I, myself Mr. Ketan D. Rathor. I am using TATA Indicom No. [protected] and Account No.[protected], and my residential address is: “Chamunda-Ashish”, 3 – Hasanwadi, Gayatrinagar Main Road, Rajkot, GUJARAT - 360001
The Complain is in regard that without any reason TATA Indicom is not allowing me to Port-Out to AIRCEL.
I am writing this letter after getting harassment from your 3rd Class Service and business Strategy.
As I had made many calls to TATA Customer Care but neither any providing REASONABLE explanation regarding my problem nor solution for my problem is provided to me.
Very first time on 16 May 2011, I have applied for Mobile Number Portability from TATA INDICOM to AIRCEL with Unique Porting No.TG153766 and within few hours, I received an SMS of rejection of my request of Porting –Out and the reason was stated to me was that my last bill is Outstanding. But actually on the same day at Morning (16 May 2011) I had payee Rs.140/- (including Rs.26/- in advance) for my last outstanding payment.
On 17th May 2011, I had again applied for Mobile Number Portability from TATA INDICOM to AIRCEL Unique Porting No. TG153766 along with Copy Payment Receipt. After 2~3 day I got call from the TATA that your request is again rejected and the reason was stated to me was Last Bill Outstanding. Even I had paid advance payment; my request was rejected by TATA.
After getting rejected Second time, 6~8 days later, I had again paid Rs.90/- in advance and on 30th May 2011, Again even third time, I had again applied for Mobile Number Portability from TATA INDICOM to AIRCEL Unique Porting No.TG542384. On the very next day, I received 2 to 3 phone call TATA inquiring regarding that “Are you Porting-Out to any other Company?” and “In which company you are porting?” All the call on same date from TATA had asked me the same question and also attested me that within 5 to 7 days you Mobile no. will be ported to AIRCEL.
But today its 10th May 2011, my mobile number is neither ported to AIRCEL nor any LOGICAL FEEDBACK provided to me in this mean time.
After 7 days on 7th June 2011 (i.e. seven days later of applying third time for Porting-Out), I had make many calls to Customer care, each and every time I was informed that my work is in Progress and even no final time limit was provided to me for porting out to AIRCEL.
I was informed from Rajkot-Limda Chowk office that our Nodal Officer Mr. Chintan Dixit[protected] will Solve your problem. And when I call at that no. no is receiving the phone call. Than from Customer Care, I was informed that our Nodal Officer is Mr. Navin Bansari[protected], who will solve your problem and when I call at that no. number is discontinued. Than from mobile bill, I got new and third contact no. of Nodal Officer Mr. Anoop Nair[protected].
Again on 9th June 2011, I call to Mr. Anoop Nair (but any lady had received the call and talked to me regarding the whole matter. Then she told me that “I am calling you back within few minutes”. But instead of few minute, I had not even received any call from the Nodal officer.
On 10th June 2011, I call to Mr. Anoop Nair (but again the same lady had received the call) and talked with me in such that I am unaware about that she was only the person with whom I was talked yesterday. She told me that TATA Company had not received any Request of Porting-Out from AIRCEL.
The most strange thing is that without receiving any Porting-Out request from AIRCEL, TATA had call me on 31st May 2 to 3 times for confirming my Decision for Porting-Out and In which service provider I am shifting to? . An Nodal Officer is tell me that TATA had not received any porting-out request. Isn’t it strange to hear?
Now I am confused that actually who is the Real Nodal Officer? Whether he/she have any authority and responsibility to solve such problem or not?
Tata is not only the cellular company whose service is used by me. I had even ported my BSNL no. to VODAFONE and the porting had been done successfully within 6 days. So, here the LEVEL of Service can be compared VODAFONE and TATA.
Now I am very tired from the 3rd class service of TATA Indicom. For this problem I had repeatedly call so many time to Customer Care, even visited to Rajkot Main Office, also call to Nodal Officer 2 to 3 times, but solution is provided to my problem.
NOW, LET ME GIVE THE FINAL ANSWER REGARDING THIS MATTER THAT HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE? HOW MANY TIME I HAVE TO REMIND YOU REGARDING THE SAME PROBLEM?
Now this is the last trial that by this email your company will Port-Out my mobile number to from TATA Indicom to AIRCEL.
OR AFTERWARD, I WILL TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AND MAKE THE FULL INVOLVEMENT OF TRAI “TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA”.
Nothing more to say, just solve my problem. Now I am waiting for your quickest Response.
