are asking and we will give best packing

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I ordered food ( order no #[protected] )through swiggy and it was unhygienic and contaminated. This is the worst food I have ever eaten.food was awful and foul smell was coming and paneer stretching like a rubber and so difficult to chew. We found some unwanted particles are there while eating. We complaint it to swiggy but the response was so bad and they didnt listen my concern properly. Its a matter of health and we are suffering with food poisoning they ignored this easily. Kindly take a strong step against them

                                      As per the signborad installed at kc 52b, ashok vihar phase - i delhi, of the cake cafe, swiggy is one their de;liver partner.
                                      There is only a whatsapp number : [protected]. There is no address of bakery and is not registered with fssai. Swiggy is delivering food items that are non standardized and not guaranteed of food safety, health and hygeine. Swiggy has been instructed to de register all such vendors, but they are continuing to help unscrupulous vendors but continues to play with life of people.

                                      I gave order on 12/03/2020 from new sarkar bhojnalay wardha which consist of combo 3 i.e. rice+ egg fry masala curry and roti costing Rs 79 with discount. But I received only egg fry Masala curry and 1 tawa roti but I didn't recieved rice.so I want refund as I dint recieved my exact order.
