I have used this company broadband. After few month network was not working, we complained about it. there representative came try to resolve it but no resolution we got. finally after calling them for a month we said to cut our connection we're no more interested.
Here the drama started.
there senior insist us to use there connection without connection. and they'll deduct our bill amount for inconvenience. still we said we are not interested kindly cut our connection. and there after we never used there internet. and we left that flat to after confirming it to company that we're discontinuing this flat and everything like we don't want connection and all.
then one good day a guy called me said " I'm Tikona advocate, i'm going to do case on u for not paying the bill". i asked him what bill n all he said i have been using this connection but didn't paid the bill.
where else i left that flat long before and also confirmed tikona service for disconnection.
but he forced me to pay bill of 2100rs else he'll do case, at that min time i was having nothing to do so i thought ok just once pay the bill and get free from it. And i payed the bill. and called tikona care regarding this, after explaining everything i said if my connection is there kindly disconnect it. they said ok sir.
again today 26 Nov, 2015 i got call from some advocate saying the same story. this time i said do whatever you want to do. as i know i didn't did anything wrong.

Dates regarding these complains were as follows.
1) First complaint - Approx -April, 2015 Last week.
2) List of complaints - In all May, 2015 month.
3) Final Call for Disconnection - Last week of MAY, 2015.
4) Advocate Call - July or August 1st week.
5)Again I called for issue - August, 2015.
6)Again call from Advocate for another bill - 26-Nov, 2015.
