swiggy order not delivered

I had placed a food order through the Swiggy app from the registered number [protected]. The prepaid order was accepted at around 8.30 p.m. with delivery time of 35 min. But I never received the order. I also did not receive any confirmation call/sms for any delivery.
I waited until 10 p.m. and then checked my app, it indicated the order status as delivered.

complaining about wrong food delivery

On 31st dec 2019, i have ordered chicken bharta from rang de basanti dhaba kolkata, but i have received wrong food i. E., dal makhani and paneer makhani. It was not expected from swiggy delivery as i was charged for chicken bharta rs.210 with discount but got different food which is not acceptable. I want refund as soon as possible. I have provided instructions to the customer eecutive to deliver the instructions to the delivery executive they told okay but at the time of delivery executive they had behaved rudely with me.

And one more issue is even if i didn't cancel the order they had cancelled the order instead of calling on the number proived and they had out fine on me for cancelling the order...

Hello i ordered two items yesterday & the delivery boy showed such a rude behaviour, the way he talked to me was not appreciable.
He was not at all supportive & cooperative towards delivery of the product neither did he took an initiative to call as i called him took an upfront to make him clear the address but from the other side i got such an unpleasant response that despite of my pre payment of rs 260/-for the order i didnt took...

Because i have been asking serious questions to swiggy, swiggy has blocked my account.

I still had 18 days of super swiggy service left in it for which i paid but they did not even care before blocking my account.

I had few issues with poor service by swiggy for which i had reached out to support and they simply ignored everything else i said and just focused on the part where i expressed that i would not live...

worst pizza packaging

Ordered pizza from 'La Pinnoz' karkardooma branch, New Delhi on 31st December 2019. Stupid swiggy delivery guy came and took out pizza box from a NORMAL BACKPACK. I was shocked to see pizza box coming out in vertical position. Even before accepting the order, I asked him, "don't you think pizza would have been in bad shape like this?"

To this, he said, "humhare paas isse bada bag nahi hota" (we don't have bigger bag than this)....

I ordered 3 items in which only 2 items were delivered, but the bill from the hotel was mentioned 3 items. When raised the complain they mention they can refund only half amount in swiggy.
When the item has not been received, its common concept to return the food item amount which has not been delivered. Why are they not handling such basic issue. I wanted the hotel to call me so that i can mention this problem but i received response...

insufficient cash

I'm quite seriously concerned that the Customer Service Rep. do not come with any money change to pay them by cash. We cannot go out to get the required change. Pls ask the rep. to get sufficient change when delivering the items.

inappropriate and dissatisfactory service

I have order from swiggy on 29\12\2019 with order id - [protected] where my order was incomplete (Missing couple of items) for which i already paid online and post conversation with swiggy support team they didn't deliver back the missing food and neither the refund amount of my food item.
They were providing a voucher of rs 50 only where in my food item which totally got waste as it was incomplete was of rs 185.

served pre eaten food
