Continuous disconnection

After disconnection, they are creating bill & forcing me to pay that bill

While requesting for disconnection (1-[protected]), they were not listening & not processed disconnection process. Fraud billing and unnecessary calls and pressurization for bills

I've started using tikona services in Feb-2014 and I've stopped using tikona services in aug-2015 since I was shifting to some new and also called their customer care to deactivate my account. ( Service Request Number 1-[protected], dated : 8/29/2015 09:11:35 PM).

Tikona is not cancelling my connection and still sending bills and calling me.

Not canceling internet subscription - User id - 1114678911
