On 26th aug19, at around i ordered one pizza with order no-[protected] for rs. 205, after 15 min. When i called delivery boy he told e that i met an accident so not able to deliver item & at the same time i received a call from swiggy that i will try for replacemnet i said ok, then swiggy called me that your order will not be replaced & your money will be refunded within 2-3 days, i said ok.

Again i order pizza from other outlet with order no — [protected] for rs. 243. After 15 min i get response from delivery boy that your food is damaged in the way & said me that if receive a call from swiggy i would ask for replacement & then i asked for the same & swiggy said ok i will replace.

But after that i didn't get any response & received mail that both order were deilvered & my second payment amount credited only first one still due from your side.

This is height of stupidity & negligence that without intimating me second order was not delivered

How such bad experience will push me again to order from swiggy.
Plz refund my money of first order & improve your service

    customer service

    I used to be the regular customer of swiggy. When i complained about the service swiggy straight away deactivated my account so that no complain can be done and to stay clean as there will be no proof of my complain. Nice try swiggy.
    I gave an order at around 9pm and then en every 15 min the executive was changing and lastly around 1 am the customer care canceled the order and from the very next day the acount got deactivated.

    Sir/madam,
    Subjectc:-order no;[protected]/dated.26/8/2019, at 8.12 pm/calicut, kerala.
    According to the subject, cum reference cited above i have placed one order for the supply of food worth of rs120/- from one of the well-esteemed star hotels from the city of calicut on 26/8/2019 at 8.12 pm.
    Thereafter the delivery executive contacted me and informed that he had collected the food from the hotel concerned and further directed/ordered me to wait at the road concerned nearer to my hostel.
    After a span of 10 minutes, again he called me and furiously told that he cannot deliver the food packet to my room since the room is at the upstairs and insulted me that ' you have to show some common minimum decency', then i reiterated that since ' i had paid the prescribed fee for door delivery i am not going to collect the food from where you are insisted ', suddenly he cancelled the order.
    Hence try to recruit these type of arragont delivery officials in a bulk manner and keep them permanently within your firm
    So that the genuine customers can choose your competitors

    I have ordered a mixed fruit cake from swiggy from [protected] this nm. But order not delivered by agent... Even he was very rude on call. That's why my order was cancelled by him... Swiggy charges 175 rs but i want to submit a complaint against delivery executive.
    I ordered sandwich and lime soda worth rupees 125. Lime soda rs. 40. Which contains only 50ml of quantity.. For 50ml why you are charging this much of cost.. Kindly reply to my issue
    I did order few days (13th August, 11 pm) back. But after waiting 2 hours till 1 am in the night i did not get my order. And the delivery boy was not picking my phone though his location was showing nearby And restaurant is also within 2 km away from me.

      I placed my order today twice first of all the executive was too rude he asked me y did i placed the order if it is far from my house. My answrr is y people place order in swiggy so that they dont have to move for food here n there.
      Secondly without my permission my order was cancelled and cancellation fee was also initiated.. Great swiggy pathetic service being provided
      Ordered on 15 th august 2019, but as the restaurant haven't accepted the order due to unavailablity of the food. So i was instructed to cancel the order in swiggy chat. So i cancelled it and they told me that refund will be done within 4 business days( as i have previously paid in Gpay). But i still didn't got the return.
      Food service is very bad conditions not likely eating
      This is second time I ordered from Swiggy. I already mentioned both times I want less or no spicy . But still both times food was very very spicy. My son didn’t even touch the food. I am very disappointed with your service

        I stay in Bandra East, I had ordered from Pizza Express which is 15 mins from my house. I had placed the order at 9.147 pm. My order Is #[protected]

        After waiting for 1.5 hours the Swiggy person refused to come and didnt deliver the order. I had paid the full amount

        I got a message of refund of 450. whereas i had paid 650 . They deducted my 200 Rs. saying it is cancellation fees whereas i never cancelled the order

        Your executive Mr. Mubarak calls me and says that the swiggy guy named Mangesh [protected] is refusing to come to deliver the order as it is far away. whereas he was in BKC only

        Hungry and famished and frustrated i am drafting this email, Be a little Human . and also please verify that if your Swiggy delivery Boys are human too

        This is not the first time i have faced this issue with swiggy

        I WANT FULL REFUND AND I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED TOO!!!

          I ordered food from SWIGGY (Lezwan Indo Arabic Kitchen) around 01.30 p.m. and my order ID : #[protected] and i am a regular customer of swiggy. around 02.10 i received the call from Swiggy Customer care Executive and it was her mike issue so i was unable to hear her properly and then again 1 more guy called up after 10 mins and same thing happened. I was able to hear him but he disconnected. then i decided to call driver and ask where has he reached i was coordinating with him he was just down the building he told me he will be there in 5 mins. and all of the sudden i received my order is cancelled and i received HALF amount refund.. which i dont understand why? and now company is acting smart my saying that they tried calling me and all stuff
          I submitted my documents 4days back but still my I'd not created and my two mobile numbers are created for other id for others how can be so silly creating others

              I have placed order on om sweets using swiggy android application on 26 aug 2019. After placing order i saw update on swiggy application that my order is out for delivery. After some time swiggy automatically cancelled my order and swiggy charged me rs. 200 for this. I chatted with their customer care executive and they are not ready to accept their mistake.

              Here issue is swiggy has made mistake and instead of accepting their mistake they are charging customer by falsely putting it on them.

                Yesterday, l had placed an order of one plate chicken afghani tikka and one plate chilly chicken boneless for dinner through swiggy. I had paid 100% payment of rs. 1081 online and in advance. The time for placing my order was around 9, 00pm. The order was supposed to be delivered at 9.35pm.

                At 9.35pm i checked with swiggy representative as well as nazeer foods, who were supposed to fulfill the requirements. To my surprise i was told that nazeer foods confirmed that they had not received any order from swiggy!! Nazeer foods asked us to get in touch with swiggy. So i got in touch with swiggy through the chat. The chat was continously mentioning that your order is in progress (I have snapshots and voice recording of each and every conversation)

                At 10.35pm i again checked with nazeer foods and to our surprise, they mentioned that they have not received any order from swiggy!! We went to the chat and complained, but we did not get any resolution.

                At around 11.00pm, we were told that our order is cancelled, since nazeer foods is not ready to service the order at that point of time!!

                Following is what i need to know from swiggy :

                1. Why did the above happen?
                2. My online payment of rs. 1081/- is yet to be refunded. Why??
                3. We were harassed by swiggy by their poor customer communication / laid back approach / taken for granted attitude. Why?
                4. There were guest in my house and i had to take them outside at 11.00pm in the night for dinner, for which i had to pay three times the money!! Who will pay for the losses i incurred, for no fault of mine.
                5. Nothing was communicated proactively to me, it was me who had to be after swiggy to get my food. Why???

                If a proper answer to my above question does not reach me by today evening 5.30pm and my payment does not reach me in the next 3 hours, ie. By 1.30pm, i will take up this case to the consumer forum.

                  We had order from tikka junction restaurant karkardooma through swiggy.
                  And we have found one item which cost rs 390 missing in our order. Also we got uncooked chinese food like manchurian and spring roll.
                  Restaurant owner and delivery boy is denying for this mistake.. Even we had a 30 min call with deepak kumar from swiggy and he said we cannot help you in this matter..
                  I am frustrated with this service.
                  As a first time customer this experience is really bad.
                  They are crooked and not supportive.
                  I am really disappointed from swiggy.
                  When i called swiggy directly, teamlead of that team directly threaten me that "i do not cook food how can i tell you about this"
                  Is this a way to talk a customer like this.
                  I am totally fed up with this service.

                    My swiggy order no. #[protected] for rs. 372 is expected to arrive in by 8:10 pm on the 25th of august 2019. It was delayed by a lot and got arrived only at 9:30 raised a question to the consumer care executives and one person said action would be taken but nothing happened. Later i had to contact again and only then a delivery boy was assigned.

                    When people rely on you guys for services, please make sure you provide them with the quality services they deserve.

                      Regarding order id - order id [protected]
                      On august 7th, i had requested a food delivery of rs 236 and made the payment. The payment failed from swiggy's interface. Neither i received the food i ordered nor i got a refund of the amount that was debited.
                      I have raised the complaint several times but, the customer service is extremely non-cordial. The customer service put me on hold for long hours without a resolution or any clear answers. Even today i complained multiple times and escalated it. I have sent the screenshot of the proofs for the payment that was debited. But still no resolution.

                        I placed an order on swiggy with order number [protected] on 25 august, 2019. After receiving order they generally call to confirm but i didn't received any call.
                        After half an hour when i called delivery boy he told that my order was cancelled because i didn't respond to their call and cancellation fee was also charged.
                        They charged a wrong cancellation fee for which i'm complaining and claiming the refund of the same.

                          I ordered pizza from domino's by applying swiggy40 discoust. After discount it costed me rs 140. When i went to take the parcel from the delivery man, the bill showed there was no discount. And it costed rs 227. I checked my order details, it changed, and showed no discount was applied. This is absolutely ridiculous that after giving a discount, you are showing no discount, and we have to pay more money.
                          As a student we can't pay full money and this time i feel really deceitful by your side.
                          I want stringent methods to be taken for this. It would be appreciable if you refund my money.

                            I ordered pizza from dominos by applying 40% swiggy discount and it costed me rupees 205 after discount. The original price was rupees 304.50.
                            But we had to pay rupees 305 even after applying the coupon swiggy40 as it was not mentioned on the bill as well as on the order details on the site.
                            It was really disgusting and deceitful. I want stricter and quick response from your side. It would be appreciable if you refund our money back.

                              Hello Sir/Ma’am,

                              I am writing to complain about order no. #[protected]. Swiggy was unable to deliver this order at the desired location due to which they cancelled it later. However, the customer care assistant agreed that they will not charge any cancellation fee as it was their fault. Although after the agreement, they still have charged cancellation fee of Rs. 200.

                              I would be grateful if you could please take the required action and ask Swiggy to refund the full amount i.e. Rs. 419.

                                I have ordered my food from swiggy and the delivery person refused to deliver the food. I raised the concern with the swiggy support executive but they were not able to help me and kept me waiting for 2 hrs and then cancelled my order and offered me bribe of 100 rupee coupon for their failure. And i mark them responsible for skipping my dinner meal. Also i have attached the snips of my chat with swiggy support executive.

                                  It is 11:58 now. Still waiting for food to be delivered.
                                  Restaurant is saying swiggy guy picked up food.
                                  Swiggy guy's phone switched off.
                                  Swiggy customer service executive, unable to help.
                                  Assigned another guy to pick up food. He's also not able to deliver.
                                  Swiggy supervisor contacted. Phone disconnected and no return call.
                                  Is swiggy going in loss, so taking money from customers and not delivering???

                                    I missed my food of rupees 480 and swiggy is telling me that we will give u a coupon of rupees 300... They are not refunding money instead of that they r giving me a coupon that also of 300rs instead of 480rs... The wrost application i hve seen in my life...😡... And there is no responsible person to give us a proper solution in customer care service...

                                      Today on the promotional campaign of swiggy india on instagram those who will comment first on the post of chair will get amazon voucher and this is second time i had commented first but instagram of swiggy has declared winner to some other person.
                                      And also on one post no winner was declared and on that post also i was the first to comment.
                                      And one more think i had noticed that all the amazon voucher are given to your near ones of the swiggy india instagram handler as there were no comments of the winner. These all comments are inserted in a technical way which is very unethical.
                                      I hereby attached the screenshots of my comments which i had taken after few seconds.
                                      I want my voucher of winning amount otherwise i will take necessary legal action you under "unfair trade practises act".
