Dear team,

I ordered fish tikka on feb 5 on malligai foods. Payment is 115 with applied promo code. I was received fish gravy instead of fish tikka. Gravy and fish tikka are not same price. I mailed to swiggy. They just dont care about my concern and give an apologies.in my situation i face food change issue and also money different issue. But none of them response my query.

I hate this like of service and poor...

I ordered from sagar garie (Bhopal) and received the order on time.
But then j got a message from swiggy stating that i have cancelled the order. So they will charge rs. 65 on the nest order. But i have never cancelled the order so why should i pay the extra amount.
You can check on your delivery partner too... He delivered the order and i payed him with cash....

Hi, i ordered from a2b on 07/feb night, one guy came with order and told no change and no app also but i tried in paytm his name was their so we paid and he denied to give food and went, again he ask for payment and after some time i got one call and they puted some cancellation charge also.
Very very bad experience with swiggy and i will never ever order again...

I ordered ice cream cake for my son's birthday on 9th feb 2020 at 10.30pm its worth for rs.902, but i got fully melted cake at 11.10pm.
The product was fully melted and watery then its had fridge smell. Its totally waste product.

Today i was ordered food from swiggy carrier meals (Meghan biriyani restaurant) they sent cold rice, dal, sambhar, rasam, majjige huli, kesari bath, papad, dried gobi(full broken r lefted, full of oily).if they are unable to deliver y they taken our order?? If we call swiggy cc they told to take 50%of our ordered amount coupon?? If coupon filled our hungry? Right time we r not received not right food y they people are playing with our life????...

I placed an order (Order no. - #[protected]) today worth rs.834 from burger kings via swiggy. Within the first 15 minutes only canceled my order due to some personal reasons. These people charged me rs. 417 which is almost 50% of the amount i paid to these people.
Also, there was no prior information about cancellation charges while placing the order. How in the world a person is supposed to know that these people will charge 50%...

It's been long i am complaining against swiggy employees who are working at customer care and the technology of swiggy. Today i ordered a cake @12 midnight which was a prepaid order. I got a call from swiggy call centre at 1 am stating that they won't be able to deliver my order as restaurant is closed. I asked them to order it from their end from different restaurant but i need the order as i have paid rs. 364/-...

Had ordered full chicken (Expensive one) but after receiving the order could not find any piece of chicken. Only gravy and chicken fragments could be found.
So requested to refund the amount and charge penalty to restaurant for this unethical activities.
But did not get the compensation for the same
This has been happening in the past as well and everytime gets reply from swiggy that we are striving to make ur experience...

I ordered shake from shakti sandwich baroda
Which was totally slant. I ordered chocolate shake which i found with yellow colour and sour taste, then replace the order again it was chocolate coloured but again sour tasted shake.

Im totally disappointed, i'm not ordering first time from this restaurant ordered many times and i founded both of times bad quality bad taste... I replaced order with a view to good quality...

I ordered the food on 7th feb. From the same restaurant i used to order on 2nd feb. To be delivered at my home. I was at my office location while i ordered the food. I specifically mentioned the address in the app where the food was supposed to be delivered. The delivery man ignored looking at the address and came to my office location.
