This is reference to my swiggy oder id #[protected] dated :- 24/06/2020 from phone no [protected] i placed a oder from swiggy and realised i have placed from wrong location so i cancelled the oder in 4 minutes... My oder amount was 722 and cancellation fees is 361 for the same oder.. If it would have been more time i would have thought that the food was prepared by in 4 minutes only i realised i placed it wrong and cancelled and also u people have charged just a huge amount of cancellation fees,, doing business doesn't meed looting customer hard earned money... Sorry to say that u people are doing the same.. I want my whole amount to be refund. Pls refund my whole amount asap as your customer executive failed to help me.. U lost a customer today

    Hello today for lunch i ordered food from oye noodles a restaurant highlighted by swiggy on their page. Three out four items were very bad quality not even worth feeding animals. I complained to swiggy at once but no action was taken. I oferred them to issue a refund or replace the bad dishes but on online chat they kept on insisting that i take a 200 rupee refund a d forget about this. It pains me to see how can i let the restaurant charge me for food that was too salty and only good to be thrown. The food was kept with me and i also offered to return it but swiggy remained adamant i am very unhappy as ethics say if you do kot refund you at least replace the bad food. Why should i let swiggy and the restaurant cheat me of my hard earned money. I want justice and will try my best to even go yo consumer court to ensure justice is done i was a regular customer and its apparent swiggy was protecting itself and the rsstaurant and not me a customer

        Hi i ordered from swiggy. I got cheated by swiggy. My order#[[protected]]i received 2 cheesyfries missing. While ordering i was shown 3 burger and 3 cheesy fries. I received 3 burgers and 1 cheesy fries. I contacted support for refund. They giving me options for coupon that time his now showing coupon amount and when i received that coupon amount is 150rs. To next order discount. But my 2 cheesy fries amount is 198 plus taxes but swiggy customer cares given to me 150 rs coupon i loss my 50 to 60 rs. Customer care denied my request & kindly take strict action & help me to get refund. Thank you.

            Your delivery boy picked up my food and was near my gate to deliver it. I requested him to come up and told him that the watchman will not stop you. He said we are not allowed to enter the property. To which i nicely told him that i have oreered almost everyday and the executive has come to my door to delivered. He kept arguing that we are not allowed. I asked him if he gets orders separately and if the rest of swiggy are given other orders. He did not know what to answer so kept arguing that he is not allowed to come up. After 10 mins i starred gerting irritated and abused hin 1st. To which he abuses me back. This is the service that swiggy provides.
            I am sorry forgot to mention that he took the food back nd did not deliver.

                  I ordered food from worst swiggy again and faced issue (2 weeks back ordered food from one restaurant as that restaurant not provided good food, i asked swiggy to ban for few days but swiggy didn't follow)..

                  I ordered one biriyani and 2 sprite bottles... Swiggy team guy delivered only biriyani and saying restaurant guy didn't give bottles (How come he delivery half order?).

                  When i call restaurant, got response as "we won't check such anythings contact swiggy only".

                  When i contact swiggy asking me to send mail... How come i will send mail during lunch time and wait till it resolve? I need to wait with empty stomach?

                  Worst ever service... Food panda and zomoto service is good...

                  Your delivery guy number : [protected]. He is simply telling restaurant guy didn't give. Now i sent mail, those guys are telling we will give 100rs as token of apology. Why they will send only 100rs? I paid extra 5% gst and package and dilivery charges for same 100rs along with my biriyani, now paying 100rs is ridiculous. I am demanding my 100 + gst + package charges + delivery charges + compansation amount right away.

                  Don't steal public money like this.

                  Please find the attachment for proof... If still need confirmation call your delivery guy [protected]...

                  I don't need any coupon for my order missing i need order right now or send me my money... Since you wasted my time and made us hungry demanding additional 200rs as compensation.

                    I ordered 2 grocery items from swiggy today. (1.) 5 kgs of potato, and (2.) 4 kgs of onion. I was charged rs 399 inclusive of delivery charges and taxes. The delivery person was unable to deliver the package to my flat because of the main entrance security didn't allow him to enter our society. Then he tried to call me but couldn't call me due to network issue. I assure here that, the number provided by me on swiggy is 100% legitimate and is being used by me only. And i didn't receive any call from the delivery person today. The delivery person returned back along with my package. And i had to incur the full loss. On contacting the customer care - they said that, since it was a prepared food and couldn't be returned to the restaurant, that's why we can't refund you the amount. This statement is 100% false. It was not a prepared food, it was a dry grocery item. Potatoes and onions can be stored in open for a long period of time. Since this happened due to network issue. I am not sure the issue was with which side - the delivery person, or mine. Because my phone is working fine right now. That's why all i want from swiggy is - kindly deliver me the ordered goods and i am ready to pay the extra delivery charges for that. I hope swiggy won't disappoint one of their regular customers for such small issues. Thank you and i hope for a better solution soon.

                      I had ordered from a local store on swiggy to a saved location which i normally get delivery on, after some time the delivery executive calls me and says the location is different from map, i informed him that i have been taking deliveries on that location from swiggy for a long time and this is the first time that they are saying they cannot deliver. It absolutely makes no sense. My entire order for amount of rs. 298 got cancelled without a penny refund and they call it as a wastage charge, for heavens sake that's my that i've lost for your error and you can't even bother to understand this. Absolutely ashamed of this service and want my money back.

                            Received very poor quality food with insects in broccoli. Stale vegetables in veg clear soup. They are denying me a refund of rs. 172 for this order. Moreover, they are not taking any action on the restaurant and not providing me with the quality check document or certification with fci for this restaurant on grounds of confidentiality. It is gonna affect public health for such ignorance in quality check with swiggy.

                            I have already written to you people via twitter and mail but they have refused to refund the entire amount for the item. Hence I raised complaint here to seek a full refund they refunded me only 75 rs.

                              I ordered three packets of chips from swiggy however there was a price difference in the product which got delivered the printed price of the product was 150 however i was charged 250 per product i think that’s criminal.

                              I even tried contacting them on their listed email id which they always give to resolve the complaints. However, i think the team is too busy minting peoples hard earned money and filling their bank accounts.

                              During this difficult time when government has only allowed ecommerce they are busy making money.

                                  Hi,
                                  I ordered food from fab gourmet in kolkata through swiggy worth rs 4171 on 1st may 2020. The delivery guy called me a number of times on my phone but my daughters online class was on because of which i couldn't take the call. Since i didn't click on the option, "leave at the gate" the boy took the stuff back.

                                  I haven't got a refund yet.

                                      I got a swig super membership on the 18th of march and due to the lockdown the began on the 20th i was not able to use their services. the subscription expired on the 18th of april and on being asked for a refund they totally denying the possibility of making a refund for a service they did not provide at al
