I have requested Tikona customer support to recharge my postpaid account with a speed voucher, they gave some instructions and that was not working. I have called again and again for complaining, but after hearing this immediately they are disconnecting my call. also that is not a toll free number.

      I told them I wanted to cut my connection ...the said its a 15 day procedure...I started it...in the mean tym they called me daily so that they could prevent me from giving the line away...Bt still at the end I had got no response... So another bill of the next month was generated... Before this also they generated a bill of 269 (don't know for what)...I am fed up!want an instant solution...

        I Rajesh Pasbola having tikona user id [protected] on 29.9.15 requested customer service to disconnect internet but no action taken by tikona. Till date I send thirteen reminder to tikona still no action taken and send me next month bill. Which I clearly informed that after 29.9.15 I will not pay anything to tikona.

          I have subscribed to tiokna internet connection, 4MBPS plan (user id [protected]). The funny thing here is since the day I got the connection the maximum speed I'm getting is 0.02 MBPS! Like any other customer, I called their customer care and raised a complaint. I was promised that the issue will get resolved within 24 hours. Its been a week and no action from Tikona. I called them again and again but no use. Today when I told them I'm going to post about this irresponsible behavior, the customer care executive Mr. Rahul Sawant (hope its his real name) tells me that he doesn't care. thats how they respond. By the way they have already taken the money for next 3 months. What hurts me most is not the speed, but the way Tikona behaves with its customers. So my sincere advice to fellow citizens is please stay away from Tikona. There are tons of good good service providers out there. Its not just about the money, its about the mental peace. Never seen such a worst service providers in my life so far. PS: I'm facing this issue since 14th October 2015 i.e the day I got the connection. Today is 22nd october 2015, not even a single technician from Tikona has addressed the issue so far.

            I had taken the connection on 25th september and today is 22 october 2015 but I'm not able to use the internet till today, as it is asking for loggin repeatedly in every10min or it do not connect and says IP not correct. i had even called them several times but nothing has been done above this when I had asked them to refund my rest of the money and disconnect the service they are not processing it. i had taken connection of 2200Rs in which they told that internet will be free for 2 months plus it includes installation charge, but now i need my money back as I haven't used there internet properly also 1 month is still left. i had even mailed Mr Jaykrishnan Nair and on cuctomer care ID but there was no revert. also below are some contact of the person who had played all this game and are now avoiding the call- [protected] [protected] [protected] I suggest all the innocent customer not to take this connection if they dont want to lose their money i request you to kindly help me in getting my money back my TIKONA user ID is [protected] thanks Praveen [protected]

              This is a complain about Tikona broadband company for “not disconnecting broadband connection” and “threatening calls” for the payment of illegal charges that I am not accountable for. I subscribed to Tikona internet (UserID- [protected]), on 8 June 2014 and stopped using it on 31 May 2015 due to regular pathetic internet speed that I usually was getting over last couple of months. I made several complains to customer care regarding the poor internet connectivity, and each time I was assured that our engineer will visit your site and resolve the issue, but the situation remained same. After several calls and follow-ups, the engineer came but could not resolve the problem. On last visit on 31 May 2015, the service engineering clearly told me that the issue cannot be rectified because no. of customers are more in this area and the few towers installed are not capable of providing good internet service. Then I made termination request, of broadband connection, by making call to customer care on 1 June 2015 and unplugged the LAN cable from my system. The customer care representative told me that the whole disconnection process will take max. 15 days. After that I got 2-3 confirmation call regarding disconnection, and each time I explicitly and willingly told that I no more want your internet service, please terminate the service ASAP. On 14th June, I called customer care to take follow ups and I was told that “Please wait for next2-3 days. Our representative will visit your place to collect the devices”. But, neither representative came nor I could get any updates (by mail/message) regarding the disconnection process. Moreover, I wrote 2 mails on 17 June 2015 and 20 June 2015, but got no response against any mail. I also claimed waiver for the month of May, like 3-4 earlier months waivers, before making disconnection request, because I was facing lot of issues regarding slow internet speed for last 4-5 months. I always paid all dues for bills generated up to 26 May 2015 and my usage history could have up to 31 May 2015. Upon contacting, the customer care guy told me that “Your connection is seized and closed after making disconnection request. So you will get no bills generated thereafter. In some case, you might have to pay bill based on PRO-RATA basis, since there is a data usage history of 6 days after bill generation, up to 31 May 2015.” Since I already have claimed for waiver for the month of May, so the 5 days usage bill would be adjusted with that. In the mail, sent on 20 Jun 2015, I explicitly stated that “My data usage history (of tikonabroadband connection) would have up to 31 May 2015, so I am not going to pay a single penny beyond that.” Unexpectedly, on July 6, 2015 I got a mail from Tikona with the bill of amount Rs. 691.94 with due date 11 Jul 2015. Then I contacted customer care. This time also, I was assured that “please wait for next 48 hours and we will get back to you. You need not to pay the bill, since it is generated from our backend team which is not aware of this case. You will get you full ‘n’ final bill/later within next 2 days. “I waited further for some days, but nothing happened. On 12 July 2015, I got a mail “Termination of Services for Tikona Wi-Bro Account[protected] – Confirmation Mail- [protected]”, wherein it was stated that “We hereby confirm that services for your Account No.[protected] having User ID [protected] has been terminated as on Termination Date. We will send our executive to collect all the equipment’s provided to you by Tikona, please handover the same.” Further I got a mail on 7 Aug 2015 with subject “Service Disconnection for Tikona Account”, but no representative came to collect the devices and no full and final bill/NOC I got till now. Surprisingly, I got a threatening call on 19 Oct 2015 from Mr. Sandeep Sinha (Mob. No: [protected]), claiming himself to be an advocate from Mumbai session Court, told me to pay the dues of amount of Rs. 2208 within half an hour otherwise the case would be presented to magistrate and you will have to pay Rs.2208/- + Rs. 35, 000/- as penalty, and I will have to be physically present in session court Mumbai. I told him that I have paid all bills timely, and it is just unfair what are you asking for. When I asked him to send me the usage history and bill, he refused to do so. He told me that you can claim for refund later if you have not used the internet. I paid the amount of Rs.2208 (Transaction ID: [protected]TPC[protected] same day, because I was just new to this incidence and don’t want mental trauma. But got very embarrassed later thinking that while I paid all bills on time without delay, still I am being threaten by hooligan hired by so called reputed and big name Company, very disgusting. Later I found information from online consumer forums that Mr. Sadeep Sinha is actually a recovery agent of Tikona who pretend to be an advocate, extort customers and threaten them to pay the desired money. I am shocked, is this the way they are making business and claim to grow in the market? This type of cheap activity will just let them down, nothing else. I would like to get the status o[censored]sage history/ bills why I was charged with Rs.2208 and full ‘n’ final certificate, along with the refund and apology to doing this cheap and disgusting behaviour.

              It is very disappointing that after complaining in this forum, your attention could be derived onto this issue. Still, I am waiting for fruitful action from your side which includes FNF receipt along with the money refund, that I was threatened to pay without usage, and written apology from your side. As far as your two replies are concerned, these are just templates that are copied and paste to all complains throughout the forum.
              I could see enormous like complains on various consumer forums, which clearly indicates that these types of activities are no new or generic for you. You have just one motto - grab the money, anyhow by trapping new customers and extorting existing customers no matter they no more want your crap service.
              In India, where law and order prevails, don’t let us feel like we live in extremist dominating country where a goon can terrorize and extort someone with no fear. Moreover, it’s a matter of consideration that If someone got disconnected the internet services, why you people don’t furnish all exit formalities on priority or, at least, normal basis same as at the time of subscribing new connection. Actually you stop paying attention towards those types of matter and never respond to any mail or call in this concern, and later you impose illegal bills and threaten users to pay them.

              I know that you don’t respect rules and regulations and customers who give you business, still I request you, without assuring and asking me further, to finalize this matter ASAP, because already you have taken, wasted actually, too much time.

                I got this broadband installed previous month and the speed was awsm as i was using a 10 mbps plan my user id being[protected] even after using my 10 gbs i my secondary usage was just briliant but as soon as i paid my bill for the next month my speed dropped to 30 kbps and i have complained multiple times o them but they r saying that sir u have exceded ur limit o[censored]sage but if we notice one thing that in the mnth of installation also i exceded my limits tht time the speed did not drop but this time it dropped why because they are all frauds after using it i recommended it to my frnds but after seeing this i will recommend them to use bsnl instead of this fraud service

                    Connection ID : [protected] I placed disconnection request on 16th sep 2015 and its been more than a month, still my connection is not terminated. Called customer care so many times but always same response within 2 days it will be done, I never seen one of the worst service. Even after placing the disconnection request i keep on receiving bills. On september most of the days the internet not worked and they agreed to adjust the amount in the bill but nothing happened. When ever i call customer care they are asking to pay the bill, why should i pay if i don't use the connection. Please think twice before you take connection with tikona, they always says it will resolved with 48 hrs but never happened.

                      Hi everyone, I was going through the list of complaints against Tikona, and it seems that there are dozens only in the last one week! It amazes me how a fraudster company like this can go on despite so many people complaining about their ways! Mine is the same case. Disconnected in May because of their extremely poor service to repair the connection. They kept on sending me mails and text messages about 'unpaid bills' for the following months. I even PAID an amount for one FULL MONTH just to get rid of them. But they never stopped. They asked for another 1500, maybe for the router that nobody came to retrieve despite my several mails to them asking them to do so. and the worst happened this morning. I get a very humiliating call from a lawyer, Rahul Khanna, telling me that Tikona wants to initiate legal proceedings against me. I at least have half a dozen e-mails that i sent to them which have gone unanswered. I believe there is no stopping these scamsters, and the best way out of this would be by approaching the TELECOM DISPUTES SETTLEMENT & APPELLATE TRIBUNAL (TDSAT) as a group of consumers. So please COMMENT BELOW IF YOU WANT YOUR NAME TO BE COUNTED IN. Enough is enough, Tikona!

                        I raised request for Disconnection of Tikona internet connection in Month of september 2015 because of poor connection issue. I raised a request by using toll-free number also I emailed them to disconnect it.I got a reply by Tikona that they will wave of some amount from my bill. I paid the bill amount for months i used. Now since Month of september I called them to disconnect my internet connection and emailed [protected]@tikona.in to disconnect it. Since nothing steps are taken. One person contated me for the disconnection. But he dint came after that. I dont know what to do. I am really messed with the service tikona is providing. I dont want to pay for the months i didnt use. I

                        I am sending this number again to the mail id provided above . Don't send me the message for paying bill. I approached for disconnection in the month of september 2015. Now the month is january 2016. Till nothing is happen. Very worst.
                        I tried to send the tikona refernce number in the forum.tikona.in. But it said that the current reference id is inactive. But why you are sending me the message, I dont know. When a person called me from your service in october month I think, he said that it is computer generated message and asked me to dont bother that they will rectify soon. Still I am receiving the message. Please Kindly look through it.

                          Since July 27, I am asking Tikona digital networks, via mails and customer care support, regarding my disconnection of internet service which i was using, they never resolve my concern and continue charging me for the internet connection i had, since i have given the disconnection request and they did not acted on that i have stop paying the bill for the internet which i haven't used. but now Tikona D.N., collection department calling me 2-3 times per day and text message me 6-7 per day, and harnessing me for the bill amount, it seems everyday they mentally torchered me for the bill payment, and this is effecting my personal life as well as working life? but Tikona doesn't seems to understand this, so please help me in this concern. why should i pay for services which i never used? My Tikona details are my tikona id is user ID: [protected] name: Rohan Pithadiya i have attached first few mails for disconnection and last mail which i have send to customer care few days back, each mail contains complaint ID given my Tikona customer care.

                              We had taken a new connection on october 13, 2015 in the name of kaushik . We had subscribed a plan of 4 mbps. During the demo of the service it was 4 mbps. We paid rs 4500/-. Later in the day we were getting only 0.4 mbps. We tried calling the customer care for 4 days but it was of no use. We later asked for a disconnection which they accepted on october 16. From that day it is still processing and they have not disconnected it. We started using internet from different service provider and now they are asking us to pay for the 20 days we are not using. Now they are telling that they will need another 20 days for disconnection and we are supposed to pay for the days we are not using when the problem is from their end. we would like our money refunded back to us.

                                Hello I been using this service and now i am not getting good service although i sent multiple request to 5 ppl in tikona even to enterprise delhi as well they didn't reply till date. Whats matter is this kind of customer satisfaction or services tikona providing ? Even i spoke with higher level and they simply says we are sending you the email confirmation for disconnection of my Lease Line. Its really becoming pathetic now IS THRE ANY BODY IN TIKONA WHO CAN DISCONNECT SERVICES and lisetn if you keep on sending bills unnecessarily i am not going to pay for that.

                                  I raised request for Disconnection of Tikona internet connection in Month of May 2015 because of poor connection issue. I raised a request by using toll-free number also I emailed them to disconnect it.I got a reply by Tikona that they will wave of some amount from my bill. I paid the bill amount for month of May after bill correction. Now since Month of May I called them to disconnect my internet connection and emailed [protected]@tikona.in to disconnect it. But they are asking for bill amount of 1600 for 3 months and penalty amount . They are also threatening me for legal action. I have email proofs for Disconnection of Tikona internet connection.

                                    The same case with me. They are sending me bills and recover agents are calling me for bill payment. I got fake calls from recovery agents saying that they are calling Delhi 30 Hajari court.

                                      My Tikona account no. is [protected]. I am facing issue with my account MB balance since one month when I recharged for amount Rs. 2099/-. The moment I recharge (online recharge) money was deducted from my bank account and I got successful recharge email notification from Tikona. Even though I paid for service I have not received 50GB, when I call Tikona Customer care they said my voucher was late activated on 29 Aug 2015 instead of 27 Aug 2015 hence Tikona changed me 10p/MB between 27 to 29 Aug 2015. Delayed activation was due to fault in Tikona system why Tikona want customer to bear the loss? I am following up with their customer care since one month with no result. The email interface of Tikona customer care is wrongly designed, I cannot reply to email ID Tikona.[protected]@tikona.in from where I received update on my complaint hence I have to send email to [protected]@tikona.in which result in another new complaint ticket. So far there are following complaint tickets generated, I do not know on which ticket Tikona customer care is currently working. Date Complaint ticket no. I have received email from Tikona on Wednesday, 12 August, 2015 stating my bill free unified 3999 will expire on 27 Aug 2015. 2. I have recharged on 27 Aug 2015 with amount Rs.2099/-, 50 GB, 365 days validity. 3. The moment I recharge (online recharge) money was deducted from my bank account and I got successful recharge email notification from Tikona. 4. When I check my Tikona account for balance MB on 10 September 2015 I found only 8GB balance. I immediately contact Tikona customer care to verify my balance MB and since then I am regularly doing follow up with you customer care but till date did not get satisfactory answer / resolution for my problem. Every time new customer care executive replying me with new story as follows; • Some of your customer care executive said I have consumed more MB during my previous “bill free” plan hence amount adjusted in my current recharge. But as per Tikona policy if I exceed my download limit or my plan validity expired my internet connection will stop automatically then how I can download more. • When I asked for my download history report from 28 Feb 2015 till 27 Aug 2015 to verify their statement and to know how much I extra downloaded they have not provided me this report. I cannot download report more than 3 months from your web portal. • Other executive told me that incorrect voucher of Rs. 1099 activated on my account and Tikona is ready to add 10GB more to my account. By you tell me if Tikona activated incorrect voucher than is this my mistake?? Why should I accept only 10 GB when I recharge for 50GB? I ask them deduct whatever I downloaded from 28 Aug 2015 till date from my 50 GB (Rs. 2099/- recharge) and credit rest of GB in my account which is approx 38GB but they are not ready do so and asking me to pay for their mistake. I am not able to understand why Tikona want me to bear the loss due to incorrect activation of voucher or delayed activation of voucher. It is Tikona’s system if there is system fault then they should accept it instead of asking customer to pay for their mistake.                                         Tikona is not closing my connection even I asked them in written to terminate my connection and also pasted the link of TRAI guidelines mentioning "The service provider shall terminate the connection within 7 days. They cannot charge rental or any other charges beyond the period of 7 days of request for closure made by the customer" Even after that they are clearly violating government regulations.                                         Now tikona has sent me a mail that they have initiated the disconnection for User ID [protected].

                                        As per them I have to call Mr. Harshad/Harish at [protected] to return the CPE/Modem & other Accessories. If I fail to return the device I will have to pay Rs.1500/- as penalty.

                                        Dear HEMANT SINGH DODIYA,

                                        Service disconnections has been initiated for Your Tikona User ID [protected] as per your request.

                                        You will not be able to use the Services now.

                                        You will not be charged any Recurring/Rental charges after the Final Bill period in which usage is seen or request for Service disconnection was registered (whichever is later). A full month (as per Bill Period) shall be counted in case the usage/ request is for part of the bill Period. Your Bill period is indicated on your Tikona Service Bills.

                                        We shall compute and intimate you, within 15 days, your final payable amount against above Service account. You may receive an interim Bill in this period if your bill cycle is already due. Any recurring /rental charges after your Final Bill Period, if applied in the Interim bill, shall be waived-off.

                                        Please note that a penalty of Rs.1500/- will be applicable towards breach of terms of service in case you fail to return CPE /Modem and all accessories in working condition. You can contact our authorized representative Mr. Harshad/Harish at [protected] to return the CPE/Modem & other Accessories.

                                        For subscription under the Advance Rental Scheme, where Service disconnection is initiated before the completion of the term, waivers and rebates provided under the scheme shall be reversed.

                                        Service disconnections shall be completed and your account shall be closed on receipt of CPE/Modem and all accessories by the Company and Payment of all outstanding balance.
