Hi,
I had taken tata photon connection with a.c. no: [protected] At the beginning they told the speed would be 3.1 MBPS. But it was wrong I never even got proper consistent connection neither speed. I used that for around 4 months. From the 5th month I got a huge problem for internet speed. I made many requests regarding to this to but there is no use. Does Not provide promised speed

I have been using Proton Plus for past 2 years (corporate connection) No: [protected] . The service is pathetic - pathetic is not the right word. TATA Teleservices promises 3.1 mbps speed for the Proton Plus - but reality is the internet speed is just vary between 0.08 and 0.2 mbps - just about 6 percent of the promised speed.

Calling the customer care is just another vast of job and call - agent just say that application is...

Initially we bought tata photon from market, as written internet speed will be 3.1 MBPS but actually they did not fulfill their promise, their speed is 10-100KBPS in working hours, when callng they say they can oy promise for 256 kbps only but that is no coming, so i requested them to disconnect...

Disgusting customer care service, TATA

Cancellation of Postpaid Connection
