Broadband not working and Tikona not resolving the problem

cancellation of broadband connection and bill generation

Poor service, speed and worst customer care

I had changed the 2mbps plan to 4mbps plan which is a mistake i regret the most. I had frequent disconnections for the past one month. INTERNET NOT WORKING

2 months before i have taken tikona new connection & subscribed for 3 months. from day one onwards i am unable to browse internet properly.Daily i have to call the customer care, they will say my problem will be resolved in 3 hours.
