Dear Sir/Madam,
I had subscribed for Tikona Internet service (user id [protected]) in the month of July for three months with prepayment for Installation and three month's charges.
I had a very bad experience with their Slow Internet service and frequent disconnection of Internet. I had called several times to Tikona call centre and requested them to visit my home to solve the problem. But no one from Tikona could solve...

I have requested for the disconnection of my tikona broadband services and still i am getting bills and asking them to pay. They are calling through automated call, sending sms, mail almost 5 times a day. Have talked to customer care and they are asking to pay bills. Please tookl into the matter and ask them not to call me. Tikona id : [protected]...

I have been complaining that the internet is not working properly for the past one year.
whenever i call what they say is that they will give a permanent solution. I dont know what they mean by a permanent solution.

I think Prakash Bajpai, CEO does no have any dignity for himself. I have send mails to him scolding them but no response.

They should be fined....

This is Krishna from Pune. I was staying in handewadi hadapasar. I was looking good for broadband connection, Reliance and Tikona were two options available for me. I preferred reliance over tikona but as reliance was wired connection, installation engineer said it will take 15 days because of some problem with society so I opted tikona wireless broadband(the worst this i purchased ever). I choose 3 month 4 mbps plan for 2800. Broadband connection...

I had requested to disconnect Tikona services but all they do is give me a request number and not respond back. They keep sending me bills even after 2 mnths of initiating the request. They are waiting for my next bill cycle to start so they can attach that bill also. This is such a fraud. I won't be paying anything as i have requested for diconnection several times since 2 mnths now....

My Tikona User ID is as [protected]. I had put in a Request for Cancellation From September 19, 2015. Tikona has Not Replied Back with any Update. They keep sending Bills even after I have put in a Request.

i paid for speed boost recharge of worth rs 100, which it got activated in few minutes, i got text message regarding same, but the speed was same 512kbps, 4mpbs speed boost was activated but i was getting the speed of 512kbps.

Customer care executive says, the plan which i have XAQD2048K cannot use/activate speed boost vouchers. IF NOT then why there is a speed boost option...

I am Rubal Sahni. My account no- [protected] I have given numerous complaints regarding frequent disconnection but i haven't got any solution from your end for the last

2 months. I even requested for engineer visit multiple times but no one have turned visited my home. Customer support always say will be checking the connection on the

backend and will let you know once that resolved...

Even after sending them numerous emails and multiple calls, Tikona is not disconnecting my connection.

They do not respond on emails and dont call either. It takes at least 45 minutes to get connected over the call to speak to customer service/technical team.

Worst service ever used in my life.

Pls suggest how to get rid of this disconnection legally...

Firstly they provided very bad service of internet and now harassing and looting money. My issues are:-

1. Always signal drop from Tikona Tower
2. Most of the time I'm being Logged out of the Tikona Login Page.
3. Evening to Night times Zero Upload Speed.
4. Tech support assigning Engineer to visit my place but after checking my place Engineer says above issues are Backend issue I can't resolve.
5. No resolution given for the issues...

I had got Tikona Installed on 1st of March 2014 and since then till 1st March 2015 i got very limited or no connectivity. Had raised it multiple times to vendor through their contact center (literally spent hour each day post office to raise complaints). Always heard the same answers - restart laptop, issue at network, server upgrade, some issue going on in area etc. I had kept paying my bills.

I received a call today as well from an Amita Saini from the office of Narendra Kalra in Tiz Hazari Court. The Tilkona service that I did have has been disconnected a few months back and they have even taken their equipment. Suddenly, this lady today calls me and demands payment. When I ask for bill details, she says she does not have it but if I do not pay, I will receive summons from Court. Any idea if this is legit or is this harassment...
