Hi,
I had taken tata photon connection with a.c. no: [protected] At the beginning they told the speed would be 3.1 MBPS. But it was wrong I never even got proper consistent connection neither speed. I used that for around 4 months. From the 5th month I got a huge problem for internet speed. I made many requests regarding to this to but there is no use. Please find below the steps I had taken to get the issue resolved

1) I have made several complaints to TATA Photon regarding slow internet speed of 10 - 15 KBPS throughout the month, continuously for 3-4 months, but no action was taken by TATA Photon.
2) Once their technician had visited my house but he could not resolve the problem. He went back saying that there is some network problem which will be resolved in 2 weeks but there was no improvement even after a month.
3) I have called up TATA Indicom several times regarding this and warned that I won't pay the bill unless my problem is resolved. But still no action was taken.
4) Finally I have called up TATA Photon 3 times to disconnect my services with immediate effect. But even that has been not done for your end.
5) Hence I had no other option but to discontinue paying the bills because TATA Photon was not ready to disconnect the services even after several requests from me.
6) And now I have received a legal notice from In -Curia Law Chambers to pay the pending amount of 2500/- along with Interest and additional Rs 500/- for Legal fees as well.

    I have been using Proton Plus for past 2 years (corporate connection) No: [protected] . The service is pathetic - pathetic is not the right word. TATA Teleservices promises 3.1 mbps speed for the Proton Plus - but reality is the internet speed is just vary between 0.08 and 0.2 mbps - just about 6 percent of the promised speed.

    Calling the customer care is just another vast of job and call - agent just say that application is down we cannot access information - this happens every time I call. Seems that its eternal problem.

    Strongly suggests not to go for ANY offer from TATA Teleservices.

      Dear Authorities,
      This complaint is regarding to issuing of bills after discussion of disconnecting the tata photon no.[protected].

      Initially we bought tata photon from market, as written internet speed will be 3.1 MBPS but actually they did not fulfill their promise, their speed is 10-100KBPS in working hours, when callng they say they can oy promise for 256 kbps only but that is no coming, so i requested them to disconnect it, but they did not do it, as they say they dont have facility to disconnect it on phone.

      Then after some days i again called them to disconnect it but this time, now they are saying if i clear my dues then they will disconnect on phone.
      then i forget then, and decided not to pay bill that is the last option for me.

      then after two bills dues , their executives harrasing me (calling me again & again many times in a day), after that i decided to pay bill but only after NOC,
      On 04/11/2011 their executive visited my home & take cheque f dues an gave me a letter of full and final sttlement of payment where they excutive said that now the device is disconnected permanently and if we want to use it, we have to request them to switch it again.

      Now after 42 days i received one more bill and now on call again they said i have to pay bill.

      Again after some days they are going to harass me.

      This all only happens because they sell 3.1Mbps speed product and their actual maximum speed is 10-100 Kbps only.

      Tata Teleservices limited — Disconnection even after paying the bill

      My comapny hads a telephone with tata broadband connection. The bill for this moth was for 2368/- and the due date was 08/07/2009. The bill has been paid by cash in their collection center in Ameerpet on 08/07/2009 at 9.58 vide receipt number 10077464.
      They have disconnected my broad band connection from 13th and till today (16th july) i have reistered a compalint with their 121 and 60607070 customer care and spoken to a number of agents from swetha, abudul, caroline, rama and abdul again and two supervisor named Pradeep and ambika and they have not done anything other saying " we understand your problem and we will do the needful ASAP. our company has suffered losses because no internet. I would go the court for compensation of my losses.

        Dear Sir/Madam, We are using TATA 2GB data card on Annual Rental plan valid until Dec 10, 2011. Until September 2011 the billing statements are coming correctly. In October billing statement showing an outstanding amount of Rs.827/- though it is under annual rental plan. The complaint no they have given[protected] since then the past one month I have been escalating this matter from Customer care department to Nodal Officer but the issue status is the same and receiving multiple calls/chain of alert mails every day from Customer care department for the clearance of outstanding amount. It is really disgusting to explain and forwarding the correspondence every time to each and every person in customer care executive with no end result. They are bothered to enquire but will not resolve. We received again November statement which is showing the double the amount.

          I was a customer of Tata Tele service. My Customer no. is[protected]. I had surrendered(applied though application) in Sahidnagar hub my post paid land line since 1 year with all the pending dues. After some days, I also got bills from Tata tele services. Then I replied through mail and mobile about I am not using your service. After that I had not received any call and bill. But today I got a call from phone no. [protected] and the caller asked me that one case is going charged against me in Haryana High Court and you have to contact Mr. R.K. Chauhan to know the reason through his mobile no. (i.e.[protected]). After that I contact Mr. R.K. Chauhan and he told that we are going to do a case against you in Haryana High Court because you had not been deposit Rs. 924 pending bills and you have to deposit on before 1 O'clock today (i.e. 14/11/11).

          So I went to nearest Tata tele service office and deposited the same amount and I gave the bill no. to R.K. Chahuan. My problem is although I have cleared all the dues and applied for stop service it was not happened. So where is my fault.

          So I need your attention.

          This is true, these people keep sending messages like this and don't pay attention to them. I've also received the similar kind of message from tata com stating that they have filed a legal complain against me. Until any legal document reaches your home, like notice from court. Because if the legal matter filed against you, it is court's responsibility to inform you not the tata people will do. this can be a serious fraud also. People might threat you when you go to court...

          Don't overpay... this internet connection is now becoming the Mafia Raj...
          There is no person by the name of R.K Chauhan... Only 3rd party vendors are usng R K Chauhan's Name from Internet and asking you to pay the bill...This person who so ever he is...usng different number everytime for ur payment of bill and asking you to pay for it again n again...

          He has 3-4 mobile numbers and will use those number always...funny thing is that he is working in Delhi, Chd., Haryana, Punjab, Chennai, Banglore, Hybd & other too many high courts...so request all of you to check the info before paying for ur billsssss

            I am residing in Delhi. I have taken Tata Photon+ data card from Tata Teleservices. But the place where I am currently residing which is well known area Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi,does not have enough network bandwidth and there is a lack of signal. So could not use the Photon Card. The same had been reported to the company help desk and there was a engineer visit from company to check the same.

            As per mail conversation started on 24th Aug 2011 with Mr Sunil Chaudhary (Nodal Help Desk – Delhi), he told me that the refund will be processed as per refund policy only which is in your case you are eligible to get 50% refund of total cost paid by for USB device till 17-MAR-12 and thereafter it will be Rs.750.

            The problem was not from my side. So I need a 100% refund of device cost (Actual Device cost Rs: 1600/- at a time of purchase).

            I have followed all the process to report the complaint. But I am not getting any satisfactory services from the customer help desk as well as Nodal help Desk-delhi.
            And a lot of communication gap between Nodal Officer and Customer Service.

            TataIndicom — wrong commitment to deceive customers

            Hello,

            This is Jagannadh using a corporate connection with number [protected], my connection was a activated last month 18th, I never came across this type of customer service who deceive the customers. From the date of applying for the connection my problems started what they enquired an individual to give a connection I don’t know you people took one month for giving a connection to me which I needed where I have produced all the needed documents and registration money on the date of applying only… after delivering I was shocked that I have been deceived…



            Actually I asked for an Samsung Duo set which came recently the agent told that am not eligible to that set why I don’t know… after wards I asked for an Nokia 6265 on for that he said there is no stock and when I asked which handset I can get for me he said Moto Razr is available… not known what are the features it have I asked him whether it has facility for an extendable memory.. he enquired and after one day he said yes there is extendable memory facility for it and so I opted for it… when the set has been delivered to me after one month I have realized that its not the one they committed …… from that day I logged so many complaints to the customer care and there the worst started for me …. Upto now I have logged more than 5 complaints regarding this and when I was asked to enquire in the office I went to corporate office of tata indicom, bangalore I was surprised to know that no one there does not know that they are providing corporate connection and for enquiry they gave me the zonal head number and asked to talk to her… for surprising the zonal head Mrs. Chitra Sundaram said that my complaint has been resolved… am paying 30% more price than the market price of the handset and am not getting what I need…. I mistake I have did is that I have gone for an EMI option.. and tell me what I want to do…

            I was having the tata indicome landline with internet connection. I have disconnected my connection on 6 aug 2007 and returned their instrument on 16 dec 2007. But till now i am not getting my security deposit amount refunded back.

            so please provide me the solution what should i do.

            The worst service provider is TATA INDICOM with non competent dealers who have no knowledge about the product or which SIM is Meant for what use.Tata Indicom is not ready to agree the fault of their dealer who has given me wroong SIMs for wrong usage ie the mobile SIM was put by the dealer in the USB modem and the V data SIM was put in the mobile.On asking to confirm during installing he said he was using the right SIMs, now when my bill came i was shocked to see the mobile bill as the V data usage was charged on the same as I had taken another Vdata SIm for unlimited connection at offer of 550/- during diwali which was for 2 months.i have been requesting tata indicom to waive off my charges from last one month but they are not listening as i result i have asked them to close my connections with immediate effect and i will not pay any extra money for the fault of the dealer, incidentally i have not even received the welcome letter for my plans as yet.So i could not even know my numbers and the plans till the bill came and saw that the dealer had put the wrong Sims in wrong places.
            I guess this is tata indicoms plan to cheat the people by giving wrong information and then bill accordingly and then give threatening to a person regarding the usage and payment of bill.Its a pity that tatas can do such a thing and not listen to the customer when the complaint is genuine.I strongly believe that the dealer has given money to tata indicom so that he can be free.The whole organisation is corrupt.

            TATA Indicom — wrong registration of mobile number

[protected] i was submited my adress proof and identy proof before one mounth when i buy it, then again my mobile numbers on another name i once again sumbit my documents thats for few day my numbers one my name and after few days it registration will change i sumbmit doccument 4 times to tata indicom gallery what i can do

            This goes as...

            High disappointment makes me turn to you for request as I have all ears turned deaf on me. I am happy and satisfied with the services but the customer executive response at Desk no -5 officer response at Gujarat bhavan makes me write a letter.

            I have been a user of Tata services for almost entire range of product which is as Broadband, VOIP Minutes, Dedicated bandwidth, Plug to surf postpaid subscriptions.

            My issue is I had taken two TATA Connections: [protected] &[protected] simultaneously in 2007. My connection worked fine till 2009 but recently my connection was blocked and I was asked to submit the documentations for [protected] while on the other hand the other connection of mine worked fine ([protected]).

            Shocked and surprised I visited the Gujarat Bhavan center four times to get my documents submitted once again and renew my connection. After chasing up for a while my connection was renewed.

            However again today I received a call from the same department and I was asked to submit my documents once again as the connection was likely to be disconnected.

            This disappointments me as after 2 years I was asked to furnish the documents once again however after doing so connection was restored but again after a months time they say that I need to furnish the documents once again as the connection is not on my name.

            This makes me submit the documents thrice. I wonder how you these people lose the documents and make incorrect entries causing trouble for the customers.

            Both of these cell no’s belong to me and are purchased at the same time and carriers the same documentations while [protected] works fine while [protected] is being disconnected.

            I being aware of the norms cooperated every time however things have limitations.

            Moreover at the Gujarat Bhavan office at Desk no -5 I was treated with a harsh tone which I did not expect from the customer service departments and I was not supplied with a customer complaints form either. I was advised to write it on a piece of paper which indicated the unprofessional attitude.

            My issue is after a wonderful service why is the management screwing up the Name of the organization which carrier a brand name and a better service.

            I understand the DOT laws and hence I cooperated for the same but I do not understand as in totality I have submitted the documents 2 times but how many times do I need to furnish the documents.

            A well mannered and a sweet tone could pacify any irate customer but where do we appeal if the customer service desks talks in a harsh tone.

            I am highly upset with such a response this makes me write such a lengthy notice so that such mistreatments should not happen with other customers who turn up for help and are made to run from pillar to post.

            I hope this brings to notice of the departments and could do something for the same.

            I am glad and happy to cooperate and I could be contacted by phone [protected]. I would appreciate if you kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

            this is Hemant Singh, i have taken 440 plan of tatindicom and the time of taking this plan i asked about the plan that it will remain for whole life. This plan include Tata - Tata unlimited free calling Local and STD both on mobile and landlines. Now after apprx 10-11 month customer care calls me and informs me that your plan is going to be changed. Now your first 2000 minute are free for Tata-Tata Local and STD both and after 2000 minute calling is chargable. This is really ridiculous that my plan is going to be changed i don't want to change my plan. I think i make a mistake that i go for Tata service, if i know that this thing happens then i definitely go for Reliance. Reliance is better option then Tata service, i think Tata service don't know how to handle customers, i think this is Tata company police that first attract the customers by giving wrong information and after few month show his real face. I request to all other customers don't go for Tata Service, You must go for RELIANCE bcoz if they says that your plan is not going to change then they stick with there words.
            so its better to think 1000 times before going for Tata Services

            TataIndicom — deceiving the customers

            i had a message from TM-12525 saying
            MAKE UNLIMITED local calls to all tata/ DOCOMO phones with 225 RCV. & make local calls to other networks @ 1Re for 10 mins. for details call 12524!
            My tariff is now 60ps for other mobiles after i recharged with 225 RCV. it was 50 ps before.
            just a fullstop after the 225RCV continuing with & is playing all the fool there.
            they should try to provide clarity in messages.
            ( 225 RCV. & MAKE local calls ) if there r two offers in one message it should be mentioned clearly.
            how can they cheat this way. they shouldnt misguide the customers.
            sir.. by birth i cant speak.. but i searched the net for 225 RCV. but there is no information provided on 18/dec/09 about the recharge also.
            please take action so that others dont get deceived this way.

            dear sir.i am a studenti am purruing bsc it(information technology.i have purchased tata photon whiz (internet modem) distributor-harjase mobile mall pvt.Ltd 4/8 east patel nager,delhi-8 phone 25752088,25752090fax[protected] mobile [protected],[protected]. distribotor give to wrong comments modem details. distribotor ask's to me. modem connect to 156kps speed any time, but i facing modem speed to 4kb to 16kbps& network problem and other wrong comments (1)first month-free use(2)security back 300rs (3)count the download data,no browser to site data. i have some complants to tata and her distributor.two complants nodal officer.but no reply to me.tata not give to complants statement copy.now i have stop net connection and pay bill .modem was defult modem.it's not working.tata not give help.distributor give to me payment receipt.receipt no ht-1943 in no given product name. its not well.receipt in distributor phone no is not working. please help me .returne total amount and addination claims.             Tata Indicom Mobile Connection — Wrong commitment by Tataindicom

            Sir,

            I, P Subrahmanyam having Tata CDMA mobile connection bearing no.[protected] would like to bring the following for your notice and anticipating necessary action at your end.

            I've taken Rs. 2008 offer for my mobile in the year 2008, in which Tataindicom has clearly told that i will given unlimited talk time to Tata network for a period of 2008 days.

            The same has been given only for few months and thereafter several phone calls to customer care, Tataindicom started giving 600 minutes talk time per month to Tata network. even that also not being given regularly.

            for instance for this month talk time has not been credited till now and when i'm contacting customer care they keep on saying that they have some technical problem and talk time will be credited soon.


            People can't expect this type response from renowed group like Tata's. In this regard i request your kind intervention in to the matter and solve the issue once for all. If the problem can't be solved please return my money else i don't have any option otherthan knocking the doors of the consumer forum.

            why your Nodal Officer not inform me clearly at a time of disconnection ?, if you disconnect your connection not applicable for refund.
            Why you are not clearly mention at a time of sell your product? I will not give you a enough network bandwidth and better of signal in your area.
            That's mean you are only cheating the customer, and given a fake service with poor N/W signal.

            I have resigned from tata teleservices in Nov,12 & completed all PF related formalities by 1st Dec,12 but yet after more than 5 months my EPS has not been settled & I am not getting any satisfactory answers from them..Please help

              Sir,
              It is to inform you that I,Karikalan R am the user of Tata Photon( No. : [protected]).

              It was initially a postpaid device with HSIA 10GB @900 plan (till the month of February 2011) and on 3rd March 2011,I submitted a request for converting the device into a prepaid one.Before converting the device from postpaid to Prepaid, the tataphoton outlet asked me to clear my outstanmding balance that amounted to 993/-.

              I cleared off the amount and expected my request to be processed.However on 1/4/2011, another bill(bill no:[protected] was sent to me for the bill perod : 27/02/2011 to 29/03/2011 amounting to 3182/-.

              Even after repeated enquiries to the tata photon call center, they denied to explain to me the bill in details. I requested them to explain me the bill breakage elaborately, but they didnot co-operate.

              Also they told that it can be a case of discrepancy and informed me that they are going to file a complaint on behalf of me in this regard.They also assured me that they will revert with the status but they never turned back,

              On 11th Oct 2011 , I was shocked to receive a LOK ADALAT COURT SUMMON. I am really helpless and dissappointed. Even after visiting the office from which the letter was dispatched/ calling up Nodal Officer/call center , nothing is fruitful.

              Please help me in this regard. I am terrible traumatised and mentally stressed and i am afraid this unwarranted summon sent to me for no mistake of mine, will spoil my future and create a black mark in my name.

              If the Officials are confident that I owe them the amount, why are they hesitating to provide me the bill breakup? Further I was made to suttle from one person to another for more than 4 hours today, when I went to enquire in person.

              THis is highly intolerable and against consumer interests, whci this forum stands to guard. I also wish to say that I am not the only person penalised like this. Kindly take action in this regard and help me get justice.

              We had 20 connections with tata indicom which we had converted into vodafone. our one connection was lying in safe custody for which company has been charging rent on it for last 2 months though we paid the full bill amount still co. is charging.                 I had applied for TATA Photon connection through Distributor named 'Mr. Sujit' and paid the RS 1800 on 19th June 2011. But as I didn't receive the delivery of device on given time, I took the connection directly from kothrud outlet on 24th June 2011 and asked to cancel the previous application. Mr. Sujit had promised me to refund the amount. But even after ~ 3 months, I haven't received the refund amount.

                Tata Photon + — Tata tele is cheating

                I have raised several complain (7) in number about the slow speed in night (after 8:00). Each time I raise complain one engineer comes in daylight and does speed test via http://speedtest.net and says that speed is above 320kbs(10% of top speed 3.1Mbs ,which will you only hear only in ads practically the top speed you will get less than 1.0 Mbs during 4o'clock in morning rest of the time top speed is on averg 300kbs) so nohting will be done case close.

                See the speed test test result.

                So if you are in Dehradun and thinking of buying Tata Photon+ just drop the idea.As this will cost you dear.you will pay for broadband and get the speed worst that dialup which you can get at 92Rs on airtel.

                  This complaint I am making after receiving an email from Nodal officer of TATA Docomo. Instead of solving customer greivances, customers are directed to visit customer care centres, when as per the TRAI rules, if greivances are not solved, they should be escalated.
                  I Arun Agarwal, bought a TATA Docomo number [protected] (Complaint number M5263453).I had certain apprehensions when I saw my last bill. when I checked the bill, I found out that I have been wrongly charged for certain services amd there were few hidden charges as well. when I asked the company to make disclosures of the same, I was told the charges that have been levied were correct.
                  I disconnected my Tata Docomo number immediately and I want to make a point that their service is worst as far as connectivity is concerned in Mumbai. I made a complaint for this also, but the company is least bothered. I dont know as how these companies get running licenses when they cannot provide good services.
                  On my billing grievance, I checked my records, and I have an sms (dated 04.07.2011) from Tata Docomo, that says Caller Tune selection on the number 543211 is tollfree (Which is received on selection of 1 caller tune). And When I inquired from customer care I was told voice portal charges are for selecting caller tune. And Nodal Officer is saying, all charges made to me are correct and justified. What to mention about the other charges ( SMS charge @ Rs. 3.45), for which I have grievance.And I cannot understand the below attached email from Nodal Officer, where he is saying to visit nearest Tata Docomo Outlet. If he cannot do anything, what can an outlet do. If this is the way grievances are handled, then I think it is a pure waste of time and efforts.

                      Mr Mahesh R Joshi on your behalf and are pleased to clarify as under:

                      We had filled in the Customer Application Form initially and applied for a 10GB Plan. As our usage was much less, we had changed to 5GB and were paying regularly on monthly basis and in time till February 2011.

                      We had received a telephone call from your telemarketing agency informing us about the yearly plan in which we had to pay for only nine months instead of twelve months @ Rs 950/- per month plus taxes for 5 GB which I had agreed telephonically and there was no written agreement signed to that effect. I received a bill dated 19 February 2011 for Rs 9431/-, for the period from
                      [protected] to[protected] and I immediately rang up the Tata Teleservices Limited and spoke to your representative Mr Vinit on 28 February 2011 to change my Plan from 5 GB to 2 GB, which was agreed to by him and the request number given to me for the same was[protected].

                      I had paid the bills for the months of February and March 2011 amounting to
                      Rs 1048/- each, for 5GB though the request was given in February 2011 for change in Plan to 2GB and have also paid the bill of April 2011 amounting to Rs.827/- for 2 GB after which my services were discontinued and hence have not paid the further bills.

                      I may mention that I had personally visited the Tata Indicom office at Veer Nariman Road, Fort on 28 April 2011 and explained to your representative the problem that I was facing. I may mention that she had taken down the details on the computer and informed me that she would forward it to her seniors. On receiving a reminder dated 26 April 2011, for non payment of 5GB, I again visited your office on 3 May 2011 and met with your representative Mr Hasan who informed me that he would look into the matter. I have had no response since then from your end;

                      The representative of your tele-calling services (every time a different person) kept on contacting me on phone for the payment on several occasions and each time the above change of Plan was explained to them to which they replied that they would speak to their seniors and revert back but till date nobody has bothered to call back nor send us a reply.

                      I have paid all the bills for the services I have availed off and there is no question of gain or loss to either party, since I have paid all my dues. However, I had made myself very clear that I would like to only opt for 2GB and would pay for the same, but the photon connection has been disconnected, and hence where is the question of payment. I am ready to pay for 2 GB plan from August/September 2011 or whenever the connection is activated.

                        2.I wish to mention herein that I have been a customer of Tata Tele for the last 5 years. I have taken two connections in this account one is a mobile and the other one is for my data card.
                        3.I had taken an unlimited type plan of Rs. 699 but as my usage had reduced I had requested customer care to put me in a plan wherein the charges are less. They had suggested me to take a plan of Rs. 150 wherein I will get 300 mins free usage and subsequent every 1MB will be charged @ Rs.1/=. I took that plan wef from December billing cycle. 4.But to my surprise I am astonished to see a bill of Rs. 3907.00. When I was being charged Rs. 699 previously suddenly now I am being chrged Rs. 3907 in just 10 days. Moreover on this pretext my phone and data card has been blocked which is unwarranted for.
                        5.I was kept in dark and was told about a plan which did not exist else there is no rhyme or reason that I will take this plan.
                        Though I have made the payment but it is unjustified and want my excess money to be refunded.

This is with regard to my complain no.[protected] that i had made with the nodal desk on 2nd of July 2011. This was with regard to my bill payment for the month of may which was supposed to be paid in June. I had already made advance payment towards that, in the month of may only, as i was traveling.

                          But, I have been harrased by multiple calls from the collection department about my bill, and about 20-30 calls i have received so far. But, there is no system in place, I register complain with the nodal desk, and customer care is unable to see that. They asked me for the transaction ID, I provided them with same. They asked me for statement, I sent m that too. Now they say that they haven't received the statement, nor do they have the transaction ID. The TAT of Nodal desk is usually 48 hours, but it is multiples of 48 hours, and I have called them 3 times. This is more of mental harrasement. What kind of service it is? A customer pays money in advance where you run for non payees, and still bears the same pain and gets irritated.

                          It is TTSL's problem if the payment is not reflected in their account, as I have proof of being debited from my account, and have provided same above as well. I will ask for compensation if the problem doesnot get solved within 48 hours now.

                            I myself Aditya Pagaria(Authorized Signatory) using 10+ connections of Tata Indicom would like to lodge a complain for your service in Consumer Court as well as in your Corporate HeadQuarters.

                            My Tata Indicom No.[protected] and My Account No.[protected],basically my monthly plan was Rs.245 rentals and credit limit was Rs.1100. Last 3-4 months i am getting abnormal and absurd bills for this specific Tata Connection which i haven't used for any purpose,neither for outgoing nor for incoming.For the maximum period of time the phone was switched off.

                            Kindly,please answer how can the bill be generated when Outgoing & Incoming Calls have not been made for 3-4 months.

                            On requesting the Itemised Bill and the outgoing call details,Tata Indicom people using abusing languages and not speaking properly on phone nor replying on email.

                              I raised a request for the customized bill (itenary) for the month of November 2010 & December 2010 in the month of December 2010 well as June 2011 by making a personal visit to Tata photon gallery, but to my disappointment I have never received the same either in hard coy or soft coy format, inspite of being given an assurance of receiving the soft copy within 3 days and hard copy within 5 days from the date of request being raised.I also received a mail from the debt management team of Tata Teleservices from Mr Srinath Nayak, i raised my concern to him as well but never got a reply in return.My visit to the Tata gallery indicates my inclination to settle the bill but because of my disagreement with the bills raised by Tata photon for the month of November 2010 & December 2010, I requested for the itenary(customized bill) of the same so as to satisfy myself about the genuineness of the bill, I have a track record of paying all your previous bills on time but I cant pay anything which is not acceptable by me.Going forward i have started receiving letters from Tata Teleservices that they will take the matter to the Court of law but have not yet received any customized bill.I request you to look into the matter and provide your kind assistance on the same.

                                Based on advise of the executive of the company, My average utilization of the internet service was for INR 750. The scheme subscribed by me is the same in consultancy of the executive. The scheme was named as 2GB data free plan. The excess utilisation above this limit was required to be intimated in advance and shall be billed. The service provider did not confirm me any eacess utilisation prior to exceeding the limit.The miscommunication was intentional to cut the pocket of customer.

                                I was experiencing the problem in download and upload and calls made to customer care. But the customer care executive kept me on hold or did not give any solution for long time.Lastly, on visit of executive, it is clarified that 3.1 mbps is only to say. The executive demonstrated the speed by showing speed on google and assured me the service is OK. The speed was wrongly stated by the company.

                                On 25th February 2011, I had received a caution massage for uses exceeding 75 % of threshold usage. On 22nd February 2011, they had generated a bill for 20/01/11 to 19/02/11 through their faulty system. How can it be possible in three days. The company could have clarified the technical issue before billing.

                                On wrong billing, I wrote email to the customer care and they are justifying the bill amount instead of looking in the matter. The statement for data utilisation does not contain the unfeasible download and upload caused by the absence of link of the internet.

                                Before rectifying the bills, I have been getting vexatious calls for payment in name of this company. Some time they use abusive language and threat me for dire consequences.The numbers are [protected],[protected],[protected] and [protected].

                                I am unable to understand the problem of the company, they promise the wrong speed. They are not equiped to show the statement of correct uses in logical way, at the same time, they are not agreed for even average billing. They are stopping service without any prior notice. They do not admit the wrong to rectify further, they are misusing time of customer, they do not make any effective communication.The company has raised bills arbitrarily.

                                I am ready to pay for genuine use and not as per the isolated statement o[censored]ses as stated by the company. I can not pay the wrong bill for fake data or corrupted data which is caused by the careless customer services. The complaints are lodged several times and same are closed with out looking the matter.

                                My humble request from the company is to produce the correct bill and adjust the amount from security amount.

                                  I, myself Mr. Ketan D. Rathor. I am using TATA Indicom No. [protected] and Account No.[protected], and my residential address is: “Chamunda-Ashish”, 3 – Hasanwadi, Gayatrinagar Main Road, Rajkot, GUJARAT - 360001

                                  The Complain is in regard that without any reason TATA Indicom is not allowing me to Port-Out to AIRCEL.

                                  I am writing this letter after getting harassment from your 3rd Class Service and business Strategy.

                                  As I had made many calls to TATA Customer Care but neither any providing REASONABLE explanation regarding my problem nor solution for my problem is provided to me.

                                  Very first time on 16 May 2011, I have applied for Mobile Number Portability from TATA INDICOM to AIRCEL with Unique Porting No.TG153766 and within few hours, I received an SMS of rejection of my request of Porting –Out and the reason was stated to me was that my last bill is Outstanding. But actually on the same day at Morning (16 May 2011) I had payee Rs.140/- (including Rs.26/- in advance) for my last outstanding payment.

                                  On 17th May 2011, I had again applied for Mobile Number Portability from TATA INDICOM to AIRCEL Unique Porting No. TG153766 along with Copy Payment Receipt. After 2~3 day I got call from the TATA that your request is again rejected and the reason was stated to me was Last Bill Outstanding. Even I had paid advance payment; my request was rejected by TATA.

                                  After getting rejected Second time, 6~8 days later, I had again paid Rs.90/- in advance and on 30th May 2011, Again even third time, I had again applied for Mobile Number Portability from TATA INDICOM to AIRCEL Unique Porting No.TG542384. On the very next day, I received 2 to 3 phone call TATA inquiring regarding that “Are you Porting-Out to any other Company?” and “In which company you are porting?” All the call on same date from TATA had asked me the same question and also attested me that within 5 to 7 days you Mobile no. will be ported to AIRCEL.

                                  But today its 10th May 2011, my mobile number is neither ported to AIRCEL nor any LOGICAL FEEDBACK provided to me in this mean time.

                                  After 7 days on 7th June 2011 (i.e. seven days later of applying third time for Porting-Out), I had make many calls to Customer care, each and every time I was informed that my work is in Progress and even no final time limit was provided to me for porting out to AIRCEL.

                                  I was informed from Rajkot-Limda Chowk office that our Nodal Officer Mr. Chintan Dixit[protected] will Solve your problem. And when I call at that no. no is receiving the phone call. Than from Customer Care, I was informed that our Nodal Officer is Mr. Navin Bansari[protected], who will solve your problem and when I call at that no. number is discontinued. Than from mobile bill, I got new and third contact no. of Nodal Officer Mr. Anoop Nair[protected].

                                  Again on 9th June 2011, I call to Mr. Anoop Nair (but any lady had received the call and talked to me regarding the whole matter. Then she told me that “I am calling you back within few minutes”. But instead of few minute, I had not even received any call from the Nodal officer.

                                  On 10th June 2011, I call to Mr. Anoop Nair (but again the same lady had received the call) and talked with me in such that I am unaware about that she was only the person with whom I was talked yesterday. She told me that TATA Company had not received any Request of Porting-Out from AIRCEL.

                                  The most strange thing is that without receiving any Porting-Out request from AIRCEL, TATA had call me on 31st May 2 to 3 times for confirming my Decision for Porting-Out and In which service provider I am shifting to? . An Nodal Officer is tell me that TATA had not received any porting-out request. Isn’t it strange to hear?

                                  Now I am confused that actually who is the Real Nodal Officer? Whether he/she have any authority and responsibility to solve such problem or not?

                                  Tata is not only the cellular company whose service is used by me. I had even ported my BSNL no. to VODAFONE and the porting had been done successfully within 6 days. So, here the LEVEL of Service can be compared VODAFONE and TATA.

                                  Now I am very tired from the 3rd class service of TATA Indicom. For this problem I had repeatedly call so many time to Customer Care, even visited to Rajkot Main Office, also call to Nodal Officer 2 to 3 times, but solution is provided to my problem.

                                  NOW, LET ME GIVE THE FINAL ANSWER REGARDING THIS MATTER THAT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE? HOW MANY TIME I HAVE TO REMIND YOU REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEM?

                                  Now this is the last trial that by this email your company will Port-Out my mobile number to from TATA Indicom to AIRCEL.

                                  OR AFTERWARD, I WILL TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AND MAKE THE FULL INVOLVEMENT OF TRAI “TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA”.

                                  Nothing more to say, just solve my problem. Now I am waiting for your quickest Response.

                                    I had taken a post-paid Tata Photon+ connection some 2 months back. The number given to me is [protected]. I wanted to cancel the sim, as I had taken it when I was in Mohali for my 2 month internship. I had also put in a request for the same, the reference number being[protected]. However, today I get a mail stating that my payment for the old bill cycle is due and that my new payment cycle begins from 5th of June, 2011. This is not acceptable. Tata Photon+ executives to please get this matter resolved and a confirmation be sent to my email address [protected]@gmail.com.
