Case: I would like to report a few things done by Tikona digital networks.

on 14th APR 2015, i had requested a disconnection request as we were shifting out from our rented flat and was not sure whether tikona is available on the new flat. Plus we had disconnected all the devices from the power source and had packed up the entire setup.

I have requested Tikona customer support to recharge my postpaid account with a speed voucher, they gave some instructions and that was not working. I have called again and again for complaining, but after hearing this immediately they are disconnecting my call. also that is not a toll free number....
