Address: 357, SLN, Phase 2, Patancheruvu, telangana - 502319

I have ordered food in Swiggy on 30th July 2024. Order was from Burger King with Chicken Burger and Chicken Nuggets which costs Rs. 368 but i received others order with Rs. 159 only.

I felt very bad on this and my kids also felt very bad on me that I did not arranged the food to them that what they want. If swiggy is not delivering the food than they are responsible for other alternative but they are not doing anything just they raised request that is "Your request number is 22377912" and don't what happened with this request.

From that time I spoke with support team and sent around 20 emails with all the proofs to [protected]@swiggy.in but no one is responding. I got 2 calls from support team and they said it will resolve in 3-4 hours but nothing is happing

I chat with support team and after telling the issue that order not delivered than they want me to send email to [protected]@swiggy.in and are closing the chat

Please find the attached proofs with this complaint and please give justice to me.

Swiggy team said simply there is refund will come which is very bad. I need the refund from them. Please help us on this case.

    Firstly the restaurant had only 6 numbers Spanish rolls.in stock
    ...but swiggy website allowed to order 8

    And then swiggy tellinh=g that you can't refund for 2 numbers which was not sent by restaurant due to no stock. This is clear case of fraud and definitely makes sense to approach consumer court.

    Secondly swiggy agent clearly mentioned that due to late delivery more than double time taken for delivery will issue 152 coupon
    ...snap is attached for same. But later dint give coupon and closed chat. This is second fraud... customer care does not respond to support emails.

      I raised complaint through Swiggy app and also sent email to [protected]@swiggy.in on the same day of delivery for resolution but till now I haven't got solution or even reply that my complaint is heard or listened.
      I even shared photos and videos for the proof but till now no resolution or reply.

        Despite the fact that the order was prepaid, the delivery executive demanded and took an additional ₹490 from my friend upon delivery.

        Here are the details of the incident:

        Additional Amount Taken: ₹490

        The number of the delivery guy: (Order ID: [protected]) from Swiggy Instamart. 🛒

        The delivery partner number [protected]

        The delivery executive tricked my friend, who was unaware of the payment status, into believing that she needed to pay this additional amount. This deceitful behavior not only caused financial loss but also significant inconvenience and distress.
        I requested Swiggy on email, several times to take an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution, including:

        A full refund of the ₹490 taken by the delivery executive.
        Appropriate action against the delivery executive involved to prevent such incidents in the future.
        Assurance that such issues will not recur.

          It’s for the third time they’re doing this on a big order
          Last time I had ordered a coffee machine and I just wanted a replacement because it didn’t have any filter. Just a replacement but they denied.

          Still yesterday again I thought I’ll give them a try, I ordered some snacks and a ice cream, the ice cream was clearly melting but they didn’t seem to respond

          I am so mentally exhausted, why every time they have to do this?
          Ice cream costed me 400 rs, it was leaking from the seal, tell me how safe is that for consumption?

          Swiggy just have no sense of responsibility and they keep stressing the customer

            Order no. #[protected] was for 100 samosa & sweets for a family function while booking order expected delivery was 30-35 minutes after placing order it showed 90 minutes as it was a big order so I cancelled in flat 3 minutes as 90 minutes would have made my guests wait..

            Swiggy is not reversing 4000 rs cancellation fee despite their mistake of delivery time went up from 30 min to 90 minutes

            No response from chat / mail / facebook..

            I have Unistallled swiggyy & deleted my account still this company is ok to loose a 15-20k monthly revenue customer & charge 100% cancellation charge for 3 minutes & that ti for their mistake

              We had ordered food from Udupi atithya

              The delivery agent called asking for the otp and I gave thinking he’s delivering it the security guy.. but after the agent didn’t receive the call or deliver the food. When lodged a complaint about the same at Swiggysupport they closed this saying food has been delivered

                I had ordered a total of 5 items from Swiggy instamart from which upon receiving I find out that one item is missing - Bread worth 65/-
                The order came in an open bag with no tape or bill attached to it. As the order was prepaid the delivery quickly handed the order and left. Upon raising the he customer care denied my claim to a refund . The amount is small but I feel cheated and exploited . This incident illustrates the power dynamics between big corporate and a vulnerable consumer and that is why I want to challenge it.

                  This is regarding Swiggy Order Number [protected]. I ordered this food in New Gowrishankar Hotel via Swiggy on June 12 2024 at 8:50 PM. In this restaurant, the food usually gets ready in just 5 to 10 minutes and also gets delivered to my home usually in 20 to 25 minutes. However, this time the food was taking unusally long time to be even picked up. When I called the delivery person, he said he was waiting at the restaurant and told me it was some batch order or bulk order and it was taking a very long time. He also said my food was ready long back but because of batch/bulk orders, it is taking time, and asked me to wait. When I called the restaurant, they said the same that my food was ready within 5 minutes of ordering but because of batch/bulk orders it is taking time. After around 40 minutes, I called the delivery person again, and he said he could start only if all the orders were ready and if required I could call Swiggy customer support regarding this and started getting into a fighting mode. After some time the Swiggy tracking showed he picked up the order, but again the next issue started. He started delivering several other deliveries and the tracking was continuously showing something like "Delivering another order nearby". This again took a very long time and by the time he delivered at my house, it took another 25 minutes or so. While delivering, the delivery person looked very angry and he started shouting as to why I was calling him repeatedly and he just followed whatever Swiggy was suggesting. He started fighting and told me that he was not responsible for the delay and that if required I should call Swiggy customer support and left angrily. After all this when we opened the parcel, the food was stone-cold. As I mentioned before the food was prepared and parceled almost 1 hour before we opened the food parcel. Because of this, the dosa was cold and soggy. The Parotta was cold and rubbery since it was made of maida. Chappati was cold and dry. After eating a little bit of everything, we were not able to consume most of the food and we simply threw it away and we had to make some alternate arrangements at home. At the end of the day, it was a complete waste of time, energy, and money for us and we simply discarded most of the food we ordered. This is definitely Swiggy's mistake as the food was ready within 10 minutes but because of poor management by Swiggy it got delivered more than 1 hour late and the food was completely thrown away. I need a full refund for this order.

                    I have ordered 1 veg wrap from swiggy and at the time of ordering i was shown that there is buy 1 get 1 veg warp roll free, but it was delivered only 1 wrap roll and there was no 2nd wrap roll. when i contacted swiggy customer care with great difficulty -(it is difficult to reach them over phone and chat ) .they refused to help saying that i didnt apply the coupon for buy 1 get 1 free, when actually only one coupon for discount was shown .the bill has come to 198 rs (bill is insanely high) or single wrap roll that also with bad customer service happening repeatedly .this made me forced to report this incident here. i hope justice will be achieved in this forum

                      My order, Shuffle eggless special cake from cakes, Beliaghata Kolkata through Swiggy on 6th of July Saturday 2024 at 9:34 PM. Asim bijali delivered my cake. When I open the box of the cake and it’s not suitable the cake was awful it got spilled for my dad‘s birthday celebration. I called cakes. They refused to give me any compensation and told me to mail Swiggy. I mean, Swiggy, but they are not giving me any compensation on the spilled cake delivered at this time for one moment day destroyed my birthday celebration and give me the spilled cake I need compensation.

                        I gave the address which is a very prominent place in Hyderabad, namely Jubilee Hills International Center. The swiggy server, on its own, added "Madhura Nagar". Jubilee Hills is a prominent place, and Madhura Nagar is three kilometers away from Jubilee Hills. Because of wrong address, I had to tip the delivery man very heavily, and I got dinner late.
                        I had ordered vegetarian meals, I received NON-VEGETARIAN. I had to eat a frugal meal of plain rice with chutney, after paying for two vegetarian meals.

                          I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with Swiggy, a popular food delivery platform, and to seek your assistance in resolving it.

                          On01/07/2024, I placed an order with Swiggy at Momo Hut restaurant, bearing order number #[protected], amounting to ₹288. Unfortunately, I mistakenly provided the wrong delivery address for this order. Realizing the mistake shortly after placing the order, I immediately canceled it. However, Swiggy charged me the full amount of ₹288 as a cancellation fee and did not refund any portion of the payment.

                          Understanding my mistake, I promptly placed another order with the correct address, bearing order number #[protected], amounting to ₹288, which was successfully delivered, and the payment was made in full through UPI.

                          I believe that the cancellation fee charged by Swiggy for the first order was unjustified, as the cancellation was done almost immediately after realizing the error, and no preparation or delivery process had commenced. The withholding of the full amount as a cancellation fee has caused me significant mental distress and financial inconvenience.

                          I have already raised this issue with Swiggy's customer support but have not received any satisfactory resolution. Therefore, I am seeking your intervention to ensure that Swiggy refunds the full amount of ₹288 for the canceled order and addresses the mental harassment caused by this issue.

                              I ordered 22 mc aloo tikki and 22 mc puff for office gathering and I have received a single incorrect order. I am attaching the picture of item and bill I have received through delivery partner. Immediately I complained this matter on swiggy customer care and the person asked me to receive the incorrect order and make a separate complained once order is marked delivered. He also talked with the delivery person. Later i have shared pictures and bill of incorrect order and have received no resolution. I have contacted multiple times through chat and they didn't resolve my issue and there is no contact number details to talk any of your executive team...
                              I have spent 2527 rupees on my order. You guys have ruined my office party, robbed my 2527 rupees and left me no other option but to make a formal consumer forum complaint.
                              As a customer, I expect prompt resolution, compensation, assurance that my issue will be taken care of.

I specifically ordered Thai Red Curry with Rice, but I received Thai Green Curry with Rice instead. This mistake has caused significant inconvenience as the dishes are distinctly different.                                   I rahul dabas, delhi, [protected], had ordered food dated 04.06.2024 at 1.30pm order no. #[protected].

                                  The issue is that i got the order at 3.53pm delayed appox 2.30 hours delivery executive reached approx 3.40pm. I denied to take food and i call the customer care executive. The exective assured my please take this food this time and i assured you have get coupon for the rs.55/- only. I refused and tell him i do not take this food because this food is not eatable, cold food. Why i got this.

                                  After that executive said that you have lodge complaint our protal. I do the same.

                                  I want my full amount of rs. 184/-

                                    Dear Swiggy Customer Support,

                                    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order from Swiggy, Order No: [protected] ordered on 30th May 2024. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for the following reasons:

                                    1. Delayed Delivery: The delivery of my order was excessively late. It took over 1 hour and 30 minutes for the delivery to arrive because the delivery executive picked up multiple orders. Such a long delay is unacceptable.

                                    2. Unresponsive Customer Care: I tried to contact your customer care service multiple times during the delay, but I received no positive response. Each time, I was simply asked to wait longer, with no concrete resolution or support provided.

                                    3. Cancellation Issue: Due to the significant delay, I attempted to cancel my order. However, your customer care informed me that I would incur cancellation charges if I proceeded. This is unfair, considering the delay was on Swiggy's part.

                                    4. Cold and Inedible Food: As a result of the delay, my food arrived cold and in a condition that was not suitable for consumption. This caused me great inconvenience, especially since I work in a private firm that only allows a 30-minute lunch break. I was unable to enjoy my meal within the limited time available to me.

                                    Given these issues, I demand a full refund for my order and compensation for the inconvenience and suffering caused by this experience. I have attached photos of the delivered food for your reference.

                                    I hope to receive a prompt and favorable response to this complaint. Your immediate attention and resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated.

                                    I Also experienced bad from them they don't even bother to address the issue they are really careless, and unsocial beings. Stay far from them they are like conspirators in my case they did 2 times a conspiracy. Its better to eat bread from bakery then to eat their Pizza from Pizza Hut or Dominos

                                      This is regarding order no [protected]

                                      I had placed an order at Oh Calcutta restaurant on 30th of May, 2024 via Swiggy app and made the payment online which was an amount of Rs 1414.

                                      However after half an hour the delivery guy Mr.Surajit Mondal informed me over the phone that due to some technical issues Oh Calcutta is unable to view the payment done, so he will do the payment via cash and I need to pay him the amount in cash once he comes to deliver the order.

                                      I spoke to Mr.Suraj, Swiggy customer care executive, regarding the matter, he said I need not make any payment to the delivery person.

                                      However when the delivery person reached my doorstep he denied to deliver the order without the money and requested me to talk to Customer care executive once more.

                                      On contacting Swiggy customer care, the lady over the phone convinced me that once I make the payment to the delivery guy I will recieve my refund within 2 hours.

                                      I made the payment to the delivery guy believing the words of the customer care executive, however till now I have not received any updates regarding my refund.

                                      Being a frequent customer of Swiggy, I am really disappointed with this issue and will request you to kindly look into the matter and get it resolved at the earliest.

                                        I ordered from a nearby restaurant through swiggy but it was not delivered I immediately tried contacting the delivery executive but he won't pick up so I talked to customer care and they confirmed that he was not picking up the call so they told me to email and when I did they just said that since on the app it shows it was delivered there was nothing they could do this was the second time consecutively that swiggy disappointed with their service
