We had taken tata sky connection few months back, that time technician came and said that he can't install dish as in there is no space and so he gave our set top box's connection to the neighbors dish. And so now we have shifted we and we wanted to shift the connection we called the toll free number and filed a request to shift the connection. Then the technician came and he is telling that he can't remove the wire connected to neighbors dish as there is no space to climb and then he said he will install a new wire for which we have to pay extra charges and so we accepted it then when we took him to the new place there one more reason he is telling that there is no space to fix the dish and then he he called the tata sky center and then told that one otp will come on the registered mobile number and it came and we showed him that he told told that otp on the phone cancelled the installation request and went without telling. Is this what kind of service you'll give?? If it's like this then customer will change their connection to some other dth service. Your technician is not speaking properly and so we are not interested in your services and so we have decided to install normal cable connection. Even your call center services are literally bad. And so i want to ask only one question that do are you'll the dish back??? Because we have not used it because during new connection our connection was given to neighbors dish.

      Hi,

      I am complaining on behalf of hotel premshanti (Ps9), a 46 rooms property based in indore (M. P.).

      Recently we have purchased 47 new connections for our property from a tatasky assistant manager trade sales mr. Sameer soni (+91 [protected]) in indore. He committed us that all the 47 connections will be installed on 11th oct 2017, but unfortunately this did'nt happen. We waited on 12th oct, than finally it happened on 13th oct but that too only 5 set-top boxes were activated on 13th oct. Because of all this we discontinued our existing cable connection. That day we had 21 rooms booked in our property; all were complaining about no cable in rooms. We requested mr. Soni to atleast activate 21 set-top boxes so that guest dont suffer. But he denied directly that it cant be done & rudely told us that i will come tomorrow & remove all the connections.
      Next day on 14th oct your installation team came & installed all the set-top boxes (Except 4 because of some electric problem).
      The installation team left all the corridors with hanging wires/cables.
      Today we called them again for those remaining connections, mr. Soni told he will send someone in next 1 hour, but no one came & now he is not picking up the phone also.

      Because of all this, i launched a complaint about this on your number 3 days back, but till today no response from your team.

        Hello
        I am not receiving any signal on my tata sky connection. I switched it on after a few days of deactivation and the signal reception is gone. I called up customer care to request an executive's visit to check the issue and i was asked to do a minimum amount recharge. But how do i get my subscriber id???

            Inspite of repeated reminders to the customer care telephonically the tata sky customer care center didnt bothered to turn up and correct the fault. Just a call comes from their side some times from banglore or some times some regional center and just gives assurance that the representative visit has been scheduled and will come on such and such date and time. But no one turns up nor have the courtesy to give call back, instead they make sure the charges are debited from the account and the customer remains unsatisfied.
            its not only from my side but whoever i spoke about this they said the same thing that the tatasky has got pathetic service and they never take care of the customers.

              Worst experience with customer support agents, tatasky should seriously think about improving softskil of agents to attend customer queries.

              Though i am happy with tatasky package n signals. I will never ever recommend nor i will continue post my annual subscription just because of pathetic quality of agents and their arrogant behaviour.

                I am a tata sky customer from bhubaneswar, consumer i’d [protected]. I recharged my account on 1st october, on the 4th october they discontinued services saying (On the tv screen) that i have to take a new pack. For the last 12 days i didn’t get their services but have deducted 250 rupees from my account. Today when i called them to find out why they have deducted money without giving services they say it’s a system operated issue and they won’t give the refund. This is nothing but harassment. Request you to please give me justice. This is my right as a customer.

                  My registered tata sky subscriber number is :-[protected].
                  Since last 8 months i am facing the same problem while seeing the tv channels its getting stuck. And every time i complain to tata sky, the technician comes and does some thing and i will be charged rs 225 + gst. But the problem still persist after 5 to 10 days. And this happened probably 6 to 7 times where i spent large amount of money for the same problem. But problem still did not get solved. And today i find out the problem that the problem is with setup box then once again they want to charge me 350 (Ready to pay) for new setup box and 225 + gst
                  So sir its my humble request to kindly try to solve the matter urgently, and refund my excess amount taken for the same problem repeatedly.

What is even more disgusting is the fact that they blame the broadcaster, when you probe further they simply put your call on hold for eternity so that customer gets further pissed of and drops the call.

                    We have been complaint about the set top box not receiving signal since 24th sept, but each time we complain it gets cancelled the next day without any reason. The service provider is not coming to give us the service. If our complain does not get treatment by today evening we are going to complain in consumer forum. We have been a long term user of tata sky and still we are not getting the service, this will not at all be tolerated. Our tata sky id is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected]

                      Sir, i am a tatasky subscriber with id no. [protected]. My recharge due date is 17.10.2017. To-day i. E14.10.2017 i recd a call from bangalore office to recharge with base package (199/-)+hd package charges+ kannada channels for 3months totalling 1, 127. Accordingly, i recharged to day. But again i received a message that rs65/- per month has to be recharged for kannada channels. I could not understand why this message has come to me again when i had already recharged rs1, 127 for packages mentioned above which included kannada channels. I request a clarification to this effect.

                        I have repeatedly complained about 2 false secondary connections on my dth account[protected]. The manisha's dealer (Ph: [protected]) and technician abhishek singh (Ph: [protected], [protected]) have fraudulently installed 2 secondary connections on my primary connection and given their number as registered mobile no - [protected]. The number is now updated to mine and secondary connections deactivated through tatasky twitters help but the overcharging from may through sep of 1245 instead of 750-800 per month will be borne by whom? The dealer and technician number is not reachable. This is a very big fraud fooling naive consumers. The technician fooled my mother and kept overcharging for 5 months until i came and discovered this month why did we have such high price?

                        1. Please pay back overcharged amount
                        2. Take action against fraud dealers
                        3. Conveniently the tatasky co. Is not helping out on this issue
                        4. Money and time loss for us

                          Tata sky new connection booked online on 12-oct-2017 and paid rs. 5546/= [trn id: ds[protected]] online. They issued immediately the subscriber id: [protected]. Their customer care /officials only made calls to take my appointment, confirming address and flooded with confusing contradictory smss promising installation at different dates, different times and different work-order numbers [10hmqs5e, 10i4sxxu]. The calls were from: [[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]]. Even one technician to whom the job had been offered on 13th-oct, called me once from [protected]. He fixed the time as per his interest but pretending to take my appointment. Later as he not appeared on his preferred time, i only made 10 to 15 calls to him requesting him to come, he only assured me by telling “tension maat lo sir, i will come shortly”… but i am getting smss with changed time every time it seems the technician is too busy and after few calls he even blocked me!!! But the height of frustration after giving payment on 12th-oct, is tatasky is asking me for a feed back by calling me on mobile that how is the quality of their reception? As i asked him that where do i see the television, he said he can see that still installation is not done!!! And asked me what is the reason??? Then what for he is calling without verifying whether product is installed or not? Later one person called and took the complaint and said that he has escalated it and referred to technical department (Seems a big thing) and it will be resolved on priority. Till on 14th oct afternoon 12:00 pm i am getting calls and smss but nobody appeared with product. For tata sky "appointment" is too important, they don't go to location without taking appointment... So they will continually make calls to customer but they won’t ensure that their technician should respond to the work-order issued. And they will not come on that day but fault is always ours and again on next day customer needs to give appointment.
                          I decided to not to pick up their phone any more, i multiple times told them that any time they may come i am available... But till now they are calling (On 14th oct from: [protected], may be their escalated customer care) and sending smss but not at all sending the person with product to install… i had not answered any calls on 14th and would not want to talk to those stupids…i need my money back, i dont want this headache for next years to come... If such care there provide for installation also, what they dose for old customers???

                              This is one of the worst experience with tatasky which i thought is very keen to keep up there customer satisfaction and their own company reputation.
                              On 9th july 2017 my flat living room false ceiling came fall which made me to start my flat renovation work. For which i requested tatasky on 10.7.2017 to plz suspend my tatasky id[protected] for few months. As i was not knowing the exact date for completing the whole work. They said they can suspend the account for 2 month initially and if further i want then it can be extended for another 1 month. Which i readily agreed. Also i made them aware that i have rs170 into my account and in no possibility there should be further deductions on it.
                              Meanwhile i have received many calls related to start my tatasky account but i keep on saying them that i will further take time. While on 25.9.2017 i now want to resume my tatasky service, so i call them. After talking to them i came to know the i needed to recharge my account for which i told them that i already had rs170 approximately in my tatasky account do i further have to recharge more. Now they say that i don't have any money left in my account, your service was automatically resumed on 10.9.2017 i. E 2month which was inserted in the system. Meanwhile in between also around 14th september also i checked my tatasky account was still deactivated then. Then how it is possible that my tatasky account is deactivate but service is resumed and all my account balance is over. All this time i had never received any call to educate about auto resume of services on 10.9.2017, when it can be extended then why not done, also all this time i had not received any call for this. If the automatic resumed service was mandatory then i must be informed i could have made arrangements to see or something can be done or at least i would be informed and satisfied for the manner. Also if my services is resumed then my account should be active then why account is showing deactivated all that time. It was all because i had money into my account and so it became possible for them to loot it by their own will otherwise they had no choice but to call.
                              Very disappointing act by tatasky.

                                Contentiously from last 3 months i am facing a problem from tata sky technician every time they visiting demanding for cash amount and after paying them also online amount is deducted. But still the complaint is not solved.in last 3 months i have payed rs. 1445/- and the worst side of the company is they don't have any feedback programe after solving the complaint. And they have the worst technician quality who are not able to solve the complaint in 1 or 2 attempts also, and for this customer has to pay and suffer.

                                Really feeling frustrated due to pathetic service and technician team of tata sky.

                                  From last one week am trying to get my issue sorted, i am not able to view +1 channels in hd instead it's in sd quality. I have hd monthly access. Have tried heavy/soft refreshing, master resetting but it didn't work. Even the technicians who visited keeps on saying they don't know how to resolve it. There's constant signal problem which causes videos to pixelate/freeze or black screen.
                                  And they keep on rescheduling as per their wish and time. Check the messages below:

                                  This is the number of time i had to contact tatasky, it's been just one month i bought new connection and so many problems already.

                                  No one bothered to ask customer for scheduling visit time and date, tatasky is not bothered to resolve issues.

                                  Seriously? No one is still bother to resolve WO#10GUK9UK, inspite of your executives saying they taking this issue on high priority and have assured senior technician would visit, instead no one came till now in one complete week inspite of time and date for technician visit was scheduled.
                                  Even the technician who visited says he dont know how to solve this issue.Poorly trained or local technician it seems.
                                  Worst customer service it is, would never recommend it to anyone again.

                                  @tatasky I had enough of your ### service, your technicians had taken my setup box with them, and today after almost 15days they returned it without solving the issues, I do not need your service anymore, kindly refund me the money I have spend on buying this service or else I will file a official case.

                                  It's hightime, now the signal fluctuates so much that it makes it impossible to use your service. Instead of tatasky technician they send some local technicians who just tighten the screw and say problems fixed for signal fluctuation, how illogical it is!
                                  It's more like a mental harassment buying Tatasky dth. Plus the original problem is still not solved and whenever I contact customer care they say it's in progress, such a waste of money and time.

                                    One of the most pathetic services.
                                    If you switch on ur tata sky set top box after a couple of days of non usage, you will not be able to watch the television.
                                    It will show some or the other type of error for which you need to call the call center to activate it.
                                    Calling the call center also is nother horrific experience & then they expect us to give the digicom no. Mentioned in minute letters below the box. U got to do this dirty exercise, inspire of you having charge on this connection.
                                    It feels so cheated that every time you want to watch ur tv u need to do this dirty excercise with the so call “reputed company”
                                    When ever it’s rainy or cloudy it runs out of connection. That also is very very disgusting all the freaking time.

                                    I want the tata sky authorities to reimburse me the money back for such inconvenience for their services used for the last 5-6 years & remove their # services from our home.

                                    Their call center also confirmed that this is a set top box issue is very common & nothing can be done.

                                      I am a subscriber of tata sky dth for 3+ years, and paying 8000/- per annum, despite this there will be frequent disruptions n service.
                                      When i approached to their call center they say will assign a technician at doorstep for rs 250/- and any damages will charged extra, and my question is when service itself is not proper why i have to pay charges of rs 250/- to only check the problem.

                                      Hi, we regret the inconvenience. The disturbance in signal occurs due to rain fade, which is an issue faced by all DTH services during heavy rains. Please do bear for a short while till the rain reduces or stops. The signals will resume automatically.

                                        I recharged Tata sky on[protected] of Rs425. As its validity is 30 days. My next recharge date should be on[protected]. But the msg came next recharge date 10-Nov. I gave a complain. The complain no provided to me is 10hrahgt. I don't know whether it's correct or not. Plz look after the matter. Thanks
