Pathetic service : No internet access for last one week

I have just chosen Tikona as my ISP on 10th June 2015. I have raised several complaints from the day one. Initially it got resolved in some 24-30 hours. Recently on 22nd we lost total connectivity. On registering a complaint we were asked for 24 hours. After those 24 hours they said we are escalating the issue, give us 8 hours. Then this 8 hours and 24 hours game is on till date (30th June) i.e. almost 8 days. This problem still persists....

i m having plan of #ADBBM2M500 ...currently i m on secondary policy...which is 512 kbps...bt still i m not getting even 500 kbps..speed is reducing to 290 kbps n sometimes even down to 250 kbps... its really furstarating...browsing at such slower speed very poor service form tikona... not expected.. ...will request to do correction...as early as possible... id: [protected]...

Threat call from Tikona advocate

Dear Sir I have discontinued my Broadband Service on March 2015 and received full and final settlement email saying that payable amount = 0. I have also returned the CPE device, cables etc to your representative (Aadi Associates). I have attached few supporting documents herewith. Tikona Pathetic service- want to discontinue

While calling to Tikona customer care number its always saying expected wait time is 4 minute and it automatically getting disconnected. I believe Tikona has blocked my number. HI Sir / Madam . I took this Broadband connection (Tikona ID:[protected])in month of Oct 2014. But there was not a single day when i called unlimited times in customer care. They charged for 1 gb speed and gave me 512 kbps speed, maximum time there was low speed or no network . Even i asked to close connection. They didn't . Now they want are charging for the days when i didnt use this service. This Type of services should be ban in India...

I have taken Tikona internet for my home use. It worked properly on first month after first month it became like Bullock. For 4 MBPS speed it gives 10 kbps speed. It problem found in also nearby area Bapunagr, Virat Nagar, Uttam Nagar area in Ahmedabad. I suggest people don't take this service. Very poor service so I request to you don't waste your money....
