I hardly have network access and when I have, the speed is not even one tenth the speed I have subscribed for. I have called the customer care more than 15 times and got nothing but wasted my time and money and caused mental distress to myself. Unstable Internet Connection

Fraud for non usage bill

I have been using this TIKKONA broadband for 4 months where I used to get issues and then it gets resolved after complaining. Later I got an issue which was intermittent and there was no resolution and I asked them to disconnect my connection. But they are now asking me to pay 1330 rs. I have not used for the last three months and they very well know this is in their data . Please investigate and stop this frauds from the company...

Unethical behaviour regarding cancellation of services

Please don't buy this Tikona Broadband[terribly affected customer]
