I have purchased Sony 55 inch TV on Flipkart on 5th Aug 2022, and the TV delivered on 9th AUG 2022. on 19th Aug'22 TV the TV stopped working on the same day we have informed the FLIPKART for return, (Returns accepted on or before 19th), From 19th Aug'22, i made multiple calls to customer care for replacement, but daily they say within 24 to 48 Hrs they will send the technician. But till today 26-Aug-2022 no response, required your support to resolve the same.
