I have raised the request to close my Tikona broadband connection on 26-Aug-15. and not use tikona internet after that. But tikona didn't close my connection and keep sending me bill. Even I have write several email to [protected]@tikona.in and made more the 10 call to tikona to close my connection but noting till now.     I have cleared my all bills on 20 May 2015, charges applicable up to 14 June 2015 (USER ID: [protected]) Disconnection request was made on 20th may 2015 to cut the connection on 30th May 2015 There is no single PAISA is pending from my side. I am receiving unwanted calls and harassment during the call from Tikona. It is very unfortunate after being a customer for 4 years and paying all bills timely and even clearing all dues before the request of disconnection.

      My customer id is [protected]
      I have mailed to tikona to disconnect my net more than one month ago (on 13th Sep), and after that I got more than ten calls from customer care, asking why I want to disconnect, every time I have told them to disconnect it as soon as possible and every time the customer care guys have said that they are going to escalate this matter and I'll receiving a confirmation mail soon. Till now did not receive it.
      And also my billing date is 7th of every month. and I did not use it from 7th of this month, still tikona has generated the bill.

      This is really unexpected situation. Please look into this matter.

        Sir, My user id is [protected]. I got Tikona installed in sep end but since that day the network did not work for a single day. I complaint about it many times at your helpdesk. The engineer visited it many times but my problem is not resolved. He told me that signals are weak at this location and it would not work. Can I please raise a request of refund in that case.           Respected Sir/Mam
          We Are 3 students struggling for Career. We Are Working On Software On-line Services And Took connection From Tikona Broadband services for net connection on 26 October 2015. Their Agent Come to Us And Gave Most Expensive connection As Needed. I Had No Problem from But The Problem Is That i Work At Night AS My Shift And That Peak time Connection Goes Some Where And Also Whole Day Net Doesn't Work All Day If Sometime It works gives 10 times less Speed Than Plan What Is Needed. I Registered Complaint to Customer Care, Ran several Times To Office And Also Took Manual Service By Them But Still I am Suffering And Now I am Tired. Sir/Madam We Are from Middle Class Family And We Want to Work For Earning And Everything Is impossible Without Net. Please Take Action As soon as Possible So we Can work Properly And Regularly.Sir We Work From Our Rent Base Apartment Even Can Not Afford Office. Please Help. Please .

            It is unfortunate that we have received email notices and harassment calls from Tikona for the services never provided by them.

            Please note the following:

            1. I have written multiple times (ref: trail emails) to Tikona about the unavailability of your services from day one and have had called your call centres numerous times. However, there had been no resolution of the issue and eventually I had to request a termination of services after being harassed incessantly by lack of service. Apart from your call centre, I have spoken to many of Tikona executives, eg. Akhil Tyagi, Suyash (Customer care Mumbai), Amit Pandey AVP - SCM, Rajiv Sharma (SCM) etc.

            2. I had spoken numerous times to Tikona executives & call centre for discontinuing the broadband services. However, there was no action for a long time.

            3. I had been cheated into taking a 4 Mbps, 30 GB plan for INR 2250. I was surprised to be told by a visiting Tikona technical executive that such plan was not technically feasible under Tikona network in my area. Why was I sold that plan at very first pace? I have snips depict the connection speed, the only time we had it working!

            4. As I have not been able to use the ever-disconnected internet connection, I called up the call centre numerous times for a refund of INR 2250. I was told that the refund were under scrutiny and it would take some time for me to receive my payments. I have not got my refund so far. Indeed I received calls from some so called law agency abusing us for payments.

            While I'm awaiting my refund from Tikona, it is disheartening to get a notice for making extra payments for the service that was not rendered and which ended up to be a big mental harassment for me.

              Dear Users, Tikona is having the best and worst representatives now a days and i have a service of Tikona [protected] and i have paid 2280 for Installation and device and 2 Months in advance . Since it is a Postpaid, I should get the bill on 4th Month, But they have sent me a bill on 3rd Month and more over i have given a request for the cancellation through an email on 2nd Month Ending . Because there is no one to give technical support and even when i call to the Local People also there was nobody responded for this. Hence I have ask the tikona to disconnect my service other wise i have paid excess amount i will be using the same internet . After 45 Days they called me to pay 2500 INR as the monthly bill. Which i have rejected, But still they are not responding to my query. This is very bad and worst service i had.

                I took their service while moving to a new flat in Marathahalli in July. But from the very beginning faced issues with their service. I started calling them to resolve the issue but after 15 days of frustration, I decided to disconnect their service. Since then, I have moved to a different service provider and have not used their service since then. But they have been generating bills every month and sending me numerous sms, emails and calls to pay the bill which now stands at 1593. They had taken 2 month advance from me even for which they didn't provide any service. On top of that, they have the audacity to cheat people by generating inappropriate bill even though I have asked for a disconnection long back. Last month I had a word with their Reps and they said that they will disconnect it and I won't have to face this again. But its the same story this month too. Kindly help.

                  Cheating customer support from Tikona Please help me out of this hell cheating service !!! Is there is no way we can stop such cheating companies ? For past 30 to 40 days i have been following up with Tikono customer care executive for my plan change, My Bill date 7th of every month Due date: 22nd of every month I have paid Rs.1000 for 999 yearly plan change by September 21st, but till now that was not happened instead they have deducted those amount for earlier 550 plan and sending due amount SMS now. I have spoken to multiple Tikono customer care executive, every time I am calling customer care and telling the same stories again and again to different people. Worst customer support: Reasons. 1. Even while speaking to customer care, my call disconnected twice . 2. Everyone says they will collect details and call back, but non have turned back. 3. No record maintained about customers previous call 4. One says my plan will be changed without further charges, but another says they cannot change the plan. My bad luck I have associated with for Tikono, trying hard to get out of this hell. But they neither provide solution nor providing proper disconnection. I will consider my 1000 rupees thrown in dustbin, let it be wasted. But please help me out of this hell cheating service, it is wasting my time and energy a lot.

                  As I have already updated 7th is my billing date, and I am about to get 3rd month bill now without using facility. Instead I am getting call and sms to pay bill everyday for past 15 days. Tikona very sincere and eager in receiving the amount, not worrying even one hundredth of it about the service issue, disconnection, billing issue. I was told to send email with the request ID provided in this forum, even for that I have not received the reply. In such competitive telecom industry, I am surprised to see Tikona still providing such poor customer service. Remember even small scale industries providing best customer support nowadays. If Tikona continue providing such service, soon they wont be in market. Let this organization count their days. Hats off on frustration.

                  Its getting worse day by day, i am getting my 3rd month bill due without using the service. Again a person from tikona contacted 5 days before, collected the information and told he would get back in 48 hours. He pretended like a very responsible person, i thought at least he will be an exception in Tikona but not right. There seems some special clock for tikona where their 24 hrs or 48 hrs means something different. I hate to use any more hard words, it disturbs me a lot receiving SMS / Phone calls from Tikona for payments. One thing is clear, you guys gonna delay this for some long time and at the end you going to tell me to pay some several thousand for all these month as my broadband plan not changed. How come you guys doing such a cheating very daringly to customers, feel like prey to your torturing customer service. Is solving plan change issue takes months..? Do you really think this will retain existing customers or will it get anymore new customers?. I want this to be fixed before this Friday (13.11.2015) completely else i may need to write even harder. Do not disgrace yourself even more .

                    Writing this on a public forum is the only last step came into my mind after being badly harassed by Tikona. It's been around 3 months now that I haven't got proper internet connection at home. Have registered more than 50 complaints with Tikona's customer care both through emails and phone calls but never got any resolution. Bills are keep on generating and hitting my mailbox for the services I never enjoyed. Once they said my location has the network problem and should be resolved in 8 hours but sadly 3 months have passed. I had also requested them to discontinue my connection which also never happened and I'm continuously charged. I tried reaching out to their local engineers the contact no. of whom was given by the customer care itself but thy also never responded positively. I'm surprised how a company like this is surviving in such a competitive market? I would have happily gone to another company's connection but holding myself just because Tikona has not stopped the billing process yet. How can this company fool around us and mob like this? I have afforded the business loss incurred because of the sick internet connection provided by Tikona.                     Anybody who is reading this forum, this is the proof how they treat customers and their complaints.
                    The company is a big time fraud and should be ceased to to business in India. Don't know how it's surviving.
                    It's been over 3 months of harassment now.
                    4 days passed and nothing moved ahead. Not even a single communication from Tikona!
                    Whoever is reading this public forum, just be informed that Tikona is a big time fraud and never ever think of taking its internet connection. I'm just wondering how such companies survive in India? Isn't there any strict law or body governing them? It has been over 3 months of constant harassment now. Why am I getting chased for money for the services I never enjoyed? Have been asking them to disconnect my internet connection for 2 months which they are not doing. My life's biggest mistake to go for Tikona broadband connection. Sigh!

                      I have applied for disconnection of my service on 8th of July 2015 but still they have not disconnected and sending bills every month. I have tried so many times calling their customer care but it will say to wait for 4 minutes then hang up saying will receive a call in 48 hrs. Once a ticket also been raised but they have closed it without calling me. I have given my alternative number to call them but they never called me in 3 months and now they after 3 months they send me a bill of Rs. 1480 to pay. I have also wrote to their customer care and appellate authority to disconnect my service and take the cable but they have not replied to my mail or even called me. They are asking me to pay for the service which i have not utilized and I am ready to give their cable back. I have also shifted my house so I tried to calling them so that they can take their equipment which is kept at my old house. Please look into this and do the needful

                        Tikona broadband User ID [protected]. I got the connection on Aug-15th. There is no proper support from Tikona supporting team. Not properly installed and their engg are not responding properly. so Requested to disconnect last month 24th, without my knowledge they closed my request. Based on request close sms i called again to Tikona. they said i am not picking the call. It is unfair. Then again they registered a ticket. even though i requested them in multiple mails no proper reply for disconnection. still now they are trying to convince but i requested them to disconnect the connection. I have all the Calls recording. As per my payment made for 2 months plan, that ends on Oct 15th. So i disconnected teh devices. i am going to purchase new connection. So please disconnect my connection. i will wait for another 2 days. otherwise i will purchase another broadband connection. i cant pay unused your connection. if at all you are not disconnecting my connection i am not responsible for the bills.                         I dont know how long it will take to disconnect my connection (since i have requested twice last month and this month 8th), More than 15 days is not at all acceptable. How the customer will trust your support. I dont know what will be the final bill calculation also. since i have paid 2 months charges already and i have requested disconnection request before 2 months completion and i havnt used after 2 months period.

                            My User ID of Tikona is [protected], I started using Tikona 3 years back which was working good and as per Tikona promise to provide me good service ( At least Provide Internet connection ) i Renewed yearly subscription package, and from that time 5- 6 months i am not getting any connection of internet
                            After repeated calls to tikona call center and continuous follows i was told by the Manager that the Area is not feasible for internet connection on 15 July 2015 to which the only option was for disconnection and i had asked them to refund my money back
                            After Repeated calls after 15 July 2015 i am still waiting to receive any refund nor any communication, when i call customer call my calls are disconnected i have detail call logs with recordings also
                            Every 5 days call center call me and says " This call is regarding your service how do you find our service Sir ? " why am i been troubled when they clearly have stated that my area is not a visible Zone
                            I have written mails to Customer Care as well as there Officer j.[protected]@tikona.in Appellate team, but no response

                            I had got call on 22 Aug 2015 and was specified that i will be getting the refund since due to your Network non availability i had to disconnect the connection

                            I have details conversion with tikona office specifying that i will be provided the refund since there was not usage and tikona was not able to provide me service

                            After 22 Aug 2015 I had given many calls and was told that refund amount will be informed, Awaiting the refund

                            What full and final calculation have they done with so much of harassment to customer

                            I have paid money to recieve the service not as charity to tikona

                              I was using Tikona broadband service since Aug’11 and decided to terminate services in Aug’15 due to frequent disconnection problem and no resolution from customer service team inspite of several telephonic complains.

                              Customer complaints seem to have no meaning for Tikona as all these concerns had been brought to the notice of Tikona executives several times (10 – 20 times between July – Mid of Aug’15) but issue not resolved infact fraud commitment were made that engineer will visit and resolve issue which happened only once.


                              Completely fed up and disappointed with service, I decided to terminate the connection and intimated same to Tikona Customer Care Team by phone several times but no action on my request and they raised Invoice on 18th AUG’15 amounting 2700 - 6 month plan (ADULH300K) which is deliberately done by Tikona, as a perusal of many online forums indicates this to be a repetitive behavior of Tikona.

                              As I was not having access to internet so as soon I have seen mail immediately called customer care team and they assured to issue credit note which never happened so finally sent mail to customer care team on 6th/SEPT/2015 stating the discussion we had over phone and rejected for any payment later on from customer care team that they are going to offer me special plan of 999 which will be valid for 1 year so I asked them to send mail and confirmation on credit note for previous bill and suggested plan which again never happened.

                              I have tried to call to customer service team but since 17th/OCT/2015 auto message coming that you will receive call from no.[protected] and now to my expectation no call received till date Below please find complain reference no. and date of last 2 complain references

                              1-[protected] dtd 14.10.15

                              Shockingly I received SMS from cell no. [protected] on 30/SEPT/15 for collection of Tikona instruments which they finally collected on 16th/OCT/2015 after my reminder sms to the same cell no. again surprisingly reason mentioned in the receipt was non-payment of bill for which again I sent email on 18th OCT but no response from customer care team.

                              Now again to my surprise a Demand Notice mail dtd 23rd OCT’15 amounting Rs 833 received mentioning fake reasons.

                              Tikona's failure and consequent negligence reflect a violation of my legal rights as a consumer and a customer of Tikona. I have suffered a financial loss (not limited to the monthly subscription amount) and severe mental harassment due to the actions of Tikona.

                                We were using Tikona Wireless Broadband service from past few years and have faced network issues a lot of time. Now we want to disconnect the service due to constantly increasing network problems. For whole month of August we didnt had internet connection, we contacted the customer care and they said they will be sending technicians. Technicians visited few of times, but failed to resolve the problem, as well as one of the technician said that the connection is not feasible in my area. Hence we decided to disconnect their service. We dropped them a mail on 29th August for disconnection, after which we received a response from them that account will be on retention for 45 days. Now we are receiving calls from customer care - in the first call they said, that we have used the service on 4th October and we have to pay the bill of Rs.800 - now while calling they are saying we used it till 4th October and we have to pay Rs. 1600. This is very much annoying. We expect justice.

                                  It seems impossible to discontinue the service. I have been trying for months, on phone and on email, to cancel the service. However, they have continued to bill me. I finally stopped paying them for the last two months, hoping that will do the trick but it has not. Also, tikona is particularly persistent in calling up and sending SMS to remind you, using an automated system. This happens three to four times a day, even for bills that are not past due. It is a major irritation. Now that bills are overdue the harassment has become worse. Its one of the worst customer services I have encountered in my life.

                                    Case: I would like to report a few things done by Tikona digital networks.

                                    on 14th APR 2015, i had requested a disconnection request as we were shifting out from our rented flat and was not sure whether tikona is available on the new flat. Plus we had disconnected all the devices from the power source and had packed up the entire setup.

                                    on 20 APR 2015: i received a call from tikona care stating that no need to close the connection as i can hold it for free of charge for the next 2 months and in case the new flat is a feasible location then can continue the connection and the number of days i am not using the connection, will be balanced out in the bill. so as per the request i cancelled the request.

                                    on 9th may 2015: we requested to move the connection to the new flat location, and for the next 5 weeks nothing was done to the request.

                                    on 12th jun 2015: An engineer visited the new flat and declared as non feasible location and took the devices with him and gave us a receipt.

                                    after this we got calls from tikona saying we have to pay the due amount for the month of april till june for the usage of the internet services, when we pushed this back saying when we have not used the services and as per the customer care it was kept on hold then why do we need to pay the bill.

                                    after having 2 calls daily and explaining this to the customer care executives, we started to get calls in an ill mannered way and the person on the other end starts to talk in a threatening tone.

                                    on 13 aug 2015: we got a call stating that tikona has filled a court case against us and in 30 mins they will be taking it to the court unless we pay rs 2429 the bill and also till the time case gets settled we will be black listed in CIBIL. we paid the bill after being scared from this. the lady on the call commited that an NOC will be sent to the registered email with in 48 hours.


                                    we didn't received any NOC or a final settlement emails from tikona.
                                    instead we recieved another communication stating the services are restarted. see as attached.

                                    instead on 23 oct 2015: we got a call again from the court; this time the lady gave the same threats of filling the case in the court or else to pay an amount of rs 423 . this time we took the details of the lawyer that the case was getting filled from which are as follows:

                                    The resolution which we are looking for is, the entire amount that was paid after 14th april 2015 should be refunded.

                                    Also kindly explain why we were charged for the months of april, may and jun when we have not done a single log in since 14 th april, and the device was disconnected. Plus the area was termed as NOT FEASIBLE zone, so why was the bill generated, and how come we are not eligible for a refund.

                                    the other point i will mention here is about the wrong information provided by the customer care executives about the free of charge account holding, if it was free of charge then why is the bill generated.
