The worst experience we had with "noniram lassi and gajak bhandar" dd puram bareilly.in the food we got bugs, i think that was the special for the lassi.in that time when covid-19 dangerous for every one in this time this type of food delivery with that unresponsive restaurant its too bad.

        I wanted to order online through "swiggy" from the mcdonald's, by selecting a combo meal which was for rs.627/-. When i went to proceed with the online payment mode, i was shocked to see the hidden prices in the bill as follows. Rs.627.62/- for food + rs.19/- for delivery fee, + taxes and charges of rs.69.81/-, and the grand total charges were rs.716/-. When i clicked on the taxes and charges it is showing in a very tiny and small pop up message regarding the amount of taxes and charges which are as follows: restaurant gst is rs.33.05 +vat on delivery fee is rs.3.42/- totaling to rs.36.47/-. Why were the taxes and charges of rs.69.81 were levied when the total was rs.36.47/-. And what is the percentage of taxes being levied?? Swiggy is not showing the percentage of taxes being levied, which ofcourse is hidden, swiggy is fooling people and its customers by playing fraud and cheating and deceiving by falsely charging the customers in excess double amount. By this email i would like an reply from the swiggy and its officials and i also ask swiggy for its certificate of e-commerce online food delivery business and i also ask you as your customer (Swiggy) to furnish all the licenses such as gst license, trade license, vat & tin no. You have obtained to run the e-commerce online food delivery app and also the customer grievance mode other than only email. I felt cheated by (Swiggy) and i would like to take this matter to the higher authorities for a detailed enquiry into this serious matter. Waiting for urgent and proper response and reply. I am also enclosing herewith the mobile screenshots of the bill for future reference.

          On 26th feb 2020, i placed an order through swiggy for dominos pizza. I waited for more than an hour bt the pizza never got delivered. As it was a pre-paid order, i called swiggy the next day for the refund, they instructed me to contact dominos. I made multiple calls to dominos but all in vain.
          It has been more than 3 months since i placed the order and never got a refund.

            I had ordered a pizza from swiggy in shillong. When it arrived i opened and found that the toppings had come off and got stuck to the box. I've taken pictures of it and i clearly shows that the food package wasn't handled properly. There is no link in the app for my complaint.

              I was new to swiggy i have made account just before lockdown.. And placed only 2 orders.. After that lockdown happened.. But now it is blocked.. I am unable to order..                 Problem in a nutshell:

                The delivery exec called and spoke very disrespectfully to us (My wife), when we were guiding him to our residence to drop of the food, very rudely he had asked my wife to pick the food if you want or i will leave at your gate, then we went down and picked the food ourselves option less and informed him that i will be reporting his behaviour to swiggy customer care and did so within 3-4 mins, however the exec mari, used threatening language saying you do and i will do something equivalent, and [email protected] i get a call from the local inspector from my apartments doorstep saying they had received a complaint stating we beat up mari which is not true... Anyways i had informed the police that i will pay him a visit today in the noon to explain in detail since its a complaint... This kind of behavior from swiggy delivery execs is beyond rowdyism and unprofessional. Totally disappointed and i am going to definitely take this up in social handles and internet journalists...

                  Delivery guys are now food from swiggy... I have the proof of photos... I had to throw the whole package away... They denied me refund... Told theyl give coupon n denied too... The online reps r pathetic.

                    On 12th june i placed an order on swiggy from saravana bhavan for dosas. Order id #[protected].
                    The food that was delivered was stale, soggy, bland, and made me feel sick. When i reported it on swiggy, it offered me a coupon of rs75 in my next order. How does that make any sense of compensation? I feel disgusted and exploited the way they shut me off with a piece of coupon. They showed zero concern about my health and suffering. Please help.

                      I had ordered for a cherry cholocate cake but have received the wrong order. I have got a swiss chocolate cake and this is not at all acceptable. I had paid 617 rs not for this.

                        I was ordering the food from swiggy. Due to swiggy app issue amount get twice debited and both was successful transaction. As per bank report both transaction are successful. But swiggy first said that they don't havee recieved any money. On second day they are saying that the order was fail hence they had initiated refund. So. Why first they had told me that they haven't received any order amount. On third day the officer said me that amount will refund to my account onthe same day. But even amount not received yet. Again they are saying me to wait.
                        I am in very need due to swiggy i am sleep in empty stomach as i dint have any money to buy the food as they had taken my amount and used that amount for 4 days.
                        High action shoukd be takken on them otherwise i need defamation of 4 days.

                              Fraud by swiggy!!!

                              I have placed the order no. # [protected] dated 09 june 2020 from swiggy app downloaded from google play store.

                              Delivery guy picked up the order and called me saying that swiggy has wrongly provided delivery address. Hence he is unable to deliver the food at my address.

                              I used chat option on swiggy to highlight this matter, i got message on 09 june at 12.26 pm about
                              50 % deduction as cancellation charges. I responded back – don't cancel my order at 12.26 pm

                              I was on chat with executive from 12.26 till 12.46 pm. Suddenly i received text message that 50% of the money has been deducted as cancellation charges.

                              I highlighted this matter to support chat, who responded at 12.51 that order has been cancelled by back end team without me agreeing to their cancellation charges.

                              Balance 50 % money was deposited in my account.

                              This is a nice cheating business technique where delivery guy picks up the order and then do not deliver it.
                              Without any authorization from customer, order gets cancelled by back end team. Swiggy charge them cancellation fee as per their choice.
                              Easy way to earn money!!!

                              I placed the order on raju kulche chole - vadodara, guy is 15 minutes drive from my home. They have informed me that delivery guy has picked up the order and they have no idea where he has taken the order

                              This is cheating, fraud and customer harassment!!!

                                My freind had ordered food through swigy on 7th june 2020 under order number [protected],. And this order was suppossed to be delivered within 38mins but this order never got delivered... Ur delivery partner refuaed to deliver the order... And
                                Ur customer care executive advice to cancel the order... On ur advice i cancled my order and now am without food in this cricess... And to my suprise u have refunded just a partial amount... Why will i bear the loss for ur mistake i want my full amount refunded and compensation for not delivring my iorder

                                  I have placed the subjected order from swiggy using location services.

                                  Delivery guy picked up the order and called me twice saying swiggy do not pay enough to deliver at my desired address.

                                  I told him its fine, if you cannot deliver the order then cancel it.

                                  After sometime when the products are not delivered, i used chat option on swiggy to cancel the order and take the refund.

                                  Without informing me about any cancelation charges, 50% of the money has been take as cancelation charges.

                                  Upon further discussion with swiggy chat support they are reluctant to raise any complaints or take any necessary action.

                                  They are not connecting me to any supervisor, they are not trying to help with the order or with the refund.

                                  This is a nice business technique where delivery guy picks up the order from store and then do not deliver it.
                                  If customer goes for cancellation, you charge them cancelation fee of your choice.
                                  Easy way to earn money!!!

                                  I placed the order on baskin robin and store owner lives in my society. They have informed me that delivery guy has picked up the order and they have no idea where he has taken the order

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: online food odering

                                        The issue that i have experienced was: i had ordered food and observed garlic sauce - 20 rs., pita bread (2 nos.)- 40 rs. Were missing. I highlighted the same to swiggy, however they only refunded 20 rs. Remaining 40 rs. For missing pita bread is not refunded.

                                        It occurred on: 2/06/2020

                                        Swiggy needs to refund my money and teach their customer support team on how to handle such issue. As already due to corona i was afraid to order online food and more to that such approach from swiggy is really not appreciable.

                                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
