Tikona — cancellation not completed | |||
Hi, I was with customer account number[protected], using tikona services in Karnataka, and I left karnataka in January with clearing all dues and requested to cancel service in karnata and give me new service in Maharashtra. Service in karnataka is not yet cancelled and I am getting each month a new bill. I sent many emails to customer care regarding same in last few months staring from January itself, but no action is taken by them. Tikona seems like not interested in closing in connection and expecting me to pay for their mistakes. Was this information helpful? | |||
