According to the advertisement, you are supposed to get 50% discount on first 5 orders. I had ordered my food using code binge50 which was displayed on the top and i added it. Now, i'm supposed to have 4 more 50% off coupons but i see none. Upon asking the customer support, they said i used binge50 instead o[censored]sing order50. I argued upon my point as first 5 orders are first 5 orders, whatever coupon i applied. The support executive said that i should've used order50 first if i wanted to have remaining coupons.

Now, i said this is not written in terms and conditions (Reference url : https://www.swiggy.com/offer-terms). after this, the executive started saying that he can't help me with anything and wasn't answering my questions properly.

I said that this clearly is a scam, he/she later on says that he'll forward this feedback to relevant teams. I first said that this is a consumer support section and not feedback that you take my arguments as feedback.

The executive then said that it's a mistake from their side, so i asked for compensation (Although i lost my coupons) which he/denied to provide. After extending the conversation for an hour, he quickly closed the chat.

This is clearly a case of cheating customers by falsely advertising that they provide discount on first 5 orders and then not providing the discount. Things are not at all transparent regarding this. I checked on internet on quora, reddit and yahoo answers and i see that i'm not the first victim. Many others have been lured and cheated into this.

I hope that appropriate actions are taken for this mis-advertisement or mistake from their side.

    Yesterday i had given swiggy order and placed order from swiggy through phone pe the payment had done money debited from account. But order was not received and amount was not refunded.

    This is due to carless of swiggy services.
    Previously also i placed order but it was cancelled. But amount not debited.

    I can't understand how swiggy can play with customers. Without any intimacy to customers cancell the order. While customer placing orders they will not accept the orders.

    I can't understand that how swiggy persons are careless towards customers. Even they were not bringing orders to customer delivery location. Customer have to come to swiggy delivery person to pick the order. It's not fare.

    I can understood that the swiggy management itself very very worst than ever.

    1. No courtesy
    2. Carelessness
    3. Worst responses
    4. Poor customer service
    5. Worst maintenance
    (No tissues, spoons, paper plates) with order.
    6. No discipline and very rash behaviour.

    All these things i can observed and no priority towards customers. Due to lack of knowledge.
    Without any how swiggy can management are working and i was wondering after seeing all these things.

    Many times i remainding to swiggy that please change tag line of swiggy (Hunger saviour) it's not suitable. Because it's raising hungry to customers to suffer with hungry.

    Note : in today society money is not easily available to plants and trees.
    If any customer placing of order due to hungry only and not for sake of playing fun and entertainment with swiggy persons.

    But swiggy management is playing with hungry customers without taking orders and demanding customer to collect from swiggy persons. How fare it is??.

    From now i were not able to tolerate these kind of nonsense from swiggy management. I will never ever place any order from swiggy. They taught a wonderful lesson to us.

    Finally i can request you to please refund my amount back to my account. Or else to whom ever i had to complain i can complain.

      I had ordered food from swiggy which they had edited after 20mins and confirm it then cancelled it after 90min due to non availability and make me wait for 2hr with no resolution just refunded my amount when i had ordered the part of it from some other resturants and that food has been wasted due to swiggy cancelled my order after 1hr order no-[protected].

        I have ordered biryani from swiggy, order #[protected], i have paid money online, i have not received the order from swiggy but order status got updated as delivered, when i tried to call customer care, they are not receiving the call,
        Online there is no way i can talk to customer, they have only gave their customer care number. This looks like big time fraud.

        Please help me to get my money back

          I was order from jumboking and when my order place i was seen the tracking detail immediately it was shown that my order place at colaba where i m reside at navi mumbai i was immediately request for cancellation my order before confirming my order of that particular restaurant, but that customer support executive told me that don’t worry your order will delivered soon at your place how can anyone couldn’t see that where the order place and where the destination for delivery and that customer executive told me that this is your mistake😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 agar ye mistake hai toh tumlogoke executive andap hai padhelikhe executive rakho😡😡😡😡😡 or mujhe mera cancellation charges ke nam pe jo paise kata hai vo return dedo😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

            I hv ordered chinees food from swiggy. By order no. Your swiggy order no. #[protected] for rs. 195 is expected to arrive in the next 33 mins
            Food qty is very less like half dish. Along with chinees food salad is also coming but hear i have received only manchirian and chinees bhel witgout salad and packets seems like opened hephaserdly wraped by zometo cello tap. I m very dissatisfied with swiggy.

                Hi,
                I want to complain about swiggy, i was ordered in caffee day through swiggy. One of the item is garlic bread, after 30 minutes delivery boy called me asking for replacement. Then i spoke with restaurant person, he said about the unavailability of the item.
                But in swiggy i can still order the same item.
                So after knowing the certain information also, they are happy to take the orders and ask for the replacement.
                After 2 hours they cancelled my order.
                I have observed these kind of situations few times, i want to raise complaint on this.

                    I ordered something on 9 aug and the amount was debited from my card but the order was not accepted. Then i asked for a refund then after 1 day they instead of giving me a refund they again debited the same amount from my account. I have statements of my account showing this fraud.
                    I tried to chat with their customer care but they responded after 3 hours and within 2 mins they closed the portal. And response was that the dealing person said it is not my expertise. I would like to file a complaint againt this rude and fraud behaviour.

                        I placed an order in swiggy on 14th aug, 2019 at 12:10 noon. The delivery executive assigned with was a guy named chanchal with swiggy registered mobile number [protected]. At the time of delivery, he kept on asking me for exact location and i guided him for more than half an hour for the same. But, he was not following my instructions and kept on roaming here and there. After half an hour, he instructed me to come to his location to collect the order. He was outrightly misbehaving, rude and adamant all throughout the conversation. I was action to be taken against this fellow.
                        I have placed for other from one of the restaurant from swiggy not received food also.. And not getting food from any other hotels.. Placed order at 10 they cancelled at 11.30

This is not fare i will post this in social media... This is second time happening to me... We cannot trust swiggy anymore... I will post this soon in scia il media...                             Yesterday i order food on swiggy near about 8pm but after 1hr my food ws not delevrd and after some time i hv call that we r not able to delevr ur food u pls cancel the order and he force me to cancel my order and said i[censored] r not canceling the order from ur side we r not giving u refund and not delevr ur food also i m getting angry and denied to cancel my order but after some time i got msg that food is delevrd and enjoy ur meal but there is no food delevrd to me wn i click on nor delevrd ur delevry boy said m not able to send ur food restaurant complete ur order thats y u got ts msg now i[censored] need money u call swiggy or chat, then i chat with customer care and after some time they gv me my money
                            This is a very big fraud bcoz if m not able to chat or if m busy somewere swiggy not giving me food and send deverd msg and also not giving me any money they gv me money bcoz i fight
                            This is a big shame for swiggy and also a big fraud now i need a quick action agains them (Delevery boy name dev kumar and the person who call me)
                            If not then i will definitely file a legal complains against swiggy

                              I had ordered food from swiggy and payment from paytm was charged (Rs 519) but order was not processed on 12 th aug'19. After then i tried to order twice but it was failed as the money already got deducted.

                              I told so many times about this to your customer executives but every time they said it will be refunded within 1 hour.

                              I have still not got my money back.

                                Hello,
                                This is to inform you about the misbehaviour of swiggy's delivery executive.
                                First of all not one but two boys came who were literally wearing school uniform and this is the second time they delivered to my place.
                                I am a regular customer and i order almost everyday. The first time these two boys came they stared inappropriately and i slammed the door in their face.
                                Today is the second time they came to deliver, again in their school uniform and i did not open my door completely, it was enough for me to receive the parcel but still that guy opened the door, handed me the parcel and did not let go of it until he took a complete look at me again! This time i shouted at him but he left laughing with his friend. This is completely inappropriate and unsafe. What if the next time he comes and mix something in my food just to take revenge or something because you never know what these people are capable of.

                                  I ordered from on 11.08.2019 with order Id - [protected], and one of the item was missing. I complained to customer care about the same, but they told me that nothing could be done except a feedback. The call was soon transferred to one of the supervisor on my request. The Supervisor told me that “nothing could be done if you do not receive food for which you paid, we can only take your feedback”. She further said, in your case one of the item was missing, even though you get nothing after paying us, company cannot provide you your money back. We only entertain feedback. The company here took my money for food, and did not provided me the food which I paid for. It’s been 2 days and no official tried to contact even though I raised the issue on Social Media. The company is trying to cheat people by taking money and not providing goods which is food here.

                                    I have order a (Veg biriyani & cold drinks) combo food from bhaina hotel & fast food.
                                    When i ordered total amount was rs-68/- but when i pay to deliver boy it show rs-119/-. How was it possible order amount changed at the time of delivery. But i pay rs-119/- it was really unsatisfied.

                                    When i open the wrap it was a non veg biriyani where i ordered a veg biriyani. It was totally wastage of money because we need veg biriyani and order the same but delivered item was different from my order.

                                    It was totally unsatisfied things... Pls take this as priority as a regular customer of swiggy i don't understand why this type of activities happen. If this trends happen then we will not order our food from swiggy.

                                    Need to resolve.

                                        I had ordered on 11 th aug for my staff as it was working and my staff had come very early in the morning
                                        So i ordered king size biryani
                                        Unfortunately i got delivered a very small size. This was really disappointing as well as embarrassing
                                        Imagine being an entrepreneur you have to invest your time in all the writing complain thing
                                        I thought swiggy makes life easy
                                        Also being a super i don't think they even respond to the complain
                                        I am writing this complain for the second time
                                        I have always been ordering biryani from behrouz
                                        This mistake is not acceptable
                                        I paid 500 for absolutely nothing
                                        I had a complaint for Swiggy. They were cut charges for cancellation fee of Rs. 102. This is not right. I want my money back from them. I don't like the terms and conditions they have. This is not right. This is too much for they cancellation charges. Please give me my money return back from them. They are cutting very much of charges.
