Connectivity and Dissatisfaction

I have taken the Tata Photon Plus broadband data card (3.1 Mbps) in the month of Feb-March. As a matter of fact the signal is quite low and internet speed is so slow that I have to sit hours for waiting to get connected to the internet and if it gets connected then it take much more time to open any site, even google take so much time to open up. Talking about the transfer rate of downloading, it does not goes more than 6-10 kbps, which is...

I have been in communication with tata cust.care of Photon plus regarding my Photon Plus postpaid connection number [protected] for last few days to get a change in my address of communication. The connection is of Rajasthan, Jaipur and now I have shifted permanently to Ahmedabad. The Photon plus connection is under my wife Parul Gupta's name. I have never had any problems with THEIR services while using your postpaid connection. But, it has been a pain in my neck to do the simple procedure of changing my communication and billing address to Ahmedabad. I am surprised and unhappy at the inconvenience I am facing.

I HAVE VISITED THE MAIN BRANCH OFFICE OF TATA TELESERVICES, AHMEDABAD WITH SAME PROBLEM AND THEY SAY THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING FROM HERE. SOME OFFICER Ms. BRINDA SHAH HAD ASSURED ME THAT INTERCIRCLE MIGRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS, AND IT IS POSSIBLE FROM AHMEDABAD ITSELF. HOWEVER, ITS BEEN MORE THAN 13 DAYS NOW AND EVEN AFTER REPEATEDLY CALLING HER AND HER REPEATED REASSURANCES, I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL ! Now the same personnel says its not possible. And I cannot get the billing address changed to Ahmedabad. However, they have no problem sending the same bills to the old address of Jaipur where now I am not even staying, even if it will not be correct on their part! On a lighter note, I think that even after some person is no more alive, TATA will continue sending the bills to his address even if ITS notified that the person is no more! All this drama by TATA staff shows that even this can be possible in TTSL!

MY REQUEST HAS BEEN FALLING IN DEAF EARS!

LATER THE TTSL STAFF AT GUJARAT BHAVAN OFFICE AHMEDABAD RECOMMENDS ME TO BUY A NEW PHOTON PLUS CONNECTION FROM AHMEDABAD AND DISCONNECT THE OLD JAIPUR PHOTON PLUS CONNECTION. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A COMFORTABLE OPTION BUT, THE STAFF ALSO ADDS THAT I WILL HAVE TO BUY A NEW DEVICE AGAIN ! WHICH MEANS MY OLD PHOTON PLUS DEVICE ( MODEM ) GOES WASTE! I MUST THROW IT AWAY IN THE DUSTBIN! THEY CANT EVEN ASSURE ME THAT MY OLD DEVICE WILL WORK WITH NEW CONNECTION IN AHMEDABAD.

I NEED TO SHELL OUT MORE MONEY JUST TO GET A BILL AT MY AHMEDABAD ADDRESS!

ANYHOW PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE WASTED MANY DAYS BEHIND THIS PETTY PROBLEM, AND AM ASSURED NOW THAT NO MORE BEING A PHOTONER...

I AM SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT A COMPANY LIKE TATA DOES NOT HAVE A SYSTEM OR POLICY IN PLACE SO THAT A CUSTOMER CAN HANDLE HIS ACCOUNT FROM ANY PART OF THIS COUNTRY, IN TODAY'S COMPETITIVE MARKET! CUSTOMER'S TIME IS NOT IMPORTANT FOR YOU!

I request you to please look into this matter, as this technical problem is making me move away from my decision of purchasing another postpaid Tata Docomo 3G internet connection in Ahmedabad now.

I want the bill to come with my Ahmedabad address...if that's not possible, I will go with new connection from ahmedabad. However, your staff at Ahmedabad office says, I cannot use the device of the present connection. I will have to purchase a new device altogether. This means that the old device becomes useless! Why cant I use the old device with a new connection? This is not so with other service providers.

    I have Tata Photon internet pre paid connection (Tata Photon No. is [protected]). I have recharged my account on 21st of May of Rs 200 two times (Total Rs 400). But still my internet connection is not up.

    I have contected to Tata Photon services many times but they dont have answer for it.

    So i have made complaint about this but i hvae got different answers from them even i have recieved...

    My concern is that Tata Photon+ datacard is not capable to provide the basic service also which is expected from the card as connectivity breaks very frequently and the sites I am trying to access goes blank. I am asking for refund of money due to this. I am okay in paying the Internet usage but not for the device which I wanted to surrender back. Even after continuous visits to their customer care center and also telling about going to Consumer forum they still maintain a casual attitude which is not a professional response from an Organization like Tata.

    Here goes the whole story.

    On 20-Feb-2011, I purchased Tata Photon+ Datacard from Sangeetha, Forum Mall, Koramangala. The next day, I tried browsing for urgent need at midnight and realized that connectivity is very slow. Major problem is that connectivity breaks very often and page goes blank. Called Customer care who did some setting and asked me to check the next day.

    On 22-Feb-2011, problem persists. Called Customer care and they said that it is a Network Outage in the area where I am staying. Resolution date as per their system is 31-Mar-11. They still asked me to try after 9-10 PM, but problem continued at 11.30 PM too.

    On 23-Feb-2011, as the problem continued, I called Customer care and spoke to the Technical Contact Person. He guided with some technical configurations in my system and asked to check after 10 PM. Problem persisted so called them again and logged a complaint in system.

    On 26-Feb-11, I went to Tata Photon Koramangala office and spoke to executive. Interestingly the earlier complaint had been closed mentioning that it is a network issue. As she was not able to help it got escalated to Technical desk. The Technical desk said that they will install a Passive Antenna within 48 hrs. They created a new complaint in the system.

    Later on 3-Mar-11, a person from Tata photon called and said that they cannot install passive antenna as I had a prepaid account. I told again that in that case, I wanted refund and he asked me to contact the Customer care office.

    On 26-Mar-11, I went again to Customer care asking for refund. Spoke to the Floor manager and the Store manager. They agreed that it is a Network outage in the area. However, as per them there is no refund process but assured to check on the possible options. A mail was sent by them internally and they informed that somebody will contact me back within 29-Mar-11. As nobody from Tata photon contacted till 31-Mar-11, I called the store manager and collected his and Nodal officer's email ids so as to record my complaint via email.

    I still haven't received any response from Nodal officer. So, have decided to go to Appellate officer after a month. All of them, please be aware of these issues before you opt for Tata Photon+ datacard.

      I Savita Seth was using Reliance Mobile No [protected] Since Last 8 years I have opted for Number Portability from Reliance network to Tata Network.for which i visited tata dealer in west Patel nagar Fire Communication.There i submitted the duly filled form along with the required documents on 23/03/11.On payment of Rs 54 i was handed over a new tata Sim card and was told that just replace the card as soon as the reliance Sim stops working and the card will be activated immediately.On 29/03/11 -30/03/11 midnight i got the message on my reliance Sim to change the Sim to tata which i did .from that day i am regularly contacting the dealer but no benefit.I visited Tata corporate office on 16/04/11 But was told that nothing could be done and the number could not be activated as the Unique portability code had expired.After that i had sent several mails to nodal office but Still not arrived at any result

        I am using a phone of tata since 2001 and my billing was approxmately 400/- per month in the month of december company cut my outgoing telling that your credit limit exeeds. When I enquire they admitted the falt in their server and told me to deposit approx 500 and the phone will get activited and i follow them and do the same. But unfortunately they again cut my outgoing as well as incoming call just after 20 days. Then onwards I have contacted many times and every time one gents or ladies called me saying i am from the settlement department chandigarah, Every time i told them the fact and they promised me that their senior will resolve the case. On 20th april i received the call and one gents person told me if you pay 1435 / rupees i will open your incomming and outgoing. I trust as the person told me he is from settlement department. I have the paid the bill bearing receipt no4220940 dated 20/4/11. Till today i have not got any response about my phone and when i contacted 121 customer care they told me you have to pay further 1500/-. As a consumer i feel i have been chited and the curruption made by tata tele services has to be stoped.

            Not supporting to resolve billing case

            I am totally fade up of Tata services. I have to revise my billing amt for that I had sent request to billing department. They send me the executive to communicate, is any way to revise the bill.

            Now for this case already 2 months past and nothing is happen, whenever I followup, no body has to try to support, they always pass the case to other executive/manager and case is still pending.

            False bill & disconnection for not paymnet

            They gave me January 2011 bil inwhich 183 calls were shown, where as not a single call was made. So I reqested to provide the Log print on payment of Rs50. But they instead of giving the log print, they disconnected the phone & gave me legal notices.
            Inspite of repeated reqest for Itemised log print the did not give the Bill.

            This is clear cheating & I am...

            i am gaurav singla and i am using docomo mobile no [protected] from last three months, the problem is that the survice provider is deducting extra money from my prepaid connection and non of ther customer care no 121&12525 is not providing any contact to customer care executive along with it there dealer no of mohali plot no c-125 is also not taking any call.
            note.
            1. i have got a recharge of 40 Rs. 15/3/2011 to make international call to australia in which the servive provider has to make the call rate at 2paisa/ sec. i made a call on 17/3/2011 in which they charge me approx 17paisa/ sec.
            2. Time to time they are deducting amount for web browsing even when the web connection is deactivated.

              TATA TeleServices — Not activating photon + device

              Dear Sir

              I have purchased a photon+ card through Harjase Mobile Mall Pvt. Ltd B.70, Naraina Phase-11New Delhi vide cash receipt number HR 4326 for Rs. 2500/-. Sales executive Mr. Ravi had promised me that he will activate post paid connection with the help of my company certifying that i work with this company and i stay at this particular address. Now after 24 hours of contact followup with Tata Teleservices and Harjase Mobile Mall they are saying that they cannot activate the device as the documents provided is insufficient.

              Hence would request you to please intervene and either i can get back my money or get the device activated.

                Last week I received call from collection agent to pay the due of Rs. 2443/- . If there is some mistake from my end, I would be more happy to pay the dues. But here it is complete mistake from Tata Teleservices. I have taken unlimited plan, with the promotional offer of first 2 months free. But unfortunate part is from first month itself I received the bill of 1824.00. When I called up customer service, they advised Tata Teleservices will rectify the issue and advised not to pay the bill. I haven’t received any follow-up call back from Tata Teleservices.
                Here are the list of follow-ups I made.

                In October I spoke to customer service person name Joyti and received Complaint number[protected]. She promised SLA for resolution 36 hours.

                In November 18th , Since I have received any resolution from Tata Teleservices I called up again. Person named Jithender spoke to me and gave new complaint number:[protected]

                Even no action then, I continue to follow up again and got another complaint number:[protected]. In meantime my service has been bared due to non-payment of the bill. I am not sure is this the way it works. If I have taken unlimited service and promotion of 2 free months then do I should get bill?

                Also registered online Complaint has been successfully registered.Please note the Complaint No : 244119 for future reference.

                I want you to advice how should I take it forward.

                  I want to lodge a complaint against Tata Indicom Services. I had applied for termination of my Landline Walky connection ([protected]) but inspite of my written application for termination in first week of January at Connaught Place office of Tata Indicom & submitting my all dues, Tata Indicom is not ready to terminate my connection . Further Tata Indicom has raised a new bill from 15/01/2011 to 14/02/2011. I request you to look into the matter.

                    WORST SPEED USING PHOTON+ & CHEATING OF AUTHORISED DISTRIBUTOR
                    We have bought Tata Photon + on 01.12.2010 from Authorised Distributor of Tata Teleservices limited i.e " DHANWANTARI ENTERPRISE, 8A, Ananda Palit Road, Kolkata-700 014. We were told that we will get a speed o[censored]pto 3.1 Mbps which till now we have never seen. When we purchased Tata Photon + we did not receive the sale invoice which we were said that we will get in 1-2 days, an offer was running at that time "Laptop bag free with Tata Photon +" which we were told that we will get it after activation. When we use to call them for the bill, money receipt & Laptop Bag they use to say yes Sir we will deliver it today, but their today never came. At last after 1 month 10 days we send our representative to their shop to collect the bill, money receipt & Laptop Bag. They gave the Bill but said their is no supply of laptop bag when it comes they will deliver. Till date 22.01.2011 we did not receive the laptop Bag. We think they sell the bag in the market.

                      My telecom service provider has failed to provide the assistance to provide the old virgin SIM that can support my existing handset, as they have upgraded or changed their technology which could NOT support my handset as have been using from last 2 years. The system up gradation or change of their technology has not been intimated in advance, which is a pure violation of TRAI norms and guidelines.

                      Liability of: “Samsung India Electronics Ltd.”:
                      Nor Samsung is ready to take any guarantee that I can able to use the OMH/Normal Sim(New Virgin) Sim again, on software up gradation of my handset, as suggested by TATA.They conveyed that my hand set might get hang, as it’s one time programming chip. If you I can take the risk at my own Samsung can do software up gradation.

                      Now, whom should I blame SAMSUNG or TATA but finally the customer is the sufferer between two companies.

Recently I have been facing a severe issue pertaining to my post paid connection:[protected] for which I had been neglected since I have brought the complaint to your Appellate Authority, Delhi / Nodal Officer, Delhi/ TVH,SAHARA MALL,Gurgaon on dt: 03.01.2011 (See Appended mail below).

                      I was looking for OMH sim card for my existing mobile handset SAMSUNG: SCH-W339 (Duo) .I made the enquiry with Mr.Manil Kumar ,Customer Care Samsung on DT: 01.01.2010 vide BP No.:[protected],who confirmed that, my existing hand set will support OMH Sim and for which I even don’t have to upgrade any software; for which I visited TVH, SAHARA MALL, Gurgaon on DT: 01.01.2011 and had been refused to issue OMH Sim(See Appended mail below), when I had escalated the matter on DT: 03 January 2011, I had been issued OMH SIM on 5.1.20110 by TVH, SAHARA MALL, Gurgaon.

                      But, I was really in a very bad mood on 5.1.20110, when the OMH Sim card not supported my Samsung handset SAMSUNG: SCH-W339 (Duo).Then I requested TVH, SAHARA MALL, Gurgaon to replace my OMH Sim card back to NORMAL Sim so, that I can use my connection as I have been using with my existing handset SAMSUNG: SCH-W339 (Duo).Now, again a problem occurred that even the ordinary Sim card could not support my handset, on my rigidness to TVH, SAHARA MALL, Gurgaon,they told that,Tata has changed the virgin of Sim card so, you cant even use any SIM cards whether it’s a normal or OMH.

                      I was just bursting out from inside but could able to express my feeling directly, as I was really depressed now, whom to knock now…………….

                      Now, again I visited third time to TVH, SAHARA MALL, Gurgaon to solve my problem any how and get my sim restore to Normal SIM at any cost, but they were forcing me to purchase any new handset instead to provide a resolution this time. I refused my consent to opt any further up gradation of handset.

                      Fourth visit to TVH, SAHARA MALL, Gurgaon to seek help from Samsung service mela held on 08.01.2011 at by TVH, SAHARA MALL, Gurgaon. I had interacted with the Samsung Mobile technician (Mr.Shyam, Sec: 40, Gurgaon Mobile No.:[protected]) who also was useless, he told that he is not able to upload the new software as he don’t have system, neither any support from company(Samsung), I had been sent back bare hand to organize the Samsung Service Mela.He also told that for upgrade in software, can be done at our service centre only at ,sec:31/40,Gurgaon ,but there is no guarantee that you can able to use the OMH/Normal Sim(New Virgin) Sim again, as on software up gradation your hand set might get hang, as it’s one time programming chip. If you take the risk at your own we can do software up gradation, moreover your service warranty has also expired.

                      Now, whom should I blame SAMSUNG or TATA but finally the customer is the sufferer between two companies.

                      If NO RESOUTION, I shall seek legal interference, for a claim of Rs.5, 000, 00/-towards the losses incurred in my professional carrier over the issue UN attended.

                      Maine 1 week before 1 omh sim purchase kiya tha net use karne ke lye jo abhi tak activate nahi ho paaya hai, *228 per call karne pe wo keh rahe hai ki sim blocked ho agya hai,customer care keh rahe ki blocked nahi hai .plz help me.

                        I have a tata mobile phone number is [protected] and applied for a new connection but they took money and papers from me with out any connection a blank sim card is with me. When i highlighted this complaint with VP Mr. pankaj sethi he appointed Sarfraz for that case money returned but not the docs when i asked no body is giving reply for the same and so many complaints for do not distrub service has been register with them but no action even i am getting sales calls from tata itself when asked they said this is company policy a lot of time misbehaviour by the callcenter person again no action for the reference i have attached our converation with this complaint. Please Help if you can.

                        Above on that I received the below mention email that they have returned my wife's photograph but this is not true I till now i have not received my pan card photo copy and my wife's photograph till now.

                        And if they had already returned the photo than why Mr Gupta wants to meet me I dont understand what's going on. First conversation they didnt take the photo now they have already returned photo. JOKES JOKES AND JOKES.

                        Above on that after so many days still from my question no one answered.

                        And now what i am thinking this issue is not going to resolve by the conversation which i was thinking now i have to move forward to resolve this.

                        Query: DND Service: (a) I would like to see the policy documentation which says that you can call me for the new connection with some good plan. I am not able to check this on the website.
                        (b) I am also getting sms from bank/property dealer/water RO etc. is this also the policy that they can call or send me an sms for their products. If I want to launch a complaint on this your 121 guys reject for the same if you want to have an example we will make an conference call at 121 for your reference.

                        Query: Why the sales executive wants me to pay them cash not by cheque or any other mode so that they can do the frauds like mention above. By making false
                        commitments. Or just a way to save the Tax.
                        Reply : The sales executive requested you to pay cash amount for subscription so as to activate your number as soon as possible as the cheque payments take more
                        time since there is a processing time involved in it

                        Query: I know that cheque payment take time to clear what about the DD is it also take time to clear and everyone knows the cheque payments and dd payments how much it takes. But she/he had to inform me about the same for the reason. I need apology letter for the same.

                        Query : As they promised me they will send my documents and money along with interest back to me by today evening till yet not heard any thing from any one as I
                        was in conference with MANOJ SAMWAL, SAHIL SALAHUDIN, SANDEEP and my connection is also not active if they do not want to send me the refund along
                        with my documents. Should I go ahead and launch a FIR against all of three along with TTSL.
                        Reply : We have returned all your documents taken for subscription of new connection along with the subscription amount of Rs.100 in cash by hand on Nov 23rd 2010.

                        Query: You have not returned my all the documents till yet. As discussed a few hours back I had a conversation with the Sales Head from TTSL confirm they will ask PNG Teleservices to provide me a affidavit that they have lost my wife’s photo and my pan card photo copy and will not be used any other place But what about the interest they have earned on my One Hundred Rupee. According to me they also have to pay this.

                        Query : As I was discussed this all case with your people Sandeep, Manoj and Sahil Salahudin they always try to show me that I am wrong on my part they are protecting your ageny people might they have some personal connection with him which I do not care in any business deal if they have they have to deal with him out of business.                         Reply : Tata Tele Services is an Organization which has a firm belief on its values and codes, at the same time everybody is bound by the laws and and rules and regulations.



                        Query : After all that dispute what is the guarantee that those people will or has not play with my documents may they have several copies of my documents by this
                        time and which may lead to any offence against me or against my [o wife with someother or with your company
                        Reply : Nothing has been done with your documents and they have been returned to you intact as clarified above.
                        You have not returned my all the documents till yet. As discussed a few hours back I had a conversation with the Sales Head from TTSL confirm they will ask PNG Teleservices to provide me a affidavit that they have lost my wife’s photo and my pan card photo copy and will not be used any other place.

                        Query : Why your Assistant manager Mr Raj Kumar was not able to check the complaint details on his system which I had already provided to the person who took
                        the complaint for the same and attitude of that person is just like I am not asking him to refund my money its like I am asking him to give me a loan. I don’t
                        know why. May he come to know that his appraisal will not go well.
                        Reply: Mr. Raj Kumar has provided you the details as per the process and there is no gap in the same. We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you on this
                        account.
                        Query: So, what I come to know with this reply that this the process TTSL is following that if anyone don’t have any answer for the customer query than straight way told customer to call his senior rather than transfer the call or do something on his part. The apology is not welcome at this stage this is some standard verbiages you have every time I can hear from you.

                        Mr manager not able to see the words written on the complaint. Requesting you to please have proper eye checkup for this person.

                        Example: if in a particular month I will not pay my bill on time you charged me late fine on first attempt and second action you will take disconnection of my outgoing calls. Will you take apology at that time NO you wiil not So, I also not accept your apology I want a action against that person abt his rude behavior it should have to be by proper documented one. And I also require a one copy for the same.

                        Query : a) Sanjay told me on that complaint if I have to leave this service provide I am not bound with them and he or any body else will not stop me for the
                        same. Is this is your customer service and those words told to me by customer service head.
                        b) I also want to see what address proof you have in your records provided by me. I would like to see that. As I have doubt that you have not any single
                        document with you for this. Those people changed my billing address because I have register so many complaints approx. 20 complaint number I have
                        c) with me for this if you want I can share all those
                        Reply : This has been done as per the process and there is no deviation in the same. Also, to update you there is a minor change in the billing address and therefore

                        As per our teleconversation on[protected] and[protected] between you and me the documents which I have given to PNG tele services for the new connection was not returned to me completely.
                        I had received the Xerox of my rent agreement copy along with photo copy of Hema bassi’s (my wife) pan card but they have not return me the Xerox of my pan card and one passport size color photograph for my wife.
                        Sandeep Gupta from PNG teleservice confirmed me that they have put the photo copy of my pan card into the dustbin because they don’t require it,
                        1. If they didn’t required my Pan card photo copy than why they have taken it and when the executive took my Pan card photo copy as well they told they required it because I am a connection holder with TATTELESERVICES so with this benefit I can purchase the connection in just One Hundred rupees else I have to pay Six Hundred rupees.
                        2. Now they are totally lying by telling me that they haven’t took Hema’s photograph. They are telling a lie they have prove their self because they give reason that because I was not able to provide the permanent address proof this is the reason connection was not active No one inform me about the photo graph .
                        3. The documents I received back from PNG TELESERVICES on[protected] I think they have stamped the documents because when I got those documents back something on those documents is covered by white fluid.
                        4. PNG Teleservices has returned my One Hundred rupess back but what about the interest which they have earned on it. Please look into it as well.
                        I humbly request you to provide my rest of the documents as well as soon as possible.

                        Now, abt my previous questions I had raised in my below mention email you have taken time uptill Wednesday 24th Novmeber 2010. As you told me that you will investigate everything and give me reply for the same. So, today I will wait for the same.

                        In addition to below mention complaints further I would also like to inform you that there is no security in regards to our data at 121 service.
                        As they confirm me the caf number given to me is already activated on some Mr. Kewal's name and the mobile number issued on this is [protected] and the account number is[protected] and the address for this person is 610, dr. mukhrjee nagar new delhi. and this information was shared by the supervisor named Ms Rachna today in the morning.

                        1. So, Now the question raised as i already told her that the connection was applied on the name Mrs. Hema Bassi than why she shared some other person's details with me. As she shared the details with me this is also the possibility that those people can also share my phone number details and other details related to this with someone else as well. Which means we have not felt secure anything can happen with our data any time.
                        2. She also confirmed that this complaint was closed at 2:15pm on 20th November 2010 if this is so than why your people not provide me this information when I called up 121 at near about 4:00pm and between 6:00 to 7:00pm confirmed by Mr. raj that complaint is still open not closed. I receive a call from the complaint department on Sunday morning by Mr. Maninder saying the same thing connection is active and provide me the same customer's details.

                        This means data theft process is going on in your company no one have to feel secure for this and 2nd anyone can update anything on customer's complaint like wrong time, comments etc.

                        So, humbly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

                        And for your information some once called me today and said he want to return my documents named Sachin from [protected] number let me take the documents and will confirm you if any documents is missing. and told me will return the 100 buck back to me can you plz explain to me wht abt the interest your company has earn on this money I want that please provide me the interest on this as well.

                        As discussed today in the morning with you Mr. Sarfraz about the activation of new number[protected]allotted by PNG Teleservices) Caf or the Application Number :[protected] and the serial number on the sim card pouch is [protected] purchased by us on 16th November 2010 still not active.
                        For the clarity of yourself I am writing you so there should not be any discrepancy while investigation.
                        I received so many calls on my number[protected] from a lady named Ms Anu working with PNG Teleservices to purchase a new TATA Indicom connection. She has forced me to purchase this as she keep calling on my number. I have ignored her call so many times but still with no result. So one day I told her to give me a new connection on my and my wife’s name as (Saurabh Bassi and Hema Bassi) said she can do it no worries I agree on it and also agreed to pay the 100/- Rs. But she clearly told me that it should be paid by cash not by cheque or some other mode. Agreed on it with question in my mind will discuss it in later part of this email. K
                        She sent a executive to take my paper along with money when I took the sim card from that executive his question was on which name you have to apply this connection as I had provide him my and my wife’s documents Straight Answer from my end my and my wife’s name(Saurabh Bassi and Hema Bassi). Executive Mr. Amit confirm it cannot be possible and make call in his office again I talked to Anu and told her that this is not a good job as she have to give correct information. I took number for Mr. Sandeep and called him for the same concern same thing cannot be active on two person’s name I said ok than do one thing active this sim card on my wife’s name said they can do it but documents they required is present address proof, photo, id proof, permanent address proof. I said I can provide you the present address proof as my rent agreement, Photo, Id Proof as Pan Card but no permanent address proof I am able to submit right now due to some reason. They said scan and send it later on Answer from my end is BIG NO. Sandeep confirm ok provide the documents which you have right now and connection will get active surely only on those documents. I said boss if you a doubt of 1 percent in your mind please do not pick my documents I will make my mind and call you back if I think that I have to take this connection on my name as I am able to provide my permanent address proof. Said you don’t worry connection will active in next 1 or 2 days. Ok
                        After TAT over provide by PNG Teleservices I called up them to check the status of this connection nobody is able to give me a good reason. First I come across with an answer our servers are down so cannot do it today will active by tomorrow by Ms Anu, I took her word and hung up the call. No clarity. Next day no answer Sir we will check and call you back I called Sandeep for the same same answer Sir will check someone will get in touch with you for the same. Again received NO ANSWER from any one.
                        At end I register a complaint at 121 give application form number and mobile number allotted to me by PNG Teleservices connection purchased date and time said revert back time is 24 hrs. K took those words once again. On 19th November 2010 I had register that complaint and was told that it will resolve by 20th November 2010 by 3pm or with some minutes.
                        I again called up 121 on 20th November 2010 at 12.45pm and spoken to jatiner Rajput from escalation team said still complaint is active and connection will get active in next couple of hours as TAT is not over yet. and its 100% guarantee. Again took his words and hung up the complaint number for the same is[protected].
                        Connection was not active till yet as I mention in our tele-conversation with you and in early part in this email as well. Again I called up at customer care number 121 at near about 4 or 4.30pm call was escalated to the Assistant manager Mr. Raj Kumar confirm he have the complaint number but the information required to close this complaint are not on it like application number (caf number), sim card number, mobile number allotted to me etc.) Which I have already provided to the person who booked this complaint on very first attempt. I said to Raj how come this is possible if you don’t have those information on my complaint it should resolve from your end and I had already received the call from the complaint department and they had confirm very thing with me. And you are now denying all this. In very angry mood I was at that time and told him to place a request to provide my documents and money along with interest for 5-6 days on it. Raj said he is not able to provide that I said arrange it for me I cannot arrange it you have Sanjay Dhiman’s number call him only he is the one who can provide you the refund on it I said even I have the number for Mr. Pankaj Sethi VP of TTSL. Then why cannot I call him directly said he have no problem now call panda which I have did and after that you are in touch with me.
                        As I was discussed this all case with your people Sandeep, Manoj and Sahel Salahudin they always tried to show me that I am wrong on my part they are protecting your agency people might they have some personal connection with him which I do not care in any business deal if they have they have to deal with him out of business. NOT A GOOD JOB
                        And now the connection is not active due to permanent address proof was not provided to you people agreed but why they have picked those documents from my end when they knew connection will not active without permanent address proof.


                        Now the question I have in mind to clear with you and want you to take action for the same:
                        1 I have a DND service on my number [protected] than why I am receiving those sales call as well as the other unwanted sms’s on my number. So many times I had registered the complaint for the same but with no resolution so I had stopped complaining about it. Is your DND Service is just a joke or what?
                        2 Due to failure of the DND service I am going through this mentally desperation and I am not able to take rest while I am at home or not able to do my job properly.
                        3 Due to unwanted call from PNG my small baby was also not able to sleep as she sleeps in morning after taking bath. Because she is not able to sleep I have to wake with her because no one else is there to take care for her between this time.
                        4 Why the sales executive wants me to pay them cash not by cheque or any other mode so that they can do the frauds like mention above. By making false commitments. Or just a way to save the Tax.
                        5 It’s not me who is working with your company so that I know the policies of your company. Its PNG if they know the policies (as explained by sandeep) today morning) than why they have took my documents on very first attempt.
                        6 As they promised me they will send my documents and money along with interest back to me by today evening till yet not heard anything from any one as I was in conference with MANOJ SAMWAL, SAHIL SALAHUDIN, SANDEEP and my connection is also not active if they do not want to send me the refund along with my documents. Should I go ahead and launch a FIR against all of three along with TTSL.
                        7 As I was discussed this all case with your people Sandeep, Manoj and Sahil Salahudin they always try to show me that I am wrong on my part they are protecting your agency people might they have some personal connection with him which I do not care in any business deal if they have they have to deal with him out of business. NOT A GOOD JOB.
                        8 After all that dispute what is the guarantee that those people will or has not play with my documents may they have several copies of my documents by this time and which may lead to any offence against me or against my [o wife with some other or with your company.
                        9 Why your Assistant manager Mr. Raj Kumar was not able to check the complaint details on his system which I had already provided to the person who took the complaint for the same and attitude of that person is just like I am not asking him to refund my money it’s like I am asking him to give me a loan. I don’t know why. May he come to know that his appraisal will not go well.

                        And now I also want to tell you that I have another number[protected] on my name Saurabh Bassi. In the month of June approx. I register request to change my billing address which was not done according to the TAT. So many complaints I have to register for the same that case was also discussed with Tarun Mehta, Sanjay dhiman and so many team leaders on 121.
                        Sanjay has provided me a waiver of 700 rs for this failure. And a few points need to mention here for your clearance.
                        1. Sanjay told me on that complaint if I have to leave this service provider I am not bound with them and he or anybody else will not stop me for the same. Is this is your customer service and those words told to me by customer service head.
                        2. I also want to see what address proof you have in your records provided by me. I would like to see that. As I have doubt that you have not any single document with you for this. Those people changed my billing address because I have register so many complaints approx. 20 complaint number I have with me for this if you want I can share all those.

                        So, now I want a small favor from you please answer my all above mention 9 + 2 questions as soon as possible which makes me feel that some-one is there to handle this situation.

                          As per status I am using this post paid internet connection for last 1 yr + . From last 4 months of time I can’t able to use the internet properly. I tried calling Customer care person they have gave some trouble shooting stuff but the till now I can’t able to use the service properly . I filed a complaint on 10 dec which is not yet resolved now. Today I went personally to the Tata tele service office , As per the discussion with Miss.Nandhni She can’t able to give a proper reply . I was really bugged up with this network provider.

                          I paid a deposit of rs 3500 which should be a refundable one. But they are now saying the amount in non refundable one. Really I want my money back. Really saying for every month i am paying a bill of 1250 of no use.
                          I tried reaching nodal office Miss. sripriya, but I really don’t understand her no is totally busy. Then why should they want to give the there no.
                          And the telesales peoples always give fake promises. For call back.
                          I kindly request to take the issue in a prior manner and resolve the case as soon as possible.

                          my self parvinder singh your company executive called at my walky no [protected] and he said to me your eligeble for a postpaid connection just because u are using our connection so i agreed and told them u can send your executive then a next day[protected] they send a boy name is hasan who gave us a connection and assured us ur connection will be acticvated next day and he give me also his mobile no [protected] and the no from i had received a first call no is 64684276. from the that day i m continuosly calling on those no some time they are not picked our phone whenever they picked my phone they are talking to me abusely and saying bad words also and specialy they threat me on phone do whatever u want to do u guys are not able to do anything our office at maharani bagh new freinds colony and the name of the guys heena, hemant, jatin they are the suspected guys and know i m strictly gonna do of police complaint of act ipc 420 for fraud and threated case and misguidence to customer after these i m calling to all leading newspaper and media also about this matter of tata teleservice its a very cheap and worst service by your department and after that i can complaint to try also about your company and requesting to try please shut this fraud company i can do whatis possible for me in my power i can do anything for searching this cheat people i cannot leave them i can destroy there carrier and they wont be able to do any job in any field (note down the details which i have application form no 01344446 and sim details are esn a0000000adbeecb sr no [protected] so take serious action against them and revert back to me within 24 hours,

                          I have surrender my tata connection number [protected] in the name of Mr. Subodh Gupta on 15th of April, 2009. On 18th April, 2009, I got a call from retention dept to sustain the connection & offered with tata to tata free call offer. So I withdraw my application for surrendering of connection on Tata Call Centre on same day telling them all the detail. But Now I am not getting that Tata to Tata free offer package.                           Tata tele service — Sim unavailable

                          Hello,

                          I, Md.Tausif Sanjar lost my sim card([protected]) 3 weeks back, the service has been stopped upon request but there are no sims available from the day I lost the card.

                          The company is not providing the sim from the day i lost my number. I have been running number of times to the docomo outlet at park street and one in south city mall, blank sims are not available all over kolkata. The representative misbehaved and cheap hospitality shown.The company charge per second but do not values customers time. I am suffering from business loss as well because of communication gap.

                          So, under the circumstances I told them I am going to the consumer court to file a case for punitive damages and harassment faced by me against the tata teleservices as the are responsible but the Representative said that the consumer court cannot do anything, its useless, i have a video record of this matter as he was unaware of the recording fact and he went on misbehaving .

                          I have enough of proofs(written and video evidence) to file a case against the company. Please advise

                            Respected Sir,

                            I had been offered a TATA Photon Plus Internet connection at subsidized prize due to offer with my laptop, at the time of purchase of my laptop (samsung R28). I was told by the shop from where I purchased my laptop that the internet connection of TATA photon Plus was free with it for 1 mnth. I was not informed about the whereabouts of what or upto what capacity it was free and if ibspite of it being free , any minimum paymnt was required. However after the passage of 1 mnth when i saw that my connection was being continued, I was curious to know why the free time period had been expanded or the details of my connection. When I called up the laptop shop from where at the time of purchase, the connection was given I was informed that my Connection was being contiued as because I was already put onto a 799 rental plan with a credit limit of Rs 2500 had been assigned to my number. I was shocked as nothing was informed to me about this.
                            Since I was interested in a prepaid Photon Plus connection, I wanted to know why I had not been informed of this and why any information about which plan I should be in was not given to me. I did not even have knowledge about the various postpaid plans available.I also went to TATA teleservice hub (main shop) in Park street kolkata and spoke of my grievance to the manager of the shop. After hearing my complaint , he said that I had signed a CAF(Customer application form) giving consent to TATA Teleservices that I be offered a postpaid connection under Photon Plus. But since nothing iof that had happened I demanded on seeing the signature on the CAF which had my consent signature. They showed it to me and i saw that it was a signature done in my name by someone else. I myself had not signed it or had any knowledge of it.
                            The Manager of the shop made further enquiries on learning that I had not signed the CAF and that the sign had been faked by someone else. He came to know that my sign on the CAF form had been faked by someone in his sales team to make the sell of that Photon plus Connection. On knowing this I requested that necessary action be takren in this matter or else full paymnt could not be made by me as the usage charge by then had already been levied on my number. The Mangaer promised to look into the matter but nothing happened and instead I was asked to make a paymnt of Rs 2942 without any kind of settlement, adjustment etc.
                            On 22nd dec 2010, I further received a letter at my postal address sent by an Advocate demanding paymnt of the same Outstanding amt of Rs 2492, and with a threat that it may lead me into legal proceedings, in the event of non paymnt of the above mentioned amount within 7 days.
                            No action whatsoever has been taken by now for my complaint of having cheated me to forcefully take a postpaid Photon Plus internet connection and having faked my signature also on the CAF for which I had no prior information. No necessary action for such fradulent activity by such a reputed Company as TATA teleservices has been taken so far and on top of that I am being forced to make the entire outstanding amount a pymnnt of Rs 2942. I could have checked my usage on my internet account had i known what type of connecton or what postpaid plan I was using but TATA teleservices did not for once think it necessary to inform me as a customrer of the same.

                            I beg, that necessary action in this matter be taken for me being cheated at the hands of TATA Teleservices Ltd , so that a similar kind of harassment and fraud does not happen with anybody else. My TATA teleservices plus connection number is :[protected] for which the outstanding bill is Rs 2942.Looking forward to proper action being taken for my grievance.

                            TATA TeleServices — About my Post paid Connection

                            I have my Postpaid Connection in the name Ashok Kumar in Tata Indicom. Account No.[protected] and mobile no.[protected]. My Complain is That this co. accept the cheque for the bill. i have paid its maximum bill wide cheque before due date but in all bill it has late payment charges. about asking for this co. says cheque wll be cleared before due date to avoid late payment charges there is no matter that you have paid the bill before due date.

                            My Photon no. is [protected]. I am facing login problem error no. 734 so i have
                            register complain on helpline no. 13/10/2010 but still my problem is not solve and he request me to visit the Gallary for the same. Since 13/10/2010 i am not using Photon but how on 17/10/2010 6mb use from my connection. On 24/10/2010 6 mb use from my connection. This is very strange without login my account is use. Still my complain no. [protected] is open. Even today while logging i am getting same error msg. For your referance pls find the attachment. So in your record why it shows that complain is slove.

                            Pls answer me when my above mention complain is not solve and I have not log the photon then how 6 mb is use and when my problem will solve.

Because 22nd janaury i had lodged a complaint about my phone which is not working befor 2-3 days and then your engineer come to me and checked my phone, he ensure us that your phone will be replaced within 4 days but till date my phone is not working & yesterday i went your tata indicom centre they told me that your phone was cloned & used by other person to activate STD whereas i never made a STD Call from 6 years & never put a request for activate STD because all my relatives live in Delhi.

                            Please resolve it this kind of fraud, now i will never suggest to post paid connection of tata indicom to my relatives or friends.

                              I am the regular customer tataindicom services since 2006 july via postpaid tel no. [protected]. This telephone number is working.. means I am paying the bills till now,

                              because you dont even listen to the faults made by your company or your representatives if some payment issues are there. Its the history of my payment relationship

                              with tataindicom that if somehow your company even did mistakes in payments registration, Only I have to suffer, recently I got a loss of 4000 Rs. because of your this

                              attitude. anyway, I got loss, and it is not your concern, I have a complaint .. at least you could listen to it. Being a regular customer of your tataindicom via the

                              following numbers I want to register my complaint.

                              I am a regular user of your roaming facillity.
                              When I am in roaming, I, many of the times got calls from some numbers, over which the caller claims that she is from tataindicom, asking me to pay the bills. she sent

                              the representative claiming that the representative is from tataindicom. and the representative comes to get payments, and our tataindicom bill is not paid. so these

                              numbers and the persons associated to these numbers are fraud, they are spoiling the tataindicom market and fame. Please look into the matter seriously, as they shall

                              be spoiling the tataindicom name in very near future. Even If there shall not be any action taken by tataindicom still, I shall find no any other option raising this

                              issue to the indian judiciary.

                              the payment of 4000/- Rs. as per following details.

                              2) For [protected] - 900/- (Receipt Number- 389514)
                              But my services of both of the above numbers are disconnected. I called to many of the persons and registered this complaint on 121. but they told me that you pay

                              amount than only your services shall be resumed. Finally, because I was suffering of disconnection of my services, as I was suffering my business also, I repaid the

                              bills to your Hub (RDC Rajnagar) in cash on dated[protected] as follows.
                              1) For [protected] - 3100/- (Receipt Number[protected]
                              2) For [protected] - 900/- (Receipt Number[protected]
                              And my services are immediately resumed for both of the tata numbers. That essentially indicating that the callers from the numbers[protected],[protected]

                              claiming that they are talking from tataindicom are a fraud. from which I suffered a loss of 4000/- and also my business opportunities due to disconnection of my both

                              of the services.

                              Please do the following things urgently against my above complaint.

                              TATA INDICOM TELESERVICES — Excess billing and disconnection

                              Sir,
                              I had been a bona fide customer of tata indicom with a/c No.[protected] for more than 2 years but despite my request to correct the excessand exorbitant billing since june 2008 till jan 2009 what to talk of resolving the issue and providing me any relief, , tata indicom disconnected my services on 3'rd jan 2009 worst to my expectation and shock, which caused me great inconveninence and humilation and still continuing with incoming facility, , , intentailly, , , to raise the amount of rent and charges incidental thereto despite my request vide previous e-mail and current email dated on 24'th feb 2009 to the nodal officer of delhi and executive of tata indicom over the phone for withdrawl of my services with tata indicom for which i shall not be liable any further.it is therefore, requested that this hon'able court kindly take cognizance off the matter and proceed as per provision of law for suitably awarding a componsation in favour o[censored]nder signed.

                              MY LAND LINE TELEPHONE NO IS[protected] AND i AM USING THIS LAND LINE TELEPHONE FROM LAST 5-TO 6 YEARS. MY ACCOUNT NO IS[protected], RECENTLY I GOT A LETTER THAT FREE CORDLESS WALKY TALKY CHANGE SCHEME. FROM THE LAST THREE MONTHS I AM FACING WITH GREAT DIFFICULTY DUE TO THIS FAULTY INSTRUMENT AHANGE REQUEST WITH 11 REMINDERS TILL DATE BUT NO BODY IS LISINING MY REQUEST.                               IF YOU CAN HELP ME TO CHANGE THE INSTRUMENT AT THE EARLIEST OR i HAVE TO CHANGE THE PHONE WITH OTHEAR TELEPHONE SERVICE LIKE MTNL AIRTEL, RELIANCE ETC.

                              i am a student & i have a tata post paid basic phone[protected] & had a post paid mobile phone([protected]) connection. i applied to dissconnect my [protected] no. connection to the date of
                              22/01/09. the tata tele services imploy have came to my home & recieved the full bill amount and mobile
                              coast by cheque(325921, 325922 no.) an amount of 1500/-, 921/-. he disconnected my [protected] connection & conformed me that your this no. is dissconnected. for conformation i called to customer care & conformed that my no. is dissconnect. but they send me both no.s bill & emi amount of mobile
                              phone. for this i send the application four times by written & help of email. but they didn't do any more
                              response & abused me and thritten me as well. so i request you to solve this probelems. because they
                              send me lots of bill amount. whom i am not able to pay this amount.

                              I have purchase a nokia hand set moble 3110c one month ago suddenly the moble was locked
                              i went to nokia service centre Rudrapur and handover the set for repairing /replacement wide their job sheet no[protected]/090715/26 dated 15.7.2009. But not received moble hand set nor any information till date. Please help me.
