Order id: [protected] i ordered veg food from swiggy today at 6.30pm but got it after more than one hour that too was non vegetarian.
I am pure vegetarian and they did this to me
They guys are #.
Customer care executives not even listening my issue. Called to delivery guy he said i don't know i don't know.
Called to escalation department supervisor as well. Even she was keep on repeating i am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. That's it.
They are playing with religious and also not listening to my issue.

    Dear sir / madam,

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

    The issue that i have experienced was: i placed my order with swiggy order no. #[protected] at 1:27am on 24th march 2020. The order was accepted by the restaurant immediately (U. S. Burger point) and the order delivery time was 32mins. As soon as the swiggy agent to pick up the order was assigned i called him and he didn’t pick the call and afterwards this first call his mobile is switched off.

    It occurred on: 24/03/2020

    I want my refund asap and an apology for such a vivacious thing, which has happened first time with me from swiggy’s side. This is not at all acceptable... Alot of my time has been wasted on this.

    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

      On 28February i ordered food from swiggy
      app and paid through mobikwik.But the order was not placed due to error in their system.The amount (Rs 104) was deducted from account.When i informed their customer care, they told me to wait 4 days to refund the amount.But after 4 days i didn't get refund, they told me contact mobikwik or bank because swiggy didn't received any money from my account on that day.What should i do now? I had contacted Swiggy many times but their reply was the same.So i humbly request for the authority to enquire about this case and take action against them. Sbi Bank statement and Mobikwik online transaction statement are attached with this.

        I ordered pizza from swiggy... However delivery guys was not able to find my address. So he cancelled my order. Now since 6th of march 2020... I am chatting with swiggy customer support... And just listing that you will get the refund with in 2 to 4 working days. But till now didn't get any refund. Also i am sharing some screenshots with the swiggy customer support guys.

        Very bad experience many times from Swiggy. Their charges are very high still they are not giving good services. Today i got totally different items from what I ordered. That is also more than 1hr fighting with them
        You will not provide Swiggy cello taps zomato vendor thay people provide tapes and stand why because so many ridder are asking and we will give best packing

          Hi Team,

          I ordered food ( order no #[protected] )through swiggy and it was unhygienic and contaminated. This is the worst food I have ever eaten.food was awful and foul smell was coming and paneer stretching like a rubber and so difficult to chew. We found some unwanted particles are there while eating. We complaint it to swiggy but the response was so bad and they didnt listen my concern properly. Its a matter of health and we are suffering with food poisoning they ignored this easily. Kindly take a strong step against them

            As per the signborad installed at kc 52b, ashok vihar phase - i delhi, of the cake cafe, swiggy is one their de;liver partner.
            There is only a whatsapp number : [protected]. There is no address of bakery and is not registered with fssai. Swiggy is delivering food items that are non standardized and not guaranteed of food safety, health and hygeine. Swiggy has been instructed to de register all such vendors, but they are continuing to help unscrupulous vendors but continues to play with life of people.

            15/03/2020 i was floating cash 500rups payed...after check swiggy app show not payed...
            I gave order on 12/03/2020 from new sarkar bhojnalay wardha which consist of combo 3 i.e. rice+ egg fry masala curry and roti costing Rs 79 with discount. But I received only egg fry Masala curry and 1 tawa roti but I didn't recieved rice.so I want refund as I dint recieved my exact order.

              When i ordered delivery time is 20min
              After confirming 23min
              But till now i didn't get my order customer chat they were telling delivery boy was not lifting call so we cancelling your order. Ur amount will get back 5 to 7working days.
              What is this when we paid u will collect immediately. U has to return means 5 to 7days. How dare you to cheat public. This is 5th time. It happened to me. Don't cheat customer

                This keeps happening over and over again, you keep sending me delivery with missing items and the customer support offers coupons of 30rs which does not compensate for the extra item that i have paid for. Most recently i had order from burger king and asked for fries worth 100rs which went missing and the customer support was of absolutely no use.

                The customer service handler was also insanely rude for no apparent reason and was trying to justify me loosing money over and over again on their platform. I asked for an escalation of situation but the supervisor did not want to help at all and tried to put the blame on me and kept pushing a 30rs discount on my next order.

                This has become a repeated habit of theirs and even when we try to overlook the issue they seem to keep taking advantage of me turing a blind eye

                  I ordered a pizza from pizza hut. The delivery time was estimated at 38 minutes. The order was delivered an hour later. The food was cold and stale. The delivery person was different from who was shown to me by the app. Moreover, there was absolutely no action taken by swiggy to resolve the query.

                  This is the second time an issue like this is happening. Ia month back i ordered from burger king. Items from my order were missing and swiggy took no action at all to resolve it. There would have been more than 10 email exchanges between swiggy and me but they provided absolutely no resolution.

                  Swiggy does whatever they want to, charge customers for the products and services they don't deliver and is not answerable to anyone. I want to press legal charges against the company and am ready to pay any legal fees.

                    This is regarding order number #[protected]. I did not receive any calls from the delivery boy for this order and the order was not delivered to me. Before i could call the delivery person, it started displaying that the order has been delivered already. Now the app does not show any contact information of the delivery person who delivered the order.

                    Since i don't have the delivery person's contact details and neither i am able to reach swiggy via its contact page - which by the way doesn't work - i request a full refund for my order.
                    Sir your boy delivered tea from A2b the packet was leaking and they have given me coffee instead of tea and leaking too much

                      Such a big fraud service doing, they have not delivered my order, the executive picked my order and immediately said it was delivered and i tried to reach customer care and raised a dispute for that they are saying the executive number is switched off..
                      Further the order was rated as 4star, its means they have hacked and done the same..
                      And for that they have reordered the same but it was delivered after 1.5hrs.. Such a worst service organization..

                      Please don't use swiggy anymore. Coz they are hacking and doing. Be cautious

                          With utter displeasure i am writing this email to you that inspite of being a regular user of your app, i landed up in such dissatisfaction with your service standards at the time of handling hungry customers...

                          As a last time user of your app effective today my few suggestions to swiggy having used this app for a pretty long time.

                          1. Please do train your customer care executive as all subscribers are not thief and cheats that they will waste time in calling and making wrong complains to get extra food.

                          2. When a customer is not satisfied and hungry don't show him technicalities and rather handling his hunger you start explaining him charges which will be further applied...

                          Just to brief you of the incident at midst of your busy schedule...

                          1. I receive a wrong order delivered partially.

                          2. I call up the chat they say to send pictures of what i have received (If i wanted to cheat i could have hidden the packets and said i have not received). I didn't understand what was the purpose and making this process length

                          3. Then i wait for times again as executives are not available...

                          4. Then in the process i made a wrong selection of what i have not received instead of receive

                          5. After a wait i understand the order has been replaced and i am happy with my family and waiting for the food.

                          6. On checking the order i see there has been. Mistake and when i call up and request that there has been a mistake i am being given an explanation that nothing can be done and if you cancel this order you will be charged additional 115 for cancellations...

                          I am actually surprised to understand that from 2.30pm to 4 pm i have been fighting for an order value of 611/- which i placed and received an order value of 450/- (Wrong food items) and then swiggy charges me additional 115 cancellation charges for calling and requesting for a change in order which the executive denies completely.

                          I am shocked with such incident is this the way to make business with customers leaving a worse experience...

                          Extremely... Sad and disheartened to face such situation...

                            I ordered two orders through swiggy and i got only one item. They haven't given refund or redelivered that item. They gave a coupon. They are cheating people with coupon instead of food. Customer service also very bad. They are sitting there to give only coupon. I ordered food and they gave me coupon. Who wants coupon. They are cheating and taking our money. They repeatedly doing this.

                              I have placed on order on april 12th 2019 with swiggy but i never received the food order. It always shows in app as "order placed. We are waiting for the restaurant to respond".
                              I had contacted swiggy nearly 10 times.
                              They had asked me to contact the bank and i had also approached the bank where that had mentioned it is the problem with vendor (Swiggy).
                              I had also complained with my payment gateway and they have mentioned it is not a problem from their end and told me to contact the vendor.
                              Swiggy support had informed refund is processed 5 - 6 times which never came back to my account.
                              So, i had also raised a banking obdusman which the bank had clearly informed me the problem is with the vendor swiggy.
                              Swiggy still tells they have processed the refund or it is problem with the bank.
                              The issue is not yet solved and still the order tells in my app as "order received. We are waiting for the restaurant to confirm the order."

                                Few days before i ordered swiggy and later wanted to have seeet dish. I ordered it but before item was delivered i asked customer care if they can let driver know about getting change. Driver informed that he doesn’t have change and i informed customer care that as i dnt have change either i will cancel the order. I informed in appropriate time. This has just happened once. I wanted to order again next day from swiggy but guess what my cod is disabled. Once contacted i got to know i should do pre payment for that to work again

                                This is so hostile behaviour. I have never been rude or wanted to cancel my order. This just happened once and as if i have done a crime and disabled cod.
                                I am not comfortable using my card online or any other means that doesn’t mean that company will suddenly decide to disable it! This is not only ridiculous but beyond any normal person imagination!! Why forcing me to do pre payment when i can pay on delivery

                                Why cancelling my cod after once i canceled order as driver didn’t had change

                                Driver should have change just in case if customer needs it. Atleast we are ordering and paying it! Not stealing and running away

                                I need solution asap and i do not want to use my card online to pay

                                I have right to pay cod.

                                  I shreya loha, on 13th march 2020 ordered 1 "steam darjeeling chicken momo' from wow! Momo, which had been required to be delivered via online delivery app swiggy. My order id was: #[protected] and i placed my order at the time of 6.26 pm. However, at the time of 7.15 pm, my order had been cancelled. As the reason behind this cancellation, i have got to know from the side of swiggy that due to my unresponsiveness to the call of the delivery executive. However, i am certain that i have attended the call of the delivery executive. And, most importantly, at the time, when the passing time of the delivery was more than 30 minutes i called the delivery executive on his personal phone number twice. However, there had been no response from his side. And, after a while when i again called the delivery executive he received and told me that he had been waiting on the nearest landmark over 30 minutes. However, my question is he had been waiting over 30 minutes without calling me and not responding back to my calls. Furthermore, again when i instructed the delivery executive my address over the phone he said he was on his way to my place with the delivery. However, my father and i had been waiting in front of the gate with the required payment for the delivery, and when he came with the delivery my father even asked him whether is it the delivery from swiggy or not. He just said that he is coming shortly and went back on his bike without delivering the food. And, then i got the message from the cancellation of the delivery. And, when i tried to reach out to swiggy customer care, they told me that due to not responding to delivery executive's call my order has been cancelled and for the penalty, i have to pay cancellation charge of 54.50 rupees. Hence, regarding this issue i seek help and justice why should i pay the cancellation charge when there had been no issue or fault from my side.

                                  this feedback has marked as resolved but no one has contacted me and I don't know the conclusion about this issue as well. If Swiggy has resolved this case then please properly contact us before doing that. this is really disgusting behavior for me on the behalf of most renowned Swiggy.

                                    I had tried to place an order on 11th february at 9.38 pm, wherein after adding to the cart immediately a pop up showed stating resturant was closed for delivery. I didnt recieve any call/messages from swiggy to let me know that delivery was picked up. Hence i assumed order didn't take place. Now when am placing other order, they are wrongfully charging 160 rupees cancellation charges. I want to raise this as customers in future are not harrassed.

                                      I have order sweet by swiggy from madhurima sweet at dated[protected] at around 6 pm order number is - [protected]
                                      When delivery executive are delivering i told him that i think the order was wrong but delivery executive was in hurry and box was also wrapped with plastic so unable to open it after 10 min i open and got all my order are totally incorrect
                                      I placed a complaint on swiggy they told to send an email i send him, after that they reply after 18 hours and told only sorry i told him to change the order as order was as it is condition but only told sry i have shared your feedback
