Hi, I am currently using Tikona broadband internet, mainly based in Delhi. At the time of connection they promised me to give speed of 4 MBps @ Rs. 850/monthly. I started using this service but from the first week it started troubling me, I never got promised speed and connection. It got disconnected several times in a day. I registered complaints about this issue several times to tikona care regarding issue the connection. Every time I only got fake promises. still I am facing the issue, I am fed up with this service.

    I have tikona broad band internet service. I have been facing connection problem. The service provided is absolute horrible. The service man does not turn up for checking. Every call to the service provider takes half hour to one hour. Since past one month I have got to use the service only for few days approximately 5 days and I am expected to pay the monthly pay. Every time the person on the other end is giving stupid reasons for interrupted connection. This is absolute exploitation and at the same time humiliation. If the service is not efficient why have providing facility and nab consumers.. This is fraud . I hope some action is taken against the problem or this issue will be taken to law personally.

      This is what happened. I requested for cancellation of service. Then tikona asked me to pay balance amount. I paid that. And then registered the cancellation request. After I raised the cancellation request, I have never used service. And after the cancellation request, they have tried called me many times to retain me. But I refused saying that I dont need service. They asked me to keep the connection in safe custody. I agreed to that provided I will not be charged. They too agreed and kept service under safe custody for a month. After the safe custody period, I again asked to cancel the service. Again there was a series of call to retain me. But as I refused they told that they will cancel it. Their person took their modem and devices back. In mean time they were sending bills and at same time I was calling the customer care and I had told them I have not used service ever since I raised the request. Their customer care checked the logs and confirmed that I dont have to pay any amount. They also asked me that I can ignore any mails related bill or payment. Even the last bill sent in October, same thing happened. Customer care told me that I dont have to pay any and I can ignore any such mail. Now last week I got mail from Legalcolls saying that I ignored bills and havent paid. I have to pay within 7 days else they will file case against me. I have the calls with their customer care recorded in which they say that I dont have to pay and can ignore bills. After getting this mail from Legalcoll, I kept trying to customer care, and I never got my call connected to customer care. Every time I got a auto-response saying they will contact me in 48hrs. But I have never received any response. I also posted this message in Tikona's twitter account and to sent mail to customer care. No response. My tikona customer ID is [protected] Please help!

      I have got again a mail from Tikona asking me to pay the bill. Below is the mail content.

Else I have to pay 25000. Case will moved in front of to judge RK Misra. I told I will call back in 5 minutes. But when I called back, I got response that number doesnt exist. Also if I call tikona customer care number[protected], call gets ended without connecting

      Please tell me why I have to pay 615. I was told by Tikona customer care that I don't have to pay because I haven't used your service after I requested cancellation. I have this telephonic conversation recorded. If you want I can send you that.

      Call me on my mobile. The number you have given is not working. 3weeks back customer numbers was keeping on queue, but never connected to any of your executives. Sometimes had got response that my number is noted and will call back in 48hrs. But I never got a call back. I must have tried at least 50times for 1-2weeks.

      Now the customer care is not even connecting. Call gets ended before connecting.
      Now again call is getting connected. Expected wait time is 2mins in the beginning and it never gets connected even after 10-12mins The call gets dropped saying number is noted and can expect a call back in 48hrs.


      All I wanted to know is
      1) why I have to pay 615, as I havent used your service after cancellation request
      2) why are you telling now that I have to pay, when your own customer care executives confirmed twice(sometime in Aug-Nov) after checking the usage log

        Hi, My user ID - [protected] city - chennai name - Lalitha I had applied for a Tikona connection in February 2015, I had paid 3 months advance payment as well. The internet barely worked for few days and then even after multiple followups no one rectified it; I then wrote an email for cancellation and refund; still no response; I then ignored it and decided to go for an alternative connection; Now after the 3 months period; they continuously call me to make payments; even though the connection is not active and no body uses the connection; Today an advocate calls me and threatens me to appear in a civil case in delhi. This is going beyond limits; I'm going to raise a consumer court case afains tikona for harrasing me; I have all the proofs where I had requested for cancellation and refund from Tikona

            Issue is related back to April- May 2015, there was a lot of network issues and I raised many complints for the same. However Tikona always said that issue has been resolved and closed tickets without actully asking me, whether issue is resolved or not. I always requested them to send someone at my home and check the root cause but they did not and closed all tickets. Finanly I requested them to disconnect the services and take all thier stuff, but still no one came, also they kept billing me for all this period. after 2-3 months I stopped chasing them and did not pay the bills for the months in which i did not used the services. from August onwards I started getting calls and emails from Tikona that they are filling case against me, however i attented all calls and tried to explain my part, but no one listened to me. Calls and emails kept increaing day by day and tried to explain everyone. In October I got an message from Tikona that everything has been resolved and all bills are paid, I thought they have disconnected the serices finally. But again i am getting calls from tikona now that my bills are still outstanding. call i received from is [protected]. I am seriously very fed up and would like to take some strict action against Tikona for all of the trouble they have caoused me. Please help.

              Hi i was Tikona Internet user id [protected] i have already cancelled all the services from tikona, even these people have taken away all there device, Today i have got call from a person, he was forcing me to pay the bill for the service which i have not used. He was telling me that he had filled a case against me.                 I have recently taken Tikona 4MBPS 50 GB Plan(User ID:[protected])
                Its been a pain since second day as the speed of the internet is too slow.
                They say Its 4mbps, but I never seen speed crossing 2mbps in speed test.
                I am getting only 100 t0 300 kbps all the time.
                Called customer care multiple times(10 approx).
                They said issue will be fixed soon or in 8 hours.(The executives give some random number that comes to their mind)
                But nothing has been done till date. It is so irritating. I have recently gone sick so i thought I could work from home. But because of this stupid internet connection, I had to go to office to work.
                Please kindly help in resolving the issue.

                  I have used this company broadband. After few month network was not working, we complained about it. there representative came try to resolve it but no resolution we got. finally after calling them for a month we said to cut our connection we're no more interested.

                  Here the drama started.

                  there senior insist us to use there connection without connection. and they'll deduct our bill amount for inconvenience. still we said we are not interested kindly cut our connection. and there after we never used there internet. and we left that flat to after confirming it to company that we're discontinuing this flat and everything like we don't want connection and all.

                  then one good day a guy called me said " I'm Tikona advocate, i'm going to do case on u for not paying the bill". i asked him what bill n all he said i have been using this connection but didn't paid the bill.

                  where else i left that flat long before and also confirmed tikona service for disconnection.

                  but he forced me to pay bill of 2100rs else he'll do case, at that min time i was having nothing to do so i thought ok just once pay the bill and get free from it. And i payed the bill. and called tikona care regarding this, after explaining everything i said if my connection is there kindly disconnect it. they said ok sir.

                  again today 26 Nov, 2015 i got call from some advocate saying the same story. this time i said do whatever you want to do. as i know i didn't did anything wrong.

                  1) First complaint - Approx -April, 2015 Last week.
                  2) List of complaints - In all May, 2015 month.
                  3) Final Call for Disconnection - Last week of MAY, 2015.
                  4) Advocate Call - July or August 1st week.
                  5)Again I called for issue - August, 2015.
                  6)Again call from Advocate for another bill - 26-Nov, 2015.

                    I've started using tikona services in Feb-2014 and I've stopped using it in aug-2015 since I was shifting to some new place and also called their customer care to deactivate my account. ( Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 8/29/2015 09:11:35 PM). According to customer care, I should get a call/mail from them and their engineer will visit my home to collect the device. Unfortunately, neither anyone from tikona visited my home nor I've got any calls from that side. On top of this tikona has continued to send the bills to me for onward months even if I was not using their services! I've called their customer care multiple timse to know the status of the same, but never got a satisfactory answer, also requested to talk with some senior person but they denied. They just says that you will get a call in some days, which never happens. And they've kept on sending me reminder mails/IVR calls/Sms to pay the bill! Even sent me legal demand notice for the same! I had requested for disconnection of Nov 8 2015.They said they have raised a complain for disconnection of line on the same day however is not sharing the complain number as they said they will send a full and final settlement email within 30 working days. They are trying to avoid me.

                      Ok.. I hope so.. as its being more then 20 days...its still under process.
                      I'm still waiting for full and final settlement email. It's being a month now. What's happening..?
                      Congrats tikona.. We have completed a month with on going discussions. This is harassment.

                        Hi Sir, My name is vinod kumar. I was using Tikona internet service with User ID: [protected]. On 15th May 2015 I requested for connection close, i have sent mail to [protected]@tikona.in and got call from them and told them to disconnect. even after one month they have not disconnected so i sent mail again on 29th June and told them to disconnect(i have mail proof for all these).but still they didnt disconnect and i got a mail for final bill as Rs 1116.00 till 06rd Aug 2015 .i called many times to tikona customer care call number[protected]. The IVR system is saying we 'll call back within 48 hrs, but no one is calling me back.you can even check when i lost used internet(plz check with my USER ID when i have last consumed data). now i am getting call from [protected] that they are going to file a case.

                          I mr. harsh h dharsandia have a wifi connection from the tikona digital networks we have buy a plan of 4mbpas for 8 am to 8 pm but at the server we didnt get the speed of the 4 mbps and i have complainted in the care but they dont resolved the complaint of consumers. so i complainted in the consumer complaints. thankyou.

                            User ID - [protected] For the last 15 days I've been having continuous disconnections and low speeds - the connection hardly works during the day. This mostly happens during the time when I'm supposed to be getting my higher speed of 4mbps in daytime (8am-8pm) and every time I call the customer care they tell me the problem is with the main tower and it will be fixed in the next 24 hours. I ask them to fix the tower or if it can't be fixed then change it and it seems that they have never sent anyone to fix the tower. The net starts working for sometime and then disconnects or/and is giving just 2mbps/1mbps and even 216kbps speeds at times.

                              I was using Tikona broadband connection & properly closed it with closing acknowledgement. While requesting for disconnection (1-[protected]), they were not listening & not processed disconnection process. Even after so many follow up, they were not processed disconnection of my connection. So I have unplugged all the wires & not using it from 6/16/2015. Even though I'm not using single KB of data, how every month they can create a bill? Mentioned in mail & call that I'm not using your service & completely disconnected. Then one guy came on 05/09/2015, collected all materials from me, given acknowledgement saying that you don't have any due, account is properly closed. But yesterday evening I have got call from [protected] & saying that we are calling from Delhi court & Tikona sent legal notice, etc.. Mentally I'm disturbed due to their service & frequent torture. Tikona user ID: [protected] ​I'm ready to pay what ever I have used. But I have not used single KB of data after my disconnection request (6/16/2015) (1-[protected]). Can they show any of my data use after 6/16/2015? Please check record of my calls & mail after 6/16/2015. So many follow up. But they have not listening, instated keep generating bill & forcing me to pay that bill.

                              After this request I have disconnected all equipments & not used even a single KB of data.

                              Legally notified by my registered mail & mobile number. But dint get any response from you.

                              As per disconnection request, you should terminate connection with in 14 days. With out terminating, you are generating bill for every month. why?

                              Was keep calling & sending mail, no response from your side.

                              But few months later I have got disconnection acknowledgement.

                              My simple question, How you are generating bill while i'm not using it ?

And if any further bills are sent to me, i'm not responsible for that at all... Terminate my account. plz.

                                  I've started using tikona services in Feb-2014 and I've stopped using tikona services in aug-2015 since I was shifting to some new and also called their customer care to deactivate my account. ( Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 8/29/2015 09:11:35 PM).
                                  According to customer care I should get a call/mail from them and their engineer will visit my home to collect the device.
                                  Unfortunately, neither anyone from tikona visited my home nor I've got any calls from that side. And tikona has continued to send the bills to me for onward months even if I was not using their services!
                                  Called their customer care multiple time for to know the status of the same, but never got a satisfactory answer, also requested to talk with some senior person but they denied. They just says that you will get a call in some days, which never happens.
                                  Now, they are pressurizing me to pay the bills! ever sent me legal demand notice for the same!

                                  It's been more then 3 months, I've called you and ask you to collect the device from my temporary address, since I've shifted to a new location.
                                  There is no response from your side regarding collecting the device or termination. All time you're just bagging for paying the fraud bill amount, which I'm not liable to pay.

                                    HI, I requested to change my plan about 12 times, the website they keep cant even change my mobile number, 2nd I call them say them please call me on my new number, again no response from them, and writing an email to me they say I don't pick up the calls . This is the height everything. On customer I wait for hour so that any one will pick up the call but no its completely luck based no whether your call get picks up or not .This is the worst service I have seen .No customer support, no website maintenance, they will only ask for money.

                                      I was used tikona broad band from last 3 year and before its working ok. Each year I had renewed plan according to my band width and suitability. However last 6 months I faced problem . I had given 2999/- rs in advance for pre-paid connection .from last 6 month i had a problem with signal connection. I had registered complaint about it in tikona customer care more than 10 times. Every time his service executive came to my home and told me that we have a connection problem and temporary fix. And told and raise concerned as problem in tower so not possible to retain this connection and told me your area are non-feasible and we can’t provide any more support.
                                      finally I had registered my disconnection request with tikona care. After that customer care send his service executive 5-6 times at my home and all told me same connection problem and we will be solve this problem soon. I was regular follow up with customer care to return my money. Finally they told me that there is no refund applicable from our side because you are pre-paid customer.

                                      I was shocked because I was very old customer and they have charged 2999, even here no fault is mine. It’s a technical problem after that don’t provide any amount. Kindly please help me.

                                        Tikona Digital Networks has wrongly sent me a Full and final settlement amount of Rs 1042 and is trying to threaten me for paying the same through various people claiming to be Advocates.

                                        I had applied for disconnection of my Tikona Connection with ID [protected] on 11th August 2015. Accordingly i got a mail from Tikona on 13th August 2015 that my connection will be disconnected and that i will be charged only till my last Usage date. However Tikona did not complete the disconnection process on time and i had repeatedly reminded them for disconnection both through e-mails and calls at their customer care number

                                        However my mails were just replied with the automated Response and no action was initiated. Even at their Customer Care number, executives kept on saying that my disconnection request is under process and that i will be charged only till my last usage date of 16th August 2015.

                                        Finally my Tikona connection was disconnected in September last week and i submitted all the Tikona Hardware, receipt of which is available with me.

                                        According to my calculations, for the 9 extra days i used Tikona services, on pro rata basis i was expecting to be charged Rs 243.59 after deducting previous month's carry forward balance of Rs 12.91. But Tikona wrongly charged me till the date of disconnection and sent me a bill of Rs 1042. I wrote to their customer care about the mistake, but never received any response from their side. Their customer care number is not reachable to me and i get a recorded message that their representatives will call me back. But i did not receive any call either

                                        This shows that Tikona is willingly trying to ignore my communications and trying to force me to pay the wrongly amount.

                                        I request you to get the issue resolved and confirm me the correct Full and final settlement amount so as to enable me to release the payments ASAP.

                                        Please note i have copies of all the emails sent to Tikona along with their automated response for the same. And i will use the same as proof in case Tikona goes ahead with Legal proceedings
