I have purchased tikona broad and this month Now this is my daily routine work to call customer care for internet connection.I have called many time in customer care number but they are not giving any proper resolution. I am very frustrated now what to do.They charged 2000rs and now i am not able no conncet internet after 15 days. Please help me & i recommend not to go with Tikona service they are fraud comapany.     I am using tikona internet, everytime i am facing regrading network or adaptor problem, or speed issue. But the way tikona treats their customer is very very awful.This time I am facing some technical issue, for that engineer is assigned by them. As per stated by them issue should be resolved within 24 hours, but now its more than 2 days no engineer came to fix the issue. And they are not resonding my call, they put their call in busy mode.       Today I received a call from a person calling, himself an advocate, on behalf of tikona. He told me that Tikona is planning to take a legal action against me as I have not paid a bill of 21, 000 something. He told me to pay it within half an hour.

      I tried to call customer care but I got an automated answer that I will be contacted back in 48 hours.

      I got my connection disconnected in June-July 2015 and was a pre-paid one. Not sure how they come to 21, 000 figure as mine was 800 something plan and this is a the month of November. had to call Tikona customer care again and again to get my connection disconnected. Finally they did and told me that you will get a full and final settlement bill and some one will come and collect the instrument which never happened. Neither did a receive my refund.

      The number from which I got a call was [protected], whom I think was not a lawyer but some customer representative.

      My questions to Tikona:

      I don't think that I need to pay anything as mine was a pre-paid one (as was told to me by sales person).

      Why did I have to call Tikona again and again to get my connection disconnected. Similar problem was faced by my neighbor. One of my friend even warned of Tikona as even he was harassed by these people.

      Why did not anyone come to collect the instruments and why I did not receive any full and final settlement statement.

      Not sure how did Tikona got it's license.. They could not even provide basic internet speed .. I was fed up with the connection and got it disconnected. The technical person who cam for installing the device was some illiterate person who took 4 hours for installation. Similar problem was faced by my neighbor as customer care rep was not ready to get his connection. I regret for opting the Tikona.

      today i also got a call from same no and say that paid Rs 300 amount other wise we will take some legal action.

      I have did my last settlement and submitted all hardware which are provided by tikona.
      I have sent the settlement latter, they called it “CPE REMOVAL LATTER” on 29/10/2015.
      But I am getting lots mail/ phone call or legal notice till date. Today one of their advocate called me asking that we are registering complaint against you in Delhi.
      He was asking me to pay unbilled amount. Also given me complaint ID as : nw309-2015.

      I have requested them to disconnect my connection because of their poor service.
      They lied to me, when there connection was not working their customer care executive keep saying me from our side there is no any problem may be your hardware is not working,
      After some day they said we were working on server issue located at your area that’s why problem was from tikona side.
      When I called them to tell my issue few times their customer care executive drop my call in between and never called my back.
      Also they generated bill for that month where connection was not working for minimum 15 days in that month.

      These people are really harassing, I need help to deal with their notice.

        My name is Senthilvel & my No. IS [protected]. I called TIKONA Salesmen Kiruba ([protected]) for new internet connection. They sent kannan for installation on 29 Sep 2015 and they ask me deposit Rs. 2280/- 2 months freepack (750 Scheme). They told me you didnot pay any amount for 2 months from date of Installation and I given Cash amount Rs. 2280 on 29 Sep 2015. They have not given any receipt for payment. When they ask they reply me they are giving any bill to customer they told. After installation of few days the internet is working sometimes. Within 1 Month internet is working only 8 to 10 days. I also made customer care complaint regarding this issue, but they are told within 24 hrs the problem will be resolved. But they are resolving the problems permanently. So, the network is worst I decided and customer care to cancell my network and refund the deposit I told. After few hours they are sending message to my mobile regarding outstading bill. How can it is possible already deposited amount Rs. 2280/- on 29 sep 2015. Only one month I used this network, In that one month internet working only 10 days. They are giving weaver (Discount) for internet not working 20 days and they cheated added Extra Rs. 228 outstanding balance. Already they having my deposited amount, again they asking to pay the outstanding. So kindly take action against TIKONA and refund the amount Rs. 2280/- I have the proof of talked

          Hi, my Self Dilip, was having connection from Tikona broadband Tikona broadband User ID: [protected] . Due to my travel I asked for disconnection and cleared all the dues till my uses .Over phone communication they confirmed for disconnection and no dues several times (please check the recorded calls ) . I wanted the same over mail, so sent them mail for this regards but they never revert on it .For two months they harassed me with several phone calls to transfer the connection to any relatives or friends and automated calls for due clearance . Now a Lawyer Named Ms Sharma called for Legal action from Delhi, may I know what kind of this harassment tricks. From this all tricks does Tikona is trying to get some name and fame or just putting themselves into trouble with sever legal action from consumers which may lead to shutting down of this company for ever . Please take a punishable action against Tikona . I have all the mail communications that I did with Tikona related to disconnections .

          Why still sending the bill and sms, ?I have received a sms and mail for bill payment .

          Several times I got confirmation from Tikona call center that there are no dues .

          Why still keep sending bills and SMS . 3 days before I received mail from Tikona that your account is activated .

          Also I want to know, does it take more than 4 months to disconnect ?and still after 4 months I am getting mails and sms which are not relevant.

          Can you check your mail and phone communication done on 6th july related to disconnection ?It will help you to know how many times I got confirmation over phone there are no dues and connection is deactivated .

          If Tikona call center talk doesn't work then why do you keeping this line for customer ?
          today I got full and final statement mail of Rs 0 dues, which suppose to come 5 month before itself.

            On 8th April 2015 Tikona Engineer took Rs. 4950 advance payment and promised to give 2mbps uninterrupted wireless service at my residence in Manjalpur Vadodara. Customer ID NO [protected]. After making several complaints connection speed was never achieved...because their tower was far away. ( provided infeasible connection.)

            On 10 Sept 2015 I gave disconnection notice...but still the bills are sent to me.
            on 12th Nov 2015 they have intimated disconnection procedure and asking to pay penalty and bills also.

            I HAVE BEEN PUT TO LOT OF INCONVENIENCE AND FREQUENT SMS MESSAGES AND MOBILE CALLS...

            I have requested them to refund my mone and then take their installed instrument...but no reply against that.

            So be aware of TIKONA CHEATERS and such frauds they are doing by cheating customers.

            Kindly help us to get our refund money Rs 4950 which they have collected from us as advance before activation of connection.

            I had received mail from Tikona regarding payment of 286/- Rs as final settlement & allowing Tikona people to uninstall the device which has been installed.

            I have done the payment 286.00 Rs which you can see in my account summary. Also I had mailed, to come & collect the Tikona device. But no one turned up. Then I received Tikona Bill stating penalty of 1500.00 Rs. I called up & informed Tikona Customer Care, he said in 72 hours Tikona people will come to collect the device. Complain Number as provided by Customer Care - 1-[protected]. But till date no one has come to pick up the device. Please do the needful as soon as possible, this is getting torturous for us.

            This is my humble request to consider my matter at HIGH PRIORITY, and try to close the matter as soon as possible & I am ready to support you in my best possible way.

              Hello Team, I am srikanth from Hyderabad, I was using Tikona Broadband services, for last 2 year, I did not like Tikona services is not giving good services and I asked to cancel the connection many times, they have not deactivated the connection nor they replied to my email. Now I am getting calls from Tikona today ( [protected] and last week I got a call from them number starts with 92 ) Today they called me and saying they will deactivate my bank accounts and they are using fility language. I am sending them email to cancel the connection at least from 8 months they did not cancel the connection and now they are treating me

                I had subscribed for Tikona Internet service (user id [protected]) in the month of July for three months with prepayment for Installation and three month's charges.
                I had a very bad experience with their Slow Internet service and frequent disconnection of Internet. I had called several times to Tikona call centre and requested them to visit my home to solve the problem. But no one from Tikona could solve my issue.
                Therefore I had called Tikona call centre and submitted my disconnection request before the end of my three month's subscription period. Now after 1 month and over, they have mailed me a bill amounting Rs. 1567.29/- which I do not owe to them at all.
                I request you to please take necessary action against Tikona and reversal of the bill amount 1567.29/-

                    whenever i call what they say is that they will give a permanent solution. I dont know what they mean by a permanent solution.

                    I think Prakash Bajpai, CEO does no have any dignity for himself. I have send mails to him scolding them but no response.

                      This is Krishna from Pune. I was staying in handewadi hadapasar. I was looking good for broadband connection, Reliance and Tikona were two options available for me. I preferred reliance over tikona but as reliance was wired connection, installation engineer said it will take 15 days because of some problem with society so I opted tikona wireless broadband(the worst this i purchased ever). I choose 3 month 4 mbps plan for 2800. Broadband connection was not so good, daily 2-3 hours internet outage. But, I think this is the case with all service provider in India for domestic use. I started using broadband from 16th July 2015. After 2 month, I shifted from hadapasar to dhanori road vishratwadi.
                      I phoned tikona service center, they spoke gently and said engineer will come for installation. Engineer came and told there is no connectivity in my area. But, it will be available after 15 days. I inquired tikona service center again if i get 1 month advanced payment refund. They said there is no refund facility in Tikons. So, I waited for 15 days if there will be connectivity. But, even after 15 days there was no connectivity in my area. Finally I planned to disconnect the service not to get any future bill(this is the worst part). I raised service request from online portal, someone called and said there will be connectivity in my area soon, do not disconnect. I inquired, if there is no connectivity, i will not going to pay anything as i already paid money without using service, call center person replied, you don't need to pay any bill if there is no connectivity. You will be disconnected. After few days tikona installed their router near by my society(Ambanagari Society, Vishratwadi). But, even after that installation engineer told, in my place there will not be connectivity due to there device location. I said, its fine and i returned the device to the installation engineer. But, soon after returning device i got bill of 900 from tikona . Not only bill, they called me many time in day, i explained the same problem. Call center girl replied, ok sorry. you don't need to pay. After some day, some people from tikona called me and asked the reason for not using tikona, I explained connectivity problem. They said if i refer someone they will be benefited etc. Again after few days, someone called from tikona for bill, i explained the same. Again and again and again.!!!. After one month they again generated bill with total amount 1800. Called my again and again, I explained the same but lady said i verified you have to pay the bill and someone will come to collect the device. I replied i returned device 2 month ago. Again in the evening i got phone call, I was very angry that time, I replied if you people call me i will report to police. But, the lady from the call center was such a stupid girl. She spoke vulgar words and said you have to pay only 1 month bill. 900 is pending. Again repetately i got calls from tikona, I was frustrated with calls and didn't pick those calls. But picked call once, lady told me you have to pay one moth bill again. I explained the whole think again and told, i will not be paying anything because i am not using your stupid service. Again in same day someone from tikona care called and asked why i am not using tikona service. Again another day same call why i am not using tikona service. I got one mail from tikona, if i do not pay the bill they will suspend the service and collect the device with name of the person who will collect the device. And, if i do not return it, they will fine 1000. I was laughing reading this mail with my friends and i told never use tikona.
                      Today 11 Nov, again i got tikona bill!!!. I think tikona do not pay salary to call center workers, they have this much time to speak vulgar, abuse customer and asked for money for not used service. I didn't wanted to write this on complaint forum but today after getting bill again, I couldn't stop writing it. Guys, please do not use tikona or even if you use record every call with tikona.

                        I had requested to disconnect Tikona services but all they do is give me a request number and not respond back. They keep sending me bills even after 2 mnths of initiating the request. They are waiting for my next bill cycle to start so they can attach that bill also. This is such a fraud. I won't be paying anything as i have requested for diconnection several times since 2 mnths now.

                          I spoke to Sachin Patel from Tikona. He confirmed that the Request is Pending from September 19th 2015. Please Update me as to why I am Getting Bills for a Service that I have asked for dis-connection. Why is this not getting disconnected.

                            i paid for speed boost recharge of worth rs 100, which it got activated in few minutes, i got text message regarding same, but the speed was same 512kbps, 4mpbs speed boost was activated but i was getting the speed of 512kbps.

                            Customer care executive says, the plan which i have XAQD2048K cannot use/activate speed boost vouchers. IF NOT then why there is a speed boost option on my login page, i[censored]sers like us cannot activate speed boost vouchers why haven't you people mention that you cannot use this voucher.
                            now anything i download, its using usage from that speed boost usage 3gb

                            and whenever i dial Tikona Care:[protected], automation caller with female voice keeps saying your speed has been drop because your on secondary plan, you can use speed boost vouchers for 4mbps speed. Its your fault i want my 150rs refund. on next bill cycle.
                            Such a stupid system tikona uses.

                            I am not able to activate speed voucher in my login. Whenever I call to tikona care they always transfer call to technical team. In this case what ever technical issue will be from your server side not in my PC. Its almost fifteen days but still not able to activate speed voucher from self-care.

                              # TIKOC3942 - This is my Tikona compliant number after posting my complaint in Consumer complaint on 27th Oct . Nothing happened till now. They just increasing my bill amount day by day, i am surprised they are not ashamed of their worst customer service in handling customer issues. I believe they are in professional work and so expecting professional service from them but i am totally disappointed to see such senseless response and follow ups. If they incapable to provide customer service why they are into it ?
                              Resolution :I want my change of plan as on date 21.9.2015 which i have requested.
                              Not able to attach email conversation. After registering in consumer complaint, they told me to send an email with a request ID have to [protected]@tikona.in. i have also send an email on 30th october, then 2 remainder emails but no update for that too till now.

                                I have used Tikona Internet Services till the end of June-2015 and was told to disconnect by calling their customer care number([protected]) by quoting the Tikona Username. But after that I got bills for July, August through the emails. After receiving the emails, I kept on reminding them that I have opted for Disconnection of the service. Now after 4 months the called(from number: +91-[protected]) me and threatening me to file a case in Delhi Consumer Court or I should pay Rs. 3000+ to settle this issue down. I'm not going to pay even a penny to them. I'm going to file a case on them and the lawyer who keep on calling me and threatening and harassing me.

                                  Hi Guys Never go with Tikona services, they are worst service provider ever I faced. My net is not working working since last 4 days, I called their customer support more then 10 times, they kept my call in waiting more then 5 minutes every time. After that I have been explain my Isuues to each and every, they said your issues will solved within next 4 hrs. But its mor then 100 Hrs. I though to write this to CEO @Prakash Bajpai (CEO, Tikona Digital Networks​). But I found a discussion @ http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/tikona-manapakkam-porur-chennai-tami... In this a number of customer are saying that he also didn;t wiling to serve their customer better. So Guys after 4 days before 1 hr got a call from Tikona engg. says I want to visit your place as I am now in my home town for diwali leaves, I said I am not at place will be back after 10 days. They said when you come back do complaint again I will come. After that just now I got a messgae that Isuue is solve and your Internet is working fine... I am asking waht the is this. Now I can say Tikona is just service provider Just.

                                  I am not using Tikona services since a long time, as I paid 2200/- for 2 months and used Tikona services less than 2 months. Did complaint more than 20 times, eng. visit one time didn't fix the Issue. Then request for terminate my Tikona a/c, they terminate my a/c Immediate after my req. Did more than 1 hr long discussion with your executives for the same. No one fixed. As I paid for 2 months + security money but used Tikona net about 1 month 7 days other times my net was not working. I need to ask for you guys to give my rest of money back . But here is reverse I got 2 - 4 messages daily for pay bill about 2700 to Tikona. May I know what it is for?

                                  I didn't use Tikona and I am not going to pay any money to Tikona. So fix this ASAP or I will FIR against Tikona in consumer forum for mental and economic harassment.

                                  My Internet with Tikona was reg. with mail id - vivkumar05.[protected]@gmail.com and mob. no. - [protected].

                                      I am Rubal Sahni. My account no- [protected] I have given numerous complaints regarding frequent disconnection but i haven't got any solution from your end for the last

                                      2 months. I even requested for engineer visit multiple times but no one have turned visited my home. Customer support always say will be checking the connection on the

                                      backend and will let you know once that resolved and I always get a mesaage saying it has been resolved but it never was. No one even bothered to call me and check

                                      after multiple requests if it's working fine or not. I've raised several request for waiver but no updates on it..Now I am tired of calling your technical support

                                      and customer support. I've not been through such pathetic experience ever.

                                      I am willing to stay with your connection, but because of your poor administration and poor customer support, you're forcing me for a cancellation

                                        Even after sending them numerous emails and multiple calls, Tikona is not disconnecting my connection.

                                        They do not respond on emails and dont call either. It takes at least 45 minutes to get connected over the call to speak to customer service/technical team.

                                        Worst service ever used in my life.

                                        Pls suggest how to get rid of this disconnection legally
