slow net speed

I have lodged a complaint before, but no actions were taken... I had taken the plan which promises me 1Mbps speed from 8am-8pm and 520Kbps speed from 8pm-8am. But the speed doesn't rise above 100Kbps at any time of the day. It sometimes even falls to speed as low as 5-10Kbps. I request you to resolve this problem as soon as possible. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE BY TIKONA

The speed drops significantly after 3 pm till midnight. and hence hasn't been able to use the internet services peacefully. Internet not working, bad customer support

Worst service and no response

Worst service by your chennai team, i am facing network issue morethan 4 weeks, even raised requested on 08\06/15 till now no response. To call customer care and waiting 20+ mins whenever login, for this i am paying, i didnt get enough respect from such big company for my complaint. Hope i will get some solution....

User ID [protected] I am on a huge suffer and trouble with tikona for last 3-4 months. It gave me great trouble .no service and proper support provide after many complaints. In 4 March 15 I asked for termination of my connection and not pais my last bill due to the poor service and no support on the reversal of pending 350 rs. Fraud: Continuous delay in refund of amount

UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR AND DENIED TO REFUND MONEY

Don't get this net connection

Guys i got the connection in bangalore, after 3 months i changed the home, i given request to then to change the net connection, there they didnt have net connection. they didnt repond for me long time, they were putting bill for 3 months. they are threatening with law peoples, without using the net connection i paid bill. they dont have proper service, there will not be net speed also....

Cancellation refund not provided

Very bad speed and connection. Daily facing problems.

I have logged complaint "N" number of times, but since 4 months they are not solving the issue. Connectivity is very bad and speed is so slow that I am not able to open my gmail page also forget about doing video calls. I have told the customer care to send someone and solve the issue but they don't send any one and infact he was saying we will try to solve the issue from our end first and then we will send someone if needed. Now instead of disconnecting my connection you guys continued my connection and even after reminding that you NEED to remove the Device from my roof top as my house has been sold(to your customer care reps)...seems like you guys gave a about this complain and closed it!! Bad service and waiver not received

The connection is pathetic. we have some or the other technical issue every month and the customer care never follows up on issues. We have to keep calling them again and again to follow up on issues. Also, the connection was not working for us for 12 days in May, for which we had raised a waiver request on 24th May. We were told we will get a mail/message within 4 days regarding the same. We never got any intimation and when we called back...

worst broadband connection in the world
