I ordered from swiggy and it take 1 hour instead of half hour and then they just cancelled my order.. I immediately contacted them and they told me that delivery boy cancelled it because it couldn't contact me.. what kind of a excuse is that the delivery address was given and it was not hard to find.. my location was on too
This only happened because I paid for order online? And they can have the cancellation charges very easily
Customer care didn't did any help and won't listen to my suggestions.. this is so wrong

I emailed them and talked through the chat to their customer care but they said they can't do anything about it. And they just messaged me saying the cancellation charges are as follows

    Yesterday I ordered some products from swiggy instamart and when I received the products they where different so approached there customer service and asked for replacement but they responded to sent a mail .After sending the mail they replied as they were unable to replace or refund even without giving a proper reason

      I have placed lillop and roti, but I received grill chicken which I hate the most.
      I chatted with support team and mailed with all the proofs them but no proper solution.

      It means we need to eat what swiggy offer but not what we wish to eat.

      It is too disgusting and support team is if no use at all.

          Yesterday Late night i was ordered from Swiggy Order Id- #[protected]

          Ordered Chicken tandoori biryani X1 & Chicken Lucknowi Biryani X1

          But received to me both of veg biryani & some gravy under the rice...
          Food was dumped at all

          after that i was done dispute regarding this...

          next day on approx 2.30pm[protected]
          Swiggy was asking refund is not possible due to T&C
          they was asking do the rating on restaurant.

          Please do the refund

              Paneer tikka masala delivered was nice, but Veg Biryani i ordered as in menu its mentioned to be prepared in Ghee...But, when i tasted, it was found to be prepared in Oil, rather than Ghee which i don't like...

              Can you ask restaurant to take the order back and refund my amnt. for Veg Biryani...

                we ordered from swiggy yesterday night around 7 p.m
                our order was not delivered nor the refund has been made.
                order number is[protected] for
                Rs2219
                there was no contact number of the delivery agent given.
                how can he deliver to someone randomly without the passcode which is generated in the registered mobile number.
                we had to physically go to the restaurant and place a fresh order inspite of already given an order on swiggy.
                we need the refund of the order which we never received.
                please do the needful as soon as possible .

                  my order number was[protected] which had cost me rs 2219
                  my order was not delivered and we had lot of guests at home at that time the phone number of the delivery agent was not given so we cud not track him
                  now you people are saying that we have to raise a complaint within 5 hours
                  first of all when the guests are at home how can u be in a mindset to raise a complain.
                  secondly the delivery passcode was not given to the delivery boy ..where and how has the delivery agent given the food. this is absolutely absurd.
                  we had to physically go the same restaurant and had to place a fresh order as the guests were waiting for food.
                  we need the refund as soon as possible from swiggy

                    When I contacted swiggy they only gave 56Rs coupon ans no refund while the item costs 228Rs.

                      I was charged extra on bill {order no.[protected] }. When i reached out to a representative she tried to lie to me telling that this amount is for dine-in, when i told her that swiggy is clearly mentioned on the bill she jus closed the chat. A customer has to pay the amount that is mentioned in the bill, if there were any additional charges they should have been mentioned before placing the order. By not returning the extra money swiggy is doing shady business and looting people. Moreover the support team on the email is also in on this scheme of looting people. Imagine if the cheat people of 10 rupees per order and they process 10 lakh orders per day. they have earned 1 crore just by cheating people.

                        We have a small cloud kitchen named "Sweet Encounter" which we recently put on Swiggy. To promote the restaurant we took the plan of 8 days of advertising which was around 250 clicks per day, our restaurant still doesn't show up when we search for the particular dishes. The restaurant never showed up during the searches. And now when we are complaining, no one is listening to us.

                            I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with my recent order. Today, I ordered 2 packs of Real Orange Fruit Juice from Swiggy Instamart and was disappointed to find that the taste was different than normal.

                            Upon opening the package, I noticed something inside one of the packs and decided to take pictures to document the issue. I am attaching these images for your reference, including the video of what I found inside the package.

                            As a regular and loyal customer, I was surprised and disappointed by this experience. The defective pack had a different color and taste compared to the other pack, and I could tell that there was a significant difference in the quality of the product.

                            I am hoping that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that your products are of high quality and meet the standards of your customers. I look forward to hearing from you and finding a resolution to this matter.

                              I placed the order at New Delhi Sweets and at 11:24 AM IST on 18 June I got a call from Swiggy customer care team that Rasgulla and mirchi vada worth ₹134 are unavailable.
                              I requested the support team to deliver the items available and refund for the items unavailable.
                              The same was confirmed by Delivery executive Khileshwar Sahu at the time of delivery. I even have a phone recording with the delivery executive.
                              Till now no refund has been initiated by Swiggy team. Also, the invoice provided has the two undelivered items also listed.
                              This is a serious breach of trust. Kindly check the same and refund me ₹134.

                                  Ordered food from swiggy online, just to confirm the order, called the restaurent owner and got to know that the order has not been picked up and the delivering partner is telling that i have picked your parcel, now dont call me again and again. very very rude behavior from the delivering partner and also spoke some rude language. Strict action to be taken from swiggy. Now cant trust the swiggy that whether delivering food from the authorised place or from the other.

                                    We ordered cake on June 10 with Order ID Order#[protected]. First, we used food card for payment.It showed that the transaction was failed. So, we again used debit card and done the payment. But amount debited from food card and debit card also. That means, two times amount was debited.
