I ordered a dish and first of all he was an hour late. Then lands up in my apartment entrance and asks me to come out so rudely saying he won't come deliver. Then after telling him it's his job to deliver at my door step he then comes and give me the wrong package.

I opened and realised it was wrong and asked him to come back and take it. He came back and shouted at me saying"who asked you to open it. Can't you read the bill first... Are you uneducated and all". I shouted back at him saying he has to make sure to deliver the right package. I told him i will complain. He threatened me and walked away.

Later i received another call from him from a different number as the swiggy calls are traced and he again severely threatened me and said what will you do now. He was clearly a thug and a goonda.

It took me a lot to register a complaint with swiggy because they gave silly and lame excuses. They put me on hold and called the delivery guy asking him not to call me. Finally they took my complaint properly after the supervisor intervened.

This is really scary that swiggy has zero background checks. Please be very very very careful as you may have a criminal entering your house and you never know what they can do. We all think swiggy makes our life easy. Yes it does but then know that the people they hire can be even a criminal and now these thugs have your number, your address, they know you by face and name and they can easily attack you and swiggy won't take any responsibility for this.

I think i need to go to the police for this as i have a family and i'm worried for them. What if these thugs come home and attack you because he clearly sounded like he was going to do that

    On 2nd may 2019, i have done the merchant transaction from my sbi netbanking to place an order from swiggy. The amount for 492 got deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I have raised the complaint to the bank on the same, but later sbi confirmed me that they have got feedback from swiggy that the transaction was successful and so the complaint is closed. Till now i have not received the refund from swiggy. I have reached them multiple times but they have not responded properly. Please find below reference number of the transaction

      On 4th may i had ordered 4 blueberry soda. But there was a packaging issue.
      So all soda's got wasted. All glasses was an empty. But i had already paid that money via google pay. Lot of times i have talked with your customer executive via chat. But i always get same answer by all customer executive. Every executive is saying it depends on bank, contact with your bank. It is very inappropriate answers by them. Please help me to get my refund back in my account. Otherwise you can also give me my money on paytm. But i want this issue to be solved very fastly. Please take it as a priority.
      You guys can't directly say that refund depends on bank. As packaging issue was completely from your side. So i want my refund asap. Otherwise i need to take some serious action.

        Recently i ordered from your website from satkar restaurant your executive who bought it to me was very mannerless as asked him on phone only was he having change of big note of not,... And he said yes but when he came to my door said no he was not having so i provided him change but then he denied to take change and so i asked him to get change of big note but he denied to do so and took my order away and he talked to me very rudely... I this he was suffering from some sort of mentle issue.. Please get him out of your company i do not know his name but can give you his number... [protected]

          Hi all,

          I'm writing to you with regards to order id # [protected] mutton haleem which we ordered on may 14 @ 11:59pm and in bill its very clear that its old order few hours earlier and even haleem which provided was not hot and it was full of white layer of ghee which forms after food being cool. I tried to reach your support agent over chat and informed but they are not addressing issue correctly in the way it has to deal with.
          I had conversation with aakash and utpal singh they only give few empathy statements which are auto texted and only make few pathetic empathy statements.
          Point here is for order of 12 am certainly how come any one makes a bill at 8pm its only like they are providing old food??? Who knows.

            The date of the incident is 15th may 2019, client number is [protected]. I ordered for a mc aloo tiki meal, which is supposed to have a aloo tikki burger, french fries and coke. But i ended up getting a doll instead of french fries. I do not require the doll and i am really unsatisfied that my order has gone wrong like this. This is extrmely disappointing.

                There was mr. Praveen ([protected]) swiggy.
                He todl to start the business in 3 to 4 days.
                Now, it crossed 4months, and whenever i call he didn't receives the call, and when i text he reply me that i'm in meeting.
                Not only praveen, every member of swiggy is like this, what they say what they god knows.
                Let it be but improve your team swiggy.

                  Hi. I’ve ordered special haleem from shah ghouse restaurant (Swiggy).
                  And all i’ve received was huge bones and a piece of lemon. Clikced pictures and sent to the swiggy customer support and complaints e-mail addresss. All they had to do is apologise which they’ve been doing for the last 8 orders. This wasn’t the first time. I admit 1-2 ordered in the past were refunded for the bad quality food and also food including unwanted ingredients.
                  Please look into this. I’ve paid for food and bones and lemon.

                    I ordered for a meal online on swiggy app although it was my first order but i was disppointed with the delay in recieving same. When the delivery boy came to my home he refused to gave me my order due to some issues of processing in app as at that time the app was showing food under process.

                    At last i cancelled the order but to my immense displeasure i did not recieve my money back for that cancelled order. Due to your pathatic service i lost my money.

                    To resolve the issue i would expect refund of payment made.
                    Disappointed!!!😭😭
                    I placed order for 2 Full Pizza from Pizza Shopee, but I received only one pizza...I ordered food first time from swiggy and am very disappointed... Plz do needful...

                      I am mrs srijee roy a regular super customer of swiggy just now had a really bad experience waited for my food almost 1 & half hours thn your delivery boy calls me & tells me he can't search for my house & i should go down at 11:30 at night to pick up my order myself when i explained my address to him he just cut d phone & swiggy executives called me to say that i misbehaved with him & cancelled my order. Your delivery boy is a liar bcos of him we did not get our dinner. Please take strict action against him. He does not want to work & putting all the blame on me.

                        Recently I order salad from Swiggy. The food delivered was not edible. red chilly was heavily sprinkled and artificial sourness was induced the salad. Combination of sour and chilly was so bad that some one will puke. I thought to report the same to customer service. To my astonishment customer service was no interested in finding out if really the quality of food was bad but offer me a 25% off coupon. Pathetic approach.

                          Okay guys hear me out imagine recieving rotten food/sandwich and asking for a replacement and specifically telling them to have the delivery boy smell it and check it properly before sending it over..yet they failed to do that. Even the replacement order was rotten and smelly after telling them to have delivery boy check it. Wow. And asking them from refund. They won't do it. That's swiggy ladies and gents.

                            0n 09.5.19, at 17:24 by online banking i tried to order food from swiggy, but order was not processed due to some technical error, 'instead amount of rs.433/- was deducted from my boi accounts. Boi said that payment successfully credited on swiggy please contct to swiggy. We was already mail to [protected]@swiggy.in but still it was not refunded till date.

                            Had ordered momos worth 322 from Mandarin Oak Kharghar through swiggy. They made the poor delivery guy for 1.5 hours and we had to cancel the order.

                            I orderd food on april 6 th, when i was in kochi they accpeted the order and i did online transaction.aftr few minutes they send message the iteam couldnt be deliverd to tje particular address and they will give the refund within 5 days..till today no refund..they are just cheating people
                            Do the customers have a choice of order to eat?? Or should we just eat what ever is delivered by swiggy??

                            Customer support executive have a long empathy and apologize statements ready to send. But no action or refund or replacement for the order arranged!!

                              I ordered on swiggy on march 28 and i contacted the customer care after 1hr since the order wasn't delivered. So the customer care executive cancelled my order and initiated for refund. But till date i haven't received my refund back. Each time when i enquire, the customer executive mentions refund is initiated and will be credited within 7 days. Even tried send the complaint through their email address. But they also said the same for few days. Now they are saying i placed order through cod. I have attached the relavent pictures.

                              It's third time happening...I am very disappointed...the executive came but they didn't delivered my order because I am said my hostel is locked please come to my hostel...he said you have to come, I am not go there...what is this...he behaves roudly...
                              I have place a order on 28 April, 2019 between 8.15 to 8.30 pm the bill amount was Rs. 615. I have made payment through internet banking but the amount was detected from my account and i received a message payment failed and it will be refunded to my account within 5 - 7 working days, but till now I have no updates of my refund amount.

                                I've placed an order from swiggy on may 14. Order no. Is [protected]. This order was placed at 1:37 pm and swiggy promised to deliver this order in 75 minutes. I received this order at 3:33 pm. I called swiggy customer care multiple times however customer care did nothing and also they were very rude.
                                I want to raise this complaint as i placed this order for my office party and beacause of swiggy my office party got spoiled and also my time got wasted. I want compensation for my time and my spoiled office party because of false promises by swiggy.
                                I want you to take an action against this false commitment and rude behavior by swiggy customer care because of which in suffered from both monetary and time wastage.
                                Swiggy also commits to provide hot food but because of late delivery food was not hot. I want swiggy to compansate for my loss because of their false commitments. It's a fraud done by swiggy.

                                I have ordered from swiggy of amount 218 as on 4th May, 2019 but that transaction was failed they have informed me through message that refund amount will be credited to my bank account with in 4-7 days but yet I haven't received any refund from them please taken into account this as do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  I ordered food from a place and the delivery boy came near to the location but after checking the status it showed order cancelled, I called the delivery boy and he said that he tried calling and since he couldn't call he went back and order was cancelled by him only. Also they deducted 150 Rs as the cancellation fee by themselves without us knowing and we didn't get the food either.

                                  Sir I ordered the food from restaurant. The food was so smelly and looking unhealthy. So I file a complaint in which one of you team member (kundan kumar) doesn't file the complaint and doesn't know how to talk to customers. So please file my complaint regarding this Or I have to big action.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am very sadly saying you my restaurant registration process done in march. When i have signed mou at that time there is no restaurant on baording charge or not given any update regarding this charge. My restaurant is live on 20th april. When restaurant is going live i have clearly said that if restaurant on boarding charge is taken by you dont do live restaurant although they have start restaurant and after 1 month they have deduct money 3500/-

                                    So this is clearly fraud with customer and partners.

                                    This is not corporate business policy. Transperncy with business partner is must.
                                    I had ordered one keventeers large cold coffee bottle. But the quantity in the bottle appeared to be less than half. When I complained, I am only provided a solution that Rs.50 coupon will be provided though the fault is at their end. I want entire refund of the amount paid and in my account from which amount is paid..

                                      I placed an order today, order #[protected] on 14th may 6:55 pm.

                                      The restaurant page showed 35% discount with "swiggyit" and 5% for super members. However, since i did not understand how the discount was calculated, i contacted swiggy chat.
                                      I chatted with 3 executives but none of them was able to provide the breakdown of the fees. They kept saying that even they dont know the exact breakdown. The second executive that i chatted was more rude as he closed the chat while i was still asking question (Attached photo).
                                      Also, when i asked where is the terms and conditions for "swiggyit" on the app itself, no one could provide.
                                      I had an extremely bad experience and felt that i was being lied to.

                                      Request:

                                      1. Share the exact breakdown of all the fees for order #[protected]

                                      2. Share where the terms and conditions of "swiggyit" is shown on the app.

                                        The email I sent to swiggy given below and they responded by stating that they are taking my issue seriously and subsiding my issue of refund.
                                        To whomsoever, it may concern
                                        This is with respect to the order no: #[protected] amounting to Rs. 994.00, order date being April 22nd, 2019. Order time: 07:49 PM (Please refer screenshot bill details - last attachment)
                                        Mentioned below are the series of events that lead me to humiliation before friends by ordering from Swiggy on top of that, discourteous and impolite behaviour from your chat assistants - AG_saswata.c and KT_Sujit Das when I tried to take up the issue:

                                        1. I placed the order for Dominos Pizza, Dwaraka Nagar at 07:49 PM through Swiggy App. The track order was not shown in my app because Dominos has its own self-delivery service which I got to know later from chat assistant.

                                        2. I waited patiently until 09:19 PM (approximately 2 hours from the time of order placed) until the app showed that my order has been delivered whereas I did not receive the order. I immediately put up several help requests through the app stating where is my order, the conversation threads were created but there was no response.

                                        3. Somehow, I got in contact with one of the Swiggy chat assistant, since there was no call option.
                                        (Please refer screenshots 1-13) The answer I got was that Swiggy does not have any operational authority and acts only as a booking portal. I asked if you act as a booking portal then at least take the headache of following up whether the customer received the order or not. As if this mess wasn't enough from your side, I was asked to contact Dominos myself and enquire about my order. I have enclosed chat conversation that was initiated by my requests. He stated that this incident would be taken on a serious note in the conversation and my amount would be refunded in 7-10 working days.
                                        If Swiggy does not have operational authority even over tracking and knowing the status of order then why list that particular outlet in your app? Why should the customer order from Swiggy and follow up for one's own order? The total objective of delivering food at the doorstep with ease is demolished.

                                        4. After a lot of requests and calls, the responses I received from Swiggy chat executives were imbecile and vacuous.
                                        The second chat conversation was received by Swiggy bot and then eventually by AG_saswata.c at 09:24 PM. He addressed the issue but in the end, stated the same excuse that Swiggy does not have any operational authority and acts only as a booking portal. Immediately, he put 'thanks for ordering' message and closed the chat conversation without even asking the customer if the issue is resolved. This shows the quality of training the executives are equipped with and the impolite sense of behaviour towards the customers. (Please refer screenshots 14, 15, 16 for the validity of the content in this para)

                                        5. I received my order at 09:50 PM, by this time my guests already left and that's when I received a call finally from Swiggy executive stating it was a mistake from their side due to some technical server related issues who also stated that the amount would be refunded. (this call was recorded by me)

                                        6. On 7th May 2019 at 09:17 AM I initiated a chat request regarding the refund status of my order. (Please refer KT Sujit 1-4) He said there is no refund initiated on my order and he closed the conversation right away.
                                        The way of approach towards the issue was reckless and vacuous.

                                        PS: Chat executives RM_Anish Anand and CB_M Ajay at least tried to address my issue politely but AG_saswata.c and KT_Sujit Das have responded very irrelevantly and impolitely.

                                        I am pointing the flaws at every stage of this process clearly until now I haven't received any email regarding this incident from Swiggy or any refund.

                                        Given the huge competition for food aggregators, this is no way to deal with a customer.
