Dear sir, I brought thomson qled google 55inch tv from flipkart online at septemper 29th 2022 and the tv installation done at october 17th 2022 and the tv not working from November 3rd onwards . I register complaint through email and toll free number of thomson service centre after they send one representative for checking tv at Nov 5th 2022. He report it that motherboard was complaint again i need wait for next month december 1st 2022 for the replace of new motherboard unfortunately it is also not working. After that he told me thomson company need to send another motherboard through courier so i wait for again 7 working days after that I call and send emails several time to them again they register new complaint and told me to wait again 7 working to solve the issue but they did not solve only by postponed the date when i ask for the update of thomson qled tv untill now no any action from there side
