Very poor service

No proper response

Hi this is karthik. There is no proper customer response and politeness towards customer I am unsatisfied with the person whom I intracted. He does not have proper training at all. Now I dismiss the mind of taking a connection with ur network only because o[censored]r staff who spoked with me ... Please make sure giving proper training to the ground level staff. Disconnection request not processed more than a month

Disconnection of internet and harassment for payments

Broadband connection

We had taken a new connection on october 13, 2015 in the name of kaushik . We had subscribed a plan of 4 mbps. During the demo of the service it was 4 mbps. We paid rs 4500/-. Not closing the internet connection

Tikona is not closing my connection even I asked them in written to terminate my connection and also pasted the link of TRAI guidelines mentioning "The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer" Even after that they are clearly violating government regulations. Not refunding the money for unused service
