I saw that my delivery address was wrongly plotted on map so i tried calling the delivery boy 2-3 times but everytime he didn't answered. When finally he answered the call i asked him where he is n told him to wait at that spot for 10 min n i'll come to pick up the order.in those 10 min he called me for 2 times n rushed me. When i reached the spot n collected the order he started arguing with me that i changed the delivery location n all. I made him realize that i didn't changed the location i just asked him to wait on the same way which he was coming to deliver the order for his own convenience. On the contrary he kept on arguing n created nuisance on the road, shouted on me n used false language. He was a complete disgust. He was very rude and unpolite. Swiggy must check the manners n politeness of their delivery boys before recruiting them. They r ruining the image of swiggy.

    I order online on swiggy app order and payment is done i was pay from paytm but i did not receive my order when i checked my swiiggy app it is showing your order is cancel when i chat with swiggy they told me i am sorry their is no refund

        What nonsense is this please justify??? First the restaurant took 10mins to confirm d order, second both item mutton pepper dry and mutton brain dry fry portions are less than i ordered that too different recipie of brain dry fry and when i just took it on plate it is stinking like rotten flesh... Are you guys gone insane. Boss if d product is not thr restaurant must cancel the order. Rather than providing us with less portion stinky rotten food smelling like rotten flesh. Please visit my home if required, that stinky food is still there in my fridge as proof
        Swiggy is doing this continuously after this covid situation has arrived this is the 4th incident that their restaurant partners are either giving half food and sometimes rotten stale food.

        Not resolved, the swiggy representative named Jitendra called and asked me sorry we cannot do anything because we dnt know what they are serving . Neither we can refund neither we can let you speak to d restaurant owner. Rotten quality food is what swiggy is seving to customers these days.

          On 19th July 2020 we had ordered food from Swiggy, the order was rejected by the Customer Service team falsely implicating that the customer did not receive the call and the delivery guy waited 15 mins and left without delivering the order which was fully paid. Firstly Swiggy team did not follow the process of calling me moreover it is falsely notified that there 4 calls made whereas in reality we did not receive any call. There were no attempts fromSwighy side to handover the prepaid order to us. In this process they have thus cheated me by falsely implicating things and also keeping my family hungry, moreover Swiggy has an audacity to charge me and not returning my money for their staff negligence. How can Swiggy stoop so low, I have already voiced my concerns on Facebook and thus taking things further to consumer forum so that other customers are not cheated by this modus operandi of Swiggy. My personal request to all customers is since Swiggy is cheating people by such fraudulent means, kindly use the pay on delivery option and pay only when the complete order is delivered. Iam hereby demanding full refund for pathetic service and keeping my family hungry on account of Mal practices followed by Swiggy.

          Hey jayeshsamel, we understand how you feel. However, please note that the cancellation charges are in place to prevent wastage of the food and to compensate the restaurant and the delivery partner for their efforts. Having said that, I can see that the cancellation fee has been reversed by us as a one time exception which should reflect within 5 business days. Please note, the cancellation charges wherever applicable will be levied in any future order.

            Dear sir/madam

            I am heera jagadish singh from patancheru, hyderabad. My order#[protected].

            Your delivery boy is misbehaved with me very rudely. No politeness and respect to customer in his words. He is doing argument with me nearly 3 to 4 minutes with out giving my delivery in front of my home. After the conversation my neighbors are asking why that delivery boy is arguing with you.

            I have mentioned my address correctly in deliver address but the location at google map is updated as little bit far to my current address.

            Because of this reason your delivery boy is doing argument with me.

            Please de activate my account and confirm me from now onwards i will approach to zomato.

            For his argument in front of my home i lost my respect and reputation which i am staying at the residence address from past 6 years.

                What worst thing. I have given my whole address but they are saying wrong map location. What worst I have been ordering from my home. They didn't delivered but they are cancelling order and charged whole amount. They have eaten my money. I need my money back. Will never look into swiggy back. What a worst thing. Really frustrated. Need a solution for this

                    I ordered snacks from a sweet shop through swiggy, which is hardly 500 m from my place. The assigned delivery boy was roaming at some other place for like 15 to 20 mins. I called him n he said ibam at the shop which he was lying n also said that he is coming 5 mins. After another 30 mins i checked he was at the shop n not receiving my calls n finaly he cut the call. I had a chat with swiggy person n he said that they will assign another delivery boy for the delivery. Still he is not here. I was typing my issue n the chat box closed. How rude and pathetic it was. An order which was delivered to be in maximum 15 or 20 mins took 1hr 30 mins. I really am disappointed with swiggy delivery n rudeness

                      Never again will i use this app! Their refunds take 7 days even if mistake is fully on them.
                      Unpardonable experience this time... I had ordered a birthday cake for a friend living in a different part of the country. After paying and giving the address clearly, even after delivery person reached the correct venue, they cancelled the order with 100%fee, despite instruction from receiving end to leave it with security due to non contact delivery. Fraudulent company! Wouldnt recommend anyone to use!!

                        I ordered from swiggy rs. 375 on 4/7/2020 by google pay. Amount is detucted but order is not placed. Then I received a messege from swiggy like it will refunded within 4-7 days. But am not receiving yet. Refund reference number[protected]

                          I purchased inr 1359 worth of items from frazo through swiggy. They only delievered inr 367 worth of items. They did not deliver inr 992 worth of items. Now they are refusing to refund the amount that they have taken from me. They are saying they will refund only inr 400 to me as per policy.

                            Swiggy charged me INR 1359 and delivered only items worth INR 392. It did not deliver items worth INR 967. Now it is refusing to refund the remaining amount. They are only refunding INR 400 and saying that it is against their policy to refund.

                              I ordered 1 cake with order no [protected]. I gave the address 3rf mr 15, nehru nagar, ghaziabad
                              But the delivery guy entered wrong address and called me from 1.9 km back that he could not found the address.
                              After your customer care called me to recheck the address given. After verification concluded that i gave the correct address.
                              Again she called to tell delivery boy will not deliver and cancel this order.

                              Now i have 355 cancellation charges on my next order. This is not fair as i gave the correct address and after verification they told me its not correct address and cancel the order.
                              This is swiggy policy that customer will not be charged if swiggy or product owner or delevry cancel the order from their end

                                  Swiggy is not providing invoices with full cart value

                                  I have ordered foods multiple times from swiggy. I had requested to provide the invoices with full cart value but they are always sending the invoices only with delivery charges.

                                  I have to submit these bills to my company for reimbursement....

                                      Hi,
                                      I ordered from jumboking through swiggy, the package was torn due to rainwater as no plastic was rpovided no proper packaging was done. I'm shocked to realise that the burgers are soaked in rain water. Also the pepsi is half spilled. I mean what the hell. I called the customer care and spoke to s. K jiyarul, he assured that a replacement will be sent and hungup, i called again and got no answer. I again called and spoke to kuldeep this time and he told they can't do anything and also cannot do a replacement. I told him that the previous guy told me he will send a replacement but he says nothing can be done and to just email them and someone will get back in 6 to 8 hrs. I mean why isn't there proper coordination. I'm very upset, i'm working from home it's 3 am and this is what i have to face. Very disappointed.
                                      I also have the call recordings if needed as a proof.
                                      I'm not able to add photos below it says pic is too large should be 2mb. Kindly provide me an alternative contact or an email where i can send the pictures.
