Due to miserable network services and poor customer care support, we decided to give up the connection and had given request for cancellation of our subscription on 29-May-2015, Our user id: [protected] and cancellation request No.1-[protected].
Further to this date, we kept following up over phone to customer service, and each time we get a reply that “within 48 hours we will get a confirmation call of discontinuation of services”. We never received any confirmation call. We wrote them emails, for which we did not get even an automated acknowledgement. Above all, on the 7th June and on the 7th July, we received their bills asking for advance payment of rental charges. When we ask customer service about this, they do confirm that we do not have to pay the bill and verbally acknowledge that they observe that we did not use the connection since 25-May. But no action is taken with reference to the discontinuation of services.
This is a very sorry state of management at Tikona’s end.
