It is unfortunate that we have received email notices and harassment calls from Tikona for the services never provided by them.
Please note the following:
1. I have written multiple times (ref: trail emails) to Tikona about the unavailability of your services from day one and have had called your call centres numerous times. However, there had been no resolution of the issue and eventually I had to request a termination of services after being harassed incessantly by lack of service. Apart from your call centre, I have spoken to many of Tikona executives, eg. Akhil Tyagi, Suyash (Customer care Mumbai), Amit Pandey AVP - SCM, Rajiv Sharma (SCM) etc.
2. I had spoken numerous times to Tikona executives & call centre for discontinuing the broadband services. However, there was no action for a long time.
3. I had been cheated into taking a 4 Mbps, 30 GB plan for INR 2250. I was surprised to be told by a visiting Tikona technical executive that such plan was not technically feasible under Tikona network in my area. Why was I sold that plan at very first pace? I have snips depict the connection speed, the only time we had it working!
4. As I have not been able to use the ever-disconnected internet connection, I called up the call centre numerous times for a refund of INR 2250. I was told that the refund were under scrutiny and it would take some time for me to receive my payments. I have not got my refund so far. Indeed I received calls from some so called law agency abusing us for payments.
While I'm awaiting my refund from Tikona, it is disheartening to get a notice for making extra payments for the service that was not rendered and which ended up to be a big mental harassment for me.
Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
