I have applied for post paid connection with the documents Apptab Tech Pvt Ltd,
No.183, 2nd Flr, Nr Girias, 15th Crs, Margosa Rd, Malleswaram on 15th Nov 2012 and I gave a deposit of Rs.300 according to my plan Endless 199 monthly, they gave a SIM and told the Sim will be activated in 2 days.

Even after a week, the SIM was not getting registered , after numerous calls to Ms.kavitha who works for Apptab- Tech and Tata Docomo - I called up cust-care of Tata Docomo on 4th day to know my application status, it was told to me that my name and nos or any data has not been to entered in their registering new customer , then I got call from kavita saying that Tata Docomo has a issue with nos [protected] and she sent me new SIM and New nos [protected] ,and told this SIM will get activated immediate in 2 days, both the SIM which was given to me was Failing to register on mobile, I don't know what happened, at Tata Docomo - on 28th Nov My 1st issued SIM card ([protected]) was active , and after two days verification person from Tata Docomo came for address verification, to him I stated that I have active connection for nos [protected] and he enquired about my address verification for nos [protected], I told him I don’t know how [protected] is registered in my name since I don’t have physical SIM for that nos [protected]l, so I didn’t sign [protected] sheet , I signed for [protected] sheet since that sim was getting register on my mobile and I was able to make calls,

From the next day my out going call ( for nos [protected]) was barred stating that , Tata Docomo verification person is unable to reach me and verify the addressed and I need to give a call to cust care - so from that day I have been giving call daily to cust care and ms kavita from apptab tech malleswaram to know what is going with my connection , and undergoing hell kind of experience " what the hell I took Tata Docomo mobile " , I am at great sense of shame and humiliation among friends for taking this services and bad service from Tata Docomo .On 5th Dec - I have been made aware that even nos [protected] is registered in my name for which I didn’t have SIM card with me , I don’t know who is using nos [protected], till now I don’t have active connection fro nos [protected] for which I had applied (application nos :[protected] and for which address verification went on well .

I really don’t what is going with Tata Docomo to have one simple connection with proper address in malleswarm to verified and to have hassle free connection , I will never ever recommend any body for Tata Docomo services , one of the worst service in entire world , Cust care doesn’t have any information on who is doing the verification , none of department coordinate with work , Like GOI , we have call different department to get one connection activated , and every time to call cust care (24x7) every time - They say System are down , Call after some times - and Website does have regional phone working - There is no regional cust care head - where we can address the issues - It looks like it is not an organization and people will only goo[censored]p the data for sales - and there absolutely no services at all, and Nos in website says call up [protected] for Cust care – nad they say – this prepaid section , please call up post paid , they gave me [protected] which is invalid nos," http://www.tatadocomo.com/register-your-complaint.aspx" --- Doesnt accpt the compliant - end up in errors in submitting compliant.

    Virgin mobile CDMA Prepaid service complaint (Area –Rest of Maharashtra) - [protected]
    I had done Rs. 18 online recharge from company’s website and as per the pack I was supposed to get benefit of local calls @30 paise/ min and 100 local sms free for 30 days from date of recharge i.e 1st dec 2012 (as mentioned on the website for offers available to my mobile number). I do this recharge regularly and get 30 days validity and their is no change in validity on website. But my validity got over within 3 days i.e. by 4th Dec 2012. I contacted customer care around 12 am on 5th Dec 2012 the representative asked me to call in the morning as their system was down, so since 10 AM I am trying to establish contact with customer care, initially I got connected to customer care but before I could raise my complaint the call automatically got disconnected and since then I m getting busy tone, it has been almost 3 hours that I m getting busy tone, seems company has blocked the customers from contacting them. In past also I seldom get contacted to customer care, even I can’t access my online virgin mobile account and I also tried to register complaint from virgin mobile website but there is some website error and complaint cannot be registered. I feel mentally harassed and cheated by the company. I hope to resolve this complain at earliest. By that time I m exploring legal options to sue the company for the harassment caused by their approach.

    Virgin Mobile — Very Very Fraud and cheat and company

    I am a birla sunlife manager in dindigul; i bought 10 mobile last 2 weeks before all phones are problem battery and we cann't recharge major cities; so i loss of kind of this company The company all of stupid further details [protected]
    i am really not happy the way this company proiding services to the customers no offers at all.all other companys hae launched their per sec plan why this comp has not launched till now why this comp is cheating to the customers why y this service is there in maharastra only those two states are imp rest are not i want reply soon.
    My mobile number is [protected], the above mentioned is mistyped and same is regretted.

      I had taken an Internet connection from Tata tele services in October 2011. I had chosen a limited usage plan of monthly rental of Rs. 750 and my credit limit was set on Rs. 1000 as it was my new connection. after using it for few days, I got a call from the representative of Tata saying that I have crossed my usage limit and current bill is around Rs. 7,000/- hence kindly make the payment at your earliest to continue the service smoothly. I immediately told them to make a note that its your mistake that neither you have not informed me when I reached at my credit limit nor you have discontinued the connection as soon as I crossed my limit.

      Then I asked Tata representative to define me the meaning of credit limit because If my credit limit is 1000 Rs. then where were you so far and waiting for my billing meter to reach so high. because I was in a state of mind that my usage are under my credit limit. then he agreed and said all right you pay Rs. 1000/- which is your limit and allow me to put you in a unlimited usage plan. then I agreed. but in the next month nothing was changed neither my plan nor my unpaid out-standings.
      Finally they disconnected the connection, despite of solving the issue and stopped communicating.
      After few weeks some other representative called me and said Sir, your bill is outstanding so kindly pay at your earliest. then I explained him that I dont have outstanding dues, its a issue which was left unsolved by ur some other representative. then this representative asked me to provide the details of the issue and assured me to solve this issue with the help of his seniors. but after that he never came back to discuss the issue.

      Same way after couple of weeks some other representative called me up saying Sir, your bill is outstanding and please pay. I explained him again the same way like I did to the earlier representative.

      Since then so many representative have called me to make the payment and I have given my time to them n told them the same issue to be solved. but non of them have tried to sort out this issue and never called back.

      Today I got a call from no. [protected], saying he is an advocate from tees hazari court and calling me to either pay my outstanding dues of Tata Tele or be ready to face the legal action which will cause me lots of money and I will have to comer there to attend the hearing in Tees Hazari Court.

      I tried to put my side to him, but he didnt listen to me at all and said are you going to pay your bill or not? else be ready for the legal action.

      I request you to take this complaint for not resolving the issue since so long and also harassing me by calling me to take legal action against me.

      TATA TELESERVICES (MAHARASHTRA) LTD — Excess billing of 1000 Rs. for unwanted, undemanded services...

      Sir,

      I am not at all satisfied with their reply that I have used their internet services. They are claiming it due to the reason that they send me email updates that I didn't want at all. I had given them request for discontinuation of internet services well in advance when I saw first charges for internet services during my previous bill. I had asked them solutions for the same, but got reply that they can't do anything,...then after they chardes me apx. 1000 for the servie that I never demanded and not used during this bill period, I can prove it as I not access any email during this bill....kindly help us from such forcefully charged amount...

      Refering above subject, I would like to mention that I had intimated to local Tat office about disconnect my Internet connection when I cam to know that accidently my son had downloaded talking cat application. I had internet connection at my home aas well as at my office , hence all the time its availble for me. Hence, I had requested local office that I don't want to avail any sort of Internet Facility on my phone as it has been already charged me for unwanted services. I was assured that I will be charged for internet usage, if i am not using it. I was totally disturbed when I saw extra charging of apx. 1000 Rs. as an internet usage. I contacted Tata local office again just today and explain them that I haven't use the internet. When your executive investigated the matter he told me that my bill is showing GPRS usage. Acting upon the same, I asked him to check my email box whether I had clicked a single mail or not..? Thatmeans you are charging me for the service that I never asked for, never used it, and already asked to disconnect it at time of previous billing. Its simply harrashment for me. I will never pay for the services that I never used...
      Because I never asked for that service as its available in my office and home all the time...Rather, I am ready to pay the amount charged for my telephone usgae...immedietly.

      Kindly look into this matter seriously and give me justice by waiving off that amount of Internet Usage.
      Else I have to lodge my complaint in consumer forum...as its not the first time .. ihave faces many instance with TATA...still I am using TATA services from 5 years continuously just for my numbers...but I have to rethink on whether I should go with your services or not....?

      Even though My billing disputes in in progress, very rudely attitude of TATA DOCOMO company that they have disconnected my outgoing services, even though I had already paid actually amount except disputed one...means thay are not caring that matter is with consumer forum...How can they dare like this...?

      I ask them about my written consent on availing Internet Services...they didn't reply on the same...?
      Just compelling me to pay whatever they charged, that too in whichever way...its pathetic for consumer...

      I have received my bill of Rs. 7092 for the above mentioned period, though my monthly rental is around Rs. 750 and my credit limit is just Rs. 1, 000/- and I have limited plan. Since it is my new connection and its my very first bill from TTML, I expected you to either inform me when I had reached to my credit limit or give me a facility to check my current bill as per my usage. but neither of them been done from your end. I didnt receive any call from you during the period, most importantly when I was reached at my credit limit. I had received a call from you for the first time on 23rd of November saying that my bill is Rs. 7, 000/-, plz pay to enable us to continue ur service smoothly. before that I wasnt informed by you during the period.

      Since its my new connection and its my very first bill and I have chosen internet plan as per my capacity, otherwise If I had knew that my usage will be higher then the plan den I wouldnt have chosen limited usage plan i.e. 10 GB, and rather then that I would have gone for unlimited plan of around Rs. 1150. instead of paying Rs. 7000. Sir, I do not want to spoil any relation with you as your client and I want to continue the relation with you as good customer. Ethically I am ready to pay what I had chosen i.e. Rs. 1, 000/-. n thats my maximam capacity. I request you to consider this matter as lack of communication from your end and for that I am not in a position to pay so much.

      Also if above mentioned things are acceptable and I can continue your service, than kindly change my current plan i.e. DS350 new ADSL 2 Mbps limited plan to unlimited plan with 1 mbps speed and monthly bill would be around Rs. 1100 - Rs. 1200.

        I was 2 DSL account with TATA Tele services and a/c number is[protected] and[protected] and both connection now surrender to them and no one staying in that address so we need settlement and no one using both connection letter for future use. But after regular chase up no giving any reply.

        A/c no.[protected]

        As per current update still I need to pay INR 3176.00 but already this amount I had paid on year 2011 details with invoice in attached File ( payment ref. no.[protected] dt[protected] but still showing in pending and getting call to pay this amount and getting legal action threat.


        Need help in –A/c no.[protected]

        Already I had paid full payment of above account number but I don’t have settlement letter for the same and asking but no one giving clearance either gallery or customer care center.

            We have been provided a complimentary Tata walkman connection[protected] while installing Tata Sky DTH at home and were continuing with the services. However in 2010, one representative from Tata docomo visited our residence and handed over a complimentary mobile[protected] for a postpaid connection and we purchased the same by paying Rs.900/-. Even after charging the new mobile for several times, it never functioned despite our several visits to Docomo showroom to rectify the same. Finally we stopped following up for the same and wanted to surrender the same since every month, billing was on in spite of not a single outgoing or incoming call.REASON - MOBILE WAS NOT WORKING.

            Feeling harassed by these sequence of events, we surrendered all the connections of Tata SKY DTH, Tata walkman & the mobile on 6th April 2012 by paying the charges till 6th April in velachery showroom. Till today, this transaction has not been recorded in Tata sky database and they are harassing us to pay the monthy bills for a connection which is not existent. Today they are issuing a letter to appear in the Labour court which is UNBEARABLE. Customer care has called and disturbed us several times and we have narrated the same story to them but none have bothered to update. WE ARE BEING HARASSED FOR NO FAULT OF OURS AND CALLOUS ATTITUDE OF TATA TELESERVICES WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

            We request you to please intervene and solve the issue.

              Received mail from Tata Teleservices regarding non-payment/overdue which is totally
              wrong. They are behaving unprofessionally.... They forgot they have big name of
              TATA with them and spoiling his name..

              We bought the tata photon and paid one time payment of Rs.5000/- for
              using the tata photon for six months only and we were told that
              whenever this duration of six months will be finished we will be asked
              again to get it renewed by paying Rs.5000/- again for six months (or
              any other prevalent plan at that time).

              To our surprise, we have never asked to renew the service after six
              months you have started claiming the overdue payment. We are having
              the tata photon instrument with us which we never used after the
              finish of last date of initial six months.

              Their customer care executives keep on calling but no one would like to
              understand the situation, everyone listen to whole matter and then
              promise to get back with proper solution but never returns.

              We request Tata to go through your proposal, our payment and we did not ask for
              renewal. I have clearly mentioned to your customer care executive who
              was approaching again and again for renewal that Madam once I make the
              payment of Rs.5000/- for anohter six months then only start our
              services.

              In above circumstances, we are not liable to pay any money to Tata.
              Infact in case they keep on harrassing we can also go make complaint in
              appropriate authoriities.

                This is to inform you that I, Saikat Kumar Bose, am a subscriber of
                Tata Photon+ internet service (Account number[protected], Tata Docomo
                number [protected]). I pay my bills online and I have never been a
                defaulter in my payments. Consequently, it shocked me when my local
                guardian called me to inform that a they have been visited by someone
                representing your company to retrieve a payment of 1993 rupees which
                is apparently outstanding in my name. On receiving the hard copy of
                the bill, I realised that the pending amount is against two numbers
                which are not mine (Tata Docomo numbers [protected],[protected]). I
                called up this person to clarify the mistake and he promised to
                rectify it and inform me. I have not heard from him to this day. On
                September 8, 2012, my relatives received another similar visit by your
                representative, this time with a bill of over 4000 rupees. I received
                a call from my relatives and on speaking to your representative, found
                out that the contact number registered against these accounts is not
                mine. I visited the Park Street Tata Docomo office the next morning. I
                was shown the copy of the 'form' that was filled applying for the
                connection. To my surprise, the photograph was not mine while the name
                and address were mine I never applied for these connections and have
                absolutely no clue why and how they were activated. The representative
                there also told me that the accounts against which the bills are being
                sent have 'zero usage' thereby establishing that they are fake
                accounts.
                I mailed the Tata Teleservices Limited Appellate Authority of Kolkata informing them of the issue. I received no reply to my mail. On going to their office personally, I was not permitted to meet any of the officials that Park Street store had referred to. Instead, a representative was sent who made up stories saying that the the devices against the disputed accounts have been received at my residence on my behalf by someone else. When I told him to show the signature on the receipt, he refused to show it on grounds of company policies. I am amazed at the arrogance of the representatives who just refuse to accept what is crystal clear: that these accounts are fake. What they do no realise that they are tarnishing the image of a respectable brand: the Tatas. This sheer blackmailing and harrassment is shameful.

                  Due to hopeless customer service from your end, I had surrendered the same last week.

                  In this regard, all my earlier complaints regarding various lapses in customer services from your end, only received a general reply that 'we shall get in touch with you' with no resolution or call back at all.

                  Recently, I had requested for itemised bill through soft copy for the said number through your call centre for which there is no reply till date. However, I only received a mail that my request stands 'closed' (even without complying with the request of the customer). When I called your tele executive on this matter, as usual, I was assured of a 'call back' on 26.09.2012 'within 24 hours' and again as usual, with no response till now.

                  Yesterday one executive who called me and identified me as your service manager calling from [protected] 'promised' me to call back with solution for all issues 'shortly' and God only known when that 'shortly' will come.

                  Under the above circumstances, it is clearly evident that none of your personnel are interested in providing the customers a good service, thereby amounting to 'DEFICIENCY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE'.

                  Hence, I hereby demand that:

                  1) Itemised bill be provided to me for the last month pertaining to my surrendered number [protected] through mail.
                  2) A compensation of Rs.25,000/- be paid to me towards mental agony and stress undergone by me on account of improper and deficient customer services rendered by your company.

                  Please note that in case I do not get your response within 3 days from the date of this mail, I shall be constrained to approach the Consumers' Grievances Redressal Forum to seek appropriate legal remedy, at your cost and expenses.

                  This mail is being sent to you without prejudice on my part to take up separately through any other appropriate legal authorities to seek compensation of any nature that I may feel fit.

                    i had requested tata teleservices to convert my prepaid mobile number [protected] to postpaid, they had sent two executives and they had taken 600 rupees from me and assured my connection would be converted in one week. now it has been more than 1 year, my connection is not converted into postpaid, neither the money is refunded. moreover, those two executives dont pick my call. i had complained this to tata customer care representative sandip kaur, she assured to callback in 4 hours after i had submitted scan copy of the receipt they had given me.

                    it has been more than 10 days but still no response.
                    please look in this matter.

                      I am customer of Tata Teleservices from more then 2 years, i am paying bills on time and everything was fine. In March 2012 i asked for the Advance rental plan (DS413) for the first time, I have been told to pay my bill first because I was having rental plan till that day. I paid the bill Rs. 661 on 26th March 2012 and the customer care person also told me to pay the Advance Rental to start the new Advanced Rental Plan, so I paid Rs. 3304 (i.e. 6 months advance rent) on same day 26th March 2012. Then it took few days to start the plan, so again bill of Rs. 191 came, which I paid on 24 April 2012, because I was knowing that it took few days to start that advance rental plan. The plan should have last atleast till 22 Sept. 2012. Then I asked customer care person in May that I want to change the plan to DS415 (1Mbps speed) then how the amount I have paid in advance will be adjusted, he said the amount will be adjusted on prorata basis (Per day rate as per plan), as usually happens everywhere in Telecom. And he said they can’t take the plan change request on phone, so I have to mail to [protected]@tatatel.co.in, I did the same and asked for plan change from DS413 to DS415 on 26th May 2012, the plan was not having proper speed so I again sent an email on 25th June 2012 to change the Plan from DS415 to DS413.

                      The problem appeared when i recieved bill of Rs. 5478 on 23rd June 2012. It was unexpected but i thought it must be showing some unbilled amout the after 6 months everything will be fine, but again in next month, on 23rd July 2012 i recieved bill of Rs. 8899, which was showing unbilled amount of Rs. 5478. I got shocked and wrote email to Tata Docomo on 25th july 2012, from that day till today there was no solution and today they mailed me saying the amount can not be adjusted.
                      Billing department people said I have been charged this amount Rs. 8899/- for the advance rental of the plans I changed on 26th May and 25th June. What does that mean the amount I paid in advance has become zero when I changed plan first time, and you levied DS415 advanced rental on me and again the same amount has become zero when I changed plan and you again levied advanced rental of plan DS413.

                      Do you think it’s correct that all the amount I paid becomes zero when I change plan and most importantly why this have not been conveyed to me instead I have been told that the deduction will be on daily basis?

                      On phone they accept the miscommunication and assure to solve the problem after checking the details but couldn't sort so far. In Tata Docomo gallery they says, Tata teleservices is not our product we can't help it, the link they send for feedback doesn't open ever and In mail they just give the request number, nothing more then that. Some request numbers are as follows:-
                      1.[protected], dated 25th july. 2012.
                      2.[protected], dated 25th Aug. 2012.
                      3.[protected], dated 27th Aug. 2012.
                      4.[protected], dated 10th Sept. 2012.

                      Now from last 15 days the internet has been suspended, i am tired of calling, mailing and running to there Service gallery but nobody responding, Kindly help.

                        I am Sarath Kumar Gundluru, a tata docomo prepaid customer. The money was unethically deduted from my balance. In the past 2 weeks nearly Rs 465/- from my balance has been deducted as these and those services has been activated with out my intervention. When talked to customer care persons they are as irresponsiable like anything. Yesterday i have recharged with 246/- for which i have got the 219/- talktime. when wake up in the morning it was 14/-. Deducted 99/-+99/-=198/- last night for some data usage it stated.but i haven't used any data last night. I had off my packet data before sleep. How can the data usage be done? Lot more like this happened. No refund for these irrelevent services has done.

                            My mobile No. [protected] outgoing calls have been stopped by the service provider even sufficient balance (pre-paid) is available in the credit. Last month, Rs. 30/- against my will and consent was debited by the service provider in the month of August, 2012 and after my protest it was roll back after one week or so.

                            The service provider have not bothered to inform the reasons of stoppage of outgoing calls, even incoming calls I am receiving. It shows that the service provider is using and adopting monopolistic attitude with the consumers. Such act is defect in services and actionable u/s 12 & 13 of CPA 1986, if it is not started immediately because of this I am suffering in the business activities heavily.

                              Hi All,

                              I am using TATA PHOTON with Account NO[protected] and TATA DOCOMO NO [protected].

                              My internet connection is disconnecting frequently and it is too slow some time net will be connected and none of the internet pages will be open. This is not first time complaint. I raised the same complaint many times but nothing happned.

                              I raised complaint though toll free number on 29th July(Complaint no[protected] and 14th Aug[protected] ref no.[protected] and 19th Aug (Interaction id[protected].

                              Associates attending call in toll free number not able to raise complaint and raised complaints are not resolving completly. Everytime I have to speak to associate in call center for min 35 mins to register a complaint. When I a raising the complaint on 29th July I informed that if the issue is not resolved I am not going to pay the bill amount also..But nothing happened as of now.
                              I have given preferable timings to contact me is before 9am and after 8 pm and on week ends, but always concerned people will call me when I am busy with my work, inform that I will attend the issue. The same thing happened many times.

                              I like to raise complaint against the above issue.

                              Please guide me or suggest me how to proceed further on this.

                              I have the rs 650 per month plan which grants me a usage o[censored]pto 1 gb as per conditions. (I HAD ALREADY PAID RS 1450 AS DEVICE CHARGES DURING TIME OF INSTALLATION)


                              Iam more than sure ,that I have not downloaded /uploaded more than 1 gb of data through tata photon . (as i have a wi-fi at home also, so that limits my tata photon usage considerably .)


                              Hereby, I request you to make an urgent enquiry for the same and give me the correct feedback .


                              I am really troubled . ‎
                              And now they are threatning with goons and court notices ..They also gave me a complaint vide docket number[protected] on May 26, 2011.. All the detrails are documented with me . I am mentally troubled because of all this and in a no way out situation . Please help ...

                                This is regarding auto subscription of Hello Tunes and Ghar Aye Jyotish Subscription of Tata Teleservices (CDMA services).
                                I have been ubjected to regular harrassment by the company by auto subscribing me to Call me tunes and other services which I DO NOT LIKE at all.
                                I am a high end prepaid customer. The call center people call me again n again for converting to post paid and I have to refuse them strongly almost 2-3 times a week. Then they have started playing with my money putting me on auto subscription and deducting Rs 30 every time.
                                When I called up on 12524 to remove the services and credit the deducted balance back, they tell me that either there server is not working or that my data is not updated so I should call later or that I should use 155223 to remove the subscription.

                                But the point is that removing the subscription alone is not the solution. I want my entire money back which has been fraudulently deducted by TTSL.

                                I am going to launch a series of complaints on all the websites including TRAI and also to appellate authority of TTSL.

                                  i used to have a landline of Tata Teleservices bearing No.[protected], at hyderabad while I was at Hyd. on march26th 2012, when i submitted a written request for cancellation of the landline I was told that I have to pay an amount of rs.540/- upto[protected] and to that extent I gave letter requesting them to deduct from my deposit of 1,000/- which was held with for so many years. I was using this telephone almost for the last 10 years.
                                  suddenly i received a threatening mail from the company's advocate stating that they will move to court of law from criminal proceedings against me for non-payment of dues upto[protected].
                                  Is it that much necessary for a corporate group to proceed like this? when my balance is held with them and no kind of telephone line working with me of their company?
                                  In addition, when my demand monthly bill is late of payment by me they used to charge a minimum of amount Rs. 50/- on wards is used to be charged.
                                  Then in my case have they not to pay for the default of non-refund of my deposit of Rs.460/-(deducting the due amount) for every month Rs.50/- onwards till the receiving of my residual of the deposit amount?
                                  kindly arrange to settle amicably and arrange for the refund of my deposit along with the penalty.

                                    My TATA DOCOMO Photon number is [protected] and i have lost my Online Tata Docomo photon postpaid account password, When i try to Reset password it asks for security Question "Your Mother's Maiden Name" which i am unable to find correct and so unable to reset my account password.                                       Dear Sir,

                                      Kindly refer to our account number[protected], for telephone and internet connections at Kohinoor Planet Constructions Pvt. Ltd at Kohinoor City, Kirol Road, Kurla(W). You have provided telephone connections to our office vide our TATA DOCOMO No.[protected] under Combo Level DID Plan. This board line serves all the extension number at our office. It is under stood that you have laid down your lines to our office premises from the nearest telephone Hub of M/s GKC Telecom Private Limited, which is situated in phase-I Residential Society near our office. Since the wires laid down by you from the said Hub to our office are hanging on the walls of the society buildings, the society has raised serious objections on it. The society has warned for removal of the wires immediately, failing which they will remove the wires at their own, that will result in disconnection of all the lines (including Internet connection) to this office. Please note that disruption of telephone / internet services at this office will have serious effects on out business which is totally based on these connections.

                                      You are requested to take immediate action for re-routing of these lines with out causing concerns to the society as well as disruptions to our services.

                                        purchased postpaid cdma tata walky one year back (5/11) .Handset (with radio in base) started giving problem since beginning. Twice replaced , but still not working.
                                        Now they said it is not supplied ,so purchase new one.
