Hello, Everyone had given me negative reviews for Tikona, but due to attractive plans, I thought of giving it a shot. I used tikona service for a year approx in Indore. Things were working fine. Very few outages, but that was not an issue. Things were working fine, I never had to reach out to them. Bills paid on time. Recently I had to move to pune, and I thought of moving tikona connection as well, given the good experience for myself. I made a call for shifting. I had to wait a long time as the guy never showed up on scheduled date. After multiple follow-ups finally the guy came for installation. He took some time to install, and confirmed me as the connection is not 100%(packets are dropping), he will check the strength from office. In the evening I called him to confirm if things are OK, he confirmed that the connection strength is not even 30%, and the minimum requirement is 35%, so the connection won't work. I asked him to cancel the connection right away. He agreed. (REQUEST # 1) Days passed, no one came for disconnection, so I called Tikona customer care to find out why disconnection is not done. I was told that there is no disconnection request. I was surprised to see this and asked them to take the request. I was told the request is taken and I should receive a call in 24 hours. (REQUEST # 2) Again few days passed and no call or technician came. I called Tikona customer care again but found out that it shows no request at their side for disconnection. This was weird. I did showed disappointment, and asked them to take the request. Again I was told that I should be getting a call in next 24 hours. (REQUEST # 3) After couple of days, I was still waiting. I got an Airtel broadband which was working fine. It made no sense to wait for tikona. On 19th Oct, I called them again. To see what is the status on disconnection request. I got to know the request still doesn't show up on their end. Like seriously? I got really disappointed by them. I asked them to take the request. and this time I made sure I am dropping an email to customer care as well for my reference. This time they took the request seriously. But no action from their side. (REQUEST # 4) During all these request I asked them I am not going to pay for the service, as their is no service from Tikona. I was assured that I wont be charged for it. I won't be charged for the rental as the service is not in use. I won't be charged for shifting installation, as it was confirmed the same day that the connection is not successful. Now, I have started receiving automatic calls from Tikona and emails for the bill. I have also written an email to their appellete authority, but that would take a lot of time to respond. I did received 2 calls from Tikona guys offering new packages. Asking me that the connection is fixed. I told them I have already taken the broadband connection as their was a delay. and the disconnection request was given to them, but they don't understand. I turned the offer down. Today is 22nd Of Nov, and the connection is still not disconnected. It has been a nightmare, and I am not sure for how long it would continue. Regards Sandeep A/C num - [protected]

    I have paid an amount of Rs. 2796/ for getting tikona internet connection with 50 GB capacity and 4 MBPS speed.After installation on 14th Nov 2015, only on 17th Nov 2015, I was provided with net connection after making so many complaints. But the connection worked for one day only.From the very next day again total connection gone off. I have made complaint for the past three days to the Tikona customer care. Every day, they are telling that within 8 hours the problem will be resolved. But no solution was there for my complaint. Hence I request to you to take revert my connection back and return my amount of Rs. 2796/ early . Thank you, L.Rajendrakumar [protected]

      Dear Sir,

      My name is Nitin Kumar Jain from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I subscribed for the Tikona internet services on 18 March 2015 and paid 3400 INR as a subscription amount for 6 month (with 200 INR discount given on negotiation). My customer ID at Tikona is [protected]. Initially internet was working fine but after one month issues appeared with the internet connectivity and speed. I raised my concerns to their customer care services several times but they were failed to resolve the problem. I logged around 50 complains to their customer care in my 6 months of subscription and they always failed to resolve the problems with the internet connection. I already complaint here against the Tikona in April 2015, my complain no is 153115.3.2015 but I haven't received at permanent solution of my problem.

      Ultimately, I decided to unsubscribe the internet services from and remove my Tikona internet connection. I requested them for internet disconnection on 18 September 2015 but they did not removed my connection and generated bill for one additional month which is not applicable to me as I requested them for disconnection before the date of bill generation (7th of every month). Now, they are annoying me by sending me SMS, emails and phone calls everyday to pay 1100.81 INR as an outstanding amount.

      I request you to take strong action against them so that they realize the customer's dissatisfaction with their services. They should refund my original amount 3400 INR instead of charging me for wrong bills.

        Hello Sir, I had a Tikona account in past months and because of their poor services i had disconnected my account 2-1/5 months ago and at that time i had paid my bills and all but from that time to till i m receiving at least 10 messages and 5-10 system generated calls everyday . I had complaint about all this instances to his officers and his employees about this matter but didn't get any satisfactory answers .Also messages shows me that i have 1024 Rs overdue amount to be paid but when i talk to them they always said that you have no overdue amount but it is system that tells .. So i m writing this mail to resolve my issue as soon as possible. Also i need to complaint to them in terms of money . So please contact me whenever possible . Thanks & Regards, Amit singh Tomar

          DEAR SIR, i saw advertise of tikona 4g n applied for a connection on 4th nov 2015 at the time of installation i had several phone calls for installation i got a connection with user id [protected] and is registerd on my name Mr. Mohd.ASIF KHAN with plan of 750 on which i will get 4mbps speed thats what tikona promised BUT from d day of installation i never got that speed keep the speed aside the page which tikona set for login 1.254.254.254/ whenever i want to login the page it never really worked. i called the tikona customer care several times n hav to repeat the issue evrytime to each of d callers and they will juss say i hav lodge a complaint regarding ur speed issue they technician will visit n will resolve the problem but it never happened and m still facing the problem. ITS A FRAUD COMPANY AND I WANT U SIR TO TAKE AN IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THESE TIKONA FRAUDERS JUSS fooling around with d advertisment that tikona provides 4G but the thing is it doesn hav even 1 mbps speed . sir its an HUMBLE REQUEST TO U KINDLY SEE ON D ABOVE MATTERS AND DO D NEEDFUL HELP.

          Still the issue is not shorted out I got a call from service care from Mumbai he asked me about my issue I don't want to reply over n over d issue to all d callers so I directly said I want a disconnection I don't want to use such bad speed net he jus listen n automatically phones disconnects and after that I never got call now m gonna do FIR on tikona for fraudgiri case

          Dear sir i thought complainig here would resolve my issues but it seems its worthless i never got cal no one came to solve my issues.
          my id no. [protected] registered on mohd. asif khan has several issues of speed, login page not opening no respond to call even i got installation on 4th nov. 2015 and paid 1710 on that day but sir again i got mail from tikona that my bill generated on 26th nov. has due amount of 616
          i m very much fed with tikona i got installation as they said thta giving 1710 will include their router and 1 month data plan which is of 750 but again they regenrated it on 26th nov how can this happen if i got insatllation on 4th nov i should get bill on 4th dec 2015 as per their plan.
          sir plz reslove my issues on i should lodge an FIR against tikona coz i hav discussed with one of my lawyer he said that lodge an FIR against tikona.
          should i do that or i will get needful help from consumer forum.

            I took connection on 20 june 2015 aftr 4/5 daes my area became non feasible they cancelled the connection.. As they were not able to provide the service... Now its 6 months they are not refunding my money worth Rs 4000/- i have called several times they say will give u in 90 days since no reply please do the needful action n help me.. Thanks

              Hi Team, I places disconnection request with tikona on 23/09/2015 over call which I followed up with email.After that I left the country for an assignment. Since then there is no of course usagebut they are billing me every month. I have written multiple emails to the recommended email ID which they are suppose to respond to within 72 hours. But they havent responded to any of my emails. With extreme difficulty when I was able to get across through to their customer care they confirmed that indeed I have not been using it and that previous requests will be progressed and completed on priority. However nothing has happened and I am getting bills. This is fraud and I urge consumer affairs department to please intervene. As I am out of country so cant even go to their office to beg / plead.                 Dear Tikona since 1 and half month i am using Tikona broad band service in Vijay nagar Indore. since the first day i am facing connectivity issuesl. from November 1st on wards i was unable to get the login page also. i have logged complaint in the service center on 17/11/2015. till date i didn't received any resolution nor proper support from tikona care. every alternate day from the day of installation i am calling the care for permanent resolution but all my requests were went into vain. every day they are saying they are going to send the service engineer, but he didnt showed up nor picking the call. my id is [protected]

                  Since the day one I have taken this connection its a torture for me . Unable to connect if e call up there customer care team what the say is scripted its the same if you speak to any person out there . Services engineer who visit to fix this issue they themselves ask to go for disconnection but still this people from customer services say its a thirty days procedure we cant disconnect either they provide services are my money back its a pain in the a** services

                    I am continuously facing the connectivity problem. When i have complained against connectivity problem in customer care then they are not taking it seriously. "THEY ONLY SAID THAT WE HAVE GENERATED THE REQUEST FOR YOUR PROBLEM AND OUR TECHNICAL TEAM WILL RESOLVED THIS ISSUE WITHIN 24 HOURS" But issues are not resolved. I have complaint this connectivity issue to customer care, almost every 2-3 days. "THEY ONLY SEND SMS TO MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AND SAID ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED." If the tikona technical team, successfully resolved this issue then after 2 days why we are facing these problem again and again. I request you to place take serious action against the Tikona company for providing the worst internet and customer services. They just MENTALLY FRUSTRATE the people like us.                       I had tikona connection. When we shifted to another place in Pune I requested for a change of address request to tikona. After couple of days the tikona representative came to my new place and confirmed that tikona service was not available in there. Hence asked me to close the connection. So he provided a receipt and collected the device. After 2 months I am still receiving bills from tikona. Height is I have received a call from an unknown number (lawyer he said) stating that a case has been filed against you and you have to pay 3287/- to close it out in 15 min. I had received an email from tikona the same day with outstanding bill amount 1483 which I paid immediately after the call from the lawyer(could be fake). Still the person threatened me that the case is going forward. Trying to reach out to tikona care from last 2 days but in vain. Not receiving any reply from them to my emails.

                        We have availed Tikona services since last 1 year and more. We have been complaining to the customer service support each and every day regarding the speed issues of the internet. Since DAY 1, I have not received full speed as per my plan. No engineer attends at our location, they just pick up the call, register the complain and forget about the promise of giving customwer satisfaction in real. I have 3 connections with Tikona and this is the top most mistake of me that I have been fallen prey to them in Internet services.
                        Due to speed issues, we have complained to them via e-mail, phone that we want to cancel the connection that is user ID : [protected].

                        Still that is running!!!

                        The other connection that is running user ID : [protected] which is equivalent to dead internet speed. I have complained numerous times, but I have not received any satisfactory response.

                        Let me tell you, we are running an online department for shopping online. We need the best internet service in order to cope-up with the competitions. We rely on Tikona for the speed, but they fail to deliver the promises.

                        I would request to the concern person to look after the issues that are worst.

                          I have applied tikona broadband on 18.11.15 and the very same day executive came and installed the broadband but my id was not activated on that day and they have submitted two months advance rental and installation amount i.e, Rs. 2346/- through online from me and told will come on next day but they didnot came and not picking their mobiles. i am still following but my net is not started. i am suffering for the services for which i was told the services are much better but all in vain. my id no.                             I am tired of complaints, but I don't want the Fraud people to Win.

                            Before we start of with the existing issue, please refer to the below website for the services the Tikona has provided us during the tenure:

                            As there was no response for that, i am raising a new complaint.

                            We have taken the connection around June 6th, 2015 at Gurgaon. User id : [protected].
                            We paid around 3000, which consisted of installation charges + 2months of advance payment.
                            We have decided immediately to disconnect because of your worst services, but then for 2 days, may be you have done some temporary change in the bandwidth, we got proper browing (make a note, just for 2 days) and decided to continue. Which ofcourse dint last, and decided to disconnect within the month end only.
                            We have raised a second and final disconnection by June end only. We have all the compaint no.s and call records with us.
                            But they never came to disconnect, instead we were told, you still login, so we have removed the wire by ourselves, and kept waiting for the Tikona people to come.
                            And they have generated the 3rd bill as well, and then came to collect the equipment after multiple reminders.
                            And now, the third bill is generated because there was some 10mb login after 26th of July.
                            But for our information, we wer told that the advance payment we did, the bill will be adjusted for 2 onths, ie. atleast until Aug 6th? And we even got a note saying that we will be given a waiver because we wer not able to use any of the net properly.

                            Now in full and funal settlement bill, we get the bill for 3rd month(which we dint use) but no waiver included, and are asked to pay this first and then we will check for waiver. WOW! you think we are fools to beleive this?
                            And the customer care has actually blocked our ID. They dont receive any calls from us. The automated systems disconnects our call.

                            They sent a legal notice and called us that we will file a complaint.
                            I want to sue you insetad. I actually dont want to waste my time for your fraud case roaming around the courts, but you expect all the people to pay for your fraud services just because they are afraid of your fraud cases?

                            Give me a final settlement bill, which includes Waiver, penalty for all the worst service you gave, and then the third month bill, compensate them. And them call us.

                              Tikona — False billing and harassment
                              On July 8th, 2015 I have installed Tikona broadband on the name of my spouse AHV Santhoshi and from very first day I am facing issues. Many times me and my family members called Customer care, response is only through IVRS and if connected these guys disconnected calls during discussion. On 9th July 2015, Tikona service providers made me pay 1481 rupees towards the bill for connection and installation, but as the servie is not good i called many times for disconnection to Customer Care but no proper response.
                              So I have given a written request of request and demand for my Refund of rest of amount. They guys have collected modem after 2months and still sending false bills and demanding money. Also, I got on 19 Nov 2015 froma call from a guy saying that he is an Advocate from New delhi different-2 Court and they got a report and going to raise a legal action against me as the bill of 385/- is due and must pay immediately within an hour and if any issues can call to the tikona customer care later. I have made the payment of the same by logging into the Tikona website and called back the advocate many times to confirm the same but he disconnected the call every time. Then I called tikona customer care but no response as usual. This is the way. they are treating and harrasing their customer after providing a burst service.I have all written communications. Please ban this company and go for it's full audit. This type of companies are defaming and degrading India growth. Please let me know what need to do and also do the needful from your end too.

                                Hi, My name is R.P Sharma and I am 63 old senior citizen. I have taken Tikona connection so that I can use internet and talk to my family members who are staying out of india. My connection got activated on 30 Oct 2015, since then its been not working properly. I have called to technical help desk 50 times and they are not able to help me. They disconnect my call and provide incorrect resolution. My device is been changed 4 times by the engineer, its location been changed twice but still connection is not working properly. There has been engineer visit by 4 different people still they are not able to resolve the issue. Its been more than 20 days my connection is not working properly and I have paid 2 months advance rental of around Rs 3000 which is getting wasted. Please cancel my connection and refund my money as its harassment for a senior citizen who is calling every day and not getting issue resolve. My internet connection works for 5 minutes and then it gets disconnect, there is 0 upload speed and connect is intermittent. It does not work for 15 minutes smoothly, its get disconnect after every 5 minute. Please check my usage history for reference. Your engineer behaves rudely and help desk people are rude. You are thinking that customers are fool. You are harassing each and every customer whether it is current or previous. I have no dues even I paid you which I did not use.

                                    I had requested Tikona to disconnect mine services after so many complaints for their improper network.
                                    They never sent a single engineer to mine house to check the connection.
                                    Finally I asked them to disconnect the connection.
                                    I got the connection on 8th of July after paying Rs. 2130/- which has 2 month advance rental.
                                    I did more than 10 complaints of the improper network but nobody attended.
                                    Finally I wrote a mail for disconnection on 5th September as below :

                                    Dear Tikona Team,
                                    I regret to state that Tikona is one of the worst broadband services, I have experienced, due to which I am suffering from last one month now.
                                    Everytime I complain to customer care, they either say there is some problem which will be resolve in 4-8 hours or they will say that there is no problem.
                                    But the bottom line is that I cannot use the services as there is huge connectivity issue. When I ping and check, I can see packet loss of as huge as 78%.
                                    No engineer ever came to my house to check my connectivity till date.
                                    Therefore, I request you to close my tikona account and refund my money for the remaining days.
                                    Please make sure in case there is no resolution of this email, I will take this to consumer form and this email should be seen as the last resort to resolve the conflict.

                                    Finally they sent an executive to collect mine modem and other accessories on 30th Sept.
                                    I had series of calls with billing department and was assured that no payment needs to be done.
                                    I also receive SMS from Tikona that mine pending bills are clear.
                                    Now I get a demand notice from Tikona for Rs. 1196/-.

                                    I want to request Tikona team to stop this type of harassment else they can be sued for this act.
                                    I have all the mails and proof against them and ready to produce in consumer court.
                                    Please look into this matter very seriously to stop further such instances.

                                        There is literally no extent of cheap measures taken by Tikona to loot money from customers. Tikona sent some recovery agents to my address who looked like criminals, barged into the house to take the modem.

                                        First of all we never bought any modem from Tikona. We have only one laptop for the usage of internet.

                                        This fraud guy with names Santosh and Srinivas never picked up the phone post the intruding incident....
