The executive was very rude and talking nonsense over phone to identify the address. He is unable to find address, i asked to seek help from anyone near him on road, he says do i need beg?
What is he taking, he doesn't how to talk to customer.
If he is not interested in doing his job, as him to leave.
Pathetic experience...

    I have order one pastry, by mistake i have putted incomplete address, still they have accepted order and debited money as well. at the time of delivery they are complaining your address is not right, I strongly want to understand while accepting order why they don't verify whether this address is reachable or not / valid/ incomplete or incomplete, without any validation randomly accept it and not ready to refund.
    if they get wrong address how could they send me the receipt with successful delivery .

      I placed an order for someone's birthday at mid night.. And due to technical glitch from your end the order was placed twice and same my payment was deducted twice for the same.
      I did not bothered that, but then the order that was delivered was a complete disappointment and embarrassment as the entire cup cakes were ruined and i made complaint for the same.
      However another disappointment they refunded me only one payment and denied for refunding the other payment on making enough number of requests.
      So i was charged unnecessarily with my money and embarrassment in front of the one for whom i ordered a birthday treat.
      Is this how you treat your customers.
      There is no customer relationship management
      I have ordered Butter Naan-2qty and Paneer Butter Masala-1qty.
      But i have received different Non Veg Items. I have reported regarding the same issue with swiggy but no resolution has been provided. Please help me to get the money Back.

        This is really unacceptable that i got a non veg meal instead of a vegetarian meal i ordered and i am allegedly harassed. I'm ardent vegetarian and never had non veg ever in life and this restaurant almost ruined out my purity by doing this. My family has followed this culture from very long time and they never let me have it when i was a kid and i kept on maintaining this culture. How can you send a non-veg food to a pure vegetarian. This can not be counted in a mistake, this is a blunder. Even i never had dinner/lunch with my non-vegetarian friends. I never wanted them (Birds/animals) to be killed for my lunch/dinner. You know this comes in rarest of rare categories case in the consumer forum. I look forward to hearing from you a better way you can short out this.
        The ice cream carried by the Delivery boy was help upside down resulting in the ice cream being all spilled out. Can't have ice cream like this .
        Kindly refund my money
        Last night I will be order the food and Long time waiting the order not deliver and will be cancelled the order and why 200rs cancels charge paying for it

          I have ordered veg biryani and i have got chicken pieces in that, me being from brahmin family it is considered sin for us.

          We have specifically ordered veg but still got chicken such ridiculous
          I am complaining about the wrong food i recived ..I ordered 2 plates of kadhi chawal and the food i recived was rajma chawal. I am very disappointed with your service litterlly it was my first time with swiggy and u made it disaster..Kindly take my complain i want my refund ..
          Instead of depositing floting cash unable to login and not have been deducted from floating cash pls seemy issue and clear it

            I Just wanted to bring you some notice who all working for swiggy specialy social media agents, Names are # Neil, Saurav, Surya, andy, snash, syed, sujeet and sharon.

            Now let me explain you the story # Order id [protected] on sun 11 Aug 23:38 hrs food delivered time 12:00.

            I have ordered food from near by place, after some time delivery boy came and provided food... I have checked the packing and said delivery boy i have ordered 3 times and her i can see you brought only 2 packets.

            Delivery boy said what all you ordered i brought, Said me complaint on chat and he left.

            Then i went to chat and found some lady... I dont know her name but she left the chat saying your issue resolved saying we have processed order...

            I dont know my order was delivered at mid night 12:00 and they re-ordered again with reference # [protected] at 00:07 and left chat...

            i waited for some time and cancelled order at 00:23 DUE TO ORDER showing getting conformation from hotel...

            If hotel conform the food and the delivery should been around about 01:30 PM mid night.

            Her the story on 11th i was there with chat team will 2 i hope. No one helped.

            After that again i have order on 19th with reference # [protected]...

            I came to Consumer complaints because of this ordered... i was there with chat till 3:00 mid night. took same issue to social media... and found (Names are # Neil, Saurav, Surya, andy, snash, syed, sujeet and sharon)

            This people are not willing ro help... i have paid for free delivery and used discount coupon but no one willing to understand the issue, 3 days back they said they will arrange call back... i received 1 miss call till not no update.

            Kindly check this issue and resolve.

              I had ordered 2 rolls from swiggy and made full online payment against it. They delivered 1 roll. On complaining and escalating the issue, swiggy repeated my same order. The delivery of this repeated order was again incomplete like the first time. Also, the delivery was not packaged and sealed.The swiggy escalations refused to provide further help.

                Please check if the delivery time is shown to be 50 mins then it should not be cancelled by that time even if the restaurant packed early. My order was placed by a friend who was not with me at the moment, where it was showing 50 mins... I called the delivery boy at that time and he said he had been waiting 20 mins to get through. My friend was unable to receive call due to some reasons. I called at exactly 45mins and he took 5 mins to come after that even when he said he was at my location. By the time he reached my doorstep the order got cancelled. Then he tried to get through to the main branch but he was unable for around 10 mins no one was picking up. My friend by that time called the manager and had a talk. But the delivery boy was not ready to wait even 5 more mins. I got the order. But the thing is that if we are shown 50mins delivery time on app it should not be cancelled within at least 10 to 15 mins additional to the prior shown delivery time. Sometimes we do not have network here and similar problems happen, but the delivery boys at least wait. I understand his frustration but he has no right to turn back when the order has already been paid for online. Give more time before cancelling, not every city is delhi or mumbai that things can take place fast. Please look into it.

                  Since last 2 months i am getting unwanted calls from swiggy. As somebody has registered my number which i am using fromnlast 12-13 years and they registered my number without any verification. And now on daily basis i am getting numerous calls from them regarding marketing and orders. No matter wether i am busy at office, driving, sleeping. They continuously make calls today on 20th aug they irritated me and i had an serious argument with theor executive post which i got calls from their executive from their personal numbers where they threating me.
                  I wants swiggy to get it corrected and take action against the executives

                    Yesterday i ordered from homely restaurant via swiggy and this incident has happened for the third time.

                    I ordered two kadi pakoda and paid 97 bucks through card. I ordered at 7 pm, and after waiting for an hour, i got the message that my order is delivered, but it did not deliver.

                    I called the executive, and he said "maine to gate pe deliver kardiya koi mila tha", # that was all lie, because when i was tracking him on the app, it was showing ten minutes, and after a sec i got the message that it is delivered. I called the guard there at my appartment, and he said nobody came. I even checked the entry register. After that i told my friend to call that executive, he said "maine to kisi ko diya tha, abhi dubara aata hu batata hu kaun se guard ko diya", but the one who lies why would that person come.

                    Swiggy sucks, their restaurants prices are always higher than the actual price of the restaurant, be it homely, or apna dhaba in vikaspuri, or any other. They charge 20 rupees extra on all the dishes, and then give the same discount on the coupon, but when you cross check the direct menu on the restaurant website then there is a huge change.

                    This fraud has happened for the thrid time that i paid, and their executive did not deliver.

                      Today i have ordered some food from swiggy website version after deduction of discount for new users coupon. Here at the time of registration delivery address and home address given but food not delivered and charges for non cancellation imposed. Behavour for the delivery boy and custormer care was rude and improper. This type of incidence happen e very day in our locality …. Sode times i think they deny order because of distance, product discount, delivery time etc. I am very unsatisfied customer of swiggy.

                        I got a bad quality food in which they offered me a 225rs coupon though i wasnt satisfied buy that as my whole order was a sum of rs 400 and plus when i tried to order again they blocked my cash on delivery option. And when tried to contact them they suddenly closed the chat and said some parameters were taken into account which blocked my account. Was it my problem if they failed to serve me better? Then why the hell they blocked mine? Worst service by swiggy and worst is a small word actually.
                        I have ordered lunch, which was not delivered to me but I got message stating that delivery was done. The order ID is [protected]. The delivery executive name was Santosh. He called me and said, that he reached the location, when I went to collect he was not there, but got a message as the order was delivered.

                          I made a order with a order number #[protected], the order placed, i didnot changed to my new address, bez of that i inform them soon, i informed them soon for the cancellation, swiggy made a delay in the process, as that swiggy support executive made delay on typing back the message, i informed soon as that time item is not dispatched from the shop, even swiggy charged cancellation fee of 45 rs even i informed soon, i am unhappy with swiggy service i am requesting swiggy to cancel that charged fee that made and send me the remaining amount, but they are not returning the amount .

                            I ordered a meal for me, but after two minutes i canceled my order just because of a geniune reason, but after that i am trying to order meals but i am having problem of cancellaton charges, its above 150... I cant pay that money.. I canceled my order within two minutes and i am a regular customer of kakkar kitchen, nd from same restaurant i had ordered. Please dont do this kind of things, if delivery boy came to my house with the meal and then i cancel order than u should charge cancellation fee, but i said that i cancel within 2 minutes, thats not fair with your rregular customer, if you can help me with the same than please help me as soon as posibble, cz m having trouble, i want to order from swiggy as much as i can, but please dont do things like this...                                 I have ordered the egg biryani from faasos through swiggy, but what i recieved was chicken biryani, when contacted swiggy they have neither replaced it with correct product nor refunded back the money, food is wasted as i cant eat chicken and the money is also wasted. They should refund money in such case and its a pure loss for customer who doesn't have any fault.

                                I have order from last 2 days 2 times, both times i have received message after 3 hours that food has been delivered . But still food not delivered.Refund has not received too.I have also logged a complain in consumer court.pls coordinate with the swigy team and refund my money with interest. And can’t deliver food than close the company.

                                  My Swiggy order no. #[protected] was not delivered by the Swiggy delivery boy. He reached our home and said that the order stands cancelled and demanded 300 rupees to take the food for which I had already made payment through paytm. He was extremely rude on phone while I tried to explain him my delivery address. I have already uninstalled the Swiggy app because the service is horrible in Bokaro. If you make the payment prior to the delivery, these boys throw all the tantrums about not being able to locate your house. If cash on delivery is opted then they find the address at any cost.                                   I'm starving with hunger, ordered 90minutes before. Delivery guy has dropped out from delivering food, restaurant staff order will be replaced with another delivery guy, Not yet received order and it showing food has been delivered. Nobody responding to me, even new delivery guy contact number is also not avialable

                                    I have placed order from swiggy and my order had not been delivered so i want to complain about fraud thing is going on in swiggy, and there is unsatisfied answer given by their agents so i need to do claim against swiggy i have proofs of payment i had given to regarding company but there is fraud done by them i need indian consumer complaint help me to get through this!
                                    I ordered a medium sized hand tossed margherita pizza and a choco lava cake from DOMINOS dated 17/08/2019. I was provided with a 'half eaten choco lava cake', this act is highly shameful and unfortunating.
                                    I want an action to be taken against whosoever is responsible asap.
                                    I ordered from dominoz. Swiggy app showed order delivered but i didn' t received it.Moreover, dominoz tracker is showing me still baking.
                                    Swiggy and dominoz both customer care services are busy ...no one pocking up calls
                                    Food was not delivered to delivery address by the delivery man but it showed me as delivered to the address and the number was switched off, even the phone was on he did not attend the call (#[protected]).there was no response from swiggy and customer care service representative was not available. the order # [protected].

We had try to contact person but his number is switched off. Very immediately we had contact to swiggy customer care via chatting. They didn't gave any proper response and again & again they start investigation.. It's been more than 7 days and refund was not proccess. As we had already paid rs. 145/- via account debit. Pls share your email id so i can share all conversation with company. Pls help to get my refund of amount

                                        The delivery man scolded us!!! And behaved rudely!! As we were not able to take his call when he called us for address, we already clearly shared our address, landmark, location & other details on the app, he has no audacity! To scold n behave rudely n use inappropriate language towards us! Their customer!! This shows unprofessionalism! He was very unprofessional n inappropriate towards his customer, n we r not satisfied n unhappy with ur customer service.
