I Was using Tikona broad band service for last two years !! I used to face regular problems on slow speed/connectivity issues. I complained multiple times to the customer service to resolve issues.

In month of June 2015 i have raised 12 complaints and issues were still not fixed. I have finally decided to go with other local broad band services i made a call to them & asked several times to disconnect the broad band.

Even for the disconnection i have called five times.

Finally after six months they are calling and asking me to pay bill for last six months or else they will go to court (cheaters). I have noted down all the complaints reference numbers & I have not used even 1B of there broad band service. (User phone number : [protected])

Agreed, I am too facing the same problem. Steps should be taken so companies like these are penalised for looting the customers without providing basic services.

    I got tikona internet broadband on 11th Sep 2015 since that very day, I am facing speed and connectivity issue. They have charged me around 2220 rs but internet is not working at all. I called up to customer care numerous times and mailed to them but issue did not resolve. Even i wasted my time and money(around 250 rs in calling to customer care). I asked them to disconnect my connect and refund my money but they did not refund my money. They much tortured me mentally. Kindly take some needful action against them.They are totally deaf of customer complain and charging money for connection.

      Hi, i am Tikona user [protected]. Since July 2015 there was problem with Tikona connectivity and i was getting the network speed about 10 to 300 kbps with lots of fluctuation. i had compliant 100 times everyday but no resolution has been given. Finally on 30th Sept 2015 i had given request for disconnection of my account and they confirm to do the same in next 15 working days but even after 15 days calling them daily they always said that they have proceed the request to disconnection team and my connection will be closed today or in 24 hrs. but still as on date 3rd Nov. 2015 my connection is still active and they are not closing the connection and continuous generating the bills month on month for Zero service and they are calling me daily and doing my mental harassment, abusing & threatening me to make the all the payment. can i look forward for any help here on this portal.         Hi Sir,

        Need justice against service delivery harassment done by Tikona broadband network after doing advance payment for the services & generating repeated bills against no service provided..
        Below is my case.

        § I Paid an amount of Rs. 2247 for 2 Month’s Internet Subscription with High Speed .

        § When I asked the installer to first give me the connection speed demo then he tried to, but unfortunately the conecttion was breaking down & when I asked the reason then he said “ we have a testing account which faces connection breakage issue normally, once you paid the amount you’ll get un-interupted service for sure and for sny such issue am always available in this colony at all the time to fixy any issue related to our services and forced me to buy 4-5 month subscription but I purchased 2 months service only to check the as per my requirement “

        § Once I made the payment he showed fixed the signal box once again and showed me a speed demo on you tube channel for couple of minutes and again I fount connection breackage issue.”

        § The sales guy/ installer Mr. Rajesh assured me that he’ll fix the issue for sure by tomorrow with a new signal box and I don’t need to worry.

        § From the day onwards i tried to call the sales guy ( the same one who installed the connection Mr. Rajesh)for next complete month but he didn’t entertained me once, in result I felt that the company is making a fool of me.

        § In return I tried to register complaints may times to there customer care numbers : [protected].

        § Till one and a half month they assured me that they’ll send there engineer there to fix the problem.

        § One support guy came at my house to inspect the condition and measured that here’s a permanent signal problem with the main trans receiver tower of Tikona and assured me that either Area manager will inspect my house or company will refund my amount within 15 days time period as its impossible to provide wireless connection here with this surrounding ( wireless connections were missing from my house roof top) where he measured continuous drop in signals.

        § Post that day nop body visited my inspect the case after making more then 50 calls to there area manager., the sales guy Mr. Rajesh, company’s national customer care number and registering complaints to there support email ID’s .

        § I write several emails in regard to my complaint to below ID’s [protected]@tikona.in, j.[protected]@tikona.in, [protected]@tikonacare.in

        § Whenever I write any complaint mail to the J. Nair or there customer care id, in return I get a reply that the issue has been soughed out, I am surprised how they can do this to me as the issue still persists.


        After 1 & half month’s I requested again for my money back as the purpose I wanted an internet connection all got failed and I lost a big amount of my time and value in following up the broadband issue.
        Every time I call to the customer care they assure me that refund process is going on will update you soon and started generating monthly bills against the connection without providing any service to me.
        And the process is still going on of generating monthly bills.
        I am still receiving monthly bills i don't understand why.

        I am in high depression due to this issue as I am facing below issues on daily bases.

        My family point out me on the daily bases against my decision taking.
        I requested the connection to for my online classes as I have only time lift after evening ( after office hours ) to complete my studies for my career growth & future security.
        I enrolled for an online course with a trust on tikona services & requested connection from them result I never attended any single class of mine from entire course duration because of this broadband connectivity issue. Which results no increment in my existing company and complete loss of my online study course.
        I never used the company services even a single day, but still company is generating bills against me.
        I lost a Big amount of Time & my rest time just in following up my requests & complaints.
        The company only means about doing sales with No service to the customer.
        I faced a lot of mental sickness & harassment with the behavior & ignores from company authorized spokes like there call center managers, and email responses from there authorized email address..
        Below are some of my complaint numbers & my payment details.

          I have taken connection of tikona service provider in virar (Mumbai) from 02.11.2015 and from 02.01.2016 till now i am not getting any connectivity and the service provider is not providing connection and despite they charging amount and when i raise a complaint to disconnect they are not doing it...

          Fraud company. Please koi bhi conection mat low. Because no service. Customer care wale sirf complaint number registered karate hai magar quiry solve nahi karate hai. Or technical wala ladka customer care walo ko client ke samane gali dete hai.

            I got a Tikona broadband connection on May 17(Account #[protected]. The network was pathetic that wanted to get rid of it within 2 months. I tried to place the termination request through Customer care number. However, they kept ignoring my request and disconnecting my calls abruptly. Finally I sent the Termination request in email on July 21. Tikona did not process my termination request for long time and kept calling me unnecessarily and sending emails and sms on payment reminders. After several emails and follow ups in phone, they agreed to terminate the connection and sent an acknowledgement on Aug 27. It took more than a month to process the request. Then one person came to office to collect settlement of 300 rupees and said with that they will close all dues. Two more personnel came to home to collect the equipment. Even after that I kept getting bills and payment reminders. On top of it, I got a call from someone to be an advocate calling on behalf of Tikona. She said I still need to settle outstanding balance of 700 rs if not they will file case against me. I told her to go ahead. Tikona the most pathetic Internet service providers I have come across. They demand customer to pay money unnecessarily and if the customers do not oblige they threaten to file case. Many of my friends also faced similar issues. Those who are reading this please advise you and your friends to stay away

              Hi Crap service and threatening calls from Tikona.. The below is the I had received an email from customer care. I was in Advance Rental plan, I didn't use your service after 22nd Jun'15. I gave a request through customer care to take back the equipment and as well as the area tower at my terrace. I need to know why the bill was generated for the subsequent months & why there was no final settlement I received for 23, 24 & 25 Jun'15? Everything is recorded at your side, check and comeback please. On Monday, 15 June 2015 5:14 PM, "Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in" wrote: This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear Mr. SILAMBARASAN M SILAMBARASAN M, With reference to the request raised on your Tikona broadband User ID [protected], registered against your name, we commit to make sincere efforts to resolve whatever difficulty or issue you may have faced by engaging senior specialist from our team. Your account shall remain under our retention efforts for next 10 days to allow us a fair chance to satisfy your concerns and make sure you continue using Tikona services. It will delight us to re-instate your confidence in us.                 My tikona user id is [protected]. I requested for termination of the the broadband service. They disconnected my service on july 2015. They suppose to refund Rs.1500 to me. But whenever I called the customer service, they said will initiate the process within two days. They are telling the same since August 2015. I am really fed up. Its such a worst customer service. Most of the time, when I call them, they dont pick the call and IVR will say we have noted your number and we will call back within two days. But not even once they called back. I want my money back.

                  I had Tikona broadband connection with ID [protected] . In May 2014 i informed Tikona Care for disconnection of network . However they had bill for next two months without usage. They have called & sent emails many times for due bill payment. Today I received call from Mr.Amita Saini, [protected], Civil court Delhi regarding pending bill case. Finally I paid pending amount 1920/- to avoid their mental torture. I asked Mr. Saini for Noc through email. But now reply till now and she is not even picking up my call . I understand, few guys from tikona team are acting as advocates. It is a big crime. Please do not pay these kind of bills & put FIR against them.

                  If possible close the issue, because every time I call your customer care about this, they add 2000 to the previous amount they were asking for, and start harassing me .
                  I am pretty much sure that you wont give me the full and final settlement paper, so that you can harass me in the future also.I have read all about your tactics and how you treat your customers.
                  Anyways, this is for sure now, Any person who knows me wont be joining TIKONA in his/her lifetime.

                  And, why are you guys not responding over the email.
                  I am writing to tikona from last three months about this problem.
                  But your solution is, Threatening fake calls.

                        Tikona is the worst internet service provider i have come across. They have installed their device in september at our place which only worked for 4 hrs after installation and then it stopped working, after so many complaints they have sent their 4 engineers who said that it won, t work as your device is not catching signals. so we forwarded our request for cancellation. its more than a month nw but we din't get our money back.and everytime when we call they say the same thing that mam we can see that ur device is catching signals so strongly and again i have to xplain them the whole thng.Its a fraud company as they will take two months advance from you than they will not respond to any of your calls. so i suggest u not to try tikona ever.And now i am sending thm notice regarding the same.

                          My tikona id is [protected]. i took the connection just 2 months before. this is the worst tikona serive i had ever seen. my internet is not working since 4-5 days. I registered a complaint on tikona customer care no.[protected] on[protected] i was told that i would be contacted by tikona technician within 4 hrs and was told that the problem will solved within 24 hrs. But no such response was given by them. Again, i called them on[protected] they gave the same reply. And even today they did the same. Also everytime i call upon them i am asked to go through some command procedure. Literally tikona sevice is the epitome example of worsted sevice.

                            Giving half information just to promote their horrible service and charging customers heftily. I am a consumer of Tikona service. At the time of installation, they charged us Rs 2280 which they claimed would be 2 months charge + installation charge. My plan is of Rs 750 + 14%vat and installation charges of Rs 500. I took the service on 11th of August 2015. Now they have generated a bill of Rs 1653 for the month of October. They claim that if we login to their website after 10th of every month, our billing cycle becomes from 25th of that month. So they charged Rs 360 for 11th Aug-25th Aug and then from 25th Aug - 25th Oct they charged more. These things of billing cycle were never informed to us while installation. Also, I thought it was a postpaid connection. But when I called the customer care, they mentioned that it is 'Advanced Rental Postpay' connection. This is just a sweet way of saying that it is prepaid. These information was not conveyed to us at all. When I asked the service center, they asked me why I did not check this on their website.

                                    I have surrender Tikona's connection and had paid outstanding before making request of surrender. But bills and massages still receiving. After conversation tikona's customer care executives they are standing outstanding. Mail that I had send as below: I have registered a request of surrender Tikona Broadband Connection to Tikona by mail and on phone vide req.no. 1-[protected] vijay DT.13/8/15 (on Phone) and reminder by email on 22/8 req.no.1-[protected] due to not working from 40-50 days and I have to pay bills without getting services. Tikona give me 15 days processing times for removing their devices from my premises but they still have not take any step from their side.                                       Hi My Tikona connection ID is : [protected]. Tikona connection was not working since May 2015. SO from month of May 2015 I raised multiple request to Tikona for closing my account by phone and by emails. PFA of email communication. Tikona closed my account in Oct 2015. Now Tikona send me bill for non usage of internet since month of May. PFA of bill copy. Please revert back bill amount as no dues are pending from my side because I was raising multiple requests to close my account. Also Tikona should pay my deposit amount back to me.                                         My Tikona ID is [protected]. I applied for disconnection on 13th Sep 2015 and my service request number is "Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 9/12/2015 05:15:55 PM". Till date I have not yet received a single call from Tikona and every time I call customer care I get same reply "Sir I have raised the issue and our disconnection will call you with in 24 hours". Moreover my billing date is 27th of every month so, I was told I will have to pay the bill for Sep and I shall not be getting bill for the period of not using i.e after my billing date and now I am getting bill for the month of Oct too. Why should I get bill and pay for it when I am not using and have applied for disconnection before my billing date of previous month.
