I ordered 6 juices in which three were orange juice and was stale, i contacted the support regarding this, they are not much concerned about the health of the customer, i asked for replacement but they said its not possible, so i asked for the refund or the 100rs worth coupon, the cost of the juice each is 90rs, i asked exactly the same price of it, i was arguing for 100rs coupon, in between "asutosh"asked me if you allow me shall i provide you the coupon, i thought its for 100rs and i said ok, but he made that for 50rs and i told him to take it back, after processed he said he cant do anything and ended the chat, after i spoke with an agent, she told she cant do anything now, i understand because of the asutosh i was very tensed, that it made me think i was fooled, how can you fool your customer, i can move on further on this
