USER ID . [protected] Since Feb 2015, I had been facing a lot of speed and connectivity issue and put up many complaints on their toll free help line number. Finally I went for its disconnection on 1st August 2015. I requested their customer care for disconnection on 1st Aug 2015 and asked therm to send their representative to collect the modem as I had removed it and kep it aside. I aso sent them an email on 5th Aug 2015 that I had requested for disconnection and had stopped using Tikona Broadband from 1st Aug 2015. I called them up again requesting them to send their person to collect the modem and email me the full and final statement. Finally on 3rd sept 2015 a person from Tkona, Mr. Ganpat came to collect the Modem. On Oct 17th 2015, I receive a Demand Notice from their [protected]@tikona.in asking me to pay up Rs. 724/- as the outstanding dues. And today, on 19th Oct 2015, I receive a threatening call from some Advocate of Delhi stating that a case has been filed against me by Tikona and that I better settle the unpaid dues by 4pm tday or else I would have to attend their court cases in Delhi and Pay up the entire legal bills. My last unpaid bill is of July 2015 of Rs.528/- I got the modem disconnected on 1st Aug 2015 and did not use their Broadband. All I asked was for a full and final statement including my usage for August 2015, if they are charging me for it. I wrote to their [protected]@tikona.in on 17th Oct 2015 and many a times before that too. But so far I have not received any response for my request for a F& F statement. Nor do their customer care Rep's at toll free give a call back. Now am getting calls from their advocates. To the best of my knowledge, it is they who owe me some refund of the deposit/ amount that they had taken before installing their modem and connection at my place. Please look into it and then send me the F& F statement. If anything due on my side I will ofcourse pay it. Kindly do not use Recovery Agents in the form of Advocates of Delhi to harass consumers.     SIR, MY service id is [protected]. I had requested for service termination on 16/10/2015 for bad service but bill has been paid up to 26/10/2015. So, some bill amount according to usage is remaining which has to be paid to me by tikona digital network. When i called customer care, they told me that service termination will take 10 to 15 days, so it is not possible to pay the unused service bill and in case the termination takes after 26/10/2015, an additional computer generated bill will be sent to my email id which i will have to pay . Inspite of refunding bill for unused service, they are threatening me to pay additional bill in case termination occurs after 26/10/2015.I am feeling helpless. I want my unused service amount back.Hoping for positive reply. With best regard.

    When i messaged BILLINFO (USER ID-[protected]) through registered mobile, i was shocked. You have generated bill for advanced month dated(27/10/2015 to 26/11/2015) which i am not using. Inspite of so many reminders through phone and e-mails, You have failed to comply with TRAI guideline where it has been mentioned to terminate the service within 7 days and no bill can be generated unless there is outstanding amount.I even asked your device collector engineer (which had previously collected my friend's device) to come and collect device but he told me that whenever he will get message from tikona, he will come and collect the device.This is really pathethic. It clearly shows your irresponsible behaviour towards customer. I am telling you to ask your engineer to collect the device and terminate my service as well.

    You have not terminated my service till date pertaining to user id-[protected].Your engineer has already collected the cpe device, proof of which i have already e-mailed to you and i have cleared all bills.What are you waiting for ?You are really worst isp provider i have used till date.Please, send me confirmation of termination of service on my e-mail. I cannot wait anymore.

      Hi, I was using TIKONA connection[protected]. I notified Tikona in June 2015 thorugh mails and call that I want to disconnect my connection and that the due amount that was 1388/- will be paid when the TIKONA guy comes for disconnection. But even after my repeated mails they did not respond and they are charging me every month. I have mails with acknowledgment mails received from TIKONA customer care also I have the bills from TIKONA which says I have used no BYTES since June 2015. But now I am receiving legal calls asking for 4500/- and as usual no customer care call is being picked up. Please look into the issue immediately. Thanks.

        Hi, I had purchased tikona internet connection on Sep 2015 and they fool me on this. They didn't told me that, login and logout issue for their connection. I raised a disconnection request on 30th Sep 2015 but they are still not disconnecting, no one is taking followup, they are forcing to kept this connection, I am really frustrated with this company now.             I place the request to terminate my broadband service on 17th September, 2015. and same intimate to customer care by calling them and send mail to tikonacare. Despite follow up with customer so many times and sending the reminder mail to tikona care. They are not taken any action on termination process and keep on disturbing to the customer by sending the overdue amount and sms alert and when spoke to tikona executives, they are saying it will take 15 days, some say 24 hrs, 72 hrs and 10 days etc. each executive saying different time zone. I have not receive any call from the tikona termination team. Please do the needful on my termination process. Action from my side:- Call to the tikona care : 10 times Send reminder mail so many times.               I am Madhan, I used tikona connection for 1 year (connection no [protected]). Before 4 months I asked tikona to disconnect my service, but they suggested me to transfer the connection to my new location or to my friends I refused it. After that they finally accepted to disconnect the service and they said the Modem and other devices will be collected from me with in 15 days. After a month I received continuous mails and calls from Tikona saying that I have to pay them outstanding amount even after I paid all the invoice amount till last date I used the service. I mailed them reporting that I have paid all invoice amount and service has not yet disconnected, but they never responded. Suddenly I received a call from this number (+91 [protected]) saying that she is from court and Tikona has filed a case against me for not paying the outstanding balances. She started threatening me that all my government ID's will be no longer valid until this case is done and I have to come to court for this case whenever they asked to come. I informed her that I have paid all the balance from my side, but she said tikona have filed a case for it and threatened saying let's me in court. Seriously, for past 1 month I am receiving wrong calls from different new numbers that too from different countries. When i picked there will be no response from that side. I was mentally disturbed I am receive calls in late nights after 2 clock too. I started keeping my mobile in silent and missing out very urgent calls from my family. They are making me to feel as if i have done a criminal case. Even i have proof of all my invoice amount paid I was unable to do anything against them. They never pick the calls when I call their customer care too. Sure many people might have faced this issue, can anyone help me in resolving this problem.

                I have been using Tikona for around 8-9 months in the city of Kolkata. Needless to say the service is a disaster. The internet connectivity would go down ever other day. When I would reach out to the Customer Care they would not resolve it immediately nor send any technician to check the issue. Despite many odds I continued using the service by paying bills even for the days I did not receive any service. In the month of April, I had to vacate the rented place and move out. I raised a cancellation request over phone to the Customer Care, approximately 15 - 20 days before my moving out date. They did not pay any heed and every time some one would call and ask me to continue the service. Despite my repeated attempts to inform them to collect their equipment before I vacate, they put a deaf ear for my requests. When I had to leave the place I even requested the landlord and security in charge to let the Tikona team collect the equipment if they come within the end of month. They agreed to my request and proposed that they will allow any Tikona employee before the next tenant moves in. They did not do so until June 2015. After momths, I am receiving emails from Tikona asking to pay the equipment fee and last month rental which I did not use. Paying the amount is not a big deal, but I am not liable to pay for any mistake of the service provider. I did everything possible from my end to keep the Service Provider happy. The service provider has always been the insincere in this Customer-Service Provider relationship.                 I know that the connection has been terminated. The topic of discussion is the amount you are claiming for the equipment which Tikona was supposed to collect within a reasonable time frame.
                Someone is calling me to threaten a court case for paying the amount. This is so unprofessional and unethical treatment in the arbitration.
                Tikona is not a Internet Service Provider, it is an extortion specializing agency.
                I guess Tikona realized they are at mistake and are not responding to thid issue.
                This is a gentle reminder to Tikona for responding to the request at the earliest.

                  I brought a tikona connection of rs 750/month plan from the month of september onward the service is worst i complain to company so many times but they didnt look for problems and saying that sir please switch off tour router then after 10sec switch it on. every time they only telling my fault and on 17/10/2015 when i have been talking to their one of their representative they cut the call.. i was so angry that they are not resolving the problem and not also talking with custmor again i dial the number the system waits me around 30 mintes and saying that "aapka anumanit samay hai ek minute" connection is not proper sometimes it receiving data and always showin no internet connection i was totally upset please help me... thank you Ritesh seth tikona connection no [protected] varanasi

                    I submitted a request for disconnection of my account number [protected] on Sep 8th, however even after one and a half months, my account has not been closed. I have not received any call from Tikona in this matter and every time I call their customer helpline, I am told that I will receive a call from their disconnection team as soon as possible, which never happens. I am being billed every month even after my request for disconnection. What should I do about this?

                      Hi Sir, My name is Sudeepta Majhee was using Tikona internet service with User ID: [protected]. On 17th July 2015 I requested for connection close with request id 1-[protected]. I cleared all bill amount till 14th July 2015 (as my billing cycle was 15th-14th) and I was expecting a bill for the duration of 15th July 2015-29th Jul 2015. Because my last access of internet was 29th July 2015 and it was communicated by tikona customer care executives that I 'll get the bill till my last access date. Now I got a mail for final bill as Rs 991.00 till 23rd Aug 2015 and every month they are adding Rs 100.00 fine in bill. I have mailed them 10 times and called 20 times to tikona customer care call number[protected]. The IVR system is saying we 'll call back within 48 hrs, but no one is calling me back. Now have started threatening call from [protected] number. I have also returned their rooftop device, modem, adapter and cable. And send them the receipt given by the person sent by Tikona. The work order for this is 6487072. Note: Also mailed their Appellate Authority 2-3 times, but still i am not getting any solution for this.

On 15th May 2015 I requested for connection close, i have sent mail to [protected]@tikona.in and got call from them and told them to disconnect. even after one month they have not disconnected so i sent mail again on 29th June and told them to disconnect(i have mail proof for all these).but still they didnt disconnect and i got a mail for final bill as Rs 1116.00 till 06rd Aug 2015 .i called many times to tikona customer care call number[protected]. The IVR system is saying we 'll call back within 48 hrs, but no one is calling me back.you can even check when i lost used internet(plz check with my USER ID when i have last consumed data). now i am getting call from [protected] that they are going to file a case.

                        No Wavier received for the non Use. In-fact extra cost gone for claiming the wavier. Very Bad customer service. My Service Id - [protected]. My Name is Devang Jariwala. I have put the request for the shifting of my connection on 14th August. Your team ensured that the shifting will done by our engineer within 24 Hrs. But till 18th Aug I have not received any calls nor any one turn to me. I again called and conveyed your team on 18th. Still not received call till 21st. After 21st call from my end on 23rd I received the call from your end stating that we are standing below your building Where is your flat. I told I am in office now and cant attain you now come after 7.00 PM or else come on Sunday. After to this non of your team revert. One lady to whom you have given the contract I use to call him regularly her name was Sushma. I received her number from one of your engineer to whom you have assigned the job. He stated for Virar we no one look for complaints call this lady and get it done. Hence from that point I was continue follow up with this great lady who just give me the timings but never send the engineer. One fine day I got irritate and complain to your office that I will not pay the bill. Hence your costumer care told sir don't pay the bill there will be no charges levied on you. Still this month bill is been added of that. After long struggle with all this one day the guy again called me at 3.00 PM that we are standing below your Building. This was the day of the Ganesh Chaturti, were I have gone to the Native place. Now if you say I am out of Town when you came means it is like I have to always be there for your service or what?? You are the service provider or I? Cant got this policy. After to this with great struggle one fine evening the guy came to my room on told that some disk is not visible from here so we cant install in your balcony and the installation will be at terrace. As this society is not mine and will have to follow the rules. In the evening no one is allowed to go to terrace. Than the fine day of 27th September the Engineer called Guy visited who I think is not having any degree, He installed and work successfully. Thanks for that. Now the came the time of payment. I Have already intimated all this to your customer team 2 times and both assured that the mail will received within 7 days for the confirmation of wavier which is not delivered till date. Don't know what are the ethics of your company working. now for the total non working days according to me is 45 days for which the wavier is of only 120/- cant understand the maths of your company. Over to it the 100 Rs penalty for the delay hell... Please here the recording of my talk with your so called customer care agent. If you are giving me the wavier of 120 only than use to suppose my monthly billing is of 90/- Rs only. So do let me know that billing plan is change or what. Hence from here now I will pay only 90/- Rs for every month.

                          We have been asked to disconnect the services from tikona in the new location we shifted to as there is no service from them and it was done on d same day of complaint. All d device that they had provided initially was taken back on the same day but never got the refund till date. Its been more than a month. We have been trying to call the customer care but never got any response. Please do help us getting the refund from them by taking proper action against them.

                            Can i reach you on this number for half an hour IVRS only, who will treat customer in this way the worst service from your end.

                            Your service Engineer called and said that he will take the items, till now there is no info anf he did not that items from the old home it self, u people call us and threaten us, now tell me who is responsible, i will suit u for threatening under the section 503, 506 and 509(insulting a women) in IPC.

                              I had used tikona for internet use before some months. Then i moved to my new house and also paid tikona for shift my internet to my new location from previous location. But tikona couldn't provide me internet services properly (Internet Connectivity problems) for some months and i paid for those months to tikona. Service engineers of tikona also unable to solve connectivity issues regarding to my internet connection, then i tired from tikona and switch to use another company's internet connection. I also shared my problems to their customer care representatives and also the people who called me for bills from tikona but all they want is their bill they are not interested in my side. Now tikona team sent me e-mail regarding to bills and also warned me that if i couldn't pay their bills in 7 days they will take legal step against me. I also sent the images which can explain my internet connectivity problems better. I am from middle class family. i couldn't waste my money for the service which tikona couldn't served me well. Please help.

It is registered by name- Aishwarya Pathak. 2 months ago, we've requested for termination of service as we were leaving the place. As informed by you, the request has been raised. But there has been no follow-up on that, instead we're getting automated calls from you stating to pay bill of some amount. As we are not staying at that place anymore, and not using your services, I don't know from where the bill is getting generated. You can even check your phone call records for evidence. Kindly, terminate our service with a proper procedure. Hoping for a positive reply. Please revert soon. Regards

                                  Hi, My last resort, i have complained to Customer care TIKONA, written to top management, posted in FB and twitter. But no response. I have not received this kind of pathetic service in my life even a small petty shop will try to help his customer. I have taken a connection on September 4 2015.Initially i have been informed that there is no range hence connection cannot be provided, but later they have provided it.I don't know the reason behind it. I wonder how come if range is not there connection is given. It seems that company has willingly put me in pain for its own benefits even after knowing the connection is not feasible. I have taken 2 months connection of 25 GB in 4MBS speed and over it unlimited data in 512 kbbs. But i have been not getting proper connection from even 2 days.Every two days once i have to make a complaint to customer care and you technical person will visit to solve the issue. Its persisting till now for the last one month, More than all this i have received a bill for the usage, for which i have paid already during the connection itself. I can assume based on the above things TIKONA is trying to penalize the customer for its own benefits. The irony is that i have been receiving calls for repayment due which i have paid already, non of the is bothered about the my concern and not even got a call regarding it.                                     Hi, I am working as a software Engineer in pune, so the Internet was a necessity for me.I took a Tikona Broad band plan of 700Rs per month with 25GB of data and 2MB speed till 25GB.After a week of time speed reduced to 512kbs even though 23GB data was remaining . An engineer visited the house after complaining several times and was telling like there is some problem with the tower and he cannot do anything.I waited one and half months to get it resolved making several complaints and the engineer would have visited 3 times and still no use. Engineer was telling that tikona has given enormous number of connection that they cannot handle with their bandwidth and still giving more connections and that's why its very slow.                                       Hi, Requested for disconnection in May, after contacting them many times through calls & mails finally terminated connection by end of June or July. After this, have chased Tikona people to collect the devices and settle the bill. Literally pissed of with responses, in August received call from lawyer threatened me to pay Rs.2932, which i made, begging to return my money. If Tikona doesn't know how to do business stop doing this. And please ask your customer care executives not to disconnect my calls when they can't resolve my issue. teach them to escalate the call to higher officials.

                                      Even I have called yesterday and listened something new, Tikona folks promised a call back in 24Hrs as if they gonna call me back really. Good improvement folks you bring doen all the way down to 24Hrs from 48Hrs
                                      I have called more than 20 times to Tikona customer care to return my money, frustrated with their replies. List few here:

                                      1. Will get resolved in 48Hrs
                                      2. Please wait till next bill cycle
                                      3. Please give one last chance
                                      4. If not resolved put case against me, very supportive executive. Ready to take blame on behalf of Organization
                                      5. Escalated the issue to concerned dept will receive mail with in 48Hrs
                                      6. One final deed if all the above fails, disconnect the CALL.

                                        I totally regret about Tikona service since 27th Aug 2015 and I was made internet problem request with Tikona and it was not resolved and after that I have made deactivation request of my internet connection in 27th Aug 2015 itself. But till now this deactivation request process it is not happening from Tikona end.. and from 27th Aug 2015 I am not using Tikona internet connection but unfortunately till now I am receiving bills from Tikona in monthly basis.. and also receiving payment alert through sms and telephone calls at least 5 times in a day for non using of Tikona internet service.. even today (16th Oct 2015) also I have received call from Tikona Technical Team asked me "what is the issue" and they are saying they are not received any request from my end about technical problem and deactivation. I totally disagree.. and I am having the proof request made on 27th Aug 2015 as will as on 12th Oct 2015 by mail.. it is still pending / processing in the Tikona My Account Status..

                                        Also the big worry with Tikona that every time when I am receiving calls from Tikona customer care and technical team, they use to ask me that "what is the reason for deactivation" and "what is the technical problem" and also I use to keep telling reasons many times..

                                        And even though when I made calls for deactivation request till today I have received very poor question from Tikona end that again " what is the reason for deactivation / Cancellation"

                                        It is very poor communication / lack o[censored]pdating of customer's information in Tikona Customer care and Technical Team respectively..

                                        Last and final confirmation from my end that, below I have clearly mentioned about the reason for deactivation of my internet connection..

                                        "It is very poor service in Tikona both technical and non technical with telephonic customer service.. and I do not like Tikona internet service any more"

                                        The major issue with Tikona is they don't have office in Chennai for escalating customers issues in person.. all are contract staff / vendors.. that too installation team only..

                                        Hope this forum will help me..

                                        Immediately I want Tikona should send mail confirmation about deactivation of internet connection as will as confirmation of removing of your internet installed equipment from my end should stop sending the invoices for non using service connection.
