I had placed an order with swigy on 2.3.2020 order no 27868. Four items were ordered. When the item was delivered and opened only three items was seen delivered. Of the four the missing item was the costlier about Rs 250/- Immediately I verified the bills and found that the order placed was for four items with GARAM MASALA HOTEL TRIVANDRUM . BUT THE BILLED ITEMS CONTAIN ONLY THREE . IN short the hotel is right having not delivered the fourth item and they have not billed. But Swigy collected the entire amount from me . the item delivered was about Rs 250. On complaining I was kept on hold for about 30 minutes. Later through another network got in touch with another representative and he said he will gift a coupon worth Rs 100/- only. This was not acceptable and cheating . My complaint no is [protected] with swigy. This is how they cheat public. I am proceeding with the consumer forum

    I had an order placed on swiggy on 11 february, 2020. An amount of 135 was deducted, it hasn't been refunded yet inspite of regular follow up from my side.
    They have provided me with fake transaction id too.
    They have been contradicting their own statements over and over again.
    First they told me that refund was initiated from their side then they said said that they never received the payment.
    It seems as if they have been specifically asked not to return money.
    Today on 2 march, 2020 again same has happened this time an amount of 104 has been deducted.
    This is appaji from hyderabad, I am facing this issue not single time 3 to 4 time I have received bad quality and smell and watery food, every time they said we will solved your issue like that but not solved and my amount also not given back, one time i have facing health issue also sir please take action swiggy app and santosh family dhaba

      Ordered 2 filet-o-fish burgers worth 238 rupees. I received aloo tikki burger (Worth 44 rs each). On calling delivery agent, he asked to complain on app. On complaining on app, i was assured that i can get a replacement within 24 hours. On asking for replacement within 24 hours, i was again offered replacement but unfortunately due to network error, chat got closed and on reconnecting another agent joined the chat and he refused to give either refund or replacement. I tried requesting and even told that i was assured replacement 2 times, replacement wasn't made available and he just offered a 100 rs coupon which was of far less value than what i had ordered and paid for.

        I ordered food in mulund. After payment for some reason it shows the food is being delivered to bandra. Baffled i quickly informed swiggy about this mistake in their application. They scammed me into paying 743 rs to cancel the order. Why should i pay for their mistake? #corporatebullying

        Wrong food items were delivered and when I tired to inform swiggy regarding same the customer service representative was very rude gave me impolite response and threatened to me to accept order and cancel my cod delivery and charged me for cancellation charges.
        Now swiggy is not refunding me for wrong food items

          On 1sr mar around 8:30 pm i placed an order from a restaurant located on hardly 15 mins distance till 10:45 their executive didn't even reached at restaurant and after lot of follow-up i finally got a call where executive said he is struck at shakupur but truth is he didn't even attempted to go to restaurant just tried using excuse of riot while i myself came home around 8:40 and there was no issue at all. Even while talking to him i went outside and found no chaos at all. At the end my family slept without having their dinner as they were waiting for the dinner and i also slept disappointed due to complete # by swiggy team. It is horrible experience and i have deleted their app not going to use it ever. During all this they didn't even tried to inform me about any issue until i started chasing them after waiting for 2 hrs

            Absolutely third class unreliable company delivery is not guaranteed despite advance payment due to insufficient manpower or to save some money they send their unruly delivery person with multiple order delivery giving priority to high value orders and dam to others when you contact them for delay they give lame excuses, lie, force close the chat and don't even hesitate to spread rumours of riots in peaceful area I think such company should be avoided

              I ordered from the swiggy app from artinci - real ice creams, marathahalli on[protected] around 9pm for the amount of 157. I ordered an ice cream with 2 add ons and when i recieved the order, one of the add ons were not delivered. Since i paid extra for the add ons, i raised a complaint for refund for the missing item with swiggy customer support and they had blatantly refused to refund the amount and did not cite their terms for refusing so. Instead, they insisted that they will take feedback from my complaint.

              Very disappointed with the response from team swiggy support. They are robbing customers in broad daylight and such business conduct should not be allowed.
              How can they charge customer for something which they have not provided.

                I ordered food and the bill was of rs 535/- i gave 500/- and went inside to get the change and my brother got him 50/- and he didn't return him 15/- back and left without saying anything that was clear intention of thieving our money. Even after calling him to return our money back he was very rude and abused us on phone. His name is arpit shahu from nagpur we want justice to this act as this was not a way to treat your customers.
                I hope i'll get a positive way out after a complaint.

                  I placed a foor order by swiggy application of inr 690. Swiggy delivery partner called me and asked about my payment mode, i told him that i have paid amount online.
                  After 25 minutes i received a call from swiggy costumer care, thay said that your order is not reflecting to resuturent so thay need to cancel it and amount will refund to me. I said ok. But when i checked order status in swiggy application it was showing that order has been received by delivery parter and he is on the way to diliver.
                  Again i received a another call from swiggy that delivery partner bike has slipped and food is spoiled so we need to cancel the order and amount will be returned to you.
                  After this call when i again check swiggy application order was showing delivered to me, but no one came to deliver.
                  I again called costomer care to complaint about this fraud by swiggy delivery partner, thay said that thay have no way to take complaint about delivery partner.
                  This whole incident wasted my 1.5 hour and i feel cheated also.
                  I want this type of fraud delivery partner need to punished hard.

                    We paid whole amount of bill for 5 items wherein afterwards we noticed that one item was missing. Also, they aren't ready to refund the amount of one item missing. The delivery man immediately went away after delivering the order and when called, we aren't able to connect with him. The customer care is resolving the issue by giving us ₹25 discount on next order. Is this the real solution? We ordered because were hungry and tired due to which we will bare the loss.

                      I ordered two things from kake da hotel ashok vihar
                      1 fish tikka 400rs
                      2 chicken combo rs200
                      After one hour they are telling me that we dont have fish so can you either cancel order or order something else
                      I ordered chicken tikka half plate instead of that
                      What i ordered was less than that fish and there people told that will refund you and its been 2 days they havent
                      Above till now i have mailed this concern and talked to 5-6 customer care executive no action has being taken till now
                      Is this how you operate? This incident has caused me serious trouble
                      Swiggy has surely lost his one customer now that me
                      Now i will never ever order from this platform ever

                        Hi, i ordered food in swiggy today. My order id is #[protected]the delivery executive (Selvam-chennai) is very rude. The delivery executive is fighting with me with heated arguments. Please avoid these type of delivery executives. Which will leads to affect the name of swiggy... Customers are the very important. We should respect our customers.

                          Hi i have ordered cake from BR bakery and paid 569rs amount while ordering . Item is not available at restauran, then they have cancelled my order and they said your amount will be return in 7 working days. With out my mistake they have cancelled the order and they are not returning my money immediately, they are keeping my money with them for 7 days.

                            Straight up fraud company. I ordered 3 items. My order number is [protected]. I got a call from the restaurant that one of the items is not available. I told them it is fine, just provide me with 2 items and i'll get refund for the 3rd item. Little did i know that i won't receive the full refund. I mean it doesn't even make sense. If an item is not available, then it makes sense to give full refund for that because i did cancel that item order. But swiggy only gave back partial refund. I have taken their service called "super". Not only will i cancel that but i will drag these # to the court.

                              Last night i have ordered one mutton biryani and veg biryani from bherouz, faridabad branch... At around 10:28pm n its showed me the delivery with in a time span of 41 mins.. After so got a call from their delivery person for address confirmation and i just asked him to delivery at the first floor after waiting for around 10mins i myself went down and saw my mutton biryani lying down at the road... What surprised me more when i called him he said there were dogs n it was an accident, but when the whole mutton pieces were there... No dog was around and what about my veg biryani... Where did it go... Or my colony dogs are vegan now... Ate the veg biryani with the box itself... After a long discussion for about 20mins... When i asked them to deliver it again they said a big no.. And said we are cancelling your order and refunding your money back... Guys when u cant full fill the customer needs.. You have no rights to be on such portal. Poor management/poor facility-what should i say...

                                I spoke to the swiggy cush omer care executive and he is unable to resolve my issue, as i am super member and in terms and conditions they didn't mention about clubbing two orders. And this has happen twice with me within one month gap. And for super membership we r paying rs. 79/month. And still swiggy people r saying its free delivery thts y we club ur order but they did understand that for free delivery i have paid membership fee.

                                  I had placed an order for my breakfast from Swiggy today. First I got a recorded message that items are not available. I went to their so called 'HELP section'. After a conversation on chat, I agreed to make changes in my order. However 15 minutes before recess when I checked my phone, my order was cancelled by Swiggy itself. I had to order again from the restaurant.
                                  I had ordered for four more people. I was really embarrassed . Plus 'refund can't satiate starvation ' Swiggy needs to understand this! Also, there was difference in my Swiggy amount and the actual restaurant bill. Just look at the price of 4 Chicken Frankies. This indicates that they are just business minded and customer means nothing to them. Those automated messages for resolving the issues are tremendously annoying knowing that they don't care a damn about your problem!

I have got a less quantity of pongal packed in the sambar container, instead of the actual container meant for pongal.                                         I had ordered food through swiggy order #[protected] from restaurant "a2b" on 29 jan 2020. I wanted to cancel the order since it was cod and immediately placed the same order to a2b in the next 5 minutes. The reason i wanted to cancel was it was cod so wanted to change it to card payment immediately after the order was placed, before cancelling i reached out to swiggy support on the app and asked if i could make the payment now. However they had automated responses, so i ancelled the order and placed the same order through another account.

                                        1. They don’t have a cancellation policy
                                        2. Why is the penalty being levied if i only wanted to change the payment option

                                        I have already written 10 mail asking for the cancellation policy, they don’t have a cancellation policy as on today, however they are willing to levy penalty based on their whims and fancy.
