This is Siva Krishna Abburi my tikona user id is [protected] i have received calls from [protected], [protected], [protected] saying that they are going to file a legal case against me on delhi civil court due to non payment of bill 1409/- i have sent a mail to their customer support on 19th july 2015 requesting to terminate my service but they didn't responded at that time and sent repeatedly regarding same issue but they didn't responded after that i have stopped using it but they sent bills again i ignored them as i disconnected my cable but they called me today saying that we are going to file a case please help me to resolve this issue thank you

Excellent Speed with 4Mbps plan from Tikona!

I am using tikona connection for 2 years and till now I am not facing any major problems with connectivity as such, Initially I was using 2Mbps plan which later on I got upgraded to 4 mbps.. The speed is great and the connection very smooth.Till now had no major problems as such with tikona. Tech support team are very supportive and helpful ..Supplied router was very good and extremely easy to setup and configure got some helpful guide from the website forum.. Hope to keep continuing this kind of service

    I had already written to tikona more than 10 times and talked to customer care umpteen no. of times but didn't get my problems satisfactory addressed. There are many docket number against my complaints which you can very with online record. I request you to please go through the following email and initiate my refund as soon as possible. This is the last ditch-attempt before I explore legal options against tikona. Its unfortunate that I have to go for disconnection. Let me try to explain why I am going with disconnection: 1) Since last 5 days there is no internet connection. Even after repeatedly complaining, I'm being false assurances like "we have taken your request, issue will be resolved in 4 hours, 12 hours, by 1'o clock, by 24 hrs etc" but to no avail. 2) Its not even 3 months that I have taken this internet connection and out of 90 days or so of "internet connection" more than 30 days I have received NO internet connectivity. And to make mockery of me, when I requested for being compensated (for absolutely no internet connection) I got a wavier of Rs 10/- only!!! can you believe this! 3) Even when there is so called INTERNET CONNECTIVITY, many a times either speed is too low for my plan (I have received speeds upto 3 Kbps!!! even though my internet connection is of 1 Mbps till 12 GB) and there are many spells of intermittent internet connection. 4) I have called customer care literally more than 100 times during this period, which I sincerely regret since it takes anywhere between 5 minutes to 50 minutes!!!to connect to customer care executive even though the the recorded voice says waiting time is 2 minutes or so. So, you can imagine, how much valuable time I have wasted in such futile activity. 5) Due to above mentioned problems, I have been embarrassed at times in front of friend, as there were occasions like wimbeldon finals when I literally called tikona 20 times but the internet couldnot be restored for 5 days! 6) That is the reason I have to resort to other connections like 3G connection of my mobile to carryout the necessary work and also to do online transactions especially money related as I dont know when the tikona connection might go off. So, due to above mentioned points, I feel enough of pain and agony and I no longer need to suffer in the hands of internet service provider like Tikona, which have cheated me like anything. I believed you guys and in anticipation of better, seamless internet connectivity I made the payment for 6 months in one go! can you believe that! I request to return my money and disconnect my connection immediately as tomorrow Airtel guts are coming to install new connection. I hope I will be properly compensated and if not I definitely going to take up this issue at higher levels of your management and perhaps go for legal course of action.

      I'm having connection issues since 11/Nov/2015. My internet isn't working and i suspect its because of a faulty Tikona device. My user id is [protected]. Whenever i'm calling customer care, they keep saying that they will resolve the problem in 24 hrs. On 15th Nov 2015, they told me that they have assigned an engineer visit to check the problem. The engineer haven't visited yet. Now whenever i'm calling that engineer, it keeps saying his phone is switch off and customer care is not picking up the call anymore. The name of the engineer is "Ashutosh Dwivedi' and his contact number is [protected]. I'm having inconvenience regarding my connection. I want a waiver for a month or simply drop my connection because i'm not satisfied with the services provided by the company. There always a delay in response as well as poor internet speed. They don't play attention to the consumer's complaint and fooling their customers.

        Hi, I have raised a request for disconnection, and customer care gave me the complain reg numbers its .[protected] in May 2015 and they told it will get disconnected with 24 hours. I have not used the internet service, and i have disconnected the cable and before raising a complain for disconnection . even now im getting bill for payment . and call from customer car for to pay the bill.. how and why should i pay if i have not used the service at all ?/this is bad service i ever faced.. please look into this matter. thanks

        I am also one of the sufferer from tikona.
        We have also paid two months bill and installation charges. but we have not used atleast for 1 month properly and got it disconnected. They have collected the equipment also, but theyu still keep sending bills, and guess what, they have sent a legal notice asking for more payment.

          Hello Sir/Madam, I would like to your notice, my Tikona Broadband internet connection (User ID [protected]), stop working from 9-Nov-2015. After that i complain for the same on 10-Nov-2015 (Complaint Number 1-[protected]) to your customer care no. (i.e. [protected]). They said it's major fault and will be resolved in next 24 hrs. Next day on (i.e. 11-Nov-2015) after 24 hrs when i tried to connect my Internet I get the same problem. Than again I called your customer care requesting for visiting your Engineer, As i figure out that there is a problem on access point from where i get my connection. But without listening my problem they again explain me the same that they have fault from their end and will be resolved in next 24 hrs and again gave me a new complaint no. i.e. 1-[protected]. Now on 12-Nov-2015 & 13-Nov2015 i again called your customer care for the same problem, and requesting for resolving it as soon as possible. Again i get the same comment from your executives that it will be resolved in next 24 hrs. On 13-Nov-2015, by evening internet started, and on the same night by 2 A.M it again stopped. I called next morning i.e. on 14-Nov-2015, this time when i explained the same thing then they understand that there is an issue on access point from where my LAN wire is connected. They register my complaint (1-[protected]), and assured me that in next 24 hrs, issue will be resolved and I will get the details about the Engineer in next 6 hrs who will be going to visit my house. Now it is 17-Nov-2015, I am still there neither i receive any message from tikona end nor any call from your engineer. From 9-Nov-2015 to 17-Nov-2015 I am without internet, I can't study properly I can't do any of my work just get stuck with your customer care executives comment that my problem will be resolve soon. Today after getting frustrated from your customer support team false promises I am pasting this complaint here in a hope may be some action will happen. Thanks and Regards, Ajay Kumar

              I bought a connection in Apr 2015 with advance payment of 3 months. But tikona raised a bill on 3 month itself. Also they started to harass with their automated calls for payment. I tired reaching their customer care by phone and email, but they never bothered to reply. Eventually i decided to get disconnected because of bad connection and their harassment for payment from day 1 of bill generation, so emailed them on July 6th before billing date, but these guys kept raising bills till last month. One day i got a call from them to make a final settlement and a person came to pick up payment and i paid the full payment hoping to get resolved. But my bad they started calling me again and again. And eventually it stopped after few days. On of their engineer collected the equipment. i thought finally everything is fine. But i was wrong. Today i got a call from their lawyer saying Tikona has filed a Fraud case in Delhi court and i have to appear. if i fail i will be arrested and started threatening on the call and didn't have patience to listen my words. Finally i decided to get rid of these people made a payment even though i shouldn't have. I REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO USE TIKONA EVER, EVEN THEY SAY FREE. WORST COMPANY IN THIS WORLD

                My name is Tarun Sharma.

                It's bad luck of mine that i am a consumer of your useless service. Useless in that way because on past 25th October i take a new connection of tikona Broadband and i am not satisfied with your service yet. My internet does not work properly. I call in tikona costumer support 30 to 40 times in 20 days but not get a permanent solution of my problem. Ping of my internet is just only show "request timed out". I attach ping images of my internet as a proof. I complaint in tikona support about 8-10 times in this month. My complaint numbers of this month as a proof as per given below

Two times engineer named Mr. Rajendra and Mr. Mosin Khan visited at my home and change the receiver setup at top of my building. even changing of my machine i can't get the fixed solution of my problem and suffering from the same problem today. Most of the time it takes 10 minutes to connect with internet. I am very unhappy with your internet service. Tomorrow i was talk with Mr. Piyush Chourasiya, senior supervisor in your tikona team they told me that they provide a quick and fixed solution of my problem. But today i am also suffering with same problem yet.
                Please try to understand my problem i am very frustrated with your service.
                please give me a quick and permanent solution of my problem. if you are not able to resolve my problem then refund my money back to me. I am ready to provide my Bank account number.

                  I had requested for termination in the month of March 2015. But due to the customer care negligence who was not able to take my request nor had the patience to understand what im trying to say regarding the service they ignored/forgot to terminate which im not aware of. Again in the month of july i got bill saying outstanding of 1124 saying i paid that bill also so that i can close the connection completely without any issues. After all this high drama i got a call from [protected] saying advocate from delhi and i have to pay amount of 300 which i dont know when i used after full n final settlement . i went back throghu emails and found that this amount was late pay ment fees 1. i havent used the service still i paid a months bill, second on top of that these late payments. i will never ever suggest this service to anyone .Such people should be punished everly for looting money from innocent people. what rights do you have to call from delhi and ask me to pay money for which i havent used. I know these people saying advocate/lawyer all are fake. i will take this seriously. thought 300 or 1000 rs seems normal to you but not for me.

                    Tikona is a fraud company and my internet services are not working since last 3 months and J Nair from Tikona also not responding properly. Each time I shoot email, I get revert that this will get completed within 72 hours and it never comes. Their engineers are not able to resolve the problem and they themselves asked to disconnect the same. Very annoying. Equipment are also collected by Tikona.

                      I opted for a tikona connection and it worked only for 2-3 days. I submitted a disconnection request and they are not processing it. They collect 2 months in advance and I got fooled into this. now, i am not getting my refund. Please never take tikona service in india. they are a no 1 cheating company. They dont have proper persons working on the field. For connection they are fast as they take our money but once it is over, we are finished.

                      Dear Sir,

                      We took connection less than a week before and that too after much delay caused by your ground staff, we are shocked to note that all our GB has been utilized. Could you please let us know the IP addressess of all users in the past 1 week or so for us to trace the issue. We have changed the password today morning.

                      Today, the line itself is not working. I think I have made a mistake of taking your service. If this is not resolved, I may request for full refund of my money along with wiring connection charges which we spent over Rs.4000/- including buying wifi router. Kindly do the needful immediately.

                      Also, my home connection is not working properly. It is intermittently working. It is impossible to work like this with this sort of poor connection.

                      Please help us if possible and if not, let us cancel the subscription immediately.

Issue is :- getting frequent disconnection problem. i am facing this problem since 20 days. before this ticket i raised too many tickets but not getting resolution. so on 14th i raised new ticket and i mentioned that if you assign engineer with my location then keep with him laptop so we are sure where is issue occurs. and tikona guy ( Bhakti) agree with me. on that date engineer came but he didn't kept laptop with him. he told me that Tikona is not providing any laptop with us. who is wrong ? the guy which i called? or engineer? problem is still i am facing issue. and not getting any resolution. today i called 4 times to tikona and each and every person told me that before 6PM engineer will come at your location. but i am not getting any call from engineer and not visited my place. How can i believe in Tikona? can i have any resolution date? or can Tikona fix that issue? why every person is speaking same like fresher or well trainer ? no one is answering perfect answer.

                          I was raised a request to terminate my tikona broadband connection on 10th october 2015, it's been 35 days, it's still not yest disconnected, whenever i am calling tikona customer care regarding this, they saying it will be done as soon as possible, but this is insane madenes, it's been 35 days why it is not terminated, in the mean time i have paid one month bill without using the service, i cannot wait any more terminate my connection immediately.

                            HELLO, my name is Sachin.D. my tikona id - [protected], i had been using tikona broadband since 2014, been paying every bill, when i used the net promptly, but had delay when i was not in pune, so, the issue is, i called up tikona care that if you can keep my net on hold as i was about to leave pune for some while, i requested for one and half month of safe custody that is may 2014 and half month of june. but he said one full month can be kept in safe custody and not half, so i said keep one full month.. that was done. I left pune then, may month passed off, then came june, in june automatically the next bill got started and the connection got activated, i wasn't aware of that.. but after few days i got to know that Tikona resumed my connection, so one month bill i.e rs.1700 around was now pending, was applied to me without any usage of the internet. So july 25th 2014, i called up the customer care, i requested that one bill is already a burdon over me without even using the net. so before the another bill gets genereated again disconnect my internet right now.. i requested him several time. but he was kind o[censored]sing his business tactics, not accepting to disconnect, but i wasn't disappointed with the service or anything, but i wasn't in pune, so rather than increasing the bills uslessly, i was requesting to disconnect thats it.. but he was not doing so, then i said i won't be responsible if the another bill gets generated, already one has!! he said our ppl will call you and resolve the problem, i said that we will see later on, fist you disconect the net. he didn't. and asured that our ppl will call you and so on.. that night on 12 am the next bill got generated as of wich i was not at all welcoming... this is annoying and disgusting. Then i posted complaint on tikona forum. they replied, that your connection is cut because you didn't pay the bill.. as if i have cheated them, used the internet and ran away... they said now you will have to pay outstanding of Rs. 3, 872.03/- for Full & Final Settlement of your account. Now what kind of settlement is this.. they are charging me double, okay i'm ready to pay 1700rs, of the June month cuz i forgot to extend the safe custody of june month, fine, i shall pay for it without questioning.. but not for the bill which got generated on july 26th. i had already called up and asked them to disconnect. This is the complaint no 18947458, which he gave me. and tikona calls kept coming that the records keep saying pls pay the bill plz pay the bill which is irritating... and Tikona says me that you didn't pick up the call when we called you, i say first of all i care for my time, not their's i called up tikona care many time but didn't through. so rest its not my fault that i didn't pick up their calls, now you know it why. Anyway, In short, i'm liable for paying only one month bill, not two month. and that too without even using it.

                              I have sent a mail to disconnect my service on 09/July/2015 by mail. Even I enquired the customer care on the pending amount. They said amount ~Rs.100/-

                              But I got a mail from Tikona on September 22 asking me to pay Rs.1268/- and I got a call from a call centre on 16/November/2015 claiming to be a lawyer threatening me to pay 3200/- before 4 PM or else they will file a case against me in the Civil court of Delhi.

Hence i called on customer care, intimate to cancel the my broad band connection. They take my request. Later consequently i was getting bill which i was not used. later customer care followed on mobile to pay money. I intimated the same that i was already raised request, i did not used for 2 months they charged me. I got call from [protected], Calling him self Mukesh Advocate. He used bad words, harsasing saying if you dont pay the money(which i dont used) He will going to file case, i have to come to Delhi Police will come to my house to arrest me. Even tikona is aking to pay extra money which i don't use the internet for those months. Later harassment calls.

                                  Dear sir i am also facing tikona dis-connection. Had sent the notice in writing from registered email but these bastered continued the service in hope that the customer will come back and will not disconnect. They raised the second bill by adding previous month bill and now say that first pay then will disconnect your connection. A big fraud company. When a tikona company can give connection in a day then why not they can withdraw service in a day. They keep giving messages and phone call 2 times in day for payment reminder. A big harrasment. Let me pay two month bill and see thr final outcome on disconnection. Otherwise wll be bound to register fir against them bye

                                        It has been 3 months since I purchased this connection . I am facing frequent disconnection problem. Sometimes I am downloading a file and it gets disconnected which in turns waste my Data also. Many times it keeps disconnected for 4-8 hours. In November, it has been disconnected for 6-8 hours 6-7 times. It remained disconnected for 12 hours or even complete day . When it comes to Waiver. They will register a complaint that no waiver is applicable on your account as of now. Everytime you will ask for disconnection, they will ask for one more chance. Please donot subscribe to Tikona Service. They are not capable of providing stable service. When it comes to paying bill. They will call you 2-3 times a time, will send you mail and text you.                                         I have suffered mental agony, harassment. Whenever I register any waiver request, they people say that no waiver is applicable as you have consumed data. As I have told I have been facing frequent disconnection . Whenever I try to download something. Usually it happens that after 70-80% download, my net goes down and after 3-4 minutes it works or even sometime after 1 hour it becomes normal. In this way my data is consumed. It is not my fault. I have paid Rs2700 in total to Tikona and it has been 3 months. Why would I like to disconnect and pay again to some other provider for Installation charges. It just because that I have suffered actually with Tikona services. I had site idle for 3-4 hours or even more that connection will become stable(When it goes down due to Traffic Problem or Zone down or Tower issue). That cause nothing but frustration . I want 2 months subscription free by Tikona or else I have to move to Consumer Forum and file case under COPRA 1986 act.

                                        Please revert as soon as possible. Because otherwise I have to apply at other service provider also for new connection.
