Tikona broadband User ID [protected], I subscribed to TIKONA Band based on their assurances of a new cable technology and high speed internet at low speeds. Please don't fall for the trap. For almost half the month the internet connection will be dead. when you call up the customer care they'll tell that some repair work is going on in your area. Don't know how long the repair work is going to continue but since we are paying in advance, they are taking us for a ride. i asked for refund of my tikona 6 months plan, but tikona told me that will get extension of 3 months FREE FOR ALL THE ISSUES FACED WITH TIKONA... Tikona has cheated me, as I took a 3000/- RS network.Now it has become my daily hobby to call up customer care and abuse them on phone.I am sure with so many complaints and abuses.these TIKONA people will leave Tikona company and they will have to shut off their operations in India. In this section, I just saw more than 81% of people abusing and defaming TIKONA services and broadband, so Tikona rating should be one star. I am shocked to see a average rating of Request Mouthshut Team to please correct the same and check why this information is coming. Also, I request Mouthshut to introduce a 0 Star or junk kind of rating to TIKONA I have written so many reviews about products and services.Tikona is worst of them. I simply do not get any network signals at home.. I ASK tikona (only if services have improved in my area ) to provide me 3 months extension now, and is the tikona provides good service, i will continue with tikona...

    Hello, Webpages are opening fine, but download speeds are pathetic. I am even unable to buffer videos at 144px resolution in YouTube. That's the level of crappiness your service offers. I am on 4 Mbps plan and I am getting a speed of 60 KB/s which is unbearable. [URL=http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/[protected]][IMG]http://www.speedtest.ne... I am still facing the issue for more than a week. If you are unable to resolve the issue, Please disconnect the connection. Also, I will not be paying for the service I am not receiving. If you neither resolve the issue, nor disconnect the connection, please note that I will not be held responsible. ID: [protected] PS: Yesterday a technician had come to troubleshoot the problem and he has fixed it at his end.. However, he has said that something is wrong from tikona's end. Are you going to fix this ?

      This email is with regards to Amit Halder Who doesnt fix my net . I have been facing connectivity issues from the past one week and after repeated calls i finally managed to raise a complaint for an engineer visit and after that Amit Halder doesnt pick up my phone . Behaves rudely with me and doesnt fix my net he came yesterday to fix my net but he didnt do anyhting and i showed him the number of ping drops and after that also he didnt bother and told me its working fine and walked away . I am personally going to register a complaint against him because of his behaviour towards customers . I am using your service since 4 years and this is what i get from you . I have referred Tikona to 4 people and still i dont get any Discount . I dont even care of the discount but i dont even get proper service from you . Its really sad to see anisp like tikona . Its my request that you send an engineer and replace my wire as well as my RoofTop Device because i have Connectivity issues daily since the 6th of this Month . Its been 15 days + and my issue hasnt yet been resolved i have made complaints several times regarding my issue and still i dont get any solution for it . Every time the customer care tells me that my Rooftop device has an issue . Engineer Named : Suman visited my house for a resolution he did nothing all he did was that he told me that My Wire needs replacement and after that he didnt contact me nor did he replace it .         I asked Tikona for services after 4 days of installation but i got no revert except tkt no. They donot attend calls nor responds to emails. I requested for termination. now when it's accepted after 5 complaints and so many calls to brijesh the manager they agreed to disconnect the services but they are not returning my full amount of 2200 and threatening me of criminal case if i dnt return their items. The service guy told only 500 will be refunded. And if i mail them for this, instead they are mailing through system generation that they will file a case against me. They are not available on the customer care nos nor they revert to the email i made them. What about the harassment they made to me in last 1.5 months. They are doing this only on the name of company else on phone the manager brijesh told me that donot ask me for the money ask the company. When i said that you are the company emoloyee and seated for resolving complaints he directly denied that i am not responsible on behalf of my team and i will not respond for company fault. Where should i go if the emoliyess speaks like this. I have all the emails and complaint records with me but no written communication by them.

        i have no.of complaints with me bt resolution to none.

        yet i have received no call or email in reply to my complaint from tikona.
        they have my 2200 rs with them . which contains 3 months rental in it with service tax.
        but still they generated my bill of 999rs and the advoate is calling to pay that bill which was not relevant.
        i have mailed them as per the reference no.given to me but no reply is being made to that email.
        my calls on the customer care gets disconnected automatically after 4:35mints saying that they will call back.
        no local manager attends the call or email nor the boss.

        they are asking to pay 999 amount now which is not relevant at all as i have paid 3 months amount in advance and withing 7 days of connection i put the disconnection mail as they are not ready to provide me services after installation.

        then from where this bill comes?

            I had requested tikona connection & the service team installed connection next day night. But, during trail the net speed was not as expected (very slow), the guy who came Installation said will come next day to complete the process. I am calling that person & his lead many times but no response. The problem continues past one week. I never faced such a case in my life. I didn't expect this from Tikona. Very very very poor custtomer service.

                My name is vishal srivastava, i am a tikona service user from past 2 yrs (approax), initial 1 years i was in love with the tikona service, they were providing proper speed, very good connectivity good customer care etc. After 1 year, problem start to arise in my connection, speed issues and frequent disconnections were common, but now the condition had became worse, throughout the day it had become even hard to run the internet, the net continuously disconnect, there is a huge packet loss when i do ping test, i am not getting my promised plan speed of 2Mbps. When ever i call customer or technical team, all they do is sir please wait your connection will be fine in next 48 hrs, but it never becomes fine, after calling many times they will assign a engineer. when the engineer visited my home, he said that it is a issue of access point all the access point faces other side from your home and he can do nothing, also he said that bandwidth of access point is not enough to provide connections in your area. I am calling tikona technical team from past many months, same engineer visit my home 3-4 times but he had done nothing to give any proper solution, he said that if you are facing problem then just disconnect the connection. But technical team never accept that this things are happening to me, they where saying that their networks are fine and proper and you will receive speed as per your plan, but nothing is happening.                     Since the day of connection, I'm facing problem in connection and most of the time it show Time out, No Network Found etc etc. For the same i had number of calls on Toll free number, paid number & written number of mail but Tikona is not responding on my query. They are just saying we have resolved the issue and every time issuing fresh id number. Moreover Tikona team closing ticket number without resolving the issue. I had made around 2 hrs calls on Tikona paid number. Even I had asked many time to disconnect the connection and refund the 100% amount as since the day of connection its not working as committed during the demo but Tikona neither resolving the issue nor disconnecting connection.                     let me correct you I'm facing from the day one of connection and continuously calling or mailing to Tikona customer-care, J Nair, Toll free number & paid number also. I have made around 2 hrs calls on your paid number despite of all you are saying from listed date.


                    Neither I'm getting solution nor Tikona disconnecting the connection and refunding the 2247/-Rs.


                    Moreover since yesterday I'm trying to connecting with Tikona customercare via call on Toll free & paid number but after long hold I got system voice that we will get back to you on your registered number within 72hrs. whereas my friend calling on the same numbers his call attended within 2mintues.


                    I have many time told to Tikona care that don't call me just communicate with me over mails only.


                    Just resolve problem or refund else I'm going to take legal action against Tikona for mentally harassment & non proving service as committed.

                    Hi, its being almost 6days but have not got any revert from Tikona Side and broadband is not working as well.


                    On 22-June-2015 - Mr Ajit from Tikona visited to check reason of bad service and he had confirmed that Tower is too far to get the better connection.


                    And he had confirmed I have already submitted my report to Tikona for disconnecting the service.


                    Still there is not action taken from Tikona Team.
                    Hi, I'm still awaiting for the positive response from Tikona side.

                      My account no is[protected], i have used this connectivity for one hour even tough bad service after so much harassment i requested for cancellation on May10th and while speaking with executive said that they will disconnect in 10 working days and also said i do not need to pay any amount if i don't use the broadband and same i have recorded.                           Dear Sir, I mailed tikona care to remove broaband connection before one month and also said same to the customer care executive. I haven't got any revert from tikona regarding removal of connection. I have told them that it is not in use because I have shifted to another place and I am not satisfied with the service provided by the company. They are sending bill continuously.                             Hi, Can you please withdraw the services for the userid [protected]. The connection was taken on June 6th, and you can by see the complaint history we have given until now. We have raised a request for withdrawal day before yesterday, and were promised that we will no more face this issue, inspite of that, today its the same again. And the toll free is too busy to be connected. So i kindly do not want any more explanations from you, nor any reasons for the issue, but simply help us with the procedure to cancel the connection and refund the remainings.

                            PLEASE!!! I BEG YOU to disconnect the connect and refund as soon as possible.

                            The below are the reasons:

                            1. We have taken the connection on June 6th, and withing 10 days we have told you 'Good morning', 'Good Afternoon', 'Good evening', 'Good night' almost every day because of the various connectivity issue.

                            2. Is it must that we will need to call you every time in order to get a proper connection? Is this a daily status call I need to attend? Was it mentioned anywhere in the agreement that the status calls are necessary? (I would be pleased if you can refund my phone bill amount as well)

                            3. Whenever we call you, you raise a ticket, close the ticket within few hours saying the issue is resolved, happy surfing. SORRY! but we are actually Suffering. We are not asking for a temporary solution with which the connect works for few minutes (by luck may be) and gets disconnected immediately. But we ask for a permanent solution(Useless now)

                            4. It was on 15th june I have called you to disconnect the connection and refund, and you said its the last chance, try once again, and there would be no more disturbances in the connection (last chance, twice, on the same day). It worked fine yesterday (Ofcourse "whenever there is a problem, please switch off the connection, switch on, wait for 1 minute, and then connect to lan" steps where followed.)

                            5. Why should we do the above step? Why dont you use a proper wiring for the lan? We do some important work and are you expecting us all this steps to be followed every now and then?

                            And finally today, I was not able to connect to your customer care, for which I have raised a ticket today morning (which is not addressed). Finally was able to call you thrice(because the lines are busy), where the automated calls says "Your expected wait time is 5 mins" and after 5 mins it says "we have noted your number and would be calling you shortly" and that short time has never arrived.

                            I no more need any resolutions, Nor any explanations or any reasons behind this. Please withdraw the services, we have paid about 2.7-3 thousand bucks for the installation which included 2 months of advance. Please charge us for these 10 days and refund us back the remaining amount. I would be grateful to you.

                            And I am waiting for your call. The automated customer care has noted my number twice.

                            Hello people,
                            Welcome back.

                            Thank you for the fraud legal notice which you have sent legally.

                            For your information, we have not used your connection since July, and raised the cancellation again and again even when you people have not responded. Finally you people have collected all my equipment. But why the hell do you still send bills, and wow, now a legal notice call????????????

                            I have seen so many complaints in consumer forum. Shame on you guys. Why do you cheat so many people. We ARE NOT USING your internet, still you send bills. Sick of you people.

                            Few pay just because they are afraid of the notice you send.. How easily you cheat people.

                            We have even asked many times and mailed many times asking for explanation Why instead of refund you send me bills. But you don't respond. you don't respond to calls. And send a legal notice now??????

                            Lift the call, or call me back!!!
                            Will there be any update on this?

                              I had changed the 2mbps plan to 4mbps plan which is a mistake i regret the most. I had frequent disconnections for the past one month. Even though my plan is 4mbps i get only 1-2 mbps speed most of the day. The service is poor and the customer service is the worst. I had called the customer care and after waiting for 10 min on call I finally got connected to representative and when I complained that I was only getting just 1mbps speed he asked me to wait and after a few minutes he disconnected the call. Even if I ask them to cancel my account they just cut the call. I have used many ISP's and have to say that this by far the worst of them all.

                                There is frequent disconnection happening with Tikona & no one comes to my house & try to sort out of the problems.I do not know what support you people are giving from your end. Simply closing the ticket without interacting with customers is not the right way to give support.My compliant number is 1-[protected]

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, Following the detailed mail which I have sent to Tikona 3 days back, till now no reply. They have worst service issues. (Dear Sir/Madam, This mail is regarding my two tikona connection of following details: User ID: [protected] [protected] BAN:[protected] Plan: 1100 1100 Name: Deepak V Punam During November 2014, i came to know about tikona, after which I spoke to your executive. Bit impressed about speed and tariff, planned to take connection to my convention hall in kengeri, Punam Mahal Convention hall. Within few days took two connection in span of 20-30 days. I even promised the executive to give nearly 25 connections, as we have two apartments in that area, i.e. Punam Parijatha(25 flats) and Punam Mandara(50 flats) and moreover in that locality there is more than 1000 flats and no other service provider is there apart from BSNL. So i had told to marketing team to give good service and you can grab easy 200-300 connection within 2 or 3 months, but there was no efforts from the team. Speaking about my connection, initial few days there was speed and it started depreciating drastically, many a times called the marketing executive they used to fix, but this started to be very regular, than i thought of to complain customer care, but none of the time i got the call, only IVR used to speak. Apart from this for bill payment I used to get 15-20 IVR calls per day in different numbers, me being active in diversified business, will be in meeting and it was an harassment for me. Than in 06/04/2015, after persistently sat for 1 hour got call connected to executive where i requested for cancellation stating all above complains( complain no:1-[protected]). Than the executive made an attempt to convenience me and requested me for continuing connection, promising to send engineer within 24 hours of time and also to stop all IVR calls for my mobile. Worst part is nothing happened as per promise. Engineer called after 15 days and IVR calls continued and bugged my life to core. Than in 05/05/2015 I requested for cancellation( complaint no: 1-[protected]), which was finally processed. Recently executive came and has taken modem. After this long story, I want to clarify few things, I[censored] can check my total usage it has not crossed even one GB for 6 months, that does not mean I have not used rather it was not working. My first complain on 06/04/2015 was not answered as per promise, but my bill is calculated till may 2015 end. what happened to my initial deposit paid? So to summarize, I have paid nearly Rs.12000 till now and got demand notice of another Rs.5000 from both connection for using total of one GB of data. I am ready to pay outstanding amount for both mentioned connection, but I want Justification for all my above problems and mental stress happened during this process in written. Also I request executive of legal cell to contact me over phone([protected]) where we can have discussion regarding this case. I am not escaping from doing payment, I am ready to do the payment provided all my questions are answered in proper manner. )

                                    team, i want to report complaint agaist tikona broadband service (chennai) we are using this service appx from end of 2013 till feb 2015 . user id is [protected] . due to poor connectivity and lot of technical difficulties we faced we had a discussion with tikona customer care service regarding discontinuation of the service. we registered for a plan of 799/- and 20gb we did not consume any data due to difficulties we faced . it have been confirmed from tikona end that they will disconnect the service. but thet never visited our place. today we got a call from a person saying he is a lawyer NAme:devendar chauhan phone no:[protected] to pay amount 1669 else tikona will place a file against us and compensation amount will be 8000 I need to know that when we did not consumed any service from tikona and when they confirmed discontinuity of the service, still why tikona is asking for may and case and why we are liable to pay the amount which service we did not utilized.

                                      Hi, My Name is Jimmy Furia and my Tikona ID is - [protected]. I have taken Tikona prepaid internet service in the month of November - 2014 and since that i have been facing frequent issue with my internet. I have logged various complaints with Tikona and that too at various level (Customer care, Tikona Forum and Appellate Authority) also but never received permanent solution. I applied for disconnection in the Month of March 2015 but at that time i was promised by Tikona retention team (Priyanka More) that my issue will be resolved and i will get permanent solution and i got fooled by them and i decided to resume with Tikona internet services. Later, my subcription was about to expire in the month of May 2015 and i had decided not to renew my internet services but i received a call from Tikona and they offered me extra 10GB of data with my next rechrge and i again got fooled by them and did recharge worth INR 2099 /- for one year validity and 50GB of data usage plus 10GB bonus data on 7th May 2015. But after that also my connection related issues remained and now i have lost the faith in Tikona services. Now more frustrating was the behaviour of the customer care executives and their rigid approach to problem solving. Finally i decided to disconnect the internet services and i logged the request for the same with Tikona (Ref no 1-[protected]) on 07-Jun-2015. I received one call from Tikona (Mr Pathan) with reference to this and he told me that as i have prepaid connection my money will not be refunded and disconnection process will take around 15 days. I was shocked to hear the blunt reply that my hard earned money will not be given back to me even if i am not able to use internet service OF Tikona. And thats the Tikona's policy. I had decided to put on all the details of my problems to Tikona forum (http://forum.tikona.in/viewforum.php?f=41&sid=549e625392d2e51da88ac04f36a4cb7e) in hope that they will take down my issues seriously and my disconnection request will be processed with priority and also to make all other Tikona users aware about the Tikona's Fraud policy. But to my surprise Tikona forum decided not to publish my post on their web site and i received call from Tikona forum and they told me bluntly that Tikona Forum DO NOT ENTERTAIN disconnection request and they will not post my feedback on their forum. They also denied to give my money back and not to say about the language their executive (Siraj) used during this conversation. When i told this fellow about i will raise this issue on all the consumer forums as well as tikona forum, he told me that you can do whatever you want to but your money wont be refunded. Lastly, i had received a call from Tikona Forum's admin (Aarti) on 11-Jun-2015, where she told me that Tikona forum does not display and ENTERTAIN disconnection requests on forum and she kept on arguing with me that there is no other broadband internet service provider who has their own Forum, etc... At the end she told me with in next 24 hours she will collect all the information and get back to me but as usual i have not received any communication from her (or Tikona) till date. Below are list of few issues ids that i have faced in last few months and have been able to note down. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] There are many more issues that i had faced and logged with Tikona but unfortunately i do not have all the IDs with me. My present account data balance is 59GB which is much more than what Tikona offers (50GB) to the customer in INR 2099/. The reason for writing such a big descriptive mail is to make everyone aware about the Tikona's policy and the way Tikona treats their customers. I request everyone to think hard before you go for the Tikona's internet services because once you pay for their servces they wont refund your money even if they are not able to provide you their internet services. But i am not going to allow Tikona to loot me like this, I demand from Tikona a quick disconnection of my internet services and full refund of INR 2099/- ASAP. And i need help of ConsumerComplaints.in and whole internet community. Thanks Jimmy Furia

                                        We had installed Tikona Broadband with UserID:[protected] and billing A/C:[protected] few months back in the Name of Chetan Singla. But they were fail to provide the promised speed as per the bill plan. We made numerous call regarding the speed issue but they were not able to provide a solution. Because of this, we decided to discontinue the connection and requested for the same to Customer Executive. After one month they called us to pay bill for newly started month for which we refused. Now they have sent a legal notice for the same. Please help in resolving the issue. Thanks, Rahul Chhabra
