I ordered veg manchrian for 125 and this is the second time i am facing same issue... I ate half piece of the manchrian and literally i got start vomitting and very bad odour is coming out of manchurian... I dont know from how many days they are doing this and making people fool of this... I complaint to swiggy customer executive and asusual they offered 30 off and said that they will give the feedback but doing nothing..
Your employee has arrogance attitude regarding their duty.

    I order food on swiggy my order was getting delayed contacted support through chat i didn't get proper response from them i asked for cancellation and refund as it was more than 1 hr but yet i didn't get response once after long time my order was on way i got response from executive that is on way wait for a moment i asked for refund and no response after that after delayed time i hot response we will look into it and sorry for inconvenient and he closed chat without any approval from my side whether i need anyother help or anything needed else poor service from swiggy i have screenshot of that conversation. Even after that executive i tried to reach was also trying to beat around the bush
    I had placed an order with Swiggy on 7 aug 2019 for vanadana restaurant, Sarjapura Main Road, Bangalore... money was deducted rs.700 from bank but order is not placed... please refund our money .. we tried ordering again but it again had the same problem. This is really disappointing as a customer..registered mobile number is [protected]

      I am a serving Indian Army officer, I felt my family behind to serve the nation, customer care creating mockery at me when I called them as they didn't delivery the food. My wife and 18 months old son are staying in a apartment at Bangalore. Neither food was delivered nor I got respect when I spoke to customer care executive and refund of money. Not just one twice. Bad service and pathetic customer service.

        Delivery person denied delivery as he has some personal issues in the locality. Top of that they deducted charges from my payment for Their own faults. Even after several telephonic request Swiggy denied delivery of food to a lady, and they say they dont care, we may complaint to any authorities.
        After full payment food denied to a lady was waiting for her food to deliver, but Swiggy and the delivery person denied delivery after full payment as the delivery person has his personal problem in that locality..!

          Swiggy is accepting payment for out of stock items to increase their revenues in sales and then denying help in getting my refund.

          They are conveniently charging our cards and other payment modes and after waiting or 20 - 45 minutes or so they call saying the item is out of stock please re-order. The money they refund undergoes the standard refund process with a wait time of5-7 days.

          As a customer waiting for pre-paid food for so long and they denied services without a sign of human touch as they lack sensitivity. Please help.

            Yesterday night I have order curry on swiggy. Order got placed and money deducted later received notification is that ordered item is not available and asked to place another item I placed another item and it confirmed I asked my guests to wait until order come as it shown 28 minutes to deliver. Am waited for 40 minutes later I received call from swiggy saying to cancel the order and book in any another restaurant I asked to place order on behalf of me where the same item is available because it was my reputation issue infront of my guests. These conversations went for till 1:48am from 10:48 I asked them to don't cancel the order untill my next permission on order. Later I slept because it's already 2 O clock morning they called me and I don't took the call and they simply changed the order as delivered and closed the order. Literally I lost my value and image and my prestige infront of my guests

              Sir,
              This incident happened at kochin around 7 pm at mg road, i happened see an old man tired and feeble on the road side. I offered him help to sit on the path way from the main road and gave water to drink. After taking 2 gulps at one go he asked if i could give him some food. Assuring him the same i crossed the road but not found any food joints near by, i saw a delivery person from swiggy. He was calling his customer to get his location. As i asked him if there any food left he said all are against orders and nothing to share. When he pushed off to promise his delivery on time, i read in his t shirt - swiggy-thehunger saviour. Sir please rename it as "the paid hunger saviour".

                I joined three weeks before as a part time 6am to 10 am in swiggy... Till now not getting payouts at least hundred rupees in my bank account.. I didn't know whats the process going on.. Kindly take an action.. So many times I visited the hub also.. When I am going they will said any reason to me..First week I am not receiving order earnings in my app.. I went to hub.. They said this new shift it will take time to earnings show in your app......

                I have not received the refund amount in my bank account. The swiggy customer care says contact your bank but my bank says that there is no refund initiated so we can't help you out in this matter. On the other side swiggy says that we have initiated the refund. Today is 10th days but I have still not received the refund in my account. Please provide me the refund amount in my bank account.

                  I ordered 1 butter chicken and 7 rumali roti at 2:40pm but when I collected the order I just got 2 rumali roti and chicken . The same was returned back.swiggy agent confirmed that she will send the right order again but next I got only chicken . So when I contacted them again they promised that they will call me back but neither I got call nor money

                    I was ordered before one hour after half an hour i'll get call thru your rider his name jatin that guy don't have manner how to talk with guest and he denied to deliver my order when i talk with customer care didn't get any resolution from there my address mentioned rz 37/216 j block rai property near shkuntla nursing home top floor but as per your rider he said my address showing on another place how is possible tell me that i am placing my order from my home than how they get wrong address i am very dissatisfied with your service and don't wanna suffer again with that kind of service or don't want someone other face this now i gonna take legal action about that

                      I have place order from my wife's no. For order from mc donald... When i see the delivery guy was reaching my place i went down to pick up the order

                      Even after waiting the guy did not show up so i called him he said sorry sir there is problem with the order
                      You will get call from swiggy for this and he hungup
                      And after that waited for 25 min then got call from swiggy stating that do you want to cancel the order or reorder
                      I said reorder
                      That guy hung up also...
                      And next update is order cancelled...
                      And when i call customer care again they said sir as your no was not reachable we have cancel the order... And again they hung up..

                      In the screenshot you can see statement that "order has been cancelled due to customer not responding to calls_de unable to deliver" at 10:33 where i got call from +[protected]... At 10.20

                      And at main screen order the order is cancelled at 10.25...

I ordered food paid for it with my card i received the message of the transaction taken place yet the food has been ordered was not showing. Some third party might have got my money. I don't know what to do!!!

                          I have ordered a meal in annapoorna for rs.133 by entering my home address, the application allowed to proceed the billing and we payed.
                          My order was cancelled and rs.66 deducted saying it is greater than 7km.
                          If hotel does not deliver greater than 7km, hardstop should be displayed while typing address and payement should not be allowed. For an application issue why should we pay for?

                          I ordered a veg food from Imperial restaurant, Whitefield Bangalore. It was clearly mention as veg item for the food but swiggy provided the non-veg food.
                          When I raised the concern for it, they provided me the replacement, but the interesting part is with the replacement order I got the same food item( non veg food instead of veg)

                          Swiggy delivery boy name is indrajeet ..he Is very rude in behaviour n no sense of talking to restaurants kindly sacked him or suspended immediately..he is uneducated n part timers..remove from duty with immediately now from jodhpur zone

                            I ordered my food at 9:52pm.
                            The delivery boy denied my order.
                            I was assured by swiggy exicutive name salman that i'll be getting my food asap at about 10:15pm.
                            At around 11:10 the exicutive sandeep denied my delivery saying that the reaturant is closed. More over he kept my call on hold for more that 30mins. Even my call was not transfered to the higher excutive or the manager.
                            Later on after recalling to swiggy an excutive name *pal* suggested me to pick my order manually. At about 12am.
                            I went to the resturant. The food was in a pathetic condition. The restutant people said that the food was prepared around 10:10pm and it's more than 2hours so they can't assure me about the food quality.
                            Therefore
                            I request to take an action against every excutive and the delivery partner. Except the guy named *pal*
                            The guy who suggested me to pick up the food my self from the resturant.

                            I hope a fine action will be taken against then and i expect a follow up from swiggy.

                            This is not a complaint just a suggestion..It's about 'Treat mode' or a functionality my friend offer a treat via swiggy or i will choose a food and ping my friend with a payment details, He/She will pay for it.. you will cross check birthday details in user details..
                            I have registered a complaint against swiggy in national consumer forum with complaint ID 1496425. It is not small mistake delivering nonveg in place of veg. I belongs to a bhraman family and this thing hurt my emotions and customs I want a strict action against it

                              I ordered veg kababs from swiggy and the restaurant was abhinu's kababs and biryani and i was delivered chicken stuffed pieces in the kababs. It's the month of shravan and it is very religious issue that chicken pieces being served in a veg order. I ate just a single piece of kababs and found chicken in it and had to throw the entire dish which was a waste of food. I immediately raised this concern with swiggy customer care and they were supposed to escalate this matter with their superiors and i was supposed to receive an email about the same and yet there is no communication about the complaint from swiggy side. And this is not the 1st instance. This is the 2nd instance from the same restaurant. My colleague ordered veg biryani and even she was served with chicken pieces in the veg order. And she also raised this concern with swiggy customer care and no action was taken by swiggy.

                              A refund or replacement for the order is not a justice. A strict action needs to be taken on swiggy and the restaurant.

                                taking too much time and unable to deliver my food

                                Hi have order biryani from one of outlets @9:42pm, and my ordered picked up at 9:55pm i have called him and told clear instructions of my address. Then after he didn’t picked my call and customer care too. Now it’s 11:35pm. But still it has not yet delivered and he denied to pick any calls. He don’t know how to follow maps.

                                I need a refund of 4 times or equal of 4 times compensation y because i’m starving...

                                Swiggy's drivers are lazy useless bums. They refuse to deliver the items to your door and instead just drop them off with the guards to your house, apartment, whatever, who of course never bother to deliver it to you. Swiggy also will refuse to refund the item. All around, a really crappy company, low quality service, lazy employees, and even lazier customer service help. Just use big basket, they have high quality service.

                                  On 06 august 2019, i booked food from eat street, patia, bhubaneswar for amount rs. 94/- through swiggy. Money was deducted from my bank account at 20:34:47 on[protected]. However, the restaurant did not deliver food. Further, till date, i have not received my money back.

                                  Take actions to refund money as early as possible. Otherwise, i will take appropriate action.

                                    I ordered snacks for guests at home using swiggy. The delivery time was 18-22 mins when i ordered but they delivered me only after an hour before which my guests left. I was left alone. When i raised this issue to their customer care, they never cared to even listen to me. Rather, they were sending me template messages. What is the solution for the delay in delivery, my wasted money because of it and their rude customer care reps.
