Tikona — Broadband disconnected but receiving threatening calls regarding supposed overdue payment without providing any details

I received a call today as well from an Amita Saini from the office of Narendra Kalra in Tiz Hazari Court. The Tilkona service that I did have has been disconnected a few months back and they have even taken their equipment. Suddenly, this lady today calls me and demands payment. When I ask for bill details, she says she does not have it but if I do not pay, I will receive summons from Court. Any idea if this is legit or is this harassment that has to be dealt with in Consumer Court? - Bikram
