I have ordered some food items on 19th april 2020 using swiggy app. Total bill amount was rs.276. As i have not received one item in my order, i have contacted swiggy customer care. And they have raised a refund request of amount rs.182. But till now, i have not received any refund. This is not the very first time it's happening. Few months back also i had same type of issue. And not received any refund. So, i humbly request you to take action against swiggy and get my money back.

    I am a practicing advocate and one of the prime member/customers of swiggy, having bought goods worth thousands of rupees through swiggy during last two years.

    Today morning, i. E. On 24th april, 2020, i had placed an order for delivering 3 packets of butter of punjab and sindh dairy, (Mulund, west, mumbai) totally valued at rs. 330/- and delivery charges of rs. 50/- to be delivered at the place of my brother having his address at 3rd floor, mulund devi niwas chs limited. My order no. Was #[protected].

    Along with the address i had specifically mentioned the mobile number of my brother, to enable the delevery boy to contact my brother in case of any querry or difficulty. The address was having complete details and landmark was given as next to chandan baug school, mulund, west. I had already shown my generosity by paying tip of rs. 20/- to delivery boy in advance.
    However, without calling to my brother and without assigning any reason, swiggy cancelled the order and deducted rs. 205/- as cancellation fee.

    Only an amount of rs. 204/ was refunded to me. I was extremely shocked upon the arbitrary cancellation of the said order. Because, in past on hundreds of occasions, swiggy representatives had delivered the order at same address.

    When i requested to customer care to provide me the copies of kyc or cancellation rules (If any), nothing was furnished to me. I was not explained any thing about cancellation policy of swiggy.

    Ultimately swiggy refused to refund my balance amount od rs. 205/- without any valid reasons.

    This is nothing but a gross act of cheating the innocent members of public in the hard time of lock down and robbing them of their hard earned money. Though non refund of rs. 205/- is not a big amount and swiggy is not going to become rich by withholding this amount illegally. But it has really shocked my conscience and i will be failing in my obligations to society if i do not take up this issue further with all the authorities.

    I have therefore no option but to adopt strict legal proceedings against swiggy, so that innocent members of public are not cheated in the tough time of lock down.

      I have cancelled the order for food on 15 April 2020 and I have not got my refund for this.
      It has be more than 5 days
      I have recieved the message that it has been refunded but it is not credited in my account.

        Iam working in swiggy.
        As iam working as delivery partner.
        In this carona situations there are not giving allowances.
        But some delivery partners are getting allowance... They are saying something login hours to get allownce.
        But we have some problems in carona situations so i am not getting login hours.
        Please provide me allowance for working in swiggy

          I ordered from swiggy on 13th of april. Got cancelled order by restaurant and then got the message saying refund initiated and will receive the refund within 4-7 business days. Now it's been past those days i checked with the bank also and tried reaching them but they are still saying the same thing that you will receive the refund but my concern is when.
          Usually it doesn't take this much time.

            Hi all
            Myself is swiggy rider with id : 1099764. My id has been blocked for seeking helping when my bike was seized by motihari police and when i was unable to make floating cash absolutely zero in such lockdown. Now a days id is blocked to evade from not paying minimum guarantee for login hour to its riders. Is that right?
            If this matter is not resolved immediately, i will complain to pmo and home ministry so that in such lockdown you people are not paying and blocking id, snatching job of riders and going against the appeal of pm modi.

                Dear sir / madam,

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about online food ordering

                The issue that i have experienced was: i ordered meat using swiggy and i ordered 1.5 kg mutton and 1 kg chicken but i received only half kg mutton and 400 gms chicken.

                It occurred on 19/04/2020

                I want swiggy to pay back the amount, i reached their customer care but they are very callous and not giving any solutions and disconnecting my chat.

                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                    My experience on swiggy is very bad, this happened twice to me. Paid money online, ordered food, swiggy boy picked up the food, on the way, 24 minutes to reach the delivery destination, looking at the mobile and waiting for the food, suddenly another message, your order cancelled by swiggy, reason - you are not available to receive the food, the delivery boy called you four times. No call came to my mobile, food didnot reach me. I called the swiggy boy to find out what happened, he told, the food is with him, he will bring the food, but didn't turn up. Called swiggy help line, customer care, bad response, 70% of my money deducted by swiggy. I paid money, waiting for the food, no call from swiggy boy, no food reach me and swiggy deducted 70% money from me. I found out waht happened, from another swiggy boy, what he told me, please read carefully. Swiggy delivery boy, picked up the food, he didnpt go to the delivery destination, cancelled the order with some reason that the customer at fault, instead he took that food for himself or his friends, or sell that food to other people. When you will inform customer care or help line, you will not get good response, as if they are also involved in this planned process. Sent mail to customer care, alsoto the founder of swiggy, no good response. This is swiggy, please be careful.

                      I have received the order which is different and less valuation of i ordered, as i requested for the replacement of the order or return of the order . They are saying i could not replace as this is not regularly happens at us so please do consider it.

                        This is with regard to order no. [protected] dated 14/04/2020. Payment was done already online. Contacted swiggy via swiggy app, twitter & sent mail with details & proof. No resolution provided.

                        Following items were missing from the order:

                        1. Lays magic masala - 3 packets - rs.20 each

                        2. Nescafe - 1 bottle - rs.150

                        3. American corn -1 kg - rs.110

                        4. Uncle chips - 7 packets - rs.140

                        Wrong item provided:

                        Lays chips classic salted.

                        Improper packaging & spillage:

                        I have attached the relevant pictures. Kindly, look into the matter at the earliest and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          Today I ordered food from Swiggy with order number [protected] (Rs263). Swiggy delivered a wrong order to my address. When I chatted the customer executive (Megh) about I got wired suggestion. I was asked to place a new order with a coupon of Rs 150. Where the hell remaining money gone?

                            Food ordered on april 6 2020 wad of bad quality as there were feathers of a chicken in my food and refund was inititated from swiggy on april 7 2020.

                            Checked with my bank and money not yet received wheras swiggy claims that refund is completed. Now swiggy is very lathargic with their reply and they simply say that all they can do is give a reference number and they want me to talk to my bank which i ve already done.

                            I feel swiggy is cheating its customers. They should help people out during a refund process instead of simply adking them to talk to their bank just like a robot.

                                Swiggy - my order on sunday for thickshake and my order was cancelled due some other issues which was ok but when the time come to refund fund swiggy is worst for it never do it and they keeping stating we have refund but no i have all the proof for it and its been 3 days i did not recieve my funds for it... Where are zomate is quick in refunding the funds this is my 2nd time i had to choose swiggy esle i go with zomate only... Always the worst service for refund the funds which has to be taken action... This is the 2nd time i go the... Horrible never trust swiggy for the refund

                                  I ordered a chocolate oreo cake but i recived a different cake . the cake i recived is a chocklate cake with 2 oreo biscuit on top. please see the photo i have attached from google.
                                  and the cake i received . the cake was supposed to have a layer to oreo in between but it doesnt have . The oreo cake is suppose to be in creame in colour not black.
                                  The CC excutive of swiggy agreed that both the cake is different but still they are not issuing my refund.

                                    I ordered on Saturday and there were missing items in my mc donalds order. Plus the drink was spilt all over the other food. Twice I raised this issue with Customer support and they just said thank you for your feedback and refused any refund. This is robbery. What kind of criminal organisation is this?

                                      Actually i have been facing lot of issues while making online payments on your portal.

                                      Firstly i haven't received a refund for three orders placed over last few days
                                      (Order #[protected], order #[protected]).

                                      The amt doesnt reflect on my bank statement.

                                      Secondly an amt of rs 169 was debited from my card (The order wasnt even accepted by the restaurant).

                                      Lastly i faced another issue today when i placed an order (Ref order #[protected])

                                      After making the payment a message popped up on your portal that payment wasn't successful.

                                      Hence i placed the order from another restaurant.

                                      However when i checked 'my orders' section i saw the order that was supposed to be cancelled (Since payment was unsuccessful) was in progress as well

                                      So i cancelled it since i didn't want same items from two restaurants.

                                      So i requested a refund of rs 177 and rs 88 (Cancellation fee if charged) since it was some technical glitch that showed the payment as unsuccessful.

                                      I have tried to explain this via chat to the customer support but they haven't understood my point.

                                      I require the refund of rs 177 as well (Since i was charged wrongfully)

                                      Please help with all these transaction issues.

                                      Hoping for a resolution for these issues

                                        I ordered on 9th april costing rs 313 and what i get is the delivery being out for delivery and after that they cancelled my order which was so shocking and then texted me that we are giving you refund of 156 rs which is half of refund... On complaining this they said try later for this issue as swiggy having some technical issue
                                        And then i chatted today with them that i want my refund and they still having the same answer
