I got a bad quality food in which they offered me a 225rs coupon though i wasnt satisfied buy that as my whole order was a sum of rs 400 and plus when i tried to order again they blocked my cash on delivery option. And when tried to contact them they suddenly closed the chat and said some parameters were taken into account which blocked my account. Was it my problem if they failed to serve me better? Then why the hell they blocked mine? Worst service by swiggy and worst is a small word actually.

I made a order with a order number #[protected], the order placed, i didnot changed to my new address, bez of that i inform them soon, i informed them soon for the cancellation, swiggy made a delay in the process, as that swiggy support executive made delay on typing back the message, i informed soon as that time item is not dispatched from the shop, even swiggy charged cancellation fee of 45 rs even i informed soon, i am unhappy with swiggy service i am requesting swiggy to cancel that charged fee that made and send me the remaining amount, but they are not returning the amount .

I ordered a meal for me, but after two minutes i canceled my order just because of a geniune reason, but after that i am trying to order meals but i am having problem of cancellaton charges, its above 150... I cant pay that money.. I canceled my order within two minutes and i am a regular customer of kakkar kitchen, nd from same restaurant i had ordered. Please dont do this kind of things, if delivery boy came to my house with the meal and then i cancel order than u should charge cancellation fee, but i said that i cancel within 2 minutes, thats not fair with your rregular customer, if you can help me with the same than please help me as soon as posibble, cz m having trouble, i want to order from swiggy as much as i can, but please dont do things like this... I have ordered a red velvet cake (Order #[protected]) via swiggy application. The cake has been delivered to me around 11:15 a. M. Today i. E. 19.08.2019. While eating the cake my colleagues have noticed that the base of the cake was stale and a bad odour and fungus like thing appeared. My contact number is [protected] and the cake was ordered in my name (Vipin kumar).

I have ordered the egg biryani from faasos through swiggy, but what i recieved was chicken biryani, when contacted swiggy they have neither replaced it with correct product nor refunded back the money, food is wasted as i cant eat chicken and the money is also wasted. They should refund money in such case and its a pure loss for customer who doesn't have any fault.

My Swiggy order no. #[protected] was not delivered by the Swiggy delivery boy. He reached our home and said that the order stands cancelled and demanded 300 rupees to take the food for which I had already made payment through paytm. He was extremely rude on phone while I tried to explain him my delivery address. I have already uninstalled the Swiggy app because the service is horrible in Bokaro. If you make the payment prior to the delivery, these boys throw all the tantrums about not being able to locate your house. If cash on delivery is opted then they find the address at any cost. I have placed order from swiggy and my order had not been delivered so i want to complain about fraud thing is going on in swiggy, and there is unsatisfied answer given by their agents so i need to do claim against swiggy i have proofs of payment i had given to regarding company but there is fraud done by them i need indian consumer complaint help me to get through this!

Order no. [protected] on 11th august at 8:30pm and received update at 9:15 pm... It has been delivered. We had try to contact person but his number is switched off. Very immediately we had contact to swiggy customer care via chatting. They didn't gave any proper response and again & again they start investigation.. It's been more than 7 days and refund was not proccess. As we had already paid rs. 145/- via account debit. Pls share your email id so i can share all conversation with company. Pls help to get my refund of amount

The delivery man scolded us!!! And behaved rudely!! As we were not able to take his call when he called us for address, we already clearly shared our address, landmark, location & other details on the app, he has no audacity! To scold n behave rudely n use inappropriate language towards us! Their customer!! This shows unprofessionalism! He was very unprofessional n inappropriate towards his customer, n we r not satisfied n unhappy with ur customer service.

I had placed order for a waffle with ice cream by paying rs114 on swiggy app from baskin robbins i've creams. Restaurant had delivered just an icecream to me. I raised my concerns with customer service team and requested for a refund and they offered to pay only 75/- in coupon form or a replacement order in 24 hours. If i'm not at home then how do i opt for replacement order. Also i deserve full refund, if they didn't serve me for products i paid for. I need full refund and not a partial refund.

I ordered 2 pizzas at around 10 pm, the order was delivered by around 11:30. When we opened the box, we found a congealed lump which could not be consumed. The boxes had been carried vertically so the pizza had spilt through the sides. When i reached out to swiggy, they made the usual assurances and after a long drawn conversation offered a refund but by then most restaurants had shut and we had no food. I requested swiggy to replace my order but they refused, instead they assured me that they would escalate this further. The entire incident shows an appalling level of apathy and callousness.

Order #[protected], two egg biriyani's were ordered form the biriyani smoke house via swiggy. Online payment for the two was done in advance and i received only one biriyani. The delivery boy claims no responsibility and swiggy clearly denied any refund. Hours of chatting with the chat bots on their app and no resolution. Please act on the same. Refund for one egg biriyani amounting to rs 223 is expected.

Swiggy is charged extra amount for packaging and separate gst for that purchase, while in bill got from restaurant has not mentioned about those extra charges. When i contact the swiggy customer care there is no proper response from their side.

Kindly take this has serious issue because most of the people doesn't know about this extra amount collecting from the consumers

Today we are booking a order through swiggy to a1 chettinadu hotle, order id[protected]. I am giving my address is in clearly, and also talk to the pick man also, swiggy customer care executive and order pickup man mr. Venugopal mob no.[protected] will comes with con call, they are telling our place and hotel around 5 to 6 kms. So both are forced to cancel the order and immediately i received one message, from swiggy you will charge rs.100/- for my next order, why should i pay this this not in my mistake, swiggy pick man only cancel the order.

So take the necessary step and take necessary action to the swiggy pick man and back end staff (Name unknown) and inform to me, and also immediately reverse the rs.100/- and block the cash on delivery mode. Other wise i will take necessary legal action against you.

I ordered from lasker biriyani house, chicken biriyani via swiggy food apps, and after delivered it, i found that it was wasted. And bad smelling from food, i wanted to talk through but there was no executive in that time while the time was 11:20pm,
I was not helped in any way, they did not give me the balance, and says i will give you a food coupon. But that the time is 11:43 pm,
Tell me one thing is this the right time to the order for food?
I asked for a refund, i couldn't get it,

Plz help me. I want to get the refund.

Order#[protected].., order from burger king, on 16/august/2019.. I haven't received the order. The delivery boy marked it delivered. I had done the payment through google pay already. I neither get the food nor the refund. The swiggy executive also didn't help much. The delivery boy didn't deliver the order and i have the recorded phone call. Its so unfair. I lost the money and faith on swiggy. Kindly help me

I placed an order for a thali and it was showing in my app that i can avail 50% discount upto inr 100. All the t&cs were met, however when i placed the order and put in the coupon code (Swiggy50), the order somehow got placed without the coupon code and i did not get the 100 discount.
I immediately called the customer service and that guy had no clue about this discount. He told me that i do not have such a discount available for myself. I informed him that i can send him screenshots of it from my phone and if i am trying to place the same order again it is accepting the 100 discount amount. I requested him to either refund the 100 or cancel the order so that i can again place the same order.
He refused to do anything and said that i can use the order again next time.
I asked him to cancel the order only and was willing to pay 146 cancellation fee due to no fault of mine as their horrible service had already spoiled my evening. I had ordered the food for my mother and she did not know all of this as i am in another city. Even though i asked for the order to be cancelled via the chat app as i had placed an order from a local restaurant now, swiggy still delivered the food! I asked them to take it back as it would go waste as i have already placed a separate order on my own. They again were useless and did not do anything! I ended up over paying them inr100 because their app can't work properly and then i also paid for another dinner that i had ordered.
This is just extremely poor service from swiggy by luring customers by the offers and then not applying them. If it is a technical glitch then they should accept it and refund the money, but if they are doing this purposefully then legal action should be taken against them.
I have faced horrible customer service and technical problems with their app before as well when we had guests at home and we had placed order through swiggy. We got the food around mid night after a lot of calls and screaming and shouting over the phone. It was such an embarrassment for us as our guests had little kids as well.
They don't accept their fault and always penalize the customer for it!

It has been 2 times i am suffering by ordering from swiggy. First was from dominos the app did not show pick up of order for 2 hours after 2 hours i received order and food was too cold to eat. And today i ordered from subway. That order kept me waiting for 1.5 hours and finally i didnot get an order and now i am left without having today's dinner. This service of yours is very poor and harassing and not acceptable. I will rate the swiggy in negative.

According to the advertisement, you are supposed to get 50% discount on first 5 orders. I had ordered my food using code binge50 which was displayed on the top and i added it. Now, i'm supposed to have 4 more 50% off coupons but i see none. Upon asking the customer support, they said i used binge50 instead o[censored]sing order50. I argued upon my point as first 5 orders are first 5 orders, whatever coupon i applied. The support executive said that i should've used order50 first if i wanted to have remaining coupons.

Now, i said this is not written in terms and conditions (Reference url : https://www.swiggy.com/offer-terms). after this, the executive started saying that he can't help me with anything and wasn't answering my questions properly.

I said that this clearly is a scam, he/she later on says that he'll forward this feedback to relevant teams. I first said that this is a consumer support section and not feedback that you take my arguments as feedback.

The executive then said that it's a mistake from their side, so i asked for compensation (Although i lost my coupons) which he/denied to provide. After extending the conversation for an hour, he quickly closed the chat.

This is clearly a case of cheating customers by falsely advertising that they provide discount on first 5 orders and then not providing the discount. Things are not at all transparent regarding this. I checked on internet on quora, reddit and yahoo answers and i see that i'm not the first victim. Many others have been lured and cheated into this.

I hope that appropriate actions are taken for this mis-advertisement or mistake from their side.

Yesterday i had given swiggy order and placed order from swiggy through phone pe the payment had done money debited from account. But order was not received and amount was not refunded.

This is due to carless of swiggy services.
Previously also i placed order but it was cancelled. But amount not debited.

I can't understand how swiggy can play with customers. Without any intimacy to customers cancell the order. While customer placing orders they will not accept the orders.

I can't understand that how swiggy persons are careless towards customers. Even they were not bringing orders to customer delivery location. Customer have to come to swiggy delivery person to pick the order. It's not fare.

I can understood that the swiggy management itself very very worst than ever.

4. Poor customer service
5. Worst maintenance
(No tissues, spoons, paper plates) with order.
6. No discipline and very rash behaviour.

All these things i can observed and no priority towards customers. Due to lack of knowledge.
Without any how swiggy can management are working and i was wondering after seeing all these things.

Many times i remainding to swiggy that please change tag line of swiggy (Hunger saviour) it's not suitable. Because it's raising hungry to customers to suffer with hungry.

Note : in today society money is not easily available to plants and trees.
If any customer placing of order due to hungry only and not for sake of playing fun and entertainment with swiggy persons.

But swiggy management is playing with hungry customers without taking orders and demanding customer to collect from swiggy persons. How fare it is??.

From now i were not able to tolerate these kind of nonsense from swiggy management. I will never ever place any order from swiggy. They taught a wonderful lesson to us.

Finally i can request you to please refund my amount back to my account. Or else to whom ever i had to complain i can complain.
