Harassment from Tikona for disconnection

Not Terminating My Connection and Going on Sending Bill

Worst Experience. Never take tikona

Waiver request

unstable service

Shameless people at Tikona

I am unfortunate on who opted for Tikona Internet. There sales man Installed and showed up with awesome internet speed. and I readily lapped up. Paying for Installation and 2 Months of advance. and they said it will take couple of days for it to activate. After they activated my account I was told it would not be a static IP. Billing even after Cancellation and Harassment

I had told them about the issue on March 14 but instead of 4Mbps, I was getting only 0.7 to 1.5 Mbps.
