I place the request to terminate my broadband service on 17th September, 2015. and same intimate to customer care by calling them and send mail to tikonacare.
Despite follow up with customer so many times and sending the reminder mail to tikona care.
They are not taken any action on termination process and keep on disturbing to the customer by sending the overdue amount and sms alert and when spoke to tikona executives, they are saying it will take 15 days, some say 24 hrs, 72 hrs and 10 days etc. each executive saying different time zone.
I have not receive any call from the tikona termination team.
Please do the needful on my termination process.

"Tikona digital network" just playing with the customer and keep on getting the overdue amount sms and overdue amount call alert.
